El salario es más importante que la satisfacción laboral
Los trabajos con sueldos grandes pueden ser más atractivos ya que un buen salario es importante para sovrevivir. Aunque un buen salario es preciso para la vida, la satisfacción laboral también juega un papel importante.
Para empezar, un buen salario procura que la gente tenga una buena calidad de vida. Es decir, si la gente no tiene suficiente dinero, no será capaz de satisfacer sus necesidades básicas lo que merma su calidad de vida. Tener dinero suficiente no solo es importante para subsistir, sino también para obtener más que las cosas necesarias como una computadora o un videojuego. Por ejemplo, el salario en Venezuela en tan bajo que es casi imposible comer comida, por lo que mucha gente tiene mala nutrición. Un buen salario es esencial para la supervivencia de la gente.
Más aún, si bien la satisfacción laboral no es importante para sovrevivir, puede conducir a la dicha. Si una persona tiene un sueldo grande pero no disfruta de su trabajo, puede sentirse desmotivada o incluso estresada. Cuando la gente experimenta la stisfacción laboral se interesa más en trabajo lo que puede incrementar la productividad y la eficacia de la empresa. Según Herzberg, un teórico, el dinero no motiva a la gente, empero reduce la insatisfacción laboral. Por ende, la satisfacción laboral hace que la gente se sienta feliz.

New E-books
I like reading e-books rather than paper books.
At the very first time, reading e-books was not easy and I couldn't focus reading.
But after becoming a habit, reading e-books are more convenient now.
I usually buy more than 5 books and I just buy a book which is about a computer programming language.
Many computer books are too thick and heavy to carry.
So I was reluctant to buy the books.
With the e-book, I don't need to consider the inconvenient anymore and I can read it anytime and anywhere.
I will try to buy another computer e-book as well.

最近、私が働いている学校の先生一人が突然学校を辞めました。理由は知っていません。実は、理由は大切ではないです。大切のことは、先生が辞めたので、学校の助教二人の中で一人が辞めた先生の仕事をするになったのことです。問題は、助教は時々先生が出勤せないとき代わり授業をします。火曜日、先生2人が出勤せなかったので普通図書館の管理をしている私が幼稚園を教えるになりました。幼稚園子供たちが時々図書館に来て私が読み聞かせる本を聞くと本を借りますが、図書館時間が教室と完全に違います。私は幼稚園先生たちを尊敬します！幼稚園はとっても難しいので、もう一回したくないです！

In der Nähe von der Schule zu wohnen
Ich bin in einem Haus aufgewachsen, das nur einige Meter von der Schule, wo ich meine Primar- und Sekundarbildung abgeschlossen habe, entfernt ist. In der Nähe von der Schule zu wohnen hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. Während der Grundschule konnte ich keine Nachteile wahrnehmen. Es gab keine wirkliche Trennung oder Wand zwischen meinem Garten und der Schulhöfe, deshalb habe ich fast jeden Tag die Grenzung überschritten, um dort zu spielen und die leere Klassenzimmer zu erkunden. Dennoch einige Jahre später würde ich diese Nähe vermeiden, denn die Schule war für mich eine schwere Last geworden. Während des Gymnasiums wollte ich nicht zur Schule gehen, deshalb begann ich so zu tun, als ob ich krank wäre. Auch wenn ich zu hause blieb, konnte ich nicht davon wegkommen: das Fenster meines Schlafzimmers blick direkt auf meinen damaligen Klassenzimmer

A beautiful hotel
I want to go to Amamioshima, the island is around beautiful sea and nature. The island has been applied as a cultural site of world heritage. I have a plan to go there with my girlfriends, and I decided on a hotel. It's a very beautiful hotel, there is in front of a beach, and an open terrace, we can see the beautiful ocean from the room. It's just a little expensive, but I think the hotel is well worth the price. I definitely wanted to go to the hotel, but the hotel is full in July. I have long holidays because of Tokyo Olympics, so I wanted to use the holidays to travel. Maybe-, everyone thinks the same things. I have to think of another plan.

