El parque de mi ciudad.
Normalmente fui al parque de mi ciudad para entrenar con mis alumnos entre semana y en los fines de semana, paseé con mis hijos. Ese parque no está mal estado, ahora está muy limpio y seguro por los chicos. Pero hace cinco años, el mismo lugar estaba muy sucio y peligro, había mucha basura por ejemplo, lata de jugo, botella de cerveza y fragmentos de vidrio, no podíamos jugar ni entrenar a algunos deportes.
Es que, nosotros fuimos a ayuntamiento para hablar con el alcalde de mi ciudad sobre renovar al parque y entregaba numerosos firmas de las ciudadanos. Luego permitió a nuestro idea y ahora lo está muy buen estado. Después de renovar al parque, se aumentaban las nuevas ciudadanos y estaba desarrollando más. Me parece que nosotros hacíamos muy buena actividad.
Finalmente, nosotros estamos limpiando el parque una vez cada mes para evitar que vuelva a ocurrir.

Les signes astrologiques
Accordez-vous de l’importance aux signes astrologiques ? Quant à moi, je n’y accorde aucune importance. Je suis tombée sur cet article qui a éveillé ma curiosité. Il s’agit d’une étude parue dans « The Journal of Psychology » qui montre que certaines personnes croient vivement en astrologie.
J’étais stupéfaite. Selon l’article, ils choisissent leur partenaire selon leur signe astrologique. Ils croient fermement que certains signs sont plus compatibles que des autres. Quelle absurdité ! Il n’existe aucune preuve scientifique qui suggère cela.
Cependant, je connais plusieurs personnes qui lisent leur l’horoscope quotidiennement. Elles croient passionnément que c’est vrai et que les événements se concrétiseront. Ces croyants ne se rendent pas compte que toutes les descriptions sont vagues.

La modernisation de ma cuisine
Ma cuisine est démodée. Elle était construite dans les années 90 et il faut absolument la moderniser. Le poêle fonctionne au gaz et de nos jour, il me semble que tout le monde passe à la cuisson à induction. Selon mes amis, c’est plus économique et moins cher. C’est vrai, le coût du gaz augmente tous les ans. Cependant, j’ai toujours cuisiné au gaz et j’ai décidé de ne pas changer mon poêle.
Pourtant, il est nécessaire de mettre à niveau mon four. Mon four est petit et ne marche pas très bien. J’aime cuisiner et c’est frustrant lorsque le gâteau, par exemple, ne se lève pas suffisamment. Quand j’ai cherché des fours sur Internet, on a l’embarras du choix. Par exemple, on peut acheter une combinaison micro-ondes et four.
Cela fait une année que mon lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne. Je n’ai pas pu le réparer alors je m’en suis débarrassée. J’espère pouvoir en acheter un nouveau qui est dans les limites de mon budget.

Sebbene non abbia dormito bene, mi sento riposata. Ci hanno detto (al lavoro) che da ottobre avremo due turni diversi.
Uno è di mattina, l’altro di sera, ma non mi dà alcun fastidio. Sono grata di avere un lavoro, nonostante l’orario.
Ovviamente ci sono dei limiti, ma vado d’accordo con qualunque turno mi tocchi.
Spero che tutti i cambiamenti che avverranno (perché sono sicura che ci saranno) siano a nostro vantaggio come addetti.

My Father
In the third year after I started working, I went to Shanghai to visit my father. It was my first time in Shanghai because my father was hospitalized there.
My father had worked for the local government since I was born. When I was old enough to remember things, he was already frail and often took Chinese medicine because of stomach discomfort.
The local township government was not far from our village, only about one or two kilometers away. He returned home almost every day after work to help our family with farm work.
He loved Chinese culture. He practiced Chinese calligraphy whenever he had time and enjoyed traditional Chinese poetry, knowing many poems by heart.
He often told me about the importance of studying, saying, “Studying can change people’s destiny and bring them anything they want.”
In the fifth year after his retirement, he fell ill. At first, I didn’t know what disease he had; I only knew he was sick, and my eldest brother took him to Shanghai for a diagnosis. He hadn’t returned home since.
At that time, I was working in another city. For some reason, I had a bad premonition about my father’s illness. I bought beef and eggs to bring to him, but strangely, at the train station square where I was about to depart, the eggs suddenly fell and broke.
After arriving in Shanghai and seeing my father, I learned from my eldest brother (who was a military officer in Shanghai at the time) that my father had advanced cancer and was terminally ill, with no possibility of recovery.
We took our father home—a railway between Shanghai and our hometown had been completed not long before. Knowing what awaited him, we felt helpless and deeply saddened.
About three months later, my father passed away. At that moment, it felt like the sky had fallen, and I could no longer see him. I cried loudly, overwhelmed with despair. It was the first time I had lost a loved one.
After my father’s death, I returned to my workplace and fell ill myself for about six months. Even now, I sometimes dream of him and wonder where he is and how he has been, even though he passed away years ago.

