Dr. Gupta:
To continue our discussion of the health benefits of good nutrition, I'd like you to consider the broader topic of eating habits--not just what people eat and drink, but how often, how much, and when. Those who want to improve their health often begin by changing some kinds of eating habits. This includes a wide range of behaviors. What is one poor eating habit that would be important for most people to change, and why?
Kelly:
If people could start with one change to improve their eating habits, it would be to eat a better breakfast. Most people are so rushed in the morning that they don't take the time to sit down and eat a balanced meal. A good breakfast gives you more energy all day and keeps you from eating too much later on.
Paul:
I think most people don't bother to learn much about the food that they eat. This ignorance is a kind of bad eating habit, It can be burdensome, but you should try to read every food package label. The more you can learn about what you're putting in your body, the more likely you'll be to make good decisions.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually, Kelly and Paul make a good point that bad eating habits would harm people's health. In addition, I want to point out another bad eating habit that could decrease our health as well. It's a late-night snack. As we all know, recently, more people prefer to stay up all night, with the only thing on their minds is eating some junk food. such as a convenience noodle, spicy jerk, various snacks that could get on the online, or maybe order some food that includes a surplus of oil, which would let you weigh up! These junk foods must damage your health and make you get a common disease. especially causes stomach problems. Finally, you need to pay a lot of money on hospital. Don't take a toll on your health.

¡Hola Mario!

Talk to yourself based on words or sentences you have learned in books, rephrasing those contents.
Rephrasing is not reciting, but speaking in your own words.
For example, I feel very happy because the book helps me a lot.
I found this book to be quite useful, cuz it contains contents that turned out to be composed of daily words and expressions.
I found it very nice to repeat the contents, and then I can retell the stories using the words I'm familiar with.
The Biblical stories written by Van Loon are highly recommended.
Make sure that you retell the stories at least 50 times.
You may not become fluent at first, but the more you repeat, the more fluent you will become.

When I was a kid, sweet potatoes were grown in my village and served as our staple food.
In the area where I lived, sweet potatoes were harvested in late October or early November.
During the harvest, people would first cut off the sweet potato vines and then use cattle to plow the sweet potatoes out of the soil.
However, some sweet potatoes were always left in the fields. So, the children in the village, including me, would go to the fields to dig for them.
We carried a shovel and a basket to dig for the sweet potatoes. After digging up some, we liked to roast them right there in the fields.
First, we dug a small ditch and collected dry straw. Then, we placed the sweet potatoes along the edge of the ditch, put the straw inside the ditch beneath them, and lit the straw to roast them.
After roasting the sweet potatoes for about twenty minutes, we placed them in the ditch and covered them with the soil we had dug out earlier.
About ten minutes later, the roasted sweet potatoes were ready to eat. They were delicious when cooked this way.
Digging for sweet potatoes was an exciting activity that children loved to do in the past.

When I was old enough to remember things, there was a mortar in the center of my village, and it was a place for people to gather, relax and socialize.
The mortar was made of stone. It was actually a stone cylinder, about 60 centimeters tall and 50 centimeters in diameter.
At the center of its top, the stone cylinder was hollowed out into a hemispherical space with a diameter of around 25 centimeters.
The pestle for the mortar was also made of stone—a hemispherical piece that matched the mortar. At the center of the flat side of the pestle, there was a small hole, which was used to insert a wooden stick as the handle of the pestle.
It was the only mortar in my village. People used it to remove grain chaff. For example, in May, the wheat would grow grains, though it was not fully ripe. At this time, people would pick the green wheat ears, put them in the mortar, and remove the chaff to make porridge or sweet fermented wheat.
When doing this, they would hold the wooden handle of the pestle with their hands, lift the pestle high first, and then hit the wheat ears inside the mortar hard. They repeated this process until all the chaff was removed from the grains.
Of course, the mortar no longer exists. I don't even know when it disappeared or where it is now.
