我的国籍是俄罗斯，但是我不感觉我是俄国人。我很小的时候，跟家人就搬到了加拿大。我在这里长大了，也这个国家思是我的家。我的全生是在这儿。
我父母尝试保护我们的文化。他们教我读、写、和说俄语。在小时候，我看俄国的电影和节目、听俄国的音乐、读俄国的小说和诗。我仍然很喜欢它们中的很多。
成人时候，我回到俄罗斯去大学待了一年。我有很大的文化冲击。我感觉了我非常不同比我的俄罗斯同学们。他们有真不同的心理和文化，所以我感觉了我是外边人。我感到了非常不舒服，也很想家。回家加拿大后，我非常高兴。
在俄罗斯旅游很不错，但是我绝不想住在那里。这样，我在俄罗斯出生，但是我有加拿大的心。

Turkish coffee

Die Regenzeit in Japan
Die Kanto‑Region ist gestern offiziell in die Regenzeit eingetreten. Wenn sie beginnt, fühle ich immer eine Mischung aus Erleichterung und leichter Frustration. Einerseits ist die kühlere Luft eine willkommene Abwechslung, besonders nach den ungewöhnlich heißen Tagen, die wir im Mai hatten. Für einige Blumen und Gemüsesorten in meinem Garten ist der viele Regen sogar gut, weil er ihnen hilft, stärker zu wachsen und sich auf den harten Sommer vorzubereiten. Die Ajisai, die bekannteste Blume dieser Jahreszeit, blühen überall in vielen verschiedenen Farben. Obwohl es etwas lästig ist, jedes Mal einen Regenschirm mitzunehmen – und ich kann mich nicht erinnern, in Deutschland im Juni einen gebraucht zu haben –, mag ich die ruhige Atmosphäre dieser Saison. Der Klang des Regens lässt die Stadt friedlicher wirken als sonst. Wenn man die Regenzeit so betrachtet, hilft es vielleicht auch Menschen, die aus dem Ausland hier leben, diese lange Phase mit grauem und feuchtem Wetter ohne allzu schlechte Stimmung zu überstehen.

Ethiopian Buna
Ethiopia is widely considered to be the birthplace of coffee.
According to legend, a shepherd named Kaldi discovered the coffee plant.
He noticed that his goats became unusually energetic after eating berries on the particular trees.
The Buna coffee ceremony in Ethiopia is a deeply symbolic event that usually lasts for several hours.
It can be taken for two hours and is meant to be shared with neighbours and guests.
The word "buna" simply means coffee in Amharic.

The rainy season in Japan
The Kanto region officially entered the rainy season yesterday.
I always feel a mix of relief and annoyance when it begins. On one hand, the cooler air is a welcome change especially after the unusual hot days we had in May. For some flowers and vegetables, the abundant rain helps them grow powerfully as they prepare for the harsh summer ahead. Ajisai, the signature flower in this season are blooming everywhere in variety of colors. Although carrying an umbrella every time I go out is a bit of a hassle, I actually like the quiet atmosphere of this season. The sound of rain makes the city feel calmer than usual. At the very least, seeing the season this way might help people living here from abroad cope with this long period of cloudy, damp days without feeling too down.

4. 东京迪士尼海洋 (Tokyo DisneySea)
因为Disney Premier Access已经卖光了，所以我们不能购买。
我担心我们能不能在指定座位外面看清楚一直很期待的表演《Dance the Globe!》。
《Dance the Globe!》从2026年1月14日开始，作为常设表演，游客全年都可以欣赏。
在25周年活动期间，增加了一些特别演出，所以我们这次很想观看。
不过，出乎意料的是，即使在指定座位外面，我们也能享受现场的氛围。
通过这个表演，《ENCANTO》的主人公Mirabel首次在东京迪士尼海洋登场。我猜，将来可能会有以《ENCANTO》为主题的项目在东京迪士尼海洋推出。
为了提高新项目的知名度，相关角色通常会在新项目开放的几年前就出现在东京迪士尼度假区。
除了《Dance the Globe!》之外，我们还欣赏了25周年海上表演和投影映射，非常满意。

4. Tokyo DisneySea
Because it was already sold out, my husband and I couldn't buy Disney Premia Access. So, I wondered whether we could see the long-awaited show, "Dance the glove!" well from outside the reserved seats.
As a regular show, "Dance the Globe!" started on January 14th,2026, and guests can enjoy it year-around.
During the 25th anniversary event, the special performances are added, so we were eager to enjoy it during this visit.
Against our expectations, we could fully enjoy the atmosphere even from outside the reserved seats.
With this show, Mirabel, the heroine of ENCANTO, debuted at Tokyo DisneySea. Maybe, a new attraction themed after ENCANTO will come there in the future.
In order to make new attractions more well-known, characters tend to debut in Tokyo Disney Resort several years before the attractions open.
We were satisfied that we could see not only "Dance the Globe!", but also the 25th anniversary water show and projection mapping.

