La routine de mon matin
Je pense que la routine du matin est très importante et il durait longtemps pour la trouve. Mon matin habituellement commence à six heures, mais parfois je ne réveille que huit heures. J'ai eu l'habitude que j'ai fais de l'exercise et du stretching dès lors que j'ai réveillé, mais maintenant je m'étire juste. Ensuite je fais de la meditationt bien que je ne peux pas très bien faire ça. Je crois que je peux apprendre comment méditer si je le pratique assez souvent. Après la meditation je douchais avec l'eau froide, mais à présent je lave mon vissage et je peigne au lieu. Puis je fais mon lit et préparé ma liste de tâches pour ce jour. Je ne mage pas le petit-déjeuner, parce que je fais alimentation limitée dans le temps. Je pense que c'est bon pour ma santé et ce n'est pas difficile.

I just... don't do conversation? Like I said before, I don't talk much even in my own language. I also don't know anyone speaking English. I tried Rosetta Stone last year, if you can call it a conversation? That's actually why I'm here: so I can have a conversation in English if I want to. But right now, I only use what I'm certain of, like "It's well written, thank you for sharing." I can't even ask questions... well I could but they would be awkward and badly written and I am very self-conscious. So, no conversation from me.

Um casal comprou uma casa perto da floresta. Tem muitas tarefas à dividir. O trabalho é muito exaustivo por todos mas juntos têm o sonho de suo próprio lar. A família e os amigos apoiam o casal com tudo o que podem fazer para ajudar realizar o sonho. O pai do esposo é arquiteto e tem a gerêcia.

Geschichte
Paul lebt im Schottland (1). Er muss bald umziehen und dafür muss er eine Umzugsfirma (2) kontaktieren. Er hat ein bisschen Angst, dass die Lebensmittel (3) auf dem Kühlschrank verroten werden wegen des Umzugs. Trotzdem, muss er umziehen, weil die Luftqualität in seiner Stadt schlecht ist und ein Gesundheitsrisiko (4) bringt. Er geht zu seinem Computer und sucht eine Firma um schnell zu umziehen. Er träumt davon, dass eines Tages solarbetriebene (5) Autos überall sein werden und es weniger Umweltverschmutzung geben wird.

Parks near My Home
Unlikely other cities, Suwon has many big parks.
Near my home, there are three big parks as well.
On the east side, there is the "Metan Park" where many pet lovers visit to their communities.
There is a big soccer field and two tennis courts in the park.
So many players are working out every day.
On the south side, there is a park that called "Hyowon Park".
There is a big concert room for music performances and plays.
Chinese style houses are there for shooting dramas.
If it is available, many people visit to enjoy and to take pictures.
On the west side, there is a park where is my favorite one.
It is for teenagers, so there is a big library, a playground, a good quality swimming pool and big garden.
My son and I usually go there for borrowing books and practicing swimming.
Different features of those parks make me fun.
Because of these parks, I like my house.

Le cimetière des empires
Au carrefour de l'Asie de Sud et l'Asie Centrale, il y a un pays la prégnante richesse archéologique duquel dépasse encore les chercheurs. Existe-t-il quelque part d'autre où était-il possible de trouver les traces d'autant des cultures et confessions au même fois? L'exceptionnalité de ce lieu peut-être mieux démontrée au travers des reliques là découverts : comme des pièces de monnaie qui représentent le Bouddha avec une inscription en grec ancien. Une satrapie des Achéménides, le point le plus oriental du monde hellénistique ou encore une partie de la civilisation de la vallée d'Indus, l'Afghanistan avait été un témoin à la naissance, croissance et aussi la mort des dizaines d'empires. Les souvenirs de son passé restent toujours là-dedans, au-dessous de la terre, prêts pour être récupérés.
Le point d'orgue pour l'etablissment de l'identite des Afghans était peut-être le moment des invasions musulmanes, car il est indeniable que l'Islam est inseparable de l'âmes des habitants contemporaneux. Si on abordait le sujet d'une échelle plus vaste, on rendrait compte que c'était les invasions qui ont laissé une empreinte monumentale sur l'histoire de pays. Autant de conquérants ont passé ou ont été issus de là que la liste serait trop longue pour écrire. Je mentionnerai donc seulement trois : les Britanniques, l'URSS et les États-Unis.
La tutelle des Anglais sur le pays n'a pas duré longtemps. Le peuple aguerri a gagné son indépendance de nouveau en 1919, mais ça ne signifiait pas que le bain de sang était terminé. L'aventure sovietique, qui est le sujet d'autant de chansons russes et qui est souvent appelée « la piège pour l'ours », a contribué significativement à la chute du communisme. Il y a encore les vétérans de cette guerre qui se souviennent des fameux « tulipes noires », les avions militaires qui ramènent les corps des soldats tombés à sa terre natale. Tout compte fait, avec l'annonce de l'OTAN que les troupes occidentales vont quitter le pays prochainement, il me semble que l'Afghanistan, l'indomptable, revendique la mort d'une puissance en plus... a un coût très cher, car les générations des Afghans ne connaissent que la guerre, et il ne paraît pas que ça changera bientôt.