Ma routine quotidien [1]
Bonjour, je m'appelle May, et c'est ma routine quotidien.
Tous les matins de lundi jusqu'à vendredi, je me lève vers sept heures. Parfois je me rendors pendant un quart d'heure. Ensuite, je vais dans ma salle à bain pour me brosser les dents et me laver le visage. Puis, je rentre dans ma chambre pour m'habiller et me maquiller.
Je n'ai pas assez de temps pour réparer le petit-déjeuner parce que ma travail commence à huit heures et demie, je devrais venir à mon bureau à huit heures vignt cinq au moins. S'il n'y a pas de embouteillage, il me faut près de trente minutes pour arriver à mon bureau. Donc, je devrais sortir de ma maison vers huit heures moins le quart.
Donc, je souvent achète le petit déjeuner sur le chemin du travail.

Vous êtes nutritoinniste
Titre : Imaginez... Vous êtes nutritionniste et vous donnez aux parents quatre ou cinq bons conseils poour que vos enfants ne deviennent pas obèses.
Quand vous marchez dans la rue, vous voyez beaucoup des enfants sont obèses et vous pensez à vos enfants, ils sont aussi obèses mais comment pouvez-vous leur transformer dans un enfant en bon santé ? Il y a 4 conseils pour le fait.
1. Faire du sport
En faisant du sport pour 45-60 minutes est très important pour vos enfants. Si ils veulent pas de le faire, vous pourrez ajouter des récompenses pour eux, cela peut leur encourager.
2. Manger bon et sain
Éviter de manger des plats préparés car ça peut être contenir des produits chemique, mangez des légumes, un peu de viande blanche, des poissons et les suppléments vitaminique.
3. Sois heureux
Si vos enfants sont heureux, c'est bien pour leur santé et diminuer les probabilité de devienne obèse. Parlez avec eux ou jouez avec eux
, faites des choses que ils peuvent d'être heureux.
4. Se coucher tôt
Après toute la journée, vos enfants ont besoin de coucher, et coucher tôt leur permettre de recharger le stamina de vos enfants.

Day Four
I will never overdo ear pick. Last year, just this time of year, I got into ear pick because it was comfortable. However, it caused otitis externa, and I couldn't put on an earphone because of pain. I went to see an ear doctor. She said ear pick with hard materials hurt the ear, so wiping off softly with a cotton swab is enough to clean the ear. I dumped my ear pick and I've used a cotton swab once since then.

De niño ¿Qué quería ser?
De niño, yo no tenía ninguna idea en que quería ser como adulto.Todos mis amigos decían '¡Quiero ser médico!' o '¡Quiero ser veterinario!' pero yo... no tenía ninguna ambición. No sé por cual razón los adultos les preguntan a los niños en los que quieren ser en el futuro. Son niños. Incluso como adolescente o adulto joven, no teníá idea. En fin... algo que yo sé por certeza es que no quería ser administrador jaja. Quizás eso es por qué les hacemos a los ninos esta pregunta, así que tienen trabajos más interesantes.

Quatrième Jour
Il n’y a rien de particulier que je referai pas, mais il y a des choses que je déteste.
Il y a une sorte de formage cottage que l’on fait dans ma région. Je déteste beaucoup. Il s’appelle « paneer » dans ma langue maternelle. Quand j’étais petite, ma tante m’a forcée à le manger crus et non cuit (raw and uncooked). Il a été coupé en gros morceaux. La texture était horrible. C’tait une femme effrayante, alors je devais manger les morceaux de paneer. Je ne pourrais plus jamais le manger après ça.

Oggi ho letto una notizia che mi ha fatto ridere.
2 giorni fa, un uomo ha espresso il suo interesse in comprare un paio di scarpe da un ragazzo giovane in un sito di affari online, attraverso chiedendo quanto costava. Però invece di rispondere come ha dovuto, il ragazzo ha lanciato una serie di insulti contro l'uomo, riempita di insulti direttamente verso sua madre.
Quindi l'uomo ha deciso di creare un nuovo profilo, fingendo che era un'altra persona, e ha mandato un messaggio al ragazzo altra volta. Stavolta il ragazzo ha risposo cortesemente, e entrambi hanno deciso di vedersi in un parco. Quando l'uomo ha raggiunto, immediatamente ha confronto il ragazzo, tenendo la fotocamera in una mano, registrando un video.
Il ragazzo ha avuto molta paura, e ha intentato scusarsi. Ha spiegato che pensava che l'uomo fosse un truffatore e quindi non voleva fare negozi con lui. Ma anche pensava che gli convenisse insultare l'uomo così per farli perdere il tempo, e anche avere qualcosa di divertente per mostrare i suoi amici.
Nonostante l'errore del ragazzo, penso che la reazione dell'uomo è stata un po' esagerata. Il ragazzo era solamente una persona che ha deciso giocare in Internet con insulti che non erano dannosi. Invece di registrare un video, avresti dovuto lasciare il problema così e seguire con la sua giornata.

