First, it's great for our health because the slow movements help improve balance, flexibility and strength.
My backache disappeared after practicing Taichi.
Second, it calms our minds because when we focus on the movements and breathing, we forget about stress and worry.
Third, anyone can do it anywhere.
You don't need special equipment or a big space, just your body and a peaceful heart.
My favorite move is "Wave Hands Like Clouds"; it feels like dancing with the wind.
I have been practicing Taichi for several years, but not consistently.

Another interesting thing in the countryside decades ago was watching movies in the fields.
As I mentioned in a previous passage, we kids liked to sleep on the threshing ground in the fields on summer nights. Back then, some villages would occasionally show movies for various reasons.
Usually, a town had a projection team, with about three people. They had a set of projection equipment, including a generator.
Movies were not shown for free; there was a fee. So when a village wanted to show movies, they would contact the town’s projection team and pay the fee. Then the team would take all the equipment to that village at night and show the movies.
Back to the threshing ground—once we heard the generator, we’d get really excited and try our best to make out which direction the sound was coming from. Then we’d head that way.
The main projection equipment included a generator, a projector, and a screen. The screen was usually hung between two trees outdoors, and the audience would stand in the field to watch the movie.
When we finished watching the movie and headed back, it was usually midnight. We felt tired but happy.
I don’t know if villages still show movies this way nowadays, as I’ve been away from country life for decades.

Japan is encircled by China, Taiwan, Korea, and Russia. The Pacific Ocean is located between Japan and the U.S. So, in spite of the long distance between the U.S. and Japan, it can also be considered a neighboring country.
In Japan, many publishers publish materials for English learners. (However, in contrast to the circulation of these materials, we Japanese people aren't confident in our English skills. :) )
Following English, there are many materials for Korean and Chinese learners.
However, it is difficult to find Russian learning materials in bookstores in cities. In order to study Russian, I borrow books from libraries. Even in libraries, there are few Russian books.
Besides reading texts, I often watch videos on YouTube produced by the Japanese wife and Russian husband living in Russia.
Even if you have complex feelings toward neighboring countries, learning their language is not in vain.
Why is there a lack of Russian language learning environment in Japan?

Childhood is memorable for everyone. My childhood was poor but full of memories.
When I was a kid, living conditions in the countryside were very poor. We had no toys, and life was really boring, so us kids had to find ways to amuse ourselves.
Thus, catching cicadas in summer became a popular activity for us.
We had a few methods to do so, all of which required a thin, long bamboo pole.
When using wheat gluten to catch cicadas, we first made the gluten, then spread it on the tip of the pole. Afterwards, we could use the gluten to stick to the cicadas' wings.
When using a long piece of horsehair to catch cicadas, we tied a slip knot at one end, then tied the other end to the pole' s tip—this tool was then ready, and we used the knot to snare cicadas.
Another method was to use a small empty washing powder plastic bag. We took a length of wire, threaded one end of it around the entire rim of the bag' s opening, then bent the wire into a circular frame, which propped the bag' s mouth open and kept it permanently open in a circle. Then we tied the other end of the wire to the tip of the pole, making the tool ready; we used it to trap cicadas.
Catching cicadas was great fun. Our ducks loved cicadas, so we' d feed them to the ducks.

Yesterday, I had a injection at my school. At my school, people who want the docter to shot the Injection, they can get vaccines.
I got three vaccines overall, two of them were on my right arm and the other one is one my left arm.
Some of my classmates felt scary, so they asked ther friend to pinch their hands to expect injection's pain.
After I got vaccines, I felt my arms weird.
It wasn't such a painful than I expected, but it hurted.
I was sleepy than usual after I got home. Maybe it is because the vaccines's side effect.
So, I went to bed earlier, but I was hanging around for one hour on my bed.
I couldn't sleep even thought I was sleepy.
I still feel my arms are strainge today as well.

Most people say that the dogs are the best men’s friend. Many people can’t be wrong, am i right?; It’s about a living being, they can feel love and give unconditional love, they don’t need much more than just someone who can be trusted, and obviously basic needs. They don’t know about hate, they just are innocents beings. That’s something they all have in common.
To be honest, they can be different depending of their owners, some can be very hyperactive, some are quiet, but they’re still fully of live, love. Plus they can make you smile whatever they’re doing something funny or loving
All of that is something i’ve learned from my own dog, she’s so fully of love, grace, respect, and she has a way to giving you courage in moments of discouragement, just by being there and feeling what you’re feeling. I only wish for her to have the best life possible.

Than more I grow up, than more I have learned about life. For these days I had big experience in communication with different people (I hope because I work in public place). And what I understood: you shouldn’t try to change their opinion about something because they have own position about it. Something like “filter” of life that they stand of. Few years ago I tried to built a polite conversation with these people and got nervous every time. But now I just listen and I don’t follow their hectic emotions.
