自転車の乗り

今朝、自転車で15キロを乗りました。猛暑や出張や休みのせいで、そんな長いのりは久しぶりでした。実際にフィットネスについて、ちょっと気になりました。おかげで、もう安かったです。今日は街のなかに自転車を乗りました。前ののりは久しぶりので、家に変えるのを簡単にしようと思います。次の乗りは田舎に行こうと思います。私の家は街のの端にあるので、家から田舎に行くのは簡単です。

Una tecnología que ha cambiado mi vida es el teléfono inteligente. Cuando era joven, yo tenía que ir a la biblioteca si yo quisiera buscar información, pero ahora alcanzo mi celular. Si yo estoy viajando y necesito un mapa, rara vez uso un mapa pero yo uso una aplicación en su celular. O si yo necesito contratar a otra persona, ya no uso teléfono en casa, en su lugar, uso el dispositivo que tengo en la mano. El mundo es un lugar diferente ahora que lo fue veinticinco años atrás.

World Cup （knockouts!）

Tomorrow have a Japan's knockout from four pm in my country.
Japan will be going to play with one of the strongest country, Brazil.
The game will start from good time for us. My dad said he will leave a work earlier.
Japan hasn't qualified for the quater finals. I want Japan to break this history this year.
I knew that Japan's coach Hajime write down something in his note, and it is called death note these days. This came from famouse comic book. This manga starts with the protagonist who is a high school student who find a death note which grim reaper（sinigami）purposely dropped onto his school's field. It is my one of the favourite comic books and people in my grade have it in English.

Une fois quand j'ai traversé des souffrances pour réussier

Je joue au badminton, et je ne suis pas très mal. Mais, ce n'était toujours le cas. Je me souviens que quand j'ai commencé à jouer au badminton compétitif, j'étais droitier. Je pratique toujours pour réussir avec aucune réussite. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais pendant cette phase, je me sens que peut-être je dois changer mon main dominant. Actuellement, j'étais gaucher mais c'était tradition dans mon pays de faire presque tous les choses avec le main droite. Alors, quand j'étais jeune, les profs me forcer de écrire et faire des choses avec mon main droit même-si c'était inconfortable pour moi. Quand j'ai décidé de changer mon main pour badminton, je me questionne toujours parceque j'ai devenu quelq'un qui n'a pas l'abilité de même jouer proprement après jouer le badminton competitif. Je pratique toujours avec mon main gauche. Je pouvais frapper le volant seulment une fois. C'était très dur physiquement parceque j'ai dû entrainer un main qu'était comme un bébé car je ne l'ai jamais utilisé pour des taches quotidien. J'ai pensé toujours que peut-être ça décision est mal et que je suis stupide. Après pratiquer toujours en face mes amis où il joue et je juste essaye de frapper le volant seulment une fois pour presque une an, tout a changé. J'ai devendu un joueur de badminton plus bon que moi-même avec le main droit. Le proccés n'était pas facile et a compris de beaucoup de douleur, mais, peut-être par chanche ou peut-être par le travail dur, j'ai réussit.

La climatisation

Il fait plus de 40 degrés depuis plusieurs jours. J'ai entendu dire qu'à Paris, on ne peut pas installer de climatiseurs à l'extérieur pour préserver le paysage urbain.
Ce n'est pas facile de conserver le charme de la ville.