state of emergency again
I live in Osaka, Japan. Recently, the number of people who are infected with coronavirus has been over 1000 in a day on average. The number has been rapidly increasing since the new type of coronavirus is going around in Japan. So the local government is going to announce a state of emergency tonight. That means any shops in Osaka are closed until this restriction is lifted and we have to quarantine from tomorrow. Just a year ago, we had been in the same situation for about 3 months and the situation got better but now got worse again. I think the Japanese government is so slow to deal with anything and too optimistic. I understand they want to hold Tokyo Olympic this year whatever it takes, but they seem like they prioritize holding Olympic over people in Japan. And they don't even give us money to live during this situation. I feel they are not responsible and so disgusting. I feel like depressed because the quarantine life will start again from tomorrow, but it is no use to sigh about this situation. So I have decided to keep a diary here in English and want get my English skill better on this occasion. So please give me a hand!

短的恐怖故事
有一位男人，姓哩，他是個很平凡的人。每天早上七點起床開始準備上班。他一邊吃早餐一邊看電視新聞。一天，有一篇報告說，幾天前有殺人的嫌疑的男罪犯被警察逮補，但前天重監獄逃走了。李先生和他妻子覺得很可怕，但他們信任警察。看報告以後，李先生上班跟同事們聊天。他們都小說關於罪犯的話。
大概晚上六點，李先生下了班。他跟妻子一起散步，然後吃晚飯。照樣，他們聊天工作、朋友、週末想做什麼，這類的，然後睡覺。
深夜，李先生做了很可怕的惡夢，嚇得突然醒。他對妻子說，"我做了非常可怕的惡夢，我好吃警了!"。李先生預想妻子要說什麼，但他聽的聲音是男生的。
"惡夢剛才開始了。"
李先生開了燈。在前面有一個拿刀的男人，臉跟逃出的罪犯一樣。李先生的妻子哪裡都不見。

Goda vanor
Jag använder en daglig tracker-app som heter Habits för att spåra mina goda vanor. Mina vanor delas in i tre kategorier: utbildning, självförbättring, och egenvård och varje kategori har sin egen färg (blå, grön eller lila).
Utbildnings kategorin är huvudsakligen om svenska. Jag försöker att använda Duolingo, HeyLingo och LangCorrect varje dag. Jag försöker också att rita en bild, läsa en bok, spela flöjten och skriva med NanoWrimo varje dag. Till sist försöker jag att lyssna eller titta på något som kan hjälpa mig att förstå världen bättre, som kan undervisa mig något nytt eller som kan användas med mina svenskas och flöjts lärdom.
Självförbättring är om fysisk och mental hälsa. Jag behöver försöka gå minst fem kilometer varje dag, sträcka ut min kropp för att hålla smärta borta och träna lite min kropp så att den kan bli starkare. Jag spårar också dagarna när jag vaknar före klockan 8 och sover före klockan 11.
Sist men inte minst, egenvård. Jag spårar dagarna när jag tar mina vitaminer, återfuktar min kropp (som är alltid väldigt torrt för några anledning), inte slösar tid på Reddit och Netflix eller resten av sociala medierna, borstar tänderna (jag försöker göra det tre gånger om dagen och ofta glömmer att göra det på morgonen och efter lunchen), går på en promenad med hunden Diego för att binda med honom och till sist spårar jag också nätterna när jag inte använder min iPad och telefon på sängen. Jag försöker att lämna mina apparater lång borta från rummet och det är lite tufft men det kommer att bli lättare snart.
Det är inte ofta att jag lyckas med att göra ALLT på samma dagen, men jag tror att det är möjligt att göra dem alla idag. Eftersom jag började dagen tidigt (klockan 7) och jag är redan klart med hälften av dem. Jag ska göra alla vanor kopplad till svenska nu så att eftermiddagen är ledig för mina lättare vanor.
Sen ska jag äta lunch medan jag läser på en ny bok som jag precis nu fick. Den heter ”La maison”. Det är en fransk bok om prostitutionsvärlden i Tyskland. Författaren tillbringade två och ett halvt år i två olika bordell och hon skriver om hennes upplevelse. Jag tror att det kommer att vara en intressant bok och ser fram emot att läsa den!

