Le nature journaling
Le nature journaling est un bon mélange de deux de mes choses préférées : la nature et l’art. Je pensais donc qu’aujourd’hui je pourrais vous expliquer tout sur ce charmant passe-temps : en quoi il consiste, ses bénéfices et comment débuter. D’abord, qu'est-ce que c'est ? À la base, le nature journaling est une activité où on observe la nature et on dessine nos observations dans un carnet. Mais il peut être aussi simple ou complexe que vous le souhaitez. D’un côté, il y a des gens qui font des dessins vraiment complexes, comme une illustration scientifique appropriée, avec des notes détaillées sur ou ils ont vu le sujet, les marques d'identification, le nom en latin, etc. À l’autre, il y a des gens qui font un croquis rapide sans aucun mot du tout. Et tout ce qui se trouve entre les deux. De plus, certains gens ajoutent des poèmes, des anecdotes personnelles (comme un journal intime) ou des échantillons (comme une feuille ou une fleur) collés avec du ruban adhésif. Les dessins peuvent être de n’importe quoi : les oiseaux, les papillons, les fleurs, les feuilles, les rochers, les coquillages, les graines, les paysages, etc. Tout ce que vous voyez est acceptable. On peut utiliser aussi n’importe quoi médium artistique. À mon avis, l'aquarelle est de loin la meilleure médium, parce qu’elle est si rapide à utiliser. Mais j’ai vu des gens qui utilise les crayons de couleur, les stylos feutres ou les pastels. À l'extrémité du spectre, il pourrait devenir la peinture en plein air. Mais je pense que le nature journaling, c'est avant tout la rapidité. Il n’y a pas besoin d’être parfait ou de créer une véritable œuvre d'art. Il n’y a pas de pression. Ensuite, quels sont les bénéfices ? Le principal bénéfice est qu’il nous encourage à sortir dans la nature. C’est une bonne chose parce que la nature a été prouvé d'améliorer l’humeur et la santé. Tout type de nature est acceptable ; ce n’est vraiment pas nécessaire d’aller dans un parc national ou dans les lieux naturels très célèbres. La plage, le jardin botanique local, le petit parc en bas de la rue, votre jardin ou même les plantes en pot sont tous de bons sujets pour votre journal. Enfin, comment débuter ? C’est simple ! Simplement prenez un carnet et un stylo, et commencez. Bonne chance !

Mein Lieblingssänger
Das ist eine schwierige Frage. Ich würde sagen, dass Stromae mein Lieblingssänger ist. Er ist ein belgischer Sänger, der auf Französisch singt. Ich finde die Liedtexte, die er schreibt, sehr nachdenklich und ich mag den Kontrast zwischen ihnen und dem Rhythmus der Lieder. Ich weiß nicht, welche Art von Musik man seine Lieder nennt. Wikipedia sagt, es ist eine Mischung aus Hip-hop und elektronischer Musik.

A Little Cultural Difference
While wandering through Yu Garden, I overheard a foreign visitor ask, "How can bamboo be a flower?" I guess his confusion came from the sign, right inside the gate of Wanhua Pavilion. It explains that the "plum, orchid, bamboo, and chrysanthemum" patterns in the four lattice windows symbolize flowers blooming year-round.
To understand this, we need to look beyond Western botanical definitions. In Chinese culture, these four are known as the "Four Noble Plants." They don't just represent literal flowers, but rather the noble spirit of nature across the four seasons: plum blossoms brave the winter snow, orchids grace the spring breeze, bamboo stays evergreen through the heat of summer, and Ju Hua, or autumn chrysanthemums, defy the autumn frost.
These are such fascinating cultural symbols—we could probably dedicate a whole video to them someday!
So, when the pavilion is named "Wanhua," or "Ten Thousand Flowers," it’s not just about floral displays. It’s a poetic metaphor for eternal vitality and enduring elegance. Here, bamboo isn't just a plant; it's a timeless bloom of the human spirit.

Do Your Prefer Talking or Listening ?
Most of the time I prefer listening rather than talking. That is due to me being not exposed to a freely expressive environments. As I grew up home with no one to talk to. Usually, my parents are out working in the day, therefore I spend my time alone at home because I did not have friends at that time. But, it is not that I don't like to interact and communicate with people but it is that I over stress about what people will say about me. At home I am the one who will not stop talking and annoy them although out side of home I become reserved and doesn't interact much. I always feel the urge to talk and laugh with others but because I am afraid of being mocked, insulted, or people being mean to me, I hesitate.

Un’etimologia strana
Sembra che la radice della parola «anno» in tutte le lingue celtiche (como “blwyddyn” in gallese e “bliain” in irlandese) provenga dal protoindoeuropeo *bhleyd, che ha datto l’italiano “pallido”. Nonostante, la relazione tra pallore ed anno non è molto chiara.
Presumo che sia legata alla festa di Samhain, che era il Capodanno celtico. Durante questa festa che cominciava al tramonto, si accendevano fuochi, pallidi chiarori nell’oscurità. Il nome può anche venire dal colore bianco dei ceneri di questi fuochi, che i druidi portavano ad ogni casa come benedizione al fine di attirare la fortuna per l’anno novo. Nella radice *bhel, da cui provengono il latino “blancus”, e il russo “бело”, già ha l’idea di “bianco” ma anche l’idea di “incandescente” (è l’origine del deo gallo “Belenos” o di “blaze” in inglese).
Naturalmente sono solo ipotesi personali che non posso affatto dimostrare.

