A beautiful lake
I walk and walk, arriving a lakeside
A gentle breeze blowing to the lake, rippling my mood
Glimmering sunshine, make my inner world warm
White gulls glide through, herons swimming and hunting
Love this serene, far from citie's noise
Look far on the other side of the lake
Layer and layer of blue peaks're like showing up in hazy wearther
Behind tall reeds, transparent water lap quitely at the shore
At this moment, I wonder if I'm with you, the one I miss at night
That would be how glad even though

Le sommeil.
J’ai commencé à ressentir, avec l’âge, toutes les différences entre une journée qui suit une nuit de sommeil réparateur et une autre après une nuit moins bonne. C’est pourquoi je m’efforce aujourd’hui de préserver la durée de mon sommeil et d’en améliorer la qualité. Mais une journée est remplie de choses à faire.
Quand j’étais plus jeune, c’était le temps de sommeil que je sacrifiais en premier. Aujourd’hui, c’est différent : mon emploi du temps s’organise autour de mon sommeil.
Afin de dormir plus profondément, je consacre autant que possible l’heure précédant le coucher à la détente. J’écoute de la musique que j’aime tout en faisant quelques étirements, ou je bois une tisane à la camomille et à la citronnelle.
La camomille est bien connue pour ses vertus favorisant le sommeil, mais saviez-vous que la citronnelle a elle aussi des effets remarquables ? Pendant le sommeil, toutes les parties du corps sont en cours de réparation. Parmi elles, la régénération du système nerveux est particulièrement importante. Or, la citronnelle possède des propriétés antalgiques et anti-inflammatoires qui soutiennent la récupération nerveuse. La camomille favorise un sommeil plus profond, tandis que la citronnelle apaise et rééquilibre les nerfs.
Lorsque j’ai bien dormi, je me réveille avec l’esprit clair et le corps léger.
Et pour bien dormir à nouveau la nuit suivante, je vis ma journée avec entrain, activement, jusqu’à la fatigue heureuse du soir.

На этом сайте я уже говорил о различных французских легендах (на русском и на других языках) но я никогда не рассказал ничего о феях. Сегодня многие знают их благодаря фильмам Диснея и сказкам но феи — очень распространённые, древние мифологические персонажи, которые вероятно происходят из языческих верований. Раньше, в каждом селе, в каждом ручее, в каждом лесу была собственная фея.
Они связанны с эльфами германской мифологии и элементалы (духи 4 элементов) в эзотеризме. Древним народам было трудно рационально объяснить стихии или болезни. Такие невидимые существа показывают сильные чувства человечества (изумление, страх, уважение и т. д.) перед могущественной, часто таинственной природой.
В Antheuil (Антой) есть маленький холм (вероятно курган) под названием «Château-Mignon» («Шато-Миньон», буквально «миленький замок»). Легенда гласит, что феи хотели строить замок там. Они сказали: «Хочется Богу или нет, Шато-Миньон мы построим!»). Конечно Бог их наказали за их надменность и они никогда построили ничего!
На маленькой бардской горе есть странный камень с отвестриями. Там жили и танцовали феи просверлив отвестрия!
Также существовали злые феи. В Gemeaux (Жёмо) жили 2 феи: Virouarde (Вируард), которая превращалась в змею, и Kiévelotte (Киевлотт), которая превращалась в лань. Обе сбивали гуляющих с пути истинного и убили их. Добрый гений, Kya (Кия) превращался в блуждающий огонёк, чтобы правильно водить людей ночью.
К тому же феи любили детей. Они часто принимали грудных детей от люлек и отменяли их ложными детями, чертенками (подменышями). Мне кажется, что такие легенды объясняли физические и ментальные недостатки у детей.

調査の分析（ISSP 2012 年調査ー配偶者と一緒に生活している男女）
私は、本で日本語を勉強しています。この本には、調査を分析するの練習があります。このグラフは、一週間にどのくらい家事をしているか、男と女を比較しています。
調査によると、日本には、一週間に20時間以上家事をしている女の人は６２％に達します。それに対して、男の人は２％にとどまります。一方で、5時間以下している人は、男の人は72％ですが、女の人は７％だけです。
この調査で、韓国とアメリカとフィンランドも結果があります。韓国は日本のような結果がありますが、フィンランドとアメリカは大きな格差です。例えば、アメリカには20時間以上家事をしている男の人は4％だけですが、女の人も13％にとどまります。それを日本のほう比べると、とても低いです。フィンランドは、アメリカのような結果があるらしいです。
調査の結果を分析すると、アジアの国は他の国より家事をしている女の人が多いです。この結果は2012年の調査からなので、たぶん現在は他の結果が見られます。だから、質問を日本人で聞きます：現在は同じですか？女の人は男の人より家事をしています？（例えば掃除とか、子供を育てる、料理をする…）
私はフランス人です。フランスには同じ結果があると思いますが、調査はフランスの結果がありませんから、それは私の意見だけです。でも最近（最後の１５年くらい）、このようなことは変化しています。いいことだと思います。

みんなさんはどのユーチューブチャンネルを見るの？
私は最初に日本語を勉強し始めた時、聴解力を養うために、日本語の動画を見ることを目的とした別のユーチューブアカウントを作った。だけど、新しいホームページを見つめつつ、どこから始めればいいか分からない。私の英語のホームページは数年アルゴリズムの調整の結果であり、私はいつも当然だと思っていた。だから、また白紙から始めなくてはいけない時、ちょっと迷っていた。
自然な第一歩は日本語で好きなコンテンツを検索することだろうけど、私はすぐに英語のユーチューブと日本語のユーチューブと違いがあることに気づいた。前者に存在するコンテンツは後者に存在しない可能性がある。動画編集スタイルも結構違いそうだし、時々日本語のユーチューブを見ることは過去の英語のユーチューブを一見することみたいだ。
私はボカロ曲が好きだけど、音声合成を使うチャンネルがあまり好きじゃないことは皮肉だね。不自然に聞こえるだと思うからだし、特に聴解力を上達したければ多分本物の人の声を聞く方がいいからだ。みんなさんは好きなユーチューブチャンネルがあるの？私の興味を心配せずに教えてくれてください。🙏