Le cyclisme

L’autre jour, j’ai fait une balade à vélo pour la première fois depuis longtemps. Quand j’étais ado je faisais souvent du vélo, parce que c'était ma seule façon d’aller partout avant d'obtenir mon permis de conduire. J’avais vraiment envie d’obtenir mon permis afin que je puisse aller dans plus d’endroits sans le même effort. J’avais un vélo de route, et heureusement il y avait suffisamment de pistes cyclables pour se déplacer. J’avais aussi beaucoup d’accessoires : un casque, un porte-bagage, une boîte d’outils et un antivol. Je n’avais pas de panier, mais je pense que ça aurait été utile. Quand j’étais enfant j’avais un vélo de tout terrain, et j’étais assez aventureux. J’utiliserais mes vitesses pour monter les pentes et dévaler les collines, toujours en pédalant à vitesse maximale. Quels freins ? Je pouvais faire une roue arrière et équilibrer n’importe quoi sur le guidon. Heureusement, je n'ai jamais me gameller ou me faire mal. J’aimerais redémarrer le cyclisme. Il faudrait que je vais au magasin de cycles et j'achète quelques accessoires : un nouveau casque (apparemment ils expirent), une pompe et un kit de réparation de pneu (quand je me balade l’autre jour, mon vélo avait une crevaison et j’ai besoin d’un rustine). Peut-être aussi un phare et un gilet si je vais rouler la nuit. Mon vélo a des catadioptres, mais je pense que ce n’est pas suffisant. J’ai tellement de bouteilles d’eau libre, alors je n’ai pas besoin d’en acheter. Je pense que j’aimerais acheter un vélo électrique, parce qu’ils sont tellement facile à utiliser. Je pourrai aller au travail à vélo, et ça serait un bon exercice (un peu de cardio tous les jours). Mon lieu de travail a une galerie à vélo. En revanche, si je roule trop vite ou trop fort, je pourrai arriver au travail fatigué et en sueur. L’autre option serait d’acheter un vélo d’appartement, pour faire l’exercice à domicile. Il existe beaucoup de bienfaits du cyclisme : c’est bon pour la santé, l'environnement et le portefeuille. C’est particulièrement vrai dans les crises pétrolière, parce qu’il est presque gratuit après les frais de démarrage. À l’autre côté, c’est beaucoup plus lent qu’en voiture et il existe un plus grand risque de blessure. Mais je pense que je suis intéressé.

nous avons de vélo : un peu plus de onze kilomètres.
Après être retournés à la maison, nous sommes resortis.
Nous avons aussi marché : quatre kilomètres.
C'est l'été ici, mais il faisait frais le matin.
Je ne suis pas fatigué.

Sabato Al Cinema

Oggi Sono visto un film chiamato 'Happy Together'. Sono andato con il Mio fidanzato. Andiamo molto al cinema perché lui lavora per Curzon, quale é una compagnia cinema così recevi I biglietti gratis.

Il film era di un uomo stai cercando per amóre a Buenos Aries. Unfortunatemente lei non è successo e il fino e molto triste. Durante il film c'erano alcuni inquadrature che erano bellissima. Lo trovo difficile per espresso come sento Dal film quando parlo in Italiano.

Stasera andrò il 'Rivoli Ballroom' per un festa di Disco. A Londra fa molto caldo e il locale non ha aria condizionata. Ballando a questo caldo mi fara rumore ma non fumaro ballando. Questa sera a ballare è ogni mese, sull'ultimo sabato del mese. Provo per andare ogni tempo.

Последние несколько дней в Европе стояла сильная жара. В какой-то момент температура была выше сорока градусов. Я решил не выходить из дома и посидеть рядом с кондиционером. В какую темрература даже короткая прогулка может оказаться утомительной. Я люблю хорошую погоду, но "хорошая" - это субъективно. Снег и дождь также можно считать хорошей погодой! Это зависит от времени года. Я надеюсь, что скоро станет немного прохладнее.

Kostenlose Nachrichtendienste werden von Vielen im Internet genutzt. Haben sich die herkömmlichen Massenmedien (Zeitungen, Fernsehen) überlebt?

Ich denke, dass die Traditionelle Medien wie Zeitungen, Fernsehen und Radio grundsätzlich durch die alte generation von Menschen am Leben gehalten wird.

Heutzutage sind jugendliche mit neuen Anbieter wie Tiktok, Youtube und Musik-streamingdienste unterwegs. Die Auswahlfreiheit der Inhalte spiellt hier meiner meinung nach die Entscheidene Rolle.

Um die Situation zum Retten könnte man in letzter Zeit observieren, wie sich die große Medien an der wechselenden Trend anpassen. Es entstehen neue Kanäle in Internet auf die man den gleichen Inhalt aus Fernsehen in eine Kurze Form (z.B. Shorts) sich nochmal Anschauen kann. So werden auch die jungere Menschen erreicht.