パブでのコンサート
今日、小さいなコンサートを見に行きました。僕がおばあさんに「パブに行きたいですか」って誘われました。実は誘われた時、ちょっと迷いました。家族とお出かけをするべきか、それとも家に閉じ込めたまま、日本語を勉強し続けるべきか。その悩みの果てに、選択を決めました。家族とのお出かけのほうがいいと思っていました。
その選択を決めた理由は簡単すぎますーどれにしても、いつか絶対に日本語をできるようになります。そして、そのような機会があれば家族と時間を過ごすべきだと思いました。
パブに着いた後、あるコピーバンドが音楽を演奏し始めました。そのバンドの組み合わせは全部イギリス人だからたくさんの古いイギリスの曲が演奏しました。例えば、The Rolling StonesのJumpin' Jack Flash。いい曲けど。。。ちょっと足りない気がしました。恐らく、頭の中で日本でのカラオケと比べていまして、カラオケに行きたかっただけでした。
一時間ほど後、家に戻りました。音楽を聞くのは楽しいけど、結局カラオケのほうがいいと思います。

国際会議の採択結果が発表されました。
一年間に心血を注いで取り組んだ研究が却下されたと知った私は挫けました。努力の末に生まれたアイデアが認められなかったことに落ち込み、メールで含まれた査読コメントを見る勇気が出ず、メールを閉じてしまいました。
涙を浮かべたまま、「僕のヒーローアカデミア」を見ることにしました。恥ずかしいことかもしれませんが、オールマイト対オール・フォー・ワンの戦いを見て、 だんだんに力を与えてくれました。やっぱり、平和の象徴であるオールマイトは最高のヒーローですね。
翌日、気を取り直して改めて結果のメールに目を通した。もちろん、論文は国際会議では不採択でしたが、目が曇ってたせいで、修正後に学術誌で受理されたことに気づいていませんでした。修正の締め切りは3ヶ月後で、レビューコメントを読み解いていきました。彼らのフィードバックはとても貴重の上に、優しく書かれていました。
採択されたかどうかという結果ばかりに気を取られ、査読者の方々が時間をかけて書いてくださった貴重な意見や助言に感謝する余裕さえなかった自分が、本当に情けなく感じました。
これからの３か月間に一生懸命に見直しを進め、また心が折れないようにメンタルも鍛えていきたいと思います。

Education in College and AI
Today I want to write about the thing that has been a question for me since I joined college. The question is that should i continue using AI or should i just stop it and do all jobs by myself. So the thing is, I can say i do not almost use any generative AI to do my homework or my writing assignment. Even after joining college for the first 2 and 3 months i do all things by myself. But then I heard and saw everyone uses AI and having good grade. Then I was like ok let me try it. Then I tried it, it was so helpful, I used it again and again finally I fall for its addiction. Now i can not do anything without the help of it. It just become like addiction. I want to stop using it, but I can not I am trapped.
And then i think why i can not stop using it, what is my problem? I ask myself Am I really learning, the answer was I am not I am just trying to met deadlines and get good grades without even learning 0.1 % out of it. So there are some reasons I considered are the challenges for me to not can not use AI. The first one was my own laziness. I want to get things done and leave them without even doing anything. The other one was seeing other life getting easy because the use AI and do it effectively and get good grades while here I struggle to do the assignments and barely getting rest and still not getting enough grades. This one is the main reason I can not stop using it. I need the grade then I have to use it otherwise I feel like I will fail. At this point I do not even what to do, I know that I am not learning at the same time I do not want to stop using AI and fail while others use it and get good grades.

Sehr geehrte Frau Wiester,
leider muss ich mich wegen der Situation in unserem Wohngebäude an Sie wenden. Ein besonders problematischer Aspekt betrifft die Müllentsorgung. Da dieser nur unzureichend erfolgt, sind die Müllcontainer regelmäßig überfüllt, was zu erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten für die Bewohner führt. Der Müll passt oft nicht mehr in die Container, sodass ständig Müllsäcke neben ihnen abgestellt werden. Manchmal kommen dann Tieren und zerreißen die und der ganze Boden ist schmutzig und voller Müll.
Infolgedessen wirkt der Bereich nicht nur ungepflegt, sondern stellt auch ein hygienisches Problem dar.
Ich wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie sich dieser Angelegenheit zeitnah annehmen könnten. Für eine Rückmeldung sowie Informationen über mögliche Maßnahmen danke ich Ihnen im Voraus.

新しいテーブルを買った
最近、私のリビングルームを整えったかったです。ソファや他の椅子は壁のそばにありました。しかし、椅子の距離は話しのために遠すぎたと思いました。それに、客がないときでも、テレビにちょうど向かった椅子がありませんでした。椅子の立場は虚空から選んでいました。
そして、椅子を部屋の中に置きました。しかし、椅子の周辺のスペースは足りませんでした。部屋を渡したかったら、椅子の前に歩かなきゃいけないようになりました。椅子をもっと近く置くのが必要ですが、センターテーブルは大きすぎるので、そういう誓いに置けば、テーブルと椅子のスペースが小さすぎるようになります。
実際に、今のセンターテーブルをあまりに好きではありません。引っ越したときに、やすいのでIKEAから買いました。しかし、形は部屋のためにNG、てベルの黒い色は暗すぎます。そして、言い訳があるので、新しいテーブルを買いました。新しいテーブルは茶色の木のパータンがあって、前のテーベルより小さいです。それに、IKEAのテーブルは厚紙からできて、新しいテーブルは本物の木からできました。

