Le Groenland restreint l'acquisition de la propriété
Dorénavant, seulement ceux peuvent acquérir de la terre, qui ont déjà vécu deux annés sur l'île d'abord. Ultimo, il y avaient plusieurs intéressés des États-Unis, également Trump louche sur l'île.
Le parlement en Groenland a adopté une loi qui restreint le droit des étrangers d'acquérir de la terre sur l''île. 21 députés ont voté pour la loi, six députés se sont abstenus. Le nouveau règle entre en vigueur le 1 janvier 2026. Gens et entreprises du Groenland, du Danemark et des Îles Féroé peuvent continuer à conquérír de la propriété en Groenland.
En dernier lieu, l'intérêt des investisseurs américains a grandi. Une étude du journal danois "Politiken" publiée cette année a montré, qu'il y a un intérêt américain croissant à l'achat de la propriété en Groenland. Le Groenland appartient à l'ancien puissance coloniale Danemark, mais est en grande partie autonome. Le président américain Donald Trump avait brandi de facon répété avec le rachat de la région insulaire riche en matières premières et gigantesque par les États-Unis pendant les derniers mois et n'y a pas exclu l'utilisation de la violence.

Hablando de mi día
Yo soy Habiba, hoy hablando de mi día.
Me desperto a las siete de la mañana y voy de mi trabajo todos el días excepto viernes y sàbado. Voy en autobus, tardo dos horas en llegar al trabajo.
Trabajo ocho horas. Salgo el trabajo a las Cinco y voy al gimnasio. Juago El CrossFit tres o cuatro díasa a la semana, dos horas cada días. Voy a casa en metro, entonces cenoa a las diez de la noche entonces aprendo español y duermo

La méteo: comment affecter-t-elle l’humeur?
En habitant en Suéde et aussi au Canada, j’ai realisé que la météo profondement affecter mon humeur car j’ai beacoup d’experience avec habiter dans un climat froid. Le froid, c’est un chose auquel je peux vivre. Oui, on ne peut pas passer beacoup de temps dehors, mais la neige est trop jolie, et on peut admirer la tranquilité de nos maisons. Aussi, si on reste dedans pendant neigant, ça rendrait un environnement très confortable et sympas.
Mais, la probléme vient des ténèbres pendant l’hiver. En Suéde, il deviens sombre à 16h, où a 14h dans Février. Pendant les mois d’hiver, je me sens très triste parce que je peux voir le soleil pour seulement un duration petit. Imaginez- aller dehors à 16h et il fait déjà fonce dehors! On doit prendre le vitamin D pendant ces mois juste pour en avoir assez dans nos corps. C’est pire ici en Suéde qu’en Canada. J’ai observé aussi que le plupart de monde deviendrait triste aussi. Ça nous rendons démotivés, tristes, et déprimés. J’ai trop hâte pour l’été encore- quand on verra le soleil pour 16h chaque jour.

「不便だなと思ったこと」について
安住紳一郎の日曜天国』で「不便だなと思ったこと」について、みんなが自分の生活をシェアしている回のポッドキャストを聞いた。
その中で一番印象に残ったのは、フィンランドに住んでいる人が、初めてフィンランドに留学したときに感じた不便さについて話し始めたことだった。
フィンランドでは、祝日の間は国民全員が休みを取れることに驚いた。スーパーもレストランも閉まり、交通機関も止まり、メールが来ても休み中はまったく返事をしないらしい。
私も「へえ、本当なんだ」と言いながら、どこか羨ましい気持ちになった。
日本と中国は似ていて、祝日でも店員さんたちは休めず、どこかのお客様を迎えなければならない。
例えばゴールデンウィークには、多くの人が日常と違う景色を見たくて旅行に出るだろう。その分、店員さんには普段より多くのお客さんが来るので、収入が増えて嬉しいこともあるだろう。
しかし、仕事量が増えることと給料が増えることは必ずしもイコールではない。祝日に働いている店員さんたちは、本来取るべき休みを本当に取れているのだろうか。旅行に出た人たちは、家族とゆっくり過ごし、仕事に邪魔されずに休めているのだろうか。
今年、私も兄も旅行中に何度も仕事のメッセージが来て対応しなければならず、純粋な休暇を過ごすことができなかった。
この前、広東地方では台風の接近により、政府が休みを取るよう指示を出し、「業務停止を含む五停」を実施した。
超大型台風「ラガサ」の影響で、みんなが台風で休めると喜び、危険な台風だということを一瞬忘れて、ただ休みがあることに浮かれているようだった。
こんな時にだけ、みんなが心配事を肩から下ろして息抜きができるのだと思った。
私も時々会社で休みを取ることに後ろめたさを感じてしまう。給料から休んだ分が差し引かれてしまうし、病気や用事などの理由を書かないと休みを取りにくい。
その人の話を最後まで聞いて、なんだか複雑な気分になった。