¿Cómo incluyes el español en tu vida diaria?
Paso una hora cada día aprendiendo al español. Usualmente escribo en inglés y hablo en cantonés, porque no quiero olvidar inglés desde volver a Hong Kong de Inglaterra. Solo usé español en la clase, por eso he empezado a escribir diarios en Langcorrect. También aprendo español a través de Duolingo. Me gustaría usar más español pero necesito aprender más vocabularios.

An Emotion
Today, I knew there is no English word that expresses "Kuyashii (くやしい)" in Japanese. This word seems to be translated as frustrating, upset, or regrettable, but they aren't as same as the original meaning.
Kuyashii is the emotion that you're shocked, frustrated, annoyed, or angry when you fail something or lose to someone. However, this emotion is not completely negative. It's often said that you can make more efforts by using it as a spring. Springs firstly contract and then jump higher.
When it comes to Olympic games, it's often said that third-place players are happier than second-place players. This is because the former wins but the latter loses in the final game. I guess even though they get a silver medal, they feel Kuyashii strongly because they weren't able to reach a gold medal and they ended their tournament with a loss.
I'm writing this entry because I felt Kuyashii today haha

我最近玩動物園之星 [Planet Zoo]。我作的動物園有藍孔雀 [Indian Peafowl]、荒漠疣豬 [common warthog]、普通斑馬 [plains zebra]、駝鳥 [ostrich]、中美洲貘 [Baird's tapir]、卷尾猴 [white faced Capuchin]、野狗 [dingo]、紅大袋鼠 [red kangaroo]、還有澳洲考拉 [koala]。我要加獵豹 [cheetah]，因為牠們會吸引了很多觀眾，所以會讓我動物園賺多錢。

I start teach for free
Recently I make a new friend and she is from Japan.
She told me she is interesting to learn Cantonese.
To be honest I am surprise.
But soon she told me she got a boyfriend from Hong Kong.
So that answer my question.
I really don’t mind to tech her because is my mother language.
But when I use some text book to teach her.
Soon, we both feel board.
So, we change the subject in situation when she get mad on her boyfriend.
What will she said will scare her boyfriend.
So, I teach her few words to say it in such situation.
Next time she wants to lean what words can scare her boss.
I might become a bad influence teacher.

La mia avventura nella lingua Italiana
Perchè sceglo di scrivere in Italiano? Sono american, abito in giappone, puo parlo alcuni lingue...ma, ho dimenticato tutto l'taliano che ho studiato al liceo. Più di così, prima della pandemia, ho portato la mia famiglia in Italia. Tutto era bellissimo...ed anche, tutto era mancava qualcosa - conversazione delle persone che vivevano lì.
La gente d'italia è stanco di turismi rumerosi...giustamente! Anche qui in giappone le persone che vivono nei quartieri di cui i turisti cadono come le onde d'oceano sono molto stanco di turismi a volte. Ma, ma, se parlano solo un po' della lingua giapponese - tutto è trasforma! Che mostra rispetto per imparando la lingua della patria giapponese diventa un'amica.
Forse è possibile che la gente d'italia faccia la stessa risposta? Forse Io, al eta più di cinquant'anni puo cambio un pezzo del mio cuore sufficiente di abbracciare ancora un'altra perspettiva del mondo? Al stesso tempo in cui iniziare un nuovo posto al lavoro, anche inizio questa avventura. La pregha di scusare il mio brutto italiano, e grazie per il tuo aiuto!

