Als ich war ein Kind, mein Lieblingsvideospiel war Pokémon. Eine häufinge Antwort, ja? Um präziser zu sein, es war Pokémon Saphir, und ich spielt es als ich war drei.
Obwohl ich war ein schlechter Stratege, und es gelingt mir nicht, um das Spielen zu gewinnen.

How are you spending your time during self-isolation?
I just recently got back to my normal life after sequestering myself for a couple of days due to flu, so this is a really fitting prompt. Usually, when I am ill, I don't have enough bandwidth for reading, so I switch to content like movies and TV shows. I tend to binge quite a lot if I can't leave my bed quite yet. If my temperature is high, even binging becomes too demanding, so I switch to audiobooks or podcasts. Luckily, I've been able to find some really engaging German podcasts I can listen to while in bed, and my level is high enough to understand about 95% without looking anything up.
Another activity I really enjoy doing when I must isolate myself is talking. In order to not spread the infection, my family and I usually don't talk a lot when I am ill. So, in order to satisfy my social needs, I use the Internet, predominantly Discord! I can talk there for hours and infect no one. That's a great communication tool.

Я приведу пример: выражение "жив и здрав да си ", которое можно перевести на русском как "Будь здаров и жив.". Кроме этого вполне возможно услышать на улице в Болгарии "благодаря" (благодарю), "много си мил" (ты очень вежлив), "златен си" (ты золотой)

The History of French colonisation
Hey guys, I hope you're doing great. Yesterday I received my grade in history and I got 18 out of 20, the best grade of the class. As a result, I thought it would be a good idea to talk about it.
So, the test was about the colonisation in France from the late 19th century to the early 20th, right before the first World War. We had to talk about the 3 different forms of domination of the "colons" over the indigenous. The first one is political, the second is economic, and eventually the last one is socio-cultural.
The French's administration back then was very intricate. Indeed, there were three different forms of colonies. The first one was like for Algeria for instance. It was considered as a part of the French territory. It was divided into three departments (Alger, Oron and Constantine). It was directly depending of the Minister of the Interior in Paris. Moreover, it was one of the only settlement colonies (they sent European people who got the French nationality). Indeed, a large part of them were only used for exploitation.
That's the case for the second kind of colony. They were under direct administration (depending of the Ministory of the Colonies) and were exploited. Europeans sent the least people for the best possible outcome. They were as well called the "colonies of Black Africa".
Finally, there were the protectorates (under indirect administration). They kept their king and local administration but were still dominated. France was taking care of economic and foreign political business.
The second form of domination was economic. Indeed colonies and the French metropol signed the colonial pact. That pact truly ruined the colonies. Basically, colonies sent raw material and agri-food products, such as sugar or coffee, and they bought transformes products, like machines or refined sugar. But that was a real bargain for the metropol that was earning a lot of money over colonies.
Finally, there were the socio-cultural domination. The "colons" pretended to bring the civilisation under four forms: pacification (by stopping conflicts and slavery), education, medicine and christiannisation. But overall, the only real progress was the medicine one with vaccines.
They also created the elite category, that very basic indigenous, such as sales peoples or policemen, could integrate. They had to get ridd of their culture and gods to adapt the European life style. This process was called the acculturation. Hover, their rising stopped there cause they were still considered as inferior cause of their colour and origins.
In the colonies, the justice wasn't the same as in the territory. France had created the Indigene Code, a series of laws destined for repression of the indigenous. It was first created in Algery and spread throughout the whole Empire in 1887. That series of laws didn't respect the Republican values. Indeed, the colonial administration could directly give sentences without any lawsuits and it could be in an individual or collective way (they could condamn different people at the same time). It was very unfair and it contributed to the racial segregation that we could observe with break-taking pictures of European neighbourhoods next to Indigenous'.

Mes boissons préférées
Quand on reçoit un invité, il est de coutume de lui offrir un verre. Cependant, il y a tellement différentes boissons : comment savoir laquelle lui plaira ? Je dois être préparé ! Je connais seulement ceux qui me plaisent. Alors, aujourd’hui j’aimerais écrire mes boissons préférées. Espérons que j’aurai suffisamment d'options pour mes invités hypothétiques. D’abord, mon coup de cœur est sans aucun doute une tasse d’eau froide. Il met le « rafraîchir » dans « rafraîchissement ». C’est tellement simple, pourtant tellement satisfaisant. En outre, il fait vraiment chaud où j'habite, alors j’ai besoin de pouvoir me rafraîchir pendant une journée chaude sous un soleil de plomb. Je garde quelques bouteilles d’eau dans mon frigo, alors j’ai un verre froid à tout moment. J’utilise seulement l'eau du robinet, parce que le goût ne me dérange pas et je ne roule pas sur l'or. Ensuite, j’ai un faible pour le thé. Plus spécifiquement, j’adore le thé vert et le chai latte. Mais j'apprécie aussi les tisanes (comme la camomille ou le rooibos). Apparemment le thé vert a des avantages pour la santé. Je ne sais pas si c’est vrai : j’aime seulement la saveur et la simplicité. C’est juste moi, une tasse d’eau chaude et un sachet de thé. J’aime aussi le thé aux perles, en particulier la saveur taro ou fraise. C’est généralement un petit plaisir quand je vais à la plage, mais je peux aussi faire une tasse à la maison. Enfin, je n’aime pas vraiment le café. C'est sacrilège, je sais. C’est juste trop amer pour moi. C’est ironique (pour moi du moins) que l'odeur de café soit tellement attirante, pourtant le goût ne l’est pas. C’est comme un piège. Pour être honnête, un café me ferait probablement du bien, parce que je suis souvent fatigué. Également, je n’aime pas les boissons gazeuses. Je les trouve trop sucrées. L'exception, c’est le soda fruit de la passion (vraiment un mets fin d’Australie). Cependant, je ne peux donc pas offrir à mon invité une tasse de café ou un Coca-Cola. Tant pis.

