Umgang mit Lebensmittel
Hallo, Könnten Sie bitte mir helfen, zu korrigieren?
Immer mehr Menschen sorgen sich um Verschwendung des Lebensmittel, weil dieses Verhalten einen negativen Einfluss sowohl auf Umwelt, als auch auf Wirtschaff hat.
Darüber hinaus ist die Verschwendung ein großes ethisches Problem. elEs gibt verschiedene Verhalten, die zur Verschwendung führen. Der Hauptursache für Lebensmittelverschwendung ist der individuelle bewusste Konsum. z.b. Wenn wir große Portionen zubereiten oder bestellen, können wir Reste erzeugen, die für die Herstellung und Transport unnötig Energie oder Wasser verwendet werden. Eine weitere Ursache ist das im Großhandel wegen falscher Lagerung ausgegebenes Speisen wegwerfen. Unsere Konsumverhalten spielen bei der Lebensmittelverschwendung eine besondere Rolle.
In diesem Zusammenhang, könnte keine Maßnahme dagegen ergriffen werden.
Die Lebensmittel, die wir kaufen, sollte im Voraus geplant und Einkaufszettel geschrieben werden. Nur auf diese Weise können die Menschen maßvoll einkaufen. Oder um später zu verzehren, könnten Lebensmittel kühl gestellt oder eingefroren werden. Darüber hinaus können wir Reste mit anderen teilen oder verschenken. Dadurch können Die Menschen nicht nur zum Umweltschutz beitragen, sondern auch zu unser Budget.
Zum Schluss möchte ich betonen, dass alle versuchen sollten, um eine bessere Welt zu erschaffen.

Divagaciones 7
Si no fuera por los ademanes exagerados que insistió en hacer, podríamos haberlo tomado en serio.
No es cosa fácil reprimir un estornudo con solo el esfuerzo mental, pero sí, se puede hacer.
Aunque era principiante en cuanto a sus habilidades de montar a caballo, desde el segundo que empezó, ha estado insistiendo en que le regalemos una fusta.
Ahora que lo pienso, descorrimos las persianas hace más de un año y nunca hemos mirado hacia atrás, o sea, se quedaron abiertas durante todo este tiempo.

Quasi il fine settimana
So che non è quasi il fine settimana affatto ma per me infatti è. Anche se per la maggioranza del mondo è lunedì, sento che è venerdì: il fine settimana mi aspetta, voglio godermi della vita questi giorni.
Presto devo andare al mercato per fare la spesa. Non ho voglia di andare perché soffia il vento e fa freddissimo! Fortunatamente c'è un negozio al piano inferiore. Ci vado nonostante i prezzi sono troppo cari. Non devo dimenticare di mettermi i vestiti più pesanti, anche se il negozio è vicino.
Comprerò delle verdure, ne ho bisogno di qualche chilogrammo per fare un'insalata.
A febbraio inizio i turni dalle 8, allora posso dormire un po' meglio e posso avere più tempo per studiare e ripassare quello che ho studiato.
Domani vado a trovare mia mamma dopo finisce a lavorare, abita a due passi da qui e anche ha due gatte.
Lei viaggia spesso e quando è andata via, io do da mangiare alle gatte e gioco con loro.
Quando ero bambina avevo molti gatti in casa ( non allo stesso tempo ), forse questo è il ragione perché sono abituata ad avere gatti intorno me. Tuttavia preferisco i gatti che i cani.
All'una finalmente vado al mercato, il freddo non mi può fermare.

