Mon jour aujourd'hui
Normalement, le mardi est le jour où je n'ai pas beaucoup de choses à faire comparativement aux autres jours de la semaine. C'est très agréable parce que je dois travailler (je suis professeur dans une école) le lundi et le mercredi, donc je peux préparer du matériel pour le cours à venir.
Avant mon meeting en ligne ce matin, je me suis entrainé comme tous les autres jours. Je suis un coureur, c'est pourquoi je cours entre environ huit et quinze kilomètres par jour. Aujourd'hui, j'ai couru dix kilomètres. Après le meeting, j'ai cuisiné et mangé mon déjeuner dans mon petit appartement. L'après-midi, j'ai bu un café et je me suis promené dans la ville parce que le temps était beau aujourd'hui. Avant de prendre mon dîner plus tard, je vais encore faire quelques exercices de sport, qui m'aident à régénérer pour mon prochain entraînement démain. Aprés le dîner, je regarderai la télévision avant de me coucher.

J'aime l'automne
Aujourd’hui, ça sent comme l'automne. Il fait froid, mais le soleil est dans le ciel. Il y a beaucoup de feuilles sur le sol. Les feuilles sont très colorées, comme jeune, rouge, et orange. J’ai porté une veste quand je suis allée au travail ce matin. J’aime l’automne parce qu’il ne fait pas trop chaud dehors. En été, il fait trop chaud et je ne veux pas aller dehors. En automne, j’aime me promener dans la forêt et sentir l’air frais. J'espère que je peux apprécier ce beau jour !

Une semaine difficile
Ce n'est que mardi, mais cette semaine est trop stressante pour moi ! Hier j'ai enseigné pour la première fois, et j'ai besoin de préparer pour mes autres cours cette semaine et la semaine prochaine. Aujourd'hui je me suis réveillé en retard et ma liste des tâches est si longue. J'espère que une viennoiserie peut m'aider gérer mes responsabilités !

Многие из наших политиков и высокопоставленных должностных лиц учились в ENA (École Nationale d'Administration, «Государственная Школа Администрации»). Из-за сильного контраста между достаточно ограниченными навыками (и интеллектом) этих людей и высокими академическими требованиями, у нас много шуток об «енархах» (так называются настоящие и бывшие студенты в ). Вот одна!
Парижанин в отпуск в южной Франции знакомится с пастухом, который хранит овец. Парижанин хватает, что он очень хорошо разбирается в числах. Так пастуху приходит в голову идея. Он говорит: — Если вы угадаете, сколько у меня овец, вы сможете взять одну бесплатно!
Парижанин отвечает: — Интересно! Ммм.. Я сказал бы... Пятьсот!
— Точнее пятьсот десять, но это уже впечатляющая оценка! Пожалуйста, выберите овцу...
Когда Парижанин возвращается с животным, пастух добавляет: — Сейчас всё или ничего! Если я угадаю, какую школу вы посетил, то вы вернете овцу; если нет, то вы сможете вернуться с двумя овцами!
— Договорились! — отвечает горожанин, который уже представляет себя с этой наградой.
— Вы посетили!
— Удивительно! Но... Как вы догадались!? — восклицает Парижанин.
— Это просто! На своих плачах вы не носите овцу, а мою собаку!

Should boys and girls be allowed to play on the same sports
In a world that constantly champions inclusion and equality, the debate over whether girls and boys should play sports together is controversial and has been widely discussed. While some people argue that girls and boys should not play together, others believe they should. Which begs the question: should they play together or stay divided? Well, let’s find out!
On one hand, sports are opportunities to develop discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. When girls are denied access to certain opportunities simply because of their gender and physical capability, they lose a vital platform for growth. Furthermore, athletic ability should be determined by participation, not gender. For example, Serena Williams was denied access to a tennis instructor simply because of her race and gender. Allowing girls to join boys' teams is not just about fairness; it is also about nurturing talent and creating a more equitable, fair, and inclusive environment by giving girls the same opportunities as boys. Additionally, mixed-gender sports help break down harmful stereotypes, showing both boys and girls that ability is not defined by gender. A 2018 study in the journal "Frontiers in Psychology" found that coed sports foster more positive attitudes about gender roles and cooperation between boys and girls.
However, some people still say they shouldn’t play together because men are generally stronger and have greater physical strength than women. This can make men’s competitions more physically intense and competitive than women’s. For example, according to worldathletics.org, the fastest woman runs a 100 meters in 10.49 seconds, which is 8140th place in mixed rankings for fastest 100-meter run, while the fastest man runs it in 9.58 seconds, which is 1st place in the same ranking. Nevertheless, it is true that there are many girls and women who are strong enough to play sports with boys, but most girls are not. Hence, if girls play with boys, they may end up losing confidence. Moreover, if boys and girls play together in sports that require a lot of physical touch, like Boxing or Kabaddi, boys may not be able to do their best, as they may try not to hurt girls.
In conclusion, while there are arguments on both sides, I believe that girls and boys should play together in sports that don’t require physical touch, with participation based on ability and merit rather than gender.