Work Placement
These days I have contacted with my college to confirm my work placement. I was hoping it could start in June, but the earliest intake I can get is in July because the confirmation process took some time. I also need to find an apartment near my work location to stay in for about one month. My current rental contract will expire in early August, so I also have to find a temporary place to stay until I find a long-term job and decide where I should live for the next two years.
There are so many things to consider.

A Journal Entry
Life has no meaning, and coming to this world is also not something that is decided by ourselves.

Ma volt az utolsó tanítási napom a vizsga előtt, mivel holnap a diákjaim a bevándorlóknak szóló német tesztet fogják írni. Elég későn vettem át ezt a csoportot, és még mindig nem igazán alakult ki a képem róluk. Gyakran cserélődtek a tanárok, és ez nem tett jót nekik. Subject around me.
I live in small apartment. This apartment has one room, kitchen and bathroom, of course. In my "huge" room I have enough things for my comfortable life. I have bed with mattress, it stands on the right side. My bed made in China, and may be it not so perfect, but good for me. I think my mattress was made in China too, but I like it. A white dresser stands opposite the bed. There are six shelves in a dresser, three up and two - in line. A TV stands on the dresser. I got in from the last tangent. I don't known for what it for me, because I don't like watch TV. A glass table stands next to the dresser, very close for it. On the table stands my monitor, but computer system unit stands on the floor between dresser and table. On the table stands router and lie pens, my papers, mouse and keyboard, and my phone, of course. On the left side in my I have breakfast table with 4 chairs. The table is light brown and the chairs are light grey.

Siamo andati a fare shopping a Matsumoto. Ho comprato dei biscotti per la mia insegnante di violoncello. Domani c'è la cerimonia di laurea alla scuola di liceo di mia figlia. Gli Stati Uniti hanno bombardato l'Iran. Tutti sono diventati pazzi?

Il tempo era bello. Oggi era una bella giornata di primavera. La mattina siamo (mia moglie, mia figlia e io) andati in un negozio di kimono per ricevere il kimono formale di mia figlia per la cerimonia. Indossavo semplicemente giacca e cravatta. A volte le madri giapponesi indossano il kimono per cerimonie come questa, ma mia moglie indossava un tailleur. Poi siamo andati in uno studio fotografico per farci scattare qualche foto. Poi, via verso Matsumoto.
Solo un genitore è stata permessa alla cerimonia, perché la scuola è piccola. Quindi ho dovuto aspettare in macchina. Ho fatto un giro intorno al Castello di Matsumoto e ho mangiato un gelato. Alle 15 e mezzo dopo la cerimonia, potevo entrare nel cortile della scuola. I laureati stavano festeggiando. Ho incontrato per la prima volta il ragazzo di mia figlia. Sembrava simpatico. "Non fare niente stupido!" ho detto silenziosamente con i miei occhi. Ha capito. Tutti volevano conoscermi perché sono il padre "esotico". Non sono l'unico straniero a Matsumoto, ma credo che mia figlia sia l'unica allunna "mista" della sua classe.
Dopo la cerimonia, tutti i laureati e le loro famiglie sono andati al Castello di Matsumoto per scattare foto. Anch'io. Sono felice che il tempo fosse bello e che non ci siano stati niente problema -- come un terremoto per esempio. Sono molto orgoglioso di mia figlia. Però ho sentito anche un po' di tristezza. La mia bambina è cresciuta. Mia moglie mi ha scattato una foto di me camminando verso il tramonto. Credo che quella foto catturi perfettamente i miei sentimenti.

Guilin And Yangshuo
I visited Guilin at the beginning of March this year, on my way from Hainan to my hometown.
There is a Chinese saying: "桂林山水甲天下." It means "Guilin has the best scenery of mountains and rivers in the world." But another Chinese saying goes: "阳朔山水甲桂林," which means "The scenery of mountains and rivers in Yangshuo is better than that in Guilin." After visiting Yangshuo on the same trip, I think this saying is definitely true.
I visited Guilin first and then went to Yangshuo, where the scenery is almost like a beautiful painting — and you are also part of that painting.
The Li and Yulong rivers are the representatives of the rivers in that area. The water in the rivers is clear and clean, and it flows slowly. It reflects the beautiful mountains on both sides in its heart.
Mountains are also everywhere in that area, and they are not like mountains in other regions. The shapes of the mountains in Guilin and Yangshuo seem as if painters had intentionally shaped them that way.
In Yangshuo, there is a scenic spot called "十里画廊" (Ten-Mile Gallery), which is actually a section of an ordinary road, but it is full of beautiful mountain and river scenery.
So what I want to say is: Guilin is really a good place for traveling, especially Yangshuo (it is under the jurisdiction of Guilin). Every moment you spend there is extremely worthwhile.