My Life in SZ (4)
One afternoon, a colleague asked me to go together with him to his room. When we went through the aisle of the first floor in the Worker House, some bad smells let me feel uncomfortable, with the lights were not bright enough, and some dirty water with scraps under my feet.
"The cleaner comes here every three days, no way." He said helplessly.
As soon as I get into his dormitory, I was shocked at the gate for a while. I really don't want to write it out here, I don't want foreigners to see today's article. I saw it, however, was a true scene before me in 1996 in a workers' dormitory in a big toy factory from Hong Kong.
"Fuc*! Why is your room like this? Are you feeling cold at night? " I spoke out angrily.
The room was filled with three to five big straw mats, some worst quilts put under the mats, they all on the ground, no bed, a bulb hanging down from the center of the ceiling.
He answered with a wry smile:"We are OK, here are about 10 roommates recently, not too cold at night, we warm each other. Anyway, it's cheap, I know your living condition in Staff House is much better." I will never go into their room again, I was scared by the straw mats, they were not Japanese-style tatami, which was similar to the room in some prisons in my mind.
I grew up in the city, I couldn't imagine this could be a real image in my mind unless show me the picture.

Un rêve bizarre
J'ai rêvé quelque chose il y a deux nuits. Dans le rêve, je dormais avec une colonie de fourmis toutes les nuits mais je savais pas pourquoi. Quand je suis allé chez le médicin, il m'a dit que c'était parce que je suis vegan et mange trop de fruits, alors ma sueur contient beaucoup de sucre.
Il m'a forcé à manger des œuf pour éliminer les fourmis.
Je suppose que si vous avez de la fourmis chez vous, vous devriez manger des œufs.

Day 16: Weekly Reflections
Today is sunday in my country and every end of the week I write daily reflections about how it was my week in my bullet journal. This week I completed more tasks than the past week, to be exact, this week I have completed twenty tasks and the past week I completed only nine tasks, so it's a good progress. I studied my Anki cards for six days this week and I didn't have any problem in my Job. The next week I'm going to enroll into a course to be prepared for the college exam and I'm going to start meditaiting, too. I also have to read more and write more poems.
This is not my poem I just translated and wanted to share it, the poem is by Ono No Komachi:
Because, meanwhile I was sleeping, I saw to my love
I started to wish something very ephemeral
like a dream.

３７：今日はいい日です
数時間前、僕の日本語能力試験（JLPT）の結果発表が出ました。その成績は・・・1７８／１８０のほぼ満点でした。言語知識（文字・語彙・文法）と読解の区分で満点を取って、聴解の区分で５８／６０を取りました。聴解の最中でぼうっとしてしまったから、てっきりいくつかの間違いを起こしたと思ったが、それはないみたいですね。その２つのポイントさえ取れば満点だったのにと今は悔しく感じています。でも、この１年半の間にずっと頑張り続けた末、最高の結果になったから十分満足できます。本当に努力は報われると感心しています。嬉しくてしょうがないです。これからも勉強し続けますので、近いうちに最上級のN1に挑戦したいと思います。

Por qué nadie quiere construir un rascacielos nuevo
Desde los tiempos inmemoriales, los seres humanos se han obsesionados con construir edificios altos y hoy en día, quieren ostentarse por haber construido el rascacielos más alto del mundo. Los rascacielos no son altos solo para lo visual. Cuanto más personas viven en una ciudad, más espacio es necesario para albergar a ellos. Es más eficiente a nivel espacial apilar varias plantas que solo construir una planta individual.
El Burj Khalifa se lleva la palma siendo el rascacielos más alto del mundo, y según parece, ese récord seguirá en pie durante muchos años. Aunque pueda atraer más personas a un país, nadie realmente quiere construir un nuevo rascacielos debido a su precio exorbitante de construcción.
Lo que es sorprendente es que una parte significativa de los rascacielos ni siquiera es habitable. Alrededor del tercio más alto del Burj Khalifa solo se usa para relleno. Además, muchas personas utilizan el teletrabajo en vez de usar oficinas, y con la recisión global que viene, los magnates, políticos y empresarios son menos proclives a invertir en un nuevo proyecto que probablemente se eche a perder.

