Nel pomeriggio sono andata in palestra (gym) a fare esercizio.
Dopo ho mangiato.
Ora ho visto un video in italiano su YouTube sulle donne in Afghanistan.
Non posso imaginare lo difficile che significa vivere lì, soprattutto come una donna.
Adesso studierò più tedesco e italiano e dopo dormirò, devo domani svegliarmi presto anche è sabato.

La vez que hablé español a la perfección
Anteanoche tuve un sueño muy extraño. Soñé que podía hablar español perfectamente y sin esfuerzo. Estaba visitando o viviendo en un país de habla hispana y, mientras platicaba con los lugareños, de golpe me di cuenta de que mi español era perfecto. No podía recordar cuándo había pasado ni qué había hecho para alcanzar tal nivel, así que me encogí de hombros y lo atribuí al fenómeno de la rana hervida: por mejorar un poquitito cada día, había alcanzado un nivel casi nativo sin darme cuenta.
Puedes imaginarte la pena que sentí al despertarme, pero lo curioso es que sí parece que mi español y mi fluidez han mejorado mucho en los últimos dos días, jaja. 🤷

Otros Idiomas en Público
Me hado dado cuenta otras idiomas en público últimamente. Hace dos días, estaba a el centro comercial con mi amiga, y en un elevador, oído una mujer con su amigo/esposo hablando un idioma de Asia. No sé el idioma, pero estaba probablemente algo como japonés, chino, o coreano. Entonces, hoy estaba con mi familia comprando ropa y zapatos, y oído muchos personas hablando otras idiomas. Oído muchos personas hablando español, tengo muchos latinos en mi estado, principalmente mexicanos, pero no sabía que dijeron. También, cuando estaba en un banco, vi una mujer llamada alguien, y estaba hablando un idioma de Asia, ¿tal vez japonés? No sé. Pero me encanta oyendo idiomas otro de inglés, es fascinante. Especialmente cuando oígo español, me gusta oír las personas que está hablando y intentar entender que dicen. Espero que no venme accidentalmente viendo ellos.

L’autosuffisance alimentaire, la suite
Le Guyana dont j’ai déjà parlé dans mon dernier bulletin est le seul pays qui est autosuffisant en alimentation. C’est incroyable car le Guyana est un petit pays sud-américain pas très bien connu.
J’ai promis dans mon bulletin d’hier de dévoiler les sept principaux groupes alimentaires qui ont été établis par les scientifiques qui ont menaient l’étude. Les principaux groupés alimentaires sont : les céréales, les légumes, les fruits, les produits laitiers, la viande, les féculents de base et le poisson.
Après avoir lu l’article, je n’était pas surprise que avec le Guyana, la Chine et le Vietnam fassent partie des trois premiers dans le classement de cette étude. La Chine et le Vietnam sont des géants agricoles et selon les recherches, ils étaient autosuffisants en six de ces sept groupes alimentaires.

There are several things that bother me too much when shopping. The first, I often feel uncomfortable

Un pays autosuffisant
Aujourd’hui, je veux aborder le sujet de l’autosuffisance. Pendant le COVID, quand les frontières étaient fermées et le commerce entre pays était difficile, beaucoup de pays ont parlé de l’autosuffisance. Même ici en Australie, le public a exigé le gouvernement de devenir autosuffisant et de ne pas dépendre sur les autres pays comme la Chine.
Les recherches menées par les Universités de Gottingen et Édimbourg ont piqué mon intérêt. Un équipe de chercheurs ont analysé l’autosuffisance de 186 pays. Il faut clarifier que dans cet instance, je parle de l’autosuffisance alimentaire. D’abord, ces chercheurs ont établi sept critères y compris les principaux groupes alimentaires. Je reviendrai à ces sept principaux groupes alimentaires dans mon prochain bulletin.
J’ai hâte de dévoiler le seule pays qui prétend d’être autosuffisant. Pouvez-vous deviner lequel il est ? Quant à moi, j’étais sûre et certaine que c’était la Chine. Pourtant je me suis trompée. Le seule pays ( selon les études menées ) qui est autosuffisant est le Guyana, un petit pays en l’Amérique du Sud. Félicitations Guyana ! Bien joué !

Les produits biologiques
Les cultivateurs des produits biologiques prétendent que ces produits sont meilleurs pour la santé. Je me demande si c’est exacte ? J’ai une amie qui n’achète que des produits bio. Elle m’affirme tout le temps que les produits bios sont meilleurs, plus savoureux, plus nutritifs bien qu’ils coûtent plus.
Alors quelle est la définition d’un produit bio ? Apparemment, il en existe plusieurs mais en gros, ce sont les produits qui n’ont ni les pesticides ni les engrais chimiques. Autrement dit, les cultivateurs des produits bio n’utilisent jamais les produits chimiques pour cultiver leurs produits ou pour améliorer l’apparence de leurs fruits et de légumes. Tout est naturel.
Selon un article que j’ai lu, de nombreuses études menées au fil des années confirment que les produits biologiques sont meilleurs pour la santé. Mais, je continue à me demander pourquoi le gouvernement n’incite pas le public d’en manger plus. Je n’ai jamais entendu parler d’une campagne publicitaire gouvernementale promouvoir les produits bio.