A Phrase that Marked Me 🐾
I'm going to share an experience that left a deep mark on my soul, and also a phrase that helped me overcome my sadness.
That experience was when my dog died. He was like my baby. I loved him, and took care of him: I bathed him, walked him, and fed him. I took on all the responsibilities that didn't require money because I was a teenager, and I had no job.
He got sick from an infected tick. No one told me how serious it was or that I could have prevented a bad outcome with a vaccine. He became so sick that he couldn't recover and died. Everything passed very fast in three days. My family was devastated, I had never seen my father cry before, and also I cried everyday in my room.
In the middle of that sadness, an ex-friend told me, "Why are you so sad? Your dog lived the best life: he traveled, saw the sea, lived in a loving home, he slept in your bed every day, ate the best food, and received kisses and hugs daily. He was your baby. He lived a better life than I have". These words instantly changed my mood. At that moment, I only remembered the good times we had with him, and how happy was his life.
Those words are still in my mind, each time I saw his photos or a dog that looks like him, I cry again, but not because I'm sad; It's because I'm nostalgic and emotional. I'm thankful for the life that gave me a few wonderful years with my dog.

Volleyball
In 40 Minuten habe ich ein Treffen beim Volleyball-Verein, deswegen habe ich heute wenig Zeit zum Schreiben.
Solche Treffen finden zweimal pro Woche statt. Sie gliedern sich in drei Teile, die jeweils 30 Minuten dauern. Zunächst wärmen wir uns auf, indem wir verschiedene Körperübungen machen und ein bisschen laufen. Danach teilen uns in Paare auf und verfeinen unsere Spieltechnik, wie Aufschlag, Angriff oder Annahme. Nachdem wir uns vollkommen vorbereitet haben, spielen wir ein paar Runden. Volleyball ist schewerer, als ich dachte: Man soll sich immer auf den Ball konzentrieren und aktiv am Spiel teilnehmen.

How many hours do you work every day
I work about eleven hours everyday.
In the morning , after breakfast I go out to work at about 9 o'clock , usually I will drive to company or by subway ,before 10 o'clock I arrive at office building.
After getting to my work station ,I check the missed message first , so I can get whether there are important and emergency issues.Then I begin to deal with urgent matters or normal work .
At 12am I go out for lunch with my workmates ,before 2pm we need to go back to our work stations and start working . At about 6pm I begin to have dinner with my colleagues or alone ,before 7pm I come back to the work station and continue with my work or do something random to kill time ,after 8pm I prepare to go home .
I have been working like this for more than 10 years ,how about you ?

Deutsches Aufzeichnungsbuch, 4/11
Heute ist ein ziemlich langweiliger Tag, deshalb schreibe ich ein bisschen über die Stadt, in der ich jetzt wohne. Diese Stadt heißt Almaty, sie ist in Kazakhstan. Ich mag diese Stadt sehr! Ich wohne hier seit fast drei Jahren. Almaty ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.
Hier gibt es viele große und sehr schöne Bäume, deshalb im Sommer, wenn die Temperatur mehr als 30 Grad beträgt, gibt es hier viele Schatten. Es ist sehr wohl.
Almaty ist eine sehr moderne Stadt, es gibt hier viele Konzerte, Vorstellungen, Sammlungen und andere Aktivitäten.
Und in der Nähe gibt es Gebirge. Es heißt Zailiysky Alatau. Da ist es sehr schön, und jeder kann in zwei Stunden in das Gebirge gelangen.
Und die Leute sind hier sehr nett und gastfreundlich.
Über Nachteile dieser Stadt schreibe ich morgen.

Murderbot Season 1
I watched Apple TV's Murderbot this summer holiday. I do not watch TV show regulary, specially Science Fiction. But I clicked in when it pop out on my screen. There were only 2 episodes available when I found that show, each episode is about 20 minutes. And I just couldn't stop to watching. 40 minutes goes fast. And I'm far from satsfied.The show is releasing once a week, and I was preparing my College entrance exam that time. So I said it to myself, Im only watch this to practice my english, only in a more joyfull way. This show is about a waken android who wants to destroy the human but can never because he loves human.The android is a secunit, he was created to protect paying clients. He call himself murderbot, but he never hurt human by his own will.He likes watching TV shows, self-talking and complain how could human be that stupid.He told to himself million times to leave those humans and let them die in a unknow planet, but he never leave. I really like the build and shifts of the characters and the casting. But the costume were not that great, the protective clothing of the murderbot was an armor-print onesies.

Driving A Car
I woke up at 6 o’clock this morning.
I usually get up early on Tuesday and Thursday.
Because I should go to another prefecture by a car for my work.
It makes me unhappy.
It’s sure that driving is good.
But I want to sleep more, and 50km driving at early morning is little bit tough.
And often I straggle traffic jam.
To change my mind, I drive a car with podcasts , radio or music.