La couleur des vêtements
Ma garde-robe est un désordre avec des vêtements partout. C’est la nouvelle année et puisque j’ai décidé d’être un peu plus organisée, j’ai rangé mes vêtements. Franchement, soit la garde-robe est trop petite, soit j’ai trop de vêtements. Je ne crois pas avoir trop de vêtements puisque j’ai besoin des t-shirts et des shorts pour l’été et des pantalons et des pulls pour l’hiver.
En rangeant mes vêtements, je me suis rendu compte que j’ai un tas de vêtements blancs. J’ai toujours aimé la couleur blanche : c’est reposant et apaisant. À mon avis c’est aussi à la mode. Dès notre plus jeune âge, nous sommes encouragés d’aimer certaines couleurs : le bleu pour les garçons et le rose pour les filles. L’un de mes amis ne porte jamais des t-shirts ou de chemises roses. Dans son esprit, c’est une couleur féminine. Il existe aussi des autres traditions que nous suivons sans penser, telles que porter noir aux funérailles et dans les pays occidentaux, la mariée porte du blanc.
Dans certaines cultures, on croit l’existence des couleurs porte-bonheur comme le rouge. Cette semaine, on fête la nouvelle année chinoise et j’ai entendu dire qu’il faut absolument porter quelque chose rouge. Il existe également une croyance que les couleurs affectent l’humeur d’une personne : les couleurs chaudes comme le rouge, le jaune et l’orange évoquent des sentiments de bonheur et d’énergie et par contre les couleurs froides comme le bleu, le vert et le violet évoquent des sentiments de tranquillité et de calme.

Tiroteo en California
Cuando me desperté hoy, vi unos mensajes de WhatsApp sobre "un suceso horrible" que había ocurrido en Los Angeles. Llegaba tarde a un entrenamiento, así que lo ignoré y fui a entrenar. Pasé el resto del día súper tranquila haciendo la compra y cocinando un estofado por primera vez, hasta que vi otra historia que mencionaba lo mismo.
Resulta que ayer, durante las festividades del Año Nuevo chino, hubo un tiroteo en una ciudad al este de Los Ángeles que dejó 10 muertos y al menos 9 heridos. Un hombre con una ametralladora entró en un estudio de danza y abrió fuego. El sospechoso logró escapar y la policía sigue buscándolo.
Ayer estuve en un barrio formado en su mayor parte por inmigrantes chinos. Recuerdo haber visto las calles llena de gente con farolillos rojos y carteles de buena fortuna por todas partes. Aunque no celebro el Año Chino, me hizo muy feliz ver a tanta gente en preparándose para una festividad que lleva tanto significado por la comunidad.
Ya se han producido 5 tiroteos masivos en Estados Unidos desde que empezó el año. El de Los Ángeles es el peor tiroteo desde que el de la escuela de Uvalde, Texas. Es indignante que ocurra una tragedia así, y me decepciona mucho que todo lo que el gobierno pueda ofrecernos sean oraciones vacías e inacción política.

Writing Challenge, Day 113
Today is day 113 of my daily English challenge. Today, I spoke with a friend over Skype en English and en Spanish. Now I am feeling confortable because I am able to express at what I want to say, although I still make mistakes.
I also so happy to hear that my mother will be coming back and staying with us. I promiss by myself to take care of her and I wont she do anything. I will do all think to her.

Ein Schüler, die sich in mich als Lehrerin verliebt?
Ich glaube nicht, dass so etwas bei mir passieren könnte. Erstens, weil wenn es einen Beruf gibt, den ich überhaupt nicht mag, ist das Lehrer zu sein. Ich habe nicht die Geduld, jemandem Unterricht zu geben. Ich denke, um Lehrer zu sein, muss man gewissen Eigenschaften haben, welche ich definitiv nicht habe. Der zweite Grund ist, dass ich mich normalerweise nicht mich hingezogen fühle, zu Männer der jünger sind als ich, ich mag jemanden in meinem Alter, mit dem ich vieles gemeinsam habe oder höchstens ein bisschen älter als ich.