マカロニとチーズのレシピ
私レシピを翻訳してみた。このレシピはあまりよくないから、もし本当に マカロニとチーズを作りたいなら、他のレシピを読んだ方がいいと思う。
ソースの作り方
オーブンを180度に予熱する。
大きいソースパンあるいはオーブンに入れるスキレット（私は26センチの鋳鉄のスキレットを使う）に中火でバターを溶かす。小麦粉を加え、1分間にかき混ぜながら。
1カップの牛乳を加えて、バターと小麦粉を牛乳で溶かすために、かき混ぜる。そしたら、残った牛乳を加え、塊がないまでかき混ぜる。（必要なら、泡だて器を使う）
もし使っていれば、塩と香辛料も加えて、かき混ぜる。
クリームのとろみまで、５～８分間に炒める、時々かき混ぜる。ソースが木製スプーンの後ろを着せる時に、スプーンの後ろに指で道を描けるように。
火から外して、チーズを加えて、かき混ぜる。チーズが溶かしなくても大丈夫。
自分の好き嫌いのように塩を加える。
組み立てる方法
ソースとマカロニと一緒に鍋に注ぎ込む。早くかき混ぜて、スキレットに注ぎ込み戻る（私はこれをした）。オーブン皿も大丈夫。パン粉のトッピングを撒く。
トップが小麦色までに、25分ぐらい焼く。焼きすぎれば、ソースが亡くなるよ！
すぐに提供する。私は新鮮なパセリを少し撒く。

Unsere Charaktere sind im Supermarkt und warten an der Kasse. Rob ist 17 und Jacob ist 50 Jahre alt.
Rob: Yo digger. Ich sehe, dass du Kartoffelbrei, Kartoffeln und Kartoffelchips gekauft hast. Typisch Alman, na?
Jacob: Hallo. Zuerst einmal wünsche ich Ihnen auch einen guten Tag. Ja, ich mag Kartoffeln sehr gerne, danke für die Anmerkung.
Rob: Danke, Mann. Es ist unglaublich, wie lange wir in dieser verdammten Schlange warten sollen. Diese dumme Bauern machen ihren Job nicht.
Jacob: Ich finde, dass sie sehr fleißig arbeiten, aber wie du siehst ist der Supermarkt überfüllt. Es ist auch anstrengend für die Mitarbeiter, wenn es so viele Kunden gibt.

6月4日话题：有没有一件事你从来不会再做吗？
我从来不要再有着急地赶飞机的感觉。
在过去有几次我差一点没赶上航班。在最极端的一次，我记得乘坐一辆慢慢的巴士到飞机场，心里十分紧张。到机场跟航班起飞之间只剩二十分钟。安全检查之后，我需要飞跑到登记们，不幸也是最远的，还得快跑几分钟。当时，我奔的时候突然发现我的背包也打开了，东西都撒在地上。周围还有很多人看着我，使我无地自容。
现在，有任何事我大多数都会准时地到，有时早到，因为我决定不要像以前一样。匆匆忙忙地感觉让人觉得非常慌张，甚至也可能会影响周围的人。
我不能完全发誓不会再发生这件事，但我希望以后能不慌不忙地到达机场，然后安心地坐在登记们等飞机起飞。但愿如此！

Strancu bi se prijatelji i obitelj najviše koncentrirali opis mene na mojoj posječenosti. Kad imam plan, oni bi rekli da radim sve što mogu da bih mogla dovršiti plan. Opis mene kad prijatelji i obitelj govore sa mnom (umjesto stranca) ne bi bio vjerojatno toliko pozitivno i koncentrirao bi vise na introvert-nosti ili generalnoj nespretnosti... I zato trebamo prijatelje i obitelj. :)

The view of the video is about a snack street which is called Liufang snack street. Liufang is the short name of the Sixth Textile Factory of Anhui Province. So there are a lot of workers living in this area and this is why the snack block was formed. There are various types of snacks there and all of them are really bargain and tasty. I went there yesterday to eat a boxed lunch because there is braised pork in it. The braised pork is very delicious, tender and fragrant.