Privatsphäre oder Sicherheit
Ist es sinnvoll die eigene Privatsphäre für Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einzuschränken? Die Themen Privatsphäre und Sicherheit gewinnen beide in der heutigen Zeit an Bedeutung, jedoch werden sie in einigen Fällen gegenübergestellt. Im Folgenden werden unterschiedliche Aspekte der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen trotz einer Vernachlässigung der Privatsphäre beleuchtet und zum Schluss wird eine persönliche Meinung dargestellt.
Auf der einen Seite geben Befürworter zu bedenken, dass man zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit auch Einschränkungen der Privatsphäre, etwa durch eine totale Videoüberwachung in der Öffentlichkeit, in Kauf nehmen sollte. In der heutigen Zeit nehmen die Verbrechen auf der Straße kontinuierlich zu. Verbrechen, die sowohl das Eigentum der Menschen als auch die Menschen selbst bedrohen. Eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme, z.B. die Videoüberwachung kann also die Zahl der Verbrechen senken. Im Gegensatz dazu hat die Einschränkung der Privatsphäre in den meisten Fällen keine gravierenden Konsequenzen. Wenn man die beiden miteinander vergleicht, scheint es sinnvoll zu sein, Sicherheit in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen. Dies kann man anhand des folgenden Beispiels verdeutlichen: Wenn ein Verbrechen verübt wird und etwas gestohlen wird, kann man in den meisten Fällen mithilfe von Überwachungskameras den Täter identifizieren, aber wenn man wegen der Privatsphäre keine Überwachungskamera hätte, wäre der Prozess viel schwerer.
Auf der anderen Seite führen Kritiker aus, dass der Schutz der Privatsphäre ein hohes Gut sei: Sicherheitsdenken dürfe nicht dazu führen, dass Persönlichkeitsrechte eingeschränkt würden. Die Einschränkung der Privatsphäre kann das Vertrauen der Menschen gegenüber der Regierung beeinträchtigen und das Gefühl der Unsicherheit fördern. Außerdem können die Menschen dadurch das Gefühl haben, dass ihre eigene Freiheit nicht respektiert wird. Kritiker argumentieren aber auch, dass die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in einigen Fällen von der Regierung missbraucht werden können. Ein Beispiel dafür ist Folgendes: Im Iran wurden vor zwei Jahren während der Demonstrationen die Überwachungskameras dabei eingesetzt, die Menschen zu kontrollieren oder die Demonstranten zu verhaften und sogar zu ermordern, was bei vielen Menschen Angst ausgelöst hat.
Aus dieser Argumentation lässt sich schließen, dass die Themen Privatsphäre und Sicherheit die Gesellschaft polarisieren. Einerseits argumentieren einige, dass das eigene Leben und Vermögen wichtiger als die Privatsphäre ist, andererseits wird diskutiert, dass auch Sicherheitsmaßnahmen Gefahren nach sich ziehen können und nicht einwandfrei sind.
Abschließend möchte ich meine persönliche Meinung äußern. Ich persönlich bin der Meinung, dass es sinnvoll ist, dass die eigene Privatsphäre zwecks Schutz der Menschen eingeschränkt wird, jedoch sollten auch Maßnahmen gegen einen Missbrauch der Privatsphäre durch die Überwachungskameras ergriffen werden. Das Ziel ist letztendlich, dass sich alle sicher fühlen.