Lazy sunday
Today was a lazy day. Here in Zürich is very cold, I think around -7 degrees, and with those temperatures I don't want to be outside. One of my roommates did crêpes for breakfast, and while they were delicious I feel guilty of eating all my daily calories before 9 am, so when my friend Ana called inviting me to go for a walk, even when I had a lot to study, I had a guilty feeling and couldn't decline the invitation. I wore all the warm clothes I could think of and went out.
We ended up walking more than 2 hours and it was a nice conversation. As soon as I returned home, it started to snow again, so I'm glad that I was not outside anymore. I was not feeling hungry, so I spent the rest of my afternoon studying and now soon going to make dinner and prepare for tomorrow.

爱丽丝：我最喜欢的朋友
我最好的朋友叫爱丽丝。她和我同岁，我们都是二十三岁。我们高中认识。尽管我们目前就读于不同的大学并且很忙，但我们经常互相发短信、打电话和见面。
爱丽丝很喜欢读书,所以总是随身带着一本书，我想我从没见过她包袋里不带书的。此外，她非常喜欢运动，上进心强，任劳任怨,从不放弃。但最重要的是，我总是可以依靠她。她很有趣，乐于助人而且非常善良。我可以和她谈论任何事情。
我上次拜访她时，她给了我一本她已经读过的书。她说我肯定会喜欢的。她还给我看了她新买的书架。她的藏书太多了，时不时得买一个新书架。我相信她的公寓很快就会变成图书馆。
我记得有一天她一大早就给我打了电话。她说她只是路过我家，如果我愿意，我可以加入她。当我向窗外望去，看到爱丽丝在挥手时，我感到很惊讶。爱丽丝看起来一点也不疲倦，她精力充沛。我问她是怎么跑到我家这几英里的。她的脸上没有一滴汗。她说没什么，她就是想跑。
更重要的是，爱丽丝是我可以一直依赖的朋友。 我记得有一天我打电话给她说我考试不及格。 我很伤感。不到一个小时后，我听到门铃响了。当我跑下楼时，我看到爱丽丝拿着一份小礼物。里面有我最喜欢的巧克力和装饰蜡烛。我非常喜欢这份礼物，但我更高兴她来看我。我们整个下午都在吃甜食和看喜剧。

Un Carta para mi
Hola,
yo soy tu, tu de la futura. Hay muchas cosa que quiero dicerti pero no tengo mucho tiempo. Al primero queiro decirte que es la cosa mas importante en la vida. Es la familia. Puedo decirte eso porque lo se despues de vivir muchas anos mas de ti. Tambien queiro decirte que en el futuro todo sara bueno asi que no te pasar tiempo preoccupando porque eso es un pierdo de tiempo.
Tus amigos estan tambien importante, en el futuro no es facil de encuentro amigos buenos como cuando eras joven. Debe quedar tus amigos, debe hacer un esfuerzo de mantenir esos relaciones.

Compensation
Government compensated purchase power loos of working class by increasing the minimum wage to 850 USD because the inflation is hiking and people’s purchase power are going down. It means we, Bureo Veristas’ employees, lose purchase power too. I pay 65% of my salary for rent+heating. I am paid just 70 USD more than the minimum wage but I took on 100.000 USD responsibility 2 day ago, on behalf of Veristas. I always do the my best for Veristas and I express with all my heart that you may supersede me with anybody who may accept the same salary+car+fuel if you really think anybody can take on this role with same or cheaper cost. You are owner of the company and intend to make cost saving on our salaries. I understand your concern.
The government raises the minimum wage by net amount, but you grant us gross amount. For example, if the minimum wage is hiked 30% net, but we are given 30% gross which corresponds to 22%-25%, in this case the gap between minimum wage and our salaries is closed. The minimum wage is paid for only unqualified or newly graduated employees.
Merry and Jason asked me to convey you following issues;
• Do you mind if we explains what we suffer in Georgia to Applus Corporate? Because they don’t understand what is going on in Turkey. We explains this issue better.
• In 2016 and 2020, no salary increment were made. This is another reason closing the gap between minimum wage and other salaries. Can you compensate these years?
• We cannot focus on our job because we think of how to cover our expenses. This reduces our performance.