Ob sich das Trend ändert kann man Spekulieren, ich tendiere aber zu einer Zukunft des Internet-monopols.

Gawain

Gawain („Gauvain“ auf Französisch, „Gwalchmei“ auf walisisch) ist ein Ritter und Freund im Hof des Königs Arthur. Er hat den Ruf, der beste Riiter des Runden Tisches und sogar der ganzen Welt zu sein. Er ist ein höflicher, starker, galanter Mann, der als vorbildlicher Ritter gilt. Die Dame vom See hat ihm ein Schwert namens «Galantine» geschenkt, dessen Macht von der Sonne abhängt. Am Nachmittag, wenn die Sonne am Höchsten steht, ist auch Gawain am Stärksten, und danach nimmt allmählich seine Stärke bis zur Abendsdämmerung ab.

Vielleicht wurde Gawain vom biblischen Samson — dessen Name „Sonne“ bedeutet — inspiriert. Samsons Stärke kommt aus seinem Haar. Gawain wurde offensichtlich von den starken, mit der Sonne assoziierten archetypischen Figuren inspiriert, die sich in zahlreichen Mythologien der Welt befinden.

Sunset,
I see you are a friend with the Summer
you reach the most intimate beauty with her.
Making me feel so fearless and free.

What an ephemeral beauty.
Despite the unreachable high
you are unbelievable close to the heart.

My mind cannot forget your shine.
The bright colours of paint in the sky
are forever captured in my mind.

My heart cannot forget your warmth.
The embrace of happiness wrapped around me,
and the ineffable feelings of hope emerged inside of me.

My soul cannot forget your promise.
The honesty of dreams we shared
are already in the roads of story.

Ma langue maternelle est l'anglais. Je parle aussi allemand. Je pense que je parle allemand presque courrament, mais j'ai encore beaucoup à apprendre. J'ai étudié l'espagnol à l'école pendant trois ans, et je le comprends plus ou moins, mais je ne peux pas parler bien. Maintenent commence à apprendre le français. Je peux déjà comprendre un peu, parce que je m'interesse à la linguistique (et parce que j'ai déjà étudié trois langues voisines), et aussi parce que je suis musicien classique, alors j'ai été beaucoup exposé au français.

What is a lie people tell themselves every day?

We lie to ourselves without noticing how often we let it happen. It happens so frequently that it almost becomes a habit. People are dishonest to other people but also to themselves. We lie because we do not want to realise the truth. Besides, we are terrified of the consequences of the truth.
However, the question arises: what is a lie people tell themselves every day.
Firstly, the word “later” is quite simple, isn’t it? People use it every single day, thinking they have time. But the truth is that word often means avoidance. We procrastinate, postpone or delay the particular tasks that make us feel anxious, in other words, we are looking at the effort not at the outcome. “Later”is a dangerous word because we waste our time overthinking and when we look through the rear-view mirror, there is a broad trail of wasted hours, days, weeks, months and eventually years. That simple word can change our reality, it makes each of our days indistinguishable from grey boring routine. However, there is a quote “Never put off for tomorrow what can be done today”. In my opinion, it means that it is better to do something now than later. Sometimes “later” can be too late.
Secondly, what can make a perfect combination to the word “later”? The answer is - waiting.
People are constantly waiting for something - next Friday, weekends, holidays, Summer, etc. They wait for a perfect moment that may never arrive. They never stop and look around to simply enjoy the moment. Moreover, I am not different from others, I wait for something that may never come. It is funny to realise that people live their lives that are full of expectations that lead to nothing but disappointment.
Later kills now, waiting kills action, those things won’t let us live a life we think we deserve. The lie visits us more often than the truth, however, the most important thing is not its arrival but how we respond to it.

