Iceland is the best country for women
I read again an article in English.
It says that the best country in the world for women, is Iceland. Good news ! I share this !
Why ? Because Iceland has a good gender equality. The schools help, the gouvernment help... But there is a big problem yet. The physical violence hurts women inside homes.
I believe around 40% of women have a violent husband.

Aitana Lopez, Ai models
I read an article about Aitana Lopez. I didnot know her before today.
I saw in Instagram that Aitana have a lot followers, around 234k. It's amazing !
However, she is fake, we can see that.
She has pink hairs, skin perfect, very irreal.
Maybe, Aitana is useful to show us a perfect person.
It's strange for me, i don't need follow her, it's crazy. Who are her followers ? I would like to know, maybe the majority of people is young people.
In the futur, if this situation go up, there are many AI models, and this situation seems naturaly same for me. So i think that we will want to look like them. Like this movie's science fiction, with the stranges clothes and hair styles.

Всем известно, что кора Земли состоит из тектонических плит. Но почему они движутся, и к чему это приводит?
Кора состоит из 8 крупных плит и 7 малых плит. Однако, следует отметить, что не все геологи согласны в этом, поэтому количество тектонических плит разнится в зависимости от источника. Это связано с критерием, на котором основываются различные классификации. Эти плиты движутся, но с разными скоростями.
За данное движение отвечает конвекция в мантии (или в астеносфере, если мы выделяем слои на основе их физических свойств). Конвекция — это феномен, присущий всей материи на жидком или газообразном агрегатном состоянии, которая нагретая неравномерно. Это приводит к возникновению конвективного теплообмена, то есть, жидкость начинает вращаться и двигаться. Когда вода кипит в кастрюле, она испаряется. Эти пузырьки газа движутся вверх. Одно и то же происходит внутри Земли, только не с газами, а с жидкостями, находящимися в разных температурах. Самые горячие части магмы поднимаются, что заставляет менее горячие части среды опуститься. Внизу температура выше, поэтому их температура увеличивается и они снова поднимаются. Это цикл.
В прошлом тексте я сравнивал литосферу с пробкой, плавающей на астеносфере. Если пробка плавает в бурных водах, она движется. Именно так и происходит с тектоническими плитами. "Вода" (астеносфера) бурная из-за конвекции. Тектонические плиты постоянно движутся. Но что происходит когда они сталкиваются друг с другом?
Тут всё зависит от вида тектонической плиты. Если сталкиваются две океанических тектонических плиты, самая старая уходит под другую в мантию/астеносферу, где она плавится. Это связанно с тем, что температура ниже у более старых плит, поэтому они плотнее. Если океаническая плита сталкивается с континентальной плитой, то океаническая плита уходит под континентальную плиту и она плавится, то есть, превращается в магму.
Но что происходит если две тектонических плиты расходятся? В этом случае формируется отверстие на коре. Через данные отверстия выходит горячая магма, что приводит к образованию вулканов. Настоящий процесс обычно происходит под морем, но не всегда. В Африке, например, находится Восточно-Африканская рифтовая долина, являющаяся результатом выхода магма из манты. Этот вид границы тектонических плит образовывает большие равнины, будь это под морем или на континенте. На равнинах обычно стоят вулканы.
Короче говоря, в некоторых зонах Земли тектонические плиты уходят в мантию и плавятся. Однако это не значит, что в будущее все тектонические плиты уйдут под литосферу и исчезнут, так как в других зонах выходит магма из манты и образовывает новые тектонические плиты или расширяет уже существующие плиты. Это циклический процесс, и образование новых плит компенсирует разрушение других.

Empty frames were scattered across the walls surrounding Angelie’s bed, like absent windows waiting for memories to inhabit them.
She slept deeply, curled in her sheets like a castaway adrift in an ocean of solitude, until a shrill hissing sound—like a serpent—cut through the oppressive silence of the room.
The strange noise seemed to come from just behind her head, a slithering whisper threading through the darkness.
She jolted awake, breath caught, heart pounding wildly in her chest. Her eyes darted around the room, searching for the source of the sound—until they landed on a familiar figure: her father, Huxley, standing at the foot of the bed, rigid as a statue.
Huxley’s appearance was timeless. His blue suit, perfectly tailored, echoed the elegance of the 1930s, as if he belonged to a bygone era. He wore it with effortless poise, a kind of enduring grace untouched by his sixty years. His neatly trimmed mustache added a touch of authority to a face that, though marked by time, still inspired trust and respect.
Angelie, still shaken, shot him a look that was half-annoyed, half-relieved.

