ゆっくり話しましょう
社会が急速に発展している一方で、おおぜい人のリズムが速く、ストレスが大きくなりました。そこで、イライラするので、多くの人の会話効果がないし、時間も浪費してしまいましました。例えば、会社で社长は社員と相談する時、怒っているので、いつも社員を叱っていましました。その会話効率が必ず高くないと思います。
それを見ると、「ゆっくり話す」という効果は大きいでしょう。ですから、私たちは「ゆっくり話す」という能力を学んで身に付けておきます。私は一つ良い方法があります。まず、誰かと話す前に、息を深く吸うようにして、何を話すか大体考えておきます。それから、何も思わず、ゆっくり話すのもいいです。
要するに、どんな何の環境にいても、ゆっくり話しましょう！

Les prisonniers d’Australie
Actuellement, je lit quelque chose nomme « The fatal shore » du écrivain australien Robert Hughes. C’est un livre histoire qui parle d’Australie quand le pays était une prison pour le gouvernement de Grand-Bretagne.
Le livre est très long, avec beaucoup d’histoires drôles, tristes et inquiétants sur les prisonniers en Australie. Par exemple, il y a l’histoire d'Alexander Pearce, un prisonnier qui a essayé de s’échapper à son prison dans l'île de Tasmanie avec trois autres hommes. Ces quatres sont allés à l'ouest d'Hobart vers l’intérieur de Tasmanie.
Mais après quelque jours, ils avaient si faim qu’ils ont commencé à se manger. C’est-à-dire qu’ils sont devenus des cannibales, et Alexander Pearce écrit une fois de mettre le coeur et le foie d’une homme dans le feu. Les prisonniers ont continué à se manger jusqu’à Pearce était le seule homme encore vivant. Finalement, il s’est trouvé par les policiers qui viennent du prison à Hobart. Les policiers ont remis Pearce à Hobart où il est devenu fou et il était pendu. Voilà.

Ojalá Viajar a Valencia
Ojalá que en el futuro yo visite Valencia, España para ir a algunos museos famosos y otros lugares conocidos en esta ciudad. Aunque visité Madrid con mi madre y mi hermana durante dos días en el verano de 2018, me encantaría visitar otras ciudades en España solo porque prefiero viajar solo para hablar español con los nativos allí. Probablemente, caminaré en las calles para buscar algunos restaurantes locales y probaré la paella, un plato español clásico. Sin embargo, comeré otros platos españoles clásicos y la comida de otra cocina. Cuando viajé en Francia el año pasado, comí la comida china en París. Personalmente, fue muy interesante de comer la comida china de otros países. En mi opinión, la comida china en Francia tiene más salsa qué la comida china en los Estados Unidos.

Zusammenfassung meines Tages
Heute habe ich viel getan, aber es ist jetzt ein bisschen spät und ich bin müde. Deswegen werde ich vielleicht morgen euch ein biscchen mehr daüber erzählen.
Heute kam eine Freundin zu Besuch. Wir haben auch ein Nachbarn geholfen, der krank ist und während wir in der Innenstadt waren, haben wir zusätlich einigen Mexikanern geholfen, ein Restaurant zu finden. Sie haben uns gehören, Spanisch sprechen und dehalb haben sie uns gebetten ihnen zu helfen. Sie waren lustige ältere Leute.

Sono ritornata
È da tempo che non scrivo su questo social, non ho scritto da 3 mesi. Credo di aver dimenticato un sacco di cose.
Ho continuato a studiare le lingue ma non le ho praticate quindi poco a poco devo ricominciare a scrivere.
Non è successo niente di particolare, sto lavorando per risparmiare. Il mio obiettivo è di traslarmi al estero per studiare perciò bisogna avere molti soldi.
Mi sono inscritta a un esame di lingua in spagnolo perché devo ottenere un certificato per studiare all’uni. Sono davvero stressata perché non ne ho mai fatto e mi vergogna parlare coi esaminatori (se qualcuno ha già?mai? fatto un esame di lingua, potete dirmi com’è per favore). Questi ultimi mesi ho praticato molto il mio spagnolo e continuo a farlo per riuscire.