意味
僕は虚しい人だ。どんなに頑張っても無駄になるように感じる。書いていることも、考えていることも、意味がない。意味があると思っているなら、意味があるものになると、僕は思っている。しかし、意味がないと思っている。この思考を客観的に分析してみると、つまり僕は「何事にも意味を求める」人間であると言えるだろう。すべてに意味があると考えてしまうが故に意味を説明できないものに遭遇すると無理やり説明しようとしたり「意味がないのだ」と自暴自棄になったりする。これは責任感に強い人に起こる現象であり、これをこじらせると、鬱病など精神疾患を患ったり、ストレスで体を壊してしまうこともある。僕がこれを友達に相談すると、多くの人は「意味はあるよ」と共感できない彼らの主観をぶつけてくる。彼らなりに僕を励まそうとしてくれているのだろうが、僕の気持ちを理解してくれてはいないように感じる。
この僕の「意味がない」という思考は本当に暗い意味しか持たないのだろうか。本当に意味がないのであれば、変に責任を感じる必要もなく、何も縛られずに自由に考え、行動することができるのではないだろうか。

Une exposition - Anders Zorn, une superstar suédoise
Maintenant il y a une exposition au Musée National à Stockholm avec des œuvres d’Anders Zorn.
Il est né en 1860 et il est l'un des peintres les plus connus de la Suède. En fait, il est bien connu dans le monde entier, sinon il devrait l'être. Il était très doué, il n’a pas terminé ses études d’art parce qu’il n’avait pas du temps. Sa carrière a commencé quand il était encore un adolescent. Il a utilisé des techniques artistique différentes. Au début de peinture de l’eau et puis de peinture à l’huile. Son motif préféré est les descriptions de la campagne suédoise et la vie de la population où y vit. Il a beaucoup voyagé avec sa femme en Europe et en États-Unis. À la fin de dix-neuvième siècle ils ont vécu à Paris dans un appartement du Boulevard de Clichy. Son début international a eu lieu aux Expositions universelles de Paris en 1889. Il était avant tout portraitiste pendant ses années à Paris.
En Suède il y a quelques musées ouverts malgré du pandemi. Au Musée National on doit réserver les billets en avance pour avoir une heure et demi au musée selon les horaires prévus. On fait la queue et il faut garder une distance, au moins 2 mètres avec les autres visiteurs. Cela fonctionne bien.

I study with my friends these days
I graduated from university last month, and most of my friends are scattered for work. However, some of my friends are near my living place. So, I study with them every week. I learn English for studying, the others look for a job, study a specialized field because she is a graduate student. When I study something with my friends, I can focus on it more than I study alone because I can watch at them who make an effort to do something, and I got the motivation. Until I study abroad, I'm going to brush up on my English while we improve together through friendly rivalry.

In favore di una famiglia grande:
- Si riceva più regale sulle feste o i compleanni
- Più gente a parlare e socializzare
- È facile a finire i lavori di casa
Contro di una famiglia grande:
- Troppe genti a socializzare e conoscere, può essere fastidioso.
- C’è meno cibo a mangiare, si deve condividere le loro cose, cui significa meno regole.
- Si sempre dare il buon esempio ai più giovane della famiglia, c’è la pressione di essere il migliore figlio.
Per concludere, penso che avere una famiglia grande è stressante, e alla fine non ne vale la pena. Mentre è piacevole di avere un sacco dei membri della famiglia a socializzare, è può faticoso, e c’è molto più sforzo coinvolto a sostenere una famiglia grande. C’è la pressione di essere sempre dare il buon esempio ai membri della famiglia giovane, ed anche allora, il giovane (are pressured) a mantenere questo standard elevati. C’è meno cibo a mangiare sulle feste, si deve condividere o rinunciare le loro cose. Complessivamente, penso che una famiglia piccola è meglio di avere una famiglia grande. È meno stressante, faticosa e in generale semplice.