Mon films préféré
Récemment, j’ai pas maté beaucoup du films et plutôt j’ai utilisé les temps mate vidéos sur YouTube ou lui mais je vais écrire de deux films que sont similaire mais j’adore pour raisons différents grave.
Knives Out et Clue: J’adore les « whodunnits » et , en général, films quoi « take place » dans une mansion. Un chose que j’adore de Clue est son comédie. Il y a beaucoup de lignes que je me souviens toujours et me donne ris du film . Alors, j’aime quoi le structure de Knives Out est pas comme quelques quoi j’ai regardé avant. Chaque twist fait que la tension monter et monter jusqu’à la relèvation finale.

Cold
I don't know why, but I really like cold. Obviously I don't like to feel cold on my body, when I say I like it I mean all the things that cold includes. For example, I like to go sleep because I feel warm in my bed, and I like that sensation. Also, in the morning when is very cold and you can´t see so much because of the fog, I like it. I don´t really know why I like what I'm describing, since our mind should try to keep us on the better condition possible in order so survive, like in an ideal environment, because the main objetive of our mind is to live.

Parte veintidós.
McGonagall evacuó la escuela, pero muchos estudiantes se quedaron para luchar, y Kingsley, Lupin y los Weasley llegaron para ayudar. Mientras tanto, Harry intentaba encontrar la Diadema de Ravenclaw. Flitwick ya le había explicado que nadie sabía dónde estaba y que se había perdido hacía siglos, pero Harry estaba seguro de haberla visto en alguna parte. En el Gran Comedor, Harry pidió ayuda al fantasma de Gryffindor, Nick Casi Decapitado, quien le señaló al fantasma de Ravenclaw, la Dama Gris. The continued of yesterday
From June 7 to 8 , I went to Kagawa prefecture with my father.
Actually , there was another big purpose.
It was to go to konpira mountain.
There was many different things there such as famous hot spring , famous shrine, food and hotel.
The Konpira hot spring was the best hot spring in my life.
The hotel that I went to has big hot spring , there wasn't crowed and very confortable.
The food shop near the hotel was also good .
This place is famous for chicken with bones and also udon.
After taking bath, we were going to eat those in midnight.
Matching of coke and chicken were very good combination.
I remember this taste.
The Konpira shrine has very beautiful nature.
I like bird voice , especially Japanese bush warbler, This voice made me calm.
I want to go to there again.

Heute
Am Morgen habe ich geduscht.
Ich habe später auch Deutsch gelernt.
Am Nachmittag haben wir gegessen und dann hat meine Schwester uns besucht, sie hat ihren Hund mitgebracht.
Wir haben draußen Volleyball gespielt aber der Hund hat uns nicht spielen lassen.
Eigentlich weiß ich nicht, was mehr soll ich sagen.
Ich kann mich nicht erinnern etwas mehr, dass ich tun habe.
Jetzt werde ich Italienisch lernen und lesen.

Videojuego nuevo Splatoon
Hoy, Nintendo dijeron que un videojuego nuevo de Splatoon es pronto. Es un derivado del series Splatoon. En el juego, estás con Deep Cut (Shiver, Frye, y Big Man) en una isla. No sabemos mucho sobre el juego, pero creo que será divertido y excelente. Estoy emocionado por el juego, pero necesito un Nintendo Switch 2 porque el juego es un exclusivo de Nintendo Switch 2. Mi cumpleaños está pronto, así que probablemente voy a preguntar entonces.

Hola a todos! Mi nombre es Jeff y soy de EE.UU. Estoy aprendiendo el español para poder hablar con la familia de mi esposa. Son de México. Hace 3 años, más o menos, que empecé a aprenderlo y cada día me lo encanta más. Donde vivo hay mucha gente de México, El Salvador y más. Por eso también hay mucha comida de esas países. Mis hobbys son leer libros, aprender sobre culturas mundiales y probar nuevas comidas. Ojalá me ayuden mejorar el español y por supuesto voy a ayudarlo con inglés.

I’m a little tired today because I’m going to dance class, but i was spending time with my friends and lovely hobby. Tiredness is normal when you are busy doing what you love. The forest (Part-3)
The temperature was dropping. A cool, moist breeze brushed against my skin, carrying the shivering chill of evening fog. I put down my backpack and sat down under a tree beside the pond, savouring the ethereal beauty of the picturesque sight in front of me. The view was magical and dreamy, transporting my soul to a place beyond reality: a heavenly world of reveries and oblivion. I felt the burden of my life lift off my shoulders instantly, as a lingering feeling of tranquility and reminiscence dwelled in my mind; I wish this moment would last forever.
A resonant wail of a common loon pierced through the quiet moment for the last time. My gaze instantly rested on a shadowy figure of a bird at a far distance, swimming elegantly across the pond amidst the delicate rolling mist. I took out my little camera and aimed at the surreal sight, hoping to capture the most bewitching scene of the bird floating on the water. The aperture of my camera closed with a click—what a perfect moment!
Dusk was falling soon, and the sun was slowly setting into the sky. But it wasn’t a bother for me at all. I could set up camp beside the pond and stay the night here. I keep sitting on the bank, gazing at the vibrancy of the sky shifting from orange to pink. The sun had already faded into the horizon as nightfall settled.