Love and Friendship day.
As normal, I don't know what could I write in here, so here we go.
Yesterday was the day of 'Amor y la Amistad' in here, translating it would be something like: 'Day of Love and Friendship'. It was a normal day, at least for me, I just did my routine as normal, I woke up early, I don't really remember the exact time but it was like 7/8 AM. I had my breakfast, it was an egg with a piece of bread. After that I went to my gym and I did my bicep/tricep and shoulder routine, I came back to my home and I took a nap until 4/5 pm when I woke up and took a second shower. I went out with my sister and my mother and we ate in there, we tried the famous 'arepa de queso' (it's like a mass with a lot of cheese in it) it was pretty good, I'm not gonna lie. After that I came back to my house and I played videogames until midnight with an old friend.

Dar un paseo o correr
Dicen que caminar es muy saludable y si no se tiene un trabajo activo, se debería caminar mucho. Yo disfruto paseos, pero prefiero correr a caminar. Cuando corro, paso menos tiempo, entreno mi sistema cardiovascular, y me siento muy bien después.
Uno puede correr afuera: en el parque, en la acera, en el estadio, etc., o adentro, por ejemplo en el gimnasio. Uno puede empezar con distancias cortos y periodos cortos y mejorar a partir de eso.
Yo prefiero correr, pero paseos son genial cuando estoy cansado o quiero caminar con alguna otra persona y ponerse al día. Estar al aire libre es saludable, no importa la razón.

L'amour des couleurs, du maillot, du club.
Le troisième club que j'appuie est aussi un symbole de la ville qui l'a vu naître.
Il a tout gagné au foot. Mais le lien avec ses fans va au-delà du football. Dans leur stade, les fans du Liverpool FC, en grande majorité de la classe ouvrière, peuvent exprimer leur mécontentement.
Anfield Road est un symbole de la ville, et l'ambiance quand les Reds jouent est incroyable. On ressent la puissance des fans et l'influence qu'ils exercent sur leurs joueurs pour qu'ils se surpassent, et sur les visiteurs qui ont l'impression d'être en enfer.
La chanson « You'll Never Walk Alone » est l'hymne du club et est chantée avant le début des matchs. Le message est celui de l'unité entre tous les partisans, au-delà d'un simple match de football.

Handwerkskunst in meiner Region
Die französische Hauptstadt der Porzellankunst ist Limoges aber in meiner Region gibt es etwas Ähnliches: die traditionellen Steingutfabriken in Nevers. Sie existieren seit fünf Jahrhunderten und haben italienische Herkünfte. Googeln Sie einfach „faïence Nevers“ und sie werden, was sich daraus ergeben hat. Ich liebe lackierte Porzellan- oder Steingutwerke. Der etwa veraltete Reiz von diesen Objekten liegt mir am Herzen. Die blauen Nuanzen sind einfach faszinierend und sehen sehr raffiniert aus. Man braucht viel Talent, um solche detallierte Verzierungen zu malen.
Im Vergleich mit anderen französischen Regionen gibt es vielleicht nicht so viele Handwerkskunst in meiner. Es stimmt, dass Burgund seit ureweigen Zeiten vor allem eine landwirtschaftliche Region ist, besonders mit dem Weinbau, der in sich selbst eine Kunst ist! Dazu haben sich Firmen in den XVIII. und XIX. Jahrunderten entwickelt: Bergwerke in Südburgund, Firmen wie Kodak oder Seb... Handwerkskunst ist ein wenig seltener. Ich kann doch ein paar andere Beispiele aufzählen, wie die traditionellen handgemachten Regeschirme in Neyrat oder die Holzschuhmacher im Morvan.
Die Franche-Comté, d.h. in der Graftschaft Burgund, die jetzt zur selben Verwaltungsregion wie uns gehört, gibt es auch schöne Traditionen. Die Uhrenfabriken von Besançon und die Holzspielzeuge vom Jura sind bei uns ziemlich bekannt.

My favourite song
Today, I'm going to talk about my favourite song: Sunflower. Sunflower is written and sing by Post Malone and Swae Lee. The song was made in 2018, when the movie "Spider-Man into the Spider-Verse" was release. I think it's my favourite movie with Spider-Man across the Spider-Verse because the universe is amazing and the drawing are just incredible. So, when I listen Sunflower, it makes me happy because I think about my favourite movies. Also, the vibe of the song is nice and I love Swae Lee's voice at the start of the music. I want to learn playing Sunflower by guitar but it's a bit difficult so I need time but I will be very proud of myself when I will finish. Thanks for your correction !