A Day with Sofía
Sofía wakes up early, not because she's in a hurry, but because she likes to take advantage of the day with calmly. While she makes coffee, listens to soft music, and looks through the window at how the sun starts to shine on the trees. She loves this moment when everything stays in calm. Later she goes out to walk in the park, always with a notebook in her hand to write ideas or draw things that inspire her. Sofía is a curious person; she likes to talk with strangers, and discover new stories. Sometimes she looks distracted, but in reality she's noticing everything, saving little details that she later turns into thoughts or drawings.

It's Been A Minute
I studied a phrase that "it's been a minute" today.
I didn't know this phrase, and I guessed that meens that takeing or waiting a few minutes.
But my teacher told me the meen that it is same "long time no see".
I got that these are alternative phrases.
I really think that alternative phrases make more improvement for launguage learners.

L'avancement de la technologie est bon pour tout le monde?
Pour quelques années dernières, la technologie a évolué très rapidement et il ne semble pas qu'elle va arrêter. Mais est-ce les advantages de l'évolution de la technologie l'emportent les négatifs?
Il faut que nous mentionnions qu'il y a beaucoup de choses mal à propos de l'avancement de la technologie. Au debout, il est très facile de devenir accro à la majorité de la technologie comme la portabe, l'ordinateur, et la télévision. Parce que ça, il se sens que nous ne pouvons pas vivre sans ces technologies. Moi aussi, j'ai un peux accro à mon portable. J'ai mon portable à tout moment. En outre, il peux avoir un effet négatif dans notre vie sociale parce que nous nous mettons plusiers de temps avec la technologie que les autres gens. Cependant, il y a des avantages de la technologie aussi. Il y a beaucoup de pièces de la technologie qui peux sauvegarder la vie d'un personne. La technologie médicale est essentielle pour les victimes des maladies dangereuses. De plus, quelques appareils peuvent ouvir le sentier de éducation pour les gens autour du monde. Globalement, je crois que les avantages et une chanche de sauvegarder une vie l'emporte les désavantages de l'évolution de la technologie. Donc oui, il vaut la peine.

Chacune des personnes dans ma famille : ma mère
Chaque jour, je veux écrire à propos d’une personne de ma famille. Aujourd’hui, je vais parler de ma mère. J’adore ma mère. Elle est comme une meilleure amie pour moi. Nous parlons presque tous les jours. Ma mère a 63 ans. Elle a quatre enfants : mes deux frères, ma soeur et moi. Maintenant, elle est grand-mère ! Elle a 4 petits-enfants : mes trois nièces et mon neveu. Ma mère est à la retraité, mais elle est très occupée. Elle passe beaucoup de son temps avec ma grand-mère et mes nièces. Elle aime construire des puzzles et jouer Sudoku. Elle est intéressée par la politique parce qu’elle déteste Trump, comme moi. Elle adore faire des desserts. Nous nous promenons et faisons du vélo ensemble. J’adore passer de mon temps avec ma mère.

Meine Essgewohnheit
Hallo. Heute möchte ich Ihnen meine Essgewohnheit vorstellen. Zuerst geht es um das Frühstück. Ich esse verschiedenes Essen, zum Beispiel Onigiri( ein Japanisches Traditionelles Essen) oder Brötchen, aber meistens esse Ich Reis und Misosuppe. Weil ich Student bin und deshalb habe ich morgens wenige Zeit, ist es Praktisch, zum Frühstück Reis und misosuppe, die man bald kochen kann, zu essen. Zum Mittagessen esse ich etwas in der Mensa an der Universität. In der Mensa gibt es verschiedene Speise und alle sind köstlich und billig. Mein Lieblingsessen dort ist Curryreis, mit dem ich satt werden kann und das nur 330 yen kostet.
Weil dieses Tagebuch zu lang wird, möchte ich morgen über das Abendessen schreiben!

Tea or Coffee?
I prefer tea, because I really don't like coffee. It's taste bitter to me, but I love the smell.
When I was younger, i didn't like tea too, because I tried it with sugar.
But I preferred it without sugar, just natural.
I like tea with mint. It's a tea from maghreb and my grandmother was algerian, so she prepared us a lot.
In reality, I prefer herbal tea like rooïbos, chamomille, lemon or some mix.
I love drink it before go to bed, with a good book.
And in the morning, I prefer to drink a hot chocolate, because I stay a child.
It's my confort drink, my "madeleine de proust"
(It's a french expression for something who revive nostalgic memories, I don't know if you have something similar in english.)