Poodles and Toy Poodles
There is a funny story about poodles in Japan.
An old woman saw a standard poodle and said to its owner, "You're feeding it too much!"
She only knew about toy poodles, and never even thought that standard poodles existed.
Toy poodles only exist because standard poodles do.
She probably never thought about what "toy" actually meant.
It's a bit ironic, isn't it?

¿Qué idioma aprendo y por qué?
Bueno, hoy escribo en español, por eso voy a hablar de este. Es un idioma que empecé en la segunda parte de la escuela secundaria (sé que tenía muchos nombres variados en español según el país - ¡quizás sea mejor decir que tenía quince años cuando empecé a aprenderlo!). Tuve que elegir entre español y italiano. Escogí español porque es un idioma más difundido en el mundo, así que pensaba que me sería más útil. Pero como suele, ¡la vida tuvo el sentido del humor y hasta la universidad, conocí una mayoría de italianos!
Sin embargo es verdad que español es una lengua útil en general, y la usa para enseñar. No pienso que tenga el nivel para enseñar la lengua en sí, pero puedo hablar español para dar explicaciones sobre los idiomas que enseño. Además es una lengua que me gusta mucho, llena de pasión y de gracia. Ya que mi lengua materna es romance también, ¡siempre mi interesa ver las semejanzas y diferencias entre ellas!

L'attaque actuelle est une partie de toute une série des attaques de Washington au chef de l'église, qui est natifs des États-Unis. Au milieu du mois avril, Trump a reproché au chef de l'église catholique romaine de ne pas faire du bon travail. Il était "faible dans la lutte contre la criminalité" et "terrible dans la politique extérieure", après le chef de l'église avait reprouvé l'attaque des États-Unis et Israel contre l'Iran comme "véritablement inacceptable". Déjà en ce temps là, Trump a prétendu que Leo voulait permettre l'Iran de posséder des armes atomiques. Son bilan: Je ne suis pas un fan du pape Leo.

Sizing up
Today the new pair of green pants I bought online arrived, and I just noticed: my weight has been going up, but in a healthy way. The pants I bought are size 34, and I remember that a few years ago I used to buy 28 to 30 size. I checked my Health app and noticed that two years ago, I weighed 20 kilos less than today. I been improving my diet, doing more exercise and taking care of my mental health, and I’ve never felt better

田舎の魅力
私はもともと都会で生まれ育ち、大学に入学してからずっと都会に住んできました。今は学園都市に住んでいるので、田舎の魅力が完全に分かってきました。田舎は都会より静かで、交通も全然問題ではありません。そして、田舎の夜は暗くて穏やかで、その平静な空気に惹かれてきました。自然も緑も田舎のほうが豊かで、空気もきれいで、健康にとてもいいです。さらに、子供の学校や病院は近いし、１０分ぐらいでどこにでも行くことができます。それに比べて、都会での用事は交通のせいで負担になってしまうのが多いです。しかし、田舎も欠点があります。確かに学校や病院はありますが、贅沢なものや場所が少ないです。通販がよければたぶんいけるかもしれません。豪華なところはなくても、家で色んなことができれば、私は満足です。

My Grandma
My grandma developed Alzheimer's disease when she was around 90 years old.
She often forgets what she has just said or done, and keeps asking the same questions.
But she has a good memory of the distant past.
She can even retell stories from her childhood.
She also retells Biblical stories perfectly.
Adam and Eve, Noah's Ark, Exodus.
These stories all happened in biblical reality.
For generations, we've been taught that we have to believe the story of the exodus on faith alone.
Alzheimer's disease mainly affects people over 65 years old.
Researchers have shown that being bilingual can prevent or slow down Alzheimer's disease.
Most bilinguals will not suffer from Alzheimer's disease in the future.
The prerequisite is to frequently switch between using two languages in daily life.
Repeating stories is the best way of practicing languages.

J’ai été malade
J’ai été malade depuis hier, alors aujourd’hui je suis resté à la maison. Ma gorge et une de mes oreilles a blessé tout le jour. J’espère que je me vais sentir mieux demain, parce que je ne peux pas manquer l’école encore, puisque cette semaine j’ai quelques devoirs importants que je dois finir.
