My favorite time of the day
If I had to choose, I would say that my favorite time of the day is the morning.
I struggle a bit to get out of bed, because right now I don't have a consistent routine but the things I tried to achieve before 10am are; get change, have breakfast and some movement, like walking, or going to the gym or just doing some exercise at home.
I am trying to have some rituals in the morning also to practice English, listening to the news in the morning while cooking breakfast. I want to record myself talking to improve in my pronunciation but I find that a bit to difficult to do because once I start recording my mind goes blank, even though, I will keep trying until I find a way to get better making some sounds in English.
Because of that the morning is my favorite time of day.

Warum ich League of Legends auf Französisch spiele
Manchmal spiele ich League of Legends auf Französisch, weil ich mein Französisch verbessern möchte. Wenn ich Videospiele wie League of Legends oder Team Fortress 2 auf meinem Laptop spiele, bin ich weniger entspannt, aber ich lerne ständig neue Wörter auf Französisch, Deutsch oder Spanisch.
Jedes Mal, wenn ich League of Legends auf Englisch spiele, fühlt es sich ein bisschen seltsam an. Obwohl Englisch meine Muttersprache ist, spiele ich League of Legends normalerweise auf Französisch.

Zwei Katzen, ein Kater und die Hündin
Ich habe zwei Katzen, sie Marion and Katie heißen, ein Kater, er Beau heißt, und auch ein Hündin, sie Allie heißt. Marion ist ein bisschen fettes, weil sie zu viel essen mag. Katie ist eine verdünnte Calico-Katze, meisten weis mit kleine braune und schwarze Flecken. Katie ist die kleinste Katze und ist ein bisschen distanziert. Beau ist die einzige Männchen, und er mag denken, dass er der größte ist, obwohl die Hündin größer ist. Er ist ein grauer Smoking-Kater. Allie ist ein Berner Sennenhund und sie ist ein süß Liebling. Ich liebe alle meine Haustiere.

Le Saint Graal des sciences médicales : un remède définitif
De nos jours, on a beaucoup de médicaments et de traitements pour un large éventail de maladies. Il existe des pilules pour chaque problème. Ne vous méprenez pas, je pense que c’est une bonne chose ! La médecine moderne est véritablement un miracle. On peut contrôler la progression de beaucoup de maladies, et ainsi éviter les complications. Pour prendre un exemple facile, les médicaments contre le cholestérol et contre l'hypertension préviennent des milliers de crises cardiaques par an. Ce n’est pas rien ! De plus, on peut contrôler les symptômes des maladies, comme la douleur, la nausée, la démangeaison, l’essoufflement, la toux, etc. Je ne peux pas imaginer à quel point c'était difficile de vivre avec l'asthme avant les inhalateurs, ou n’importe quelle maladie chronique. Mais il y a une seule chose que tous les scientifiques recherchent : le Saint Graal des sciences médicales, un remède définitif. Les maladies chroniques sont vraiment les maladies les plus importantes de nos jours : l’asthme et le BPCO, le diabète, l’IRC, la maladie cardiovasculaire, le mal au dos, etc. On peut contrôler la progression et les symptômes de ces maladies, mais on ne peut pas les guérir. Chaque scientifique veut être l’un qui crée le premier vrai remède pour un : imaginez être la personne qui a finalement guéri le diabète. Et bien sûr, malgré les avis des théoriciens du complot, on a déjà beaucoup de remèdes définitifs. La chirurgie est souvent un remède définitif : on ne peut plus avoir l’appendicite si on n’a plus une appendice, ou l’arthrite du genou si on n’a plus l'articulation du genou d'origine. La chimiothérapie est aussi définitive, si le patient obtient une rémission. Les antimicrobiens (les antibiotiques, les antifongiques, les antiparasitaires, etc) sont évidemment définitifs. Maintenant, on a besoin de nouveaux remèdes pour les maladies chroniques, et je pense que les nouvelles thérapies (comme la thérapie cellulaire, la thérapie génique, l'immunothérapie, etc) sont prometteuses. Mais on vivra verra !

Correction : L'entraîneur.
L'entraîneur a dit qu'il fallait gagner ce match.
Nous avons mal joué toute la première moitié.
Pendant la mi-temps, l'entraîneur, en colère,
nous a signalé toutes nos erreurs en n'arrêtant pas de crier.
Il a fait deux changements au début de la deuxième moitié.
Mais tout allait de mal en pis. On a concédé un but.
À dix minutes de la fin du match, on a égalisé
Pas de victoire, mais au moins un match nul.

Jurassic park
Les séries films « Jurassic park » et « Jurassic world » sont bien connus surtout du monde. Mais, saviez-vous que les séries populaires sont basées sur le livre « Jurassic park » par Michael Crichton? Il a été publié en 1985, et a été populaire auprès la communauté de lecteurs de la science-fiction. Souvent la plus principale critique dont les lectures parlent est que les films n’ont pas aussi fortes critiques des millionaires et des technologies. Dans les films, John Hammond, le créateur de Parc jurassien est un homme génial et excentrique, qui a la chance être millionaire. Dans le book, cependant, il est sinistre, gourmand et égoïste.

Nevers (1/2)
Recientemente visité Nevers con mi familia y una amiga. Es una pequeña ciudad en Borgoña, en el este de Francia. Ya la había visitado hace algunos años con otros amigos, y me había gustado mucho. A pesar del sol abrasador y de un tren retrasado (¡pero con la SNCF estamos acostumbrados a esto!), pasamos un día muy agradable.
En la mañana visitamos los lugares turísticos más importantes, incluso el Palacio Ducal y las puertas de las antiguas fortificaciones. Para el almuerzo comimos crepes bretones. A diferencia de las francesas, las crepas bretones tradicionales se preparan con harina de trigo sarraceno negra. ¡Claro, no era muy típico de la región, pero estaba riquísimo!