TV show
Today, My mother and I finally finished watching the TV show "Modern family", Now I don't really know what we are going to watch now. When we had some free time and we wanted to have some quality family time the show was an excellent option. I feel like a part of myself lose something, and a little bit of sadness. But anyway we need to find a new tv show that needs to has funny moments as well as emotional moments. Finally, I believe that probably everyone has suffered from something like this when finishing a TV show, but this is the first time I've felt that.

Leí una obra
Hoy leí una obra de teatro por la primera vez en español. Se llamaba "No hay que complicar la felicidad." Para ser honesto, creía que sería difícil y compleja, pero ese no fue el caso.
En la obra estaban dos amantes en un parque diciéndose que se amaban tanto. Cuando el hombre Juan preguntó a la mujer por qué no le había contado que tenía otro amante, su pareja se confundió. El hombre le explicó que si tuviera otro amante crearía los celos, que él creía alimentan el amor. Para complacer a su novio, la mujer le dijo que ella tenía otro amante espiándolos en los árboles. Cuando el hombre desapareció en el bosque en busca del otro amante la mujer empezó a reír, hasta que se oyó un disparo en el bosque adonde fue Juan. La mujer gritó cuando vio a Juan en el bosque.

音楽の動画を見ますか？１９９０年代と２０００年代に、たくさんのテレビの音楽のチャネルがあったから音楽の動画をよく見ました。最近そのチャネルの人気が下がったと思います。そのため、2010年代に音楽の動画がめったに気づきませんでした。今はYouTubeでまだ時々音楽の動画を見ます。
好きなのの中で、「Welcome to the Black Parade」はずっと楽しむ動画です。そんな動画にしろくまの世界で悲しいパレードがあって、バンドだけが元気です。コントラストが面白いと思います。「Take On Me」も楽します。この動画のはじめに、彼女がレストランに行って、コミックを読んでいて、コミックの主人公がコミックの中に彼女を招きました。彼女とコミックの主人公がともに冒険しました。最後に、主人公が現実に入りました。

Ob die Wettervorhersage Null Grad anzeigte, geriet er in Panik und zog wie ein Eskimo an. Ob die Wettervorhersage 30 Grad anzeigte, dachte er immer noch, dass er eine Winterjacke bräuchte.
„Ich kann es nicht verstehen! Ich hasse das metrische System!“, sagte er immer.
„Geh und wohne in Buffalo!“, sagte ich. Dann verstummte er.
Kanadier*innen verstehen normalerweise beide Systeme. Jedoch verstehe ich Meilen oder Gallonen nicht gut, außer im vagen Sinne. Einmal sah ich in einem Supermarkt in den USA einen Quart Milch und eine halbe Gallone Eiscreme und diese waren ähnlich einem Liter und zwei Litern, aber die Verpackungen waren etwas anders. 2002 fuhren meine Frau und ich nach Las Vegas, und ich musste Benzin kaufen. An der Tankstelle wurden die Preise natürlich in Meilen pro Gallone angegeben. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie viel ich für Benzin bezahlten. Trudeau, Du warst ein Genie!

Daniel und Julia kommen in Köln an. Sie treffen mit seinem Freund Michael. Nach der Ankunft in der Wohnung haben die Geschwister Hunger auf das Abendessen. Surfing
Currently, I have developed a little obsession for surfing.
I watched a lot of videos about surf camps, the surf lifestyle, tips, places, etc.
I have absolutely no experience with it, but I am super curious.
Preferably I would like to try it in the south-west of France, maybe in the Biarritz/Lacanau/Bordeaux area, because I know it is super beautiful.
Portugal is also said to be great for surfers, especially beginners and actually a bit cheaper.
I am kind of busy this year so I am not sure if I will be able to make it happen, but if I get the chance, it would be amazing!
Atleast I assume so haha. Reality is probably going to be that I am at the edge of drowning and if I do make it on the board I will look like a bathed poodle.

Jedes Jahr zeichne ich ein Porträt von mir. Sind sie akkurat? Nun, ich halte meine erkennbare Merkmale, aber außer das sind die Designelemente völlig erfunden. Mit der Zeit kommen die Bilder näher zu mein ideales Aussehen, weil meine Zeichenfähigkeiten, seit ich angefangen habe, sich etwas verbessert haben. Wenn ich neue Zeichentechniken lerne, integriere ich sie in den Bilder.

Craving to Win the Battle
I've been using an E-ink tablet for almost two years since I've bought it.
The first series of books that I've read was the Three-body problem by Cixin Liu.
It grabbed my attention since I'd watched it on a summary on YouTube.
I'll buy physical books about various topics on how to do x or y thing like medicine, mechanics, farming and so on.
If any day I'm bored, I can pick a book and learn something and maybe start applying what I've read inspired, by great guides. This project is different from novels and non SciFi books that I'm also reading.