正如我在昨天的文章中提到的，我们在酒店的选择上失败了，这也引发了我和老公之间的争吵。

当天实际开园时间是8点30分（入住迪士尼官方酒店的游客可以在8点15分提前入园），而我们直到9点20分左右才终于进入园区。

1. Tokyo DisneySea
As I mentioned in my previous post, the hotel we booked turned out to be a poor choice.
This led to an argument with my husband.
Tokyo DisneySea officially opens at 9:00 a.m.; however, depending on crowd conditions, it often opens 15 to 30 minutes earlier.
Many guests wait for hours before opening, and the mobile signal near the entrance can become unstable due to congestion.
In addition, Tokyo DisneySea is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, making it more crowded than usual.
I wanted to arrive at the entrance by 7:30.
However, since I had argued with my husband the night before, things felt awkward and I couldn’t bring myself to rush him.
As a result, we arrived at the entrance later than I had planned, at 8:20.
The park actually opened at 8:30 (guests staying at official Disney hotels could enter at 8:15), and we didn’t get in until around 9:20.

Corteza de pan.
Anoche me quedé dormido más temprano de lo habitual a causa de no haber dormido bien la noche anterior. Me vino bien, pues los días en que trabajo en casa trato de dormir un poco más para ponerme al día con el descanso, cosa que nunca logro. Bueno, lo primero que hice fue echarle agua a la tetera, colocar esta sobre la estufa y ponerme a revisar mi correo electrónico, que se había inundado de mensajes durante la noche por culpa de mis colegas en otros países. Entre ellos, tal y como esperaba, había comentarios con respecto a la ubicación de un documento sobre ciertos riesgos tributarios que les había enviado por correo electrónico. Lo había adjuntado al mensaje y les había pedido que me enviaran sus actualizaciones, pero buscaban un lugar donde todos pudieran hacerle cambios al mismo tiempo. Como si tener cinco grupos diferentes cambiando un solo bloque de texto pudiera resultar bien.

日本語を初めて勉強してる時、婚約者がアニメを見るのをおすすめしてくれた。欧米には、少年アニメが非常に流行ってるので呪術廻戦を見てみた。残念だけど、あまり気に入らなかった。ユーモアはよくないし、キャラクタも面白くないし、作画だけがよかったと思ってた。（もちろん、これは僕の数年前の意見だけです。もういっかい呪術廻戦にチャンスをあげたほうがいいでしょうかね）
婚約者からのおすすめしてくれたアニメが少年アニメとは全然違う。魔法少女、ホラー、日常系、たくさんのジャンルをおすすめしてくれた。嬉しくて、いろいろのアニメを試した！メイド・イン・アビス（トラウマがまだ残ってるけど（笑））、魔法少女リリカルなのは、ご注文はうさぎですか？、小林さんちのドラゴンメイド... そんなにたくさんの違うアニメがあるなんて、本当に思わなかった。
もちろん、そのようなアニメのおかげで僕のリスニング能力はどんどん上達することができた。今のとろろ、リスニングをさらに上達したいならアニメよりポッドキャストのほうが適切けど、ときどきまだアニメを見ている。

To what extent do you agree or disagree?
The old discussion about work with what makes you happy against only a security job. This different points of view show us generally different social cultural and economic contests what set the head of the people in time to make the decision. Coming from a less currence money family I agreed more with the second group but also can understand the reasons of the first affirmation.
To justify the choosiness of job satisfaction there always one strong argument. People say that following this path can avoid future health problems. Let’s imagine someone that chooses financial instead art scenic. Yes, he can be realized financially speaking, have stable life. However, in the how time pass, and he becomes older. He can empety inside, something missing. It can develop depression and another health problems. Otherwise, if his passion is followed, he can be more realized, happy, it can increase the quality of their personal relationships.
Nowadays with the world completely globalized and with the economic systems totally connected furthermore considering the increasing of international tensions people can’t give himself the luxury to choose jobs that are more satisfaction to personal life instead secure. Especially considering those that came from poorest families and in the majority times are carrying the weight of the world in their shoulders to help their families. This can also be noticed in cases when someone choose to work as a software developer instead a musician even that the second is his passion. In the real world the probability to have success or even just won a real salary as musician is way smaller than software technology.
Is clear that some heath problems can be develop in the life of those that choose security instead satisfaction. Although, this can be avoid with one attitude. People can work in security jobs just for one period of their lives. They don’t need to work in this jobs to the rest of their lives. They can also build one stable life, a good finencial reservation and them change their jobs. But its only possible because they worked a certain period of their lives in security job. The modern society is to cruel nowadays to sorrow mistakes and give a second chance.

Ahora estoy decidiendo a cuáles puestos de trabajo me gustaría postularme con ChatGPT porque quiero trabajar con datos en una empresa de salud. Personalmente, prefiero trabajar en el sector de la salud porque me encanta analizar datos de comportamiento.
En mi proyecto de investigación en psicología, analicé datos de encuestas en Python para entender el desarrollo de las amistades en la edad adulta. Fue muy interesante analizar los patrones de comportamiento entre hombres y mujeres, así como entre personas autistas y no autistas.