Hace poco vi un documental sobre la salud y bienestar. Dijeron que la dieta típica estadounidense está matando los estadounidenses. Mencionaron que los japoneses viven ocho años más que los estadounidenses y los canadienses viven seis años más que los estadounidenses. Además, la esperanza de vida de los estadounidenses está cayendo en picado. Solo Venezuela (inflación) y Siria (guerra) tienen un descenso más rápido. Los Estados Unidos tienen 5% de la población mundial pero 15% de las muertas de COVID,

Chez moi
J'habite à une petite ville sur l'est du Canada. Même-si on peut dire qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'opportunités ou des ammenité ici que les autres villes qui sont plus grand comme Toronto, il y a quelque chose de speciale ici. Puisque mon ville est petite et il n'y a pas beaucoup des immeubles, nous vivons, essentialement, au mileu d'une forêt(pas exactement mais on peut voir la nature tous les endroits autour de nous). J'ai visité quelques fois, des villes plus grandes, mais c'est une autre sentiment quand je marche à l'école et je peux voir des belles arbres, des fleurs, et en général, la beauté de la nature. J'aime ça beaucoup, surtout parceque je vivais à une ville complètement différent avant de déménager ici. Donc, je me rends compte qu'il y a des villes ou on peut croitre mes il y a aussi des villes ou on peut vivre. Ça dépends sur la personne.

Giocare ai videogiochi per migliorare il mio italiano
Ho sempre giocato e apprezzato i videogiochi, quindi naturalmente secondo me è un ottimo idea di usarli per migliorare la mia capacità di capire l’italiano.
Un paio di anni fa sono stata nel corso di studiare il tedesco-una lingua che alla fine l’ho mi smesso di studiare- in un modo davvero limitato. Un metodo che ho usato è stato di cambiare la lingua dei miei videogiochi a tedesco. Ho cambiato la lingua del mio videogioco (in quel periodo- Ghost of Tsushima). Non è andata bene e alla fine ho smesso di studiarlo.
In agosto lo scorso anno, mi sono interessata molto e ho iniziato a studiare l’italiano in un modo molto più strutturato. Siccome sentivo presto che stavo migliorando abbastanza da mettermi alla prova più, ho deciso a combinare due dei miei hobby: studiare l’italiano e giocare ai videogiochi.
Il videogioco che ho giocato a prima era Assassin’s Creed Origins- un videogioco con un mondo sia grandissimo che aperto, ambientato in Egitto antico con una storia forte, personaggi interessanti e molto dialogo. Inizialmente mi sentivo proprio come un pesche fuor d’acqua, non scherzo! Però mentre giocavo ho iniziato gradualmente a sentirmi a mio agio (piano, piano) e sono riuscita a capire più- non senza gli errori- ma è stato ancora un risultato. E mentre dovevo usare i sottotitoli per aiutare la mia comprensione, tuttavia penso che sia stato molto un benefico.
Insomma, penso che i videogiochi siano ottimi per imparare le lingue, ma si deve stare attento che non lì usare per evitare il studio strutturato. C’erano alcune volte in cui mi sono trovata usarli per evitare a fare la pratica della grammatica 😅
In questo periodo, sto giocando ad Assassin’s Creed Odyssey e a quel più nuovo gioco, ambientato nella Baghdad antica (ho dimenticato come si chiama) e mi piacciono moltissimi. In futuro vorrei giocare alla collezione di Ezio e forse alla serie di Fallout- ma quella sarà una sfida pazzesca che non sono ancora pronta.

Me interesa en la salud y el bienestar. Me encanta ver los documentales sobre este tema. Un día, veía una entrevista con el doctor de cáncer y scientifico, Dr. Guillermo Li. Le preguntaron, “¿Cuáles son los mejores alimentos para combatir el cáncer?”
Dr. Li respondió, “1) los champiñones 2) los tomates 3) los brotes de brócoli “
Cuando le doctor preparaba los champiñones, él guardaba las cabezas y tiraba los tallos. Resultado que, los tallos tienen muchas más propiedades para combatir el cáncer que las cabezas.

Die Serie, die ich derzeit schaue
Derzeit schaue ich keine Serie. Ich habe aber in den letzten Tagen ein paar Filme geschaut. Ich schaute "If I had legs I'd kick you", "Demolition" und "Nüremberg." Ich habe alle drei Filme gut gefunden. Am liebsten mochte ich "Nüremberg", danach "If I had legs I'd kick you" und letztlich "Demolition", aber sie waren alle gut. Alle drei sind auch ziemlich traurig. Ich weiß nicht warum, aber diese Art von Filmen ist mein Favorit. Auf den Top meiner "Watchlist" stehen "Obsession" und "Backroooms." Diese sind Horrorfilme, deswegen werde ich sie schauen, wenn es hell ist.