"Scrivi una lettera ad un'associazione in Italia che si occupa di soggiorni studio di studenti Italiani in Australia chiedendo di poter ospitare uno studente italiano per il prossimo anno."

vi scrivo a richiedere ospitare uno studente di Italiano per l’anno prossimo. Siamo una famiglia di tre, e abitiamo una città rurale in Victoria, Australia. Siamo una famiglia accogliente chi ama le esperienze nuove e le sfide, e siamo aperti a imparare delle culture nuove. Pensiamo che questo sarebbe una opportunità grande a imparare (to learn more) della cultura italiana, cui crediamo sarà vantaggioso per entrambi le parti.
Non vediamo l’ora di questa esperienza nuova, e speriamo di poter ospitare uno studente per l’anno prossimo.

Cara Francesca,
Ciao Francesca, come stai e tua famiglia? Sono molto entusiasta di visitare Italia ed incontrare le genti nuove. Sono molto interessata nella cultura italiana (particolarmente il cibo!) e non vedo l’ora a iniziare i miei studi lì. Non c’è molto tempo prima della mia partenza, cosi spero di passare un soggiorno piacevole.
Un po’ di me: ho sedici anni e abito in una città piccola nel rurale Victoria. Mentre è un po’ noioso, almeno c’è pace e tranquillità diverso dalla città. Ho una famiglia piccola, e vivo con solo i miei genitori, non fratelli (preferisco così) in una casa piccola. Siccome non ho i fratelli, ho un gatto, chi a tenermi compagni, (e sarò onesto, un gatto è meglio di avere fratelli).
Con i miei genitori, non sono vicina al loro. Direi che sono più vicina ai miei amici. I miei genitori e io abbiamo opinioni molto diverso, quindi è molto facile per noi a dissentire per cose piccole. Alcune abitudini che abbiamo è che per Natale, la nostra famiglia sempre mangiano frutta, nonostante tutto. È strano, e non capisco perché lo facciamo. Comunque, non mi importa, siamo una famiglia strana.
Grazie mille per (for letting me stay with you). Non vedo l’ora di vedere ti!

Reflective
First of all, I had a basic understanding of the "leverage demand management framework" in SAP Technology, and understood how to obtain new customers, and how to consolidate the relationship with customers after obtaining, so as to increase our sales volume.
Secondly, through ESG, I can see how to judge the company's sense of social responsibility. Because governments advocate green finance, companies with ESG departments may develop better, although Pooja also says that there are not many departments in Hong Kong.
Finally, in the Ecoach of Joey, I understood how to integrate management concepts into daily life, and the SLIM model has let me know how to formulate strategic goals and implementation measures, and has analyzed the business environment.

Une langue que je n'apprendrai jamais
Évidemment, je n'apprendrai jamais nombreuses langues : le javanais, le nahuatl, le sami, le xhosa… Alors, c'est plus intéressant à me demander quelles langues considérées utiles n'apprendrai-je jamais. Ainsi, c'est difficile d'y répondre. Bien que je n'aie pas l'intention d'apprendre l'italien et le russe, il en existe encore une possibilité parce que c'est des langues d'opéra et je suis amateur de la musique classique. Je doute que j'aille apprendre l'arabe, mais si je déménage un jour au Liban ?
Enfin, j'arrive à une réponse : je n'apprendrai jamais aucune langue des signes. C'est une modalité très différente de la communication et cela ne me convient pas. Même si je joue assez bien du piano, je ne suis pas généralement quelqu'un qui aime faire des mouvements précis. Je ne danse ni ne fais du yoga. Dans la cuisine, je ne manie pas bien les couteaux ; je ne sais guère couper en julienne les légumes. De plus, c'est beaucoup plus facile à lire ou même écouter quelque chose que à me concentrer et attentivement regarder quelqu'un. J'aime apprendre les langues avec des manuels, avec de la lecture, mais afin de maîtriser une langue des signes, on dépend plutôt sur les vidéos. Cela ne me plairait pas. Si venait un jour où il me fallait apprendre une langue des signes, je le ferais, mais jusqu'à la venue de ce jour-là, je ne le ferai pas. Mieux de perfectionner mon français ou d'apprendre l'espagnol.