Home Office is the Perfect Concept for Moms
Before I got pregnant with my daughter, I mostly worked in typical 9 to 5 office jobs. I wasn’t satisfied with the salary, but never had the motivation or desire to start a new job in another field. It changed, when I gave birth to my daughter. My mindset completely changed, I started to watch videos about productivity and found many value able resources, that helped me to changed and improve my daily life. I will be a stay at mom mum, until my daughter turns two, once she goes to the kindergarten, I will have to find a new job. I am still thinking, what I want to do and how I want to work, but one thing I know for sure: I will never work in a typical 9 to 5 office job again. In the best case, I work in home office, which is the perfect balance between being a mom and having a work life. If I could, I would love to work with clients to help them with developing productivity systems, that apply to their life and change their way of thinking. In my dream life, I would visit peoples homes and change their environment to a better place, where everything is well organised and structured.

Mi rutina de la mañana.
A menudo me levanto a las 7 y media, quedo en la cama 15 minutos para navegar por las redes sociales.
Yo sé que esta es una rutina que causa la pudrición cerebral, por lo que intento reducir la duración por las redes sociales de 2 horas a 1 hora y 30 minutos cada día.
A las 8 empiezo a hacer ejercicio por 45 minutos antes de bañarme.
A las 9 a 9 y media, desayuno y me preparo para trabajar.
Salgo de casa a las 9:45 y voy al despacho en la bicicleta pública, empiezo a trabajar a las 10 a 4 por la tarde.
Después de volverme a casa, descanso un rato, y aprendo español o hago manualidad.
Ceno a las 7:30, leo un libro antes de dormir a las 10:30
En fin de semana, levanto más tarde a las 8:30 o 9:00 y la rutina está random también.
Tengo una página del Excel para guardar las metas importantes de los días y mis rutinas, pero a veces pienso que es como robótica y aburrida.

今日は最後のインタビューテストを終わりました。安心しているけど、ちょっと悲しいです。本当に全生徒と話すことが楽しみました。そして、なにか気づいたことは今年二年生は一番英語が興味があるそうです。二年生と話す時、彼らも僕にたくさん質問をしました。三年生と一年生よりです。なぜかなー。もちろん、
一年生よりたくさん単語を知りますけど、三年生は一番多い単語を知っているはずです。二年生のインタビューのテーマは一番おもしろいんかもしれないです。一年生の質問は簡単すぎるかもしれないし三年生の質問は難しすぎるかもしれないです。でも、わからんけど。みんなは本当によく出来ましたけど、二年生のほうが興味があるそうでした。

One technology that makes life better and worse.
The first thing that comes to my mind is Smartphone with WiFI.
The great invention make shopping easily and more convenient than ever.
By using them, you can buy almost everything through internet in any place even if you are outside.
But on the other hand, the stores I used to go has disappeared one after another.
In my opinion, it definitely makes life better but also make some good parts of life disappear with the memories.

Is Inequality Natural?
Today, many thoughts cross my mind. I started my day in a meeting organized by an organization called “rethinking economics” and everything was in English. Although I interact in English at work, I am still not confident with my speaking. I felt bad afterward because I spoke with a very strong accent, and I didn’t say much. In the evening, I read some pages of a textbook of microeconomics and I found something interesting. In the chapter I was reading, the author explained some basic concepts about supply and demand. He wrote about the conditions that could cause a displacement in the curve of demand and supply. He proceeded later with an example that was very controversial, at least in my opinion. He mentioned that inequality was the result of the interaction of these forces in the market. While the richest 20% of the people in the USA saw an income increase of 50% (adjusted for inflation), the poorest 20% only experienced an increase of 6% in their income. He described that this is the result of a high supply of unskilled workers but a low demand for their job. While on the other hand, although the number of professionals increased gradually, the demand for their skills was higher . This means that because there were a lot of unskilled workers but not too many companies looking for their jobs, their income was lower compared with professionals. This made me think about many things. First, according to the author, inequality is a natural result in a world defined by the market (where these forces interact), and second, the market is seen as neutral without any external influence. In search of a different approach, I found that some economists believe that the market is not neutral and it is defined by the people who control it. That would make inequality less natural and more a conscious decision.

Singish
There is a special word in Singapore.
it's called "chope".
Chope is the practice of placing your item or a small packet of tissues on the table and leaving the seat to order your food at a hawker center or food court.
I don't know how this practice came about, but there are two reasons why many people "chope" tables.
First of ll, it's to secure a table.
It's difficult to secure a table at hawker centers and food courts, so if you order your food without securing a table, you can't have your meal.
The other reason is it is a way of showing other people how crowded the hawker center or food court is.
If many tables are "choped", others will be able to understand that the place is crowded, and they will be able to quickly decide whether to go to another place to eat or change to takeaway.
I believe that chope is a practice that only exists in Singapore.
By the way, although it's a Malay word, it's a Singlish word that Singaporeans are familiar with.

Ma egy kicsit fáradt vagyok, pedig az óra nem volt olyan megerőltető, mint általában. A résztvevők nagyon lelkesedtek az anyagért; őszintén beszélgettünk a németországi élettel kapcsolatos különböző nézőpontokról. Az „Élet Németországban” vizsga július 9-én lesz – tehát három hét múlva. Az előrejelzések szerint a következő napokban rendkívül meleg lesz. Épp most sétáltam, és éreztem, hogy elég fülledt az idő. Hát, végül is nyár van – szóval a hőmérséklet biztosan emelkedni fog.