Eine konsistente Abendroutine habe ich in meinem Leben nie beibehaltet. Ich gehe meistens sehr spät ins Bett, und wenn ich mich endlich fertig mache, ins Bett zu gehen, will ich normalerweise einfach so schnell wie möglich einschlafen. Deswegen dusche ich, bürste ich meine Zähne, und so weiter, ohne eine gewisse beziehungsweise beruhigende Abendroutine zu befolgen. Diesen Sommer versuche ich aber, das alles zu verändern. Da ich momentan mehr Zeit habe, kann ich meinen Tagesablauf anpassen, um mich für den nächsten Semester vorzubereiten. Teil davon ist hauptsächlich, eine einigermaßen konsistentere Abendroutine zu entwickeln. Jetzt lese ich jeden Tag ein bisschen, bevor ich einschlafe, und ich bereite auch häufig "overnight oats" oder "chia pudding" vor, was ich am kommenden Morgen essen kann. Das alles macht mich ganz zufrieden und beruhigt – und es freut mich, dass ich jeden Tag so ein bisschen lese – also werde ich diese Routine hoffentlich fortsetzen.

Die Zeit der Mücken‑Spirale

Die Mückensaison hat begonnen. Nachdem zwei Taifune nacheinander vorbeigezogen sind und ihre starken Winde endlich nachgelassen haben, blieb eine feuchte, schwere Luft zurück – ein ideales Umfeld für die Mücken. Selbst als ich nur ein paar Minuten im Garten war, um Blaubeeren zu pflücken, juckten plötzlich zwei oder drei Stellen an meinem Arm. Hungrige Mücken reagieren sofort auf das Kohlendioxid von Menschen und finden am Ende sogar ihren Weg ins Wohnzimmer. Bis diese lange japanische „Beißsaison“ vorbei ist, werde ich wohl immer "Katorisenko", eine Mücken‑Spirale bereithalten müssen, bevor ich die Gefahrenzone betrete. Übrigens habe ich heute gesehen, dass Deutschland wieder Rekordtemperaturen von über 41 Grad erlebt. Wenn dieser ungewöhnlich heiße und schwüle Sommer dort so weitergeht, könnte sogar eine traditionelle japanische, pflanzenbasierte Mücke‑Spirale ganz nützlich sein.

Ma rendkívüli hőség van. Eredetileg úszni készültem, de különös módon nyáron mindig zárva tart az uszoda, mivel a személyzetre a strandokon van szükség. Így most a ventilátor mellett ülve próbálom valahogy elütni az időt. Egész héten tartja magát ez a kánikula; csütörtökön már szinte elviselhetetlen volt a meleg. Délutánra a tanterem annyira felhevült, hogy a hőség már valóban a fejembe szállt. Ekkor egyszerűen újraterveztem a programot, és legyezőket készítettünk. Igazán nagyszerűek lettek, ugyanis az egyik résztvevő kiváló kézügyességgel van megáldva, így végül rendkívül tartós darabokat alkottunk.

The Story of Alex

I'd like to introduce you to a fascinating man whose name is Alex.
He is a professional rock climber.
This outdoor activity is known as "Free Solo".
It is one of the most dangerous sports.
If you fall, there is no rope, no one to catch you, and no second chance.
Alex does not look like a superhero or a movie star.
He is a quiet man with big, dark brown eyes.
He is lean but very strong with large hands that act like tools.
He was born in 1985 and started climbing when he was five years old.
Climbing runs in his blood.
He went to a top university called Berkeley, but he was not happy there.
He wanted to study rocks instead of books. He felt trapped in the classroom.
So, when he was 19, he left school.
Why does he climb without a rope?
He says that free soloing makes him feel alive.
When he is on the wall, he must focus.
The noise of the world stops. The world becomes simple.
But to be perfect, he must control one thing: fear.
Fear is always there, even for Alex -- he is not a robot.
Once, he was climbing in Africa and found himself on a cliff face without a rope.
The rock was crumbling. He was very scared.
He was trapped on a difficult rock for one hour.
His heart was beating fast, but he did not panic.
He practiced his breathing until the fear went away.
He moved past the dangerous part and escaped from death.
Eventually, he controlled the fear.
Alex's muscles are as strong as steel, but what's even more impressive is his fearless will.