Selbst als das metrische System in den 70er Jahren eingeführt wurde, benutzten Menschen weiterhin im Alltag das alte „amerikanische“ System. „Wie groß bist du?“, fragte man und man erwiderte: „Vier Fuß sieben“, obwohl man in der Schule „140 Zentimeter“ sagen musste. „Wie viel wiegst du?“ „100 Pfund“. (Nicht 45 Kilo). „Man brauch 6-Zoll-Nägel.“ „Benutzt du eine 12-Pfund-Bowlingkugel?“ „Diese Zeitschrift heißt ‚Inches'.“ (Was für eine Zeitschrift sie ist, werde ich nicht sagen ...)
Auch heute hört man immer noch in Quebec „pouces“ , „pieds“, „livres“, usw. Ma journée
Aujourd'hui, j'ai fait beaucoup d'activité physique le matin, mais l'après-midi, je me suis reposé. Ce matin, j'ai promené mon chien. Il fait un peu trop chaud pour lui, alors nous avons fait plusieurs pauses. Après ca, j'ai joué au basket seul pendant une heure. Hoy no trabajé porque fue el feriado llamado Juneteenth. Así que decidí disfrutar en mi garaje. Armé mi batería electronica y la conecté a la computadora para tocar un rato. Luego, cuando el clima empezó a calentarse, fui a dentro de la casa y tomé un par de cervezas para enfriarme. Después de relajarme cociné unos tacos para almorzar y tomé una siesta. Ya estoy relajado y listo para el trabajo mañana.

Diecinueve años después de la caída de Voldemort y sus seguidores, Harry y Ginny estaban en el andén 9¾ con sus hijos: Albus, James y Lily. Ginny le aseguró a Albus Severus, su hijo del medio, que todo saldría bien y que le escribirían con frecuencia. Luego se encontraron con Ron, Hermione y sus dos hijos, Rose y Hugo. Ron fingió amenazarlos con desheredarlos si no terminaban en Gryffindor, pero Hermione y Ginny los tranquilizaron. Mientras conversaban, vieron acercarse a Draco, que también llevaba a su hijo al Expreso de Hogwarts, y los saludó con un leve gesto de la cabeza.

Nunca voy a volver a Las Vegas.
Hace veinte años, mi primera novia se mudó a Las Vegas por una chamba. Ella me engañó y me dejó por un tipo rico poco después. Ella era verbalmente abusivo y malo conmigo y con mis amigos de todos modos, así que claro que estoy mejor sin ella.
Pero dejando de lado ese viejo equipaje emocional, creo que Las Vegas es tan ciudad desagradable. Todo el mundo allí fuma y odio ese hedor. La comida es cara y mala. Hasta el agua en los restaurantes cuesta dinero. Mucha gente se sientan a las máquinas tragamonedas y nunca mueven, incluso si hay un incendio en el casino. En toda la ciudad, solo ví el consumismo y la adicción. La suciedad y el “pecado” no son románticos como en la ficción de pulp. Son simplemente patéticos.

Ich lerne seit September Deutsch. Ich spreche Arabisch, Spanisch, Englisch und jetzt ein bisschen Deutsch. Ich habe ein Haustier, einen Hund. Ich spreche mit meinem Hund in all diesen Sprachen, um sie zu üben. Ich gehe gerne mit meinem Hund spazieren. Sie rennt gerne draußen herum. Zum Abendessen esst sie Schweinefleisch, Hühnchen, Lamm oder manchmal Fisch. Wir essen jeden Tag zur gleichen Zeit zu Abend. Manchmal gehen wir morgens laufen. An anderen Tagen gehen wir in den Park oder an den Strand.

Heute Morgen
Heute war es ein bisschen langweilig.
Ich bin um 7 Uhr aufgewacht und bin im Bett geblieben während ich las.
Ich habe für etwa dreißig minuten gelesen und dann habe ich mein Bett gemacht.
Danach machte ich Pilates mit ein Video auf Youtube.
Danach habe ich Frühstück gemacht und habe ich gegessen bevor mein Unterricht.
Am Nachmittag habe ich nicht so viel gemacht, ich habe studiert, ein Film gesehen, aber nichts besonderes.

Día con mi amiga
Ayer, pasé el día con mi amiga. Vamos a el centro comercial, comemos un poco de la comida, y caminamos. Después, vamos a mi casa, comemos la cena, y hablamos durante horas. Mi mamá compró helado para nosotros, y vimos diez episodios de “Steven Universe”, y mi amiga durmió. Estaba despierto para un hora más, y duerme a 5 de la mañana. Estaba divertido, quiero mi amiga :D