Retrouvailles 再会
J’ai revu un ami qui travaille dans une agence de voyages.
Selon lui, les prix ont augmenté partout, et avec la faiblesse du yen, tout semble environ deux fois plus cher qu’avant.
Dans ces conditions, il semble difficile d’aller à Paris pour le moment.
Mais il paraît qu’on peut encore voyager dans le sud de la France.

Pflanzen in Munich!
Irgendwie seit ich in Deutschland wohne (1 Jahr), habe ich eine Leide für Pflanzen entdeckt. Ich finde dass seit April und Mai, die Stadt voll mit Pflanzen Pop Ups ist. Und so habe ich eine schöne Lade gefunden, es heisst ¨Plantologie¨. Diese Lade ist wunderschön voll mit grün und kreatives Design überall, besonderes liebe ich die Schach style Boden. Am ertse Mal kaufte ich eine kleine Pilea... es war so schön, ich hatte nicht genug und musste ich zurück gehen. Also, diese Geschichte hat sich ein paar Mal wiedergeholt, und jetzt kümmere ich mich um 14 Pflanzen in meinen Haus! Ich muss sagen dass, manchmal es anstrengen sein kann alle zu giessen an den selben Tag. Aber es lohnt sich weil sie mich so froh machen. Jedes morgen wache ich auf so aufgeregt eine neue Blätter zu sehen.
Überall würde ich sagen dass, diese neue Hobby hat etwas in mich gewacht, die ich nicht kennte... ein Teil von mir dass mehr Geduldig ist. Ich habe gelernt zum nur sitzen und schauen, das Leben langsamer zu geniessen und das Natur zu schätzen, vielleicht es hat auch mit Alt zu tun. Jetzt habe ich neue Träume, zum Beispiel, meine eigene Pflanzen Lade in Peru zu haben.

Brother's life
He was born in St-Barthelemy, a french island in Carribean.
He was one of the last newborn here, because the maternity closed after that.
We don't have the same father, so when he was fourteen years old, he went definitely in St-Barth with his father.
After that, he worked on the island, like a barman and waiter.
He met his future wife at work. She was a customer who reside in Florida, but she was french.
After a lot of obstacles to stay in U.S.A, he decided to marry with her.
It was a beautiful mariage, because the family of this wife is really wealthy. (for exemple, the aunt, the richest, have a movie theater on her house and a helicopter on the garden)
Actually, my brother dwell on a pretty house in Florida with his two sons and he work in the Four Seasons hotel.

Gedanken
Hallo, ich habe soeben diese Website gefunden. Schon seit 15 Jahren lerne ich Deutsch, aber ich fühle so, dass ich nicht so gut sprechen kann, wie es sein sollte. Mein Lieblingszeitvertreib ist die best Lernmethode zu finden. Ich suche nach einem Mirakel, damit das Lernen das effizienste sein kann.
Vielleicht existiert kein Mirakel, nur möchten die Menschen dieser Fakt nicht akzeptieren. Einige sagen: "es gibt kein kostenlose Mittagessen" oder „Warte nicht darauf, dass dir die gebratenen Tauben in den Mund fliegen!" - also ohne Arbeit und Zeitinvestierung wird nichts passieren. Aber ich hoffe, dass es sich lohnt, Sprache zu beherrschen. Meine Mutti sagte immer: "Je mehr Sprachen du sprichst, desto mehr Menschen du bist".

Я стала ленивой и не писала тексты. Я замечала, что моя самая большая мотивация - говорить с носители языка. В этих разговорах я быстро получу отзыв. Вчера я опять была в разговорном клубе университета и мы играли настолки по-русски. Это была столь весело, что мы ехали домой очень поздно. Причём, мой поезд опаздал и я было дома часов 00:30.

As we all know, exericise during the daytime can improve sleep quality in the night. From my experience, cardio is more effective than resistance training when it comes to benefiting sleep. And whatever the kind of exercise one takes, being outdoors is always better than staying indoors. That's the reason I take a hour-long walk outside, for the sake of getting a good night's sleep, since poor sleep quality has troubled me for a long time.
However, resistance training can help people maintain a healthy amount of muscle, which is the foundation of good health.

Mi amigo.
Mi amigo especial se llama Taka. Nosotros encontramos en bachillerato hace 20 años, no era mismo curso pero estábamos afiliado a mismo club de atletismo.
El primero impresión era normal, me sentí que no podemos hacer buen amigo con él, sin embargo, seguí hablando con él, entendí que él estaba muy interesante y simpático además tenemos misma interesada sobre los video juegos. Después de terminar nuestro club, fuimos a casa de él y hicimos video juegos durante mucho tiempo. También, fuimos a restaurante y Karaoke, casi todos los días con juntos hasta graduarnos.
Después de bachillerato, nosotros elegimos diferentes sitio, él era bombero, yo entraba universidad de otra provincia. Durante 4 años no nos veía nada ni jugábamos.
Cuando volví a mi ciudad después de terminar la universidad, te llamé para jugar otra ves. Él sin cambió y tuvo mismo cariño como antes. Continuamos relación con él.
Actualmente, las fines de semana jugamos a video juego en la casa de él con mis hijos, él también tiene hijo. Sigue siendo relación como familia.