MAKING ONE'S CASE (making a case for why my choice is the be
I. I'll attempt to make a strong case for why I choose picture three over the two other pictures.
1) My starting point is that it best describes what happens to a smoker's body as we can see him or her transforming from a full of life and energy person into a paper-white, ghost-like being supposedly through airways problems, lack of vitamins , impaired cardiovascular system, weight loss and insufficient ammount of oxigen supplied to their brain.
2) It is worthy of remark that the poster is well designed as for the layout of the white lettering and the contrasting background .
3) It is also observable that the warning slogan due to its rhyme will stay in the readers' heads for longer.
4)The illustration is really convincing as the author has put his idea across really well - this habit ties you down to cigarettes, takes away your freedom and your life.
II. I will now clarify why I reject the two other pictures.
1) Picture one seems to lack human actors and might make a reader easily lose interest
2) Another argument is that reading electrocardiogram recordings can be too complex to a layman
3) Morover, using a shock factor to deter someone from smoking doesn't seem wise (here implying that one of the smoker's puffs is their last one , then the heartbeat stops.
1) A problem with picture two is essentially that it's unclear and hence ineffective; it's possible, however to infer that the toxicity of tobacco is harmful not only to creatures but also to plants. The burning cigarette part of the plant may possibly suggest the decomposition of the plant's roots.
2) Secondly, the slogan is too forceful as people in general don't enjoy having someone's will imposed on them.
3) Finally, it seems to me that both lungs from poster two should be shown as equally affected by nicotine for it to be more convincing and powerful in getting people woke to what cigarette smoke can do to their lungs ' tissue.

Cada Fin de Semana
Cada fin de semana pasa muy rápido. Parece que la semana termina y después el fin de semana termina de inmediato. Este fin de semana estaba muy agotada de la semana y no pude recuperarme. Dormí más y vi la TV, pero todavía me siento agotada. Espero que el domingo por la tarde sea mejor y pueda sentirme recuperado al final del día.

Dieses Thema hat mein Interesse geweckt, weil es um etwas wichtig geht. Niemand kann ableugnen, dass das Auto uns das Leben erleichtert hat. Wir können nicht nur schneller, sondern auch bequemer fahren. Es hilf uns auch, pünktlich zu sein. Gleichzeitig können wir nicht abstreiten, dass es auch manche Nachteile hat. Die Leute, die im Stadtzentrum leben, können wegen des Staus, die Ruhe nicht genießen. Autos sind auch schlecht für die Umwelt, deshalb sollen wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel immer benutzen. Aus diesen Gründen unterstütze ich der Meinung, dass Autos im Stadtzentrum verboten sein sollen.

mélange (I)
Pendant les derniers temps, j'ai souvent fini par parler de littérature; ce m'a poussé à remarquer que, comme presque tout le monde peut-être, j'ai un goût particulier et s'en plonger est très interessant. Pour moi le goût littéraire et comment on s'approche à la lecture nous peut dire quelque chose sur l'intériorité de quiconque.
Donc, j'aime beaucoup tout ce qui concerne l'introspection et l'interiorité; par contre l'intrigue, ça ne m'intéresse pas: peut-être que je veux être partie active de l'histoire, et pas subir la narration passivement. En fait j'aime quand il y a pages et pages d'introspection sans que rien ne se passe.
Dernièrement je lis beacoup de Dostoevsky (je veux finir tous les principales oeuvres) et en même temps je voudrais lire un peu de Camus: j'ai déjà lu "L'étranger" en français et je vas commencer "La peste"; le problème est que je voudrais lire des livres en français, par exemple "La nausée" par Sartre ou "Le mythe de Sisyphe", mais ils sont trop difficiles pour moi et je dois attendre un peu pour les lire.