Rabdom story 3 : Queen of the Swamps

Our group went throw the Swamps. The wood road was long and wide. Around us was water, mud and trees. Everything was dark and misterious. It was almoust dark when we heard wierd noises. We stoped... Gebrin want to say something but I shuted him down and listen. Then something behind us snapped. We truned around and saw humen whit mask. Then he threw a thing that explode. It was too fast. In one moment there was onli one persone but then there were lots of strange people with guns and explosives. Than started big fight.

Der Ausflug
Gestern habe ich einen Ausflug mit meinem Mann nach Regensburg gemacht. Wir haben die Kirche und die Brücke besucht. Danach sind wir nach den Einkaufszentrum gefahren. Mein Mann hat neue Schuhe gebraucht. Er hat viele Schuhe probiert. Die Verkäuferin war sehr nett und sehr nützlich. Endlich, hat er zwei paar Schuhe gefunden. Sie haben er sehr gut gafallen . Die Preise sind günstig. Es war ein spaß Ausflug.

Sleepover with my friends
Saturday at 19 pm my friend and I met in front of my others friends house. Than we went into it and gave our presents to our friends mum because it was her birthday. Our friends mum was really happy about our presents. Then my friends and me went to my friends room and made the bed's. A few minutes later, our Pizza comes and we ate it. After we finished eating we went back to my friends room and did put on our Pajamas. Then we played Mario Cart. When we didn’t feel like it anymore we played truth or dare, but after one or two round, we still didn’t feel like it anymore too. Then we Chatted and ate cake and watermelon after an how it was boring and we played Mario Cart again We ate Chips and Jelly babies. At 12 pm we brushed our teeth and felled a steep. The next morning I wake up at half past seven in the morning. I played Hayday on my phone till the others waked up too. When everyone was awake, we talked about our Chemie teacher. (But not good). Then we did pull on some other clothes and went to a bakery. We walked 15 Minutes to the bakery and back. When we was back at the house from my friends, I made some fruits for the breakfast. While I made some fruits the others set the table outside. When my friends, me and my friends mums were outside, it started rain. Then we have cleared the table and set the table inside again.
After breakfast we played Mario Cart again, till
my friend and I had to pack our bags and went home.

Strange Taste Habits
I watched Wednesday series. The Wednesday’s family eats very unusual food. And I have a topic about food habits in my reserve. And… have a mood to write today.
By the way, off the topic, I remember that old movie Addams Family, 1991, staring Christopher Lloyd (he appears in 2th season of Wednesday, too). There’s typical cliche scene in the movie – the dance Mahushka – “…A Kozak taught us this dance! Mahmushka! Mahmushka! Hey! Hey!...” There’s no such a word, by the way.

Well, let’s return to our foods. We won’t be talking about Surströmming, Igunaq/ kopalgyn, some Asian extremal exotic etc. For an appetizer starting with Stuhden/Hohlohdetc/Aspic and buckwheat porridge. The Western people never eat them, don’t they? I heard that if you haven’t eaten buckwheat porridge from childhood (like Polish and Ukrainian people do), you never accept its taste – it can have some sense, but Stuhden is meat and dense boullon just cold. For people drinking with meals ice tea or ice cola… Try студень with ice brandy. Also ther’s Khash in Armenian cousin. This dish has the same ingredients and cocked the same way, but it’s eaten hot.
Next some personal. I’m a food outcast. I don’t eat fish, salo (I’m not a vegetarian and I don’t have allergy), pluck (exept tongue). I have low hemoglobin now – such a pity I never try blood sausage. I don’t like milk. I hate boiled onion. Life is so hard… (a joke, don’t take to heart). I knew a guy who didn’t eat cucumbers. I heard about a man who didn’t eat tomato if it was cut. Children usually hat milk skin. Oh! I almost forgot – pickled watermelon.

Beitrag
Heute habe ich weder Lust noch Konzentration, etwas Langes zu schreiben, weswegen ich mich für einen kurzen Text bzw. eine Frage entschieden habe. In der Prüfung, die ich ablegen muss, gibt es einen Teil, in dem ich einen Beitrag verfassen und darin über ein bestimmtes Thema argumentieren muss. In einem Beitrag sollte eine neutrale Sprache verwendet werden. Das heißt, man sollte nichts Offizielles schreiben aber auch keine Umgangssprache verwenden. Meine Frage ist also, ob ihr jemals einen Beitrag geschrieben habt und euere Meinung über etwas geäußert habt. Außerdem möchte ich wissen, wie man nach eurer Meinung einen Beitrag schreibt.