My Greatest Passion.
I'm a passionnate person, so I have a lot of diverse passion.
I love draw, read, write, sculpt, walk...
But my biggest passion is to listen people speak about them.
I think each person is like a book and I could pass an entire day to listen someone speak about what he did on his life, what he love, his dream, his regrets, his failures...
I love old people, because they have a big story behind them, and they often like to speak about their memories.
It's the reason I very want to improve my english, because I want to speak with more people around the world.
I would like to share the story of everybody on the world.
I think we can learn a lot of others.
So, if I need to resume: I'm passionnate by people.

Japan- Love Hotel
We searched a place for the night and we found a room in an hotel that named Evermore.
He wasn't expensive and he seemed very qualitative.
In the pictures, the room were spacious, with a queen-size bed, and the bathroom had a big bathtub.
The hotel was far from the town but with our car, it wasn't a problem.
When we arrived on the parking, we were totally lost, because we couldn't find any reception.
We passed almost a quarter of an hour to walk around, searched something or someone who can help us.
A moment later, a man went out of the building and asked us what we were doing here.
Well... it was I supposed, because he only spoke japanese.
So, we showed him our reservation on Booking and he understood we were just big tourist.
He invited us to park our car in a little closed place and he pulling a big curtain to hide the car.
Because, in a love hotel, intimity is the first rule.
At this moment, we couldn't know it was a Love Hotel, because in Booking, we could read "Adult only", but we thought it was a hotel that didn't accept children.
We were really naives.
Behing the car, there was a door with a corridor that took us in front of another door.
The guy waited us here and he explained how did it work.
After that, he asked us if we wanted to eat something and he showed us a magazine with a lot of food and drink choice.
He explained us we could just fill out a form with our choices and slided it on a little trap.
In reality, it was possible to do everything without see someone, but he was very kind with us and he took time to explain everything.
We couldn't see him again.
When we were alone, I looked around and I saw a lot of strange things.
In first, I saw the tv that was turn on, and on the screen, some choice of strange movies.
Next the television, there was four request books with the list of movies, cosplays, lingerie and.. others accessories.
Obviously, everything needed an add payment, except the condoms next the bed.
The man knocked on the door and putted the food on the ground.
It wasn't very good, but we had hungry.
A strange things was the coke with a vanilla ice ball inside : Why?
I appreciated all the free luxury product on the bathroom and the night pyjama.
We could find all we needed, and more.
"Evermore" was the perfect name for this hotel.

Valveが発表した商品
ValveはSteamというソフトを開発した会社。最近３つの新しいハードウェア商品を発表した。
その１つはSteamコントローラーというコントローラーで、他のコントローラーと違って2つのトラックパッドがある。その故にマウスが必要のゲームもこのコントローラーで出来る。
次はSteamフレームというVRヘッドセット。無線のヘッドセットでPCからゲームをストリーミングでプレイすることが出来る。VRゲームも普通のゲームも出来るからすごく便利だそうだ。
最後はSteamマシンというゲーム機みたいなパソコン。小さいけどキューブのデザインは可愛い。パソコンなのでSteamでもう買ったゲームをプレイする事が出来る。
値段も公開日もまだ発表されていないけど、全部が欲しい。

Though weekends
2 weeks that I can't write anything there, because I don't have a time not only for practicing English, but also for sleeping.
Usually I'm working on the evening shift (4pm-1am) but somedays I made an extra time work, for example 18 hours. So yeah I will try to come back, with my bad written text :)

What is the nicest hotel you have ever stayed in?
That would be the western-style inn that my grandfather took me in Hakone. The scenery was beautiful, the hot-spring bath was heavenly, and food was delicious. We often used to stay there. My grandfather passed away years ago, but it’s still my sweet memories.

This is my first piece of English writing. I plan to keep it simple with some basic sentences.
It's sunny today, But there's a faint haze in the air -- I can just feel it.
I thought about going for a walk nearby , but with so much work waiting for me,I had to abandon the idea.
Everyone is busy balancing work and life. I am also preparing for an exam as well, and I hope to achieve a good score through my hard work.