僕はの4匹の蛇
今日は僕の蛇について頑張って書くよ。私たちは２匹ボールパイソンと２匹コーンスネークを飼う。 蛇たちで名前はDalamadur(ダラ・アマデュラ), Najarala (ガララアジャラ), Amatsu(アマツマガツチ), Nerscylla(ネルスキュラ)だ。にちなんでゲームで”モンスターハンター"。 蛇は面白くない動物を見る。別に動くないけど, 性格だ。例えば、Amatsuは辛い態度だ。僕の手をたまに嚙むから、子蛇だ。でも、痛くないから、小さい。Nerscyllaはうるさい食べ物だけど、DalamadurとNarjaralaは食いしん坊だ。とにかく、蛇たちは毎週1匹鼠か1匹鼠次第大小を食べている。手入れは最もおりを掃除するけど、私たちはたまに蛇たちを抱える。蛇たちは興奮がないでも、珍しくて面白い。

Why english?
Hello, good morning(or whenever you are reading this)
Im going to tell why i started study english nowadays. I always been studyng english in school but no in an academy or something like that, however, in the future i will study a degree in electronic engineerin on UC when i finish my higher lever training cycle, and then go on board to do some postgrade based in space, automation, probably in germany.
Because of it i need to improve my abilities on this, i supose it's never too late for this. I'am to exited to star this new age of my life. Tomorrow im texting my academy for take my level exam, im sure at least i'll do B1 level.
When i get C1 im sure that i could study german o french until get C1 on both.
I had got myself a book called "They came to baghdad" by Agatha Christie and it's so cool. Im learning a lot of new words, phrasal verbs and how to write in orderly manner

Why I Carry Three Eco Bags （エコバッグを3つ持ち歩く理由）
Plastic bags started to be charged at stores in Japan in 2020. Now they cost five to ten yen each, but it doesn’t bother me since I had already been carrying eco bags long before that. I think the habit of carrying bags is very convenient.
Bags really come in handy. Not only can you use them when shopping at a store or supermarket, but also for things like putting your jacket in during winter or carrying a bunch of books from the library. As for me, I usually keep two large eco bags and one smaller one in my backpack. It may sound like too many, but believe it or not, I sometimes use all three at once. Since they fold up small and are lightweight, they don’t cause any burden.
One problem, though, is that I never know when to wash them. They sometimes get a little wet when I buy frozen food or fish, but because they’re made of polyester, they dry quickly. Since I use them every day and always keep them in my backpack, washing them doesn’t easily come to mind.

Grilltag
Heute haben wir ein paar Freunden eingeladen, um mit uns endlich am Flussufer zu grillen. Es gab heute nicht viele Leute, deswegen konnten wir sitzen, genau wo wir wollten. Wir haben Würste, Schweinefleisch und Hähnchen in unserem kleinen Grill gegrillt bis wir satt gewesen. Ich weiß nicht warum, aber ich kaputt bin.
Ich hatte viel Spaß. Jetzt kann ich sagen, dass ich in "Sommer" gegrillt habe. 😂

アイルランドの選挙の条件
アイルランドで４つの一種の選挙があります。それはローカルな選挙、議会の選挙、ヨーロッパの選挙、大統領の選挙です。
ローカルな選挙で市議会と郡の会議が選挙しました。この選挙で１００ユーロ（１８千円）の保証金や１５つのサインと、立候補できます。この会議は住宅や輸送などの請託を決まります。
議会の選挙を立候補するために５００ユーロ（８９千円）の保証金か３０のサインは必要です。国会議員は新しい法律などを決まります。それに国会銀がティーショク（首相）を選択します。その後、ティーショクが大臣を選択します。アイルランドの議会の名前は「Dáil Éireann」。そのため、議員は「Teachta Dála」と言われます。その名前はアイルランド語の名前だけど、英語でも使われます。
次の選挙はユーロパの選挙です。この選挙はアイルランドに限りません。全部のヨーロッパ連合の国がこの選挙します。この選挙で選択したら、MEPになります。MEPは欧州議会が決まることに投票します。立候補したかったら、１８００ヨーロ（３００千円）の保証金か６０のサインは必要です。
最後の選挙は大統領の選挙です。この選挙は条件は違います。４つの市議会か２０つの国会議員の選任は必要です。保証金や普通の人のサインは足りません。今の選挙の中でニューズで「Conor McGregor」は力行したいと言いました。彼は有名な武道家だけど、セクハラや暴行罪の断罪から、選任を受けなさそうです。前の首相Bertie Ahernも立候補したいと言いたけど、２００８年の不況のあと、不人気になりました。そのため、Bertie Ahernも選任を受けなさそうです。

Sigmund Freud
Sigmund Freud wurde am 06.05.1856 im heutigen Tschechien geboren. Im Jahre 1860 zog die Familie nach Wien um, wo Freud von 1873 bis 1881 Medizin studierte. 1881 promovierte er im Fach Medizin. Zwischen 1882 und 1885 war er am Allgemeinen Krankenhaus in Wien tätig. 1885 hat er seine Habilitation verfasst. Im gleichen Jahr hielt er sich bei Jean-Martin Charcot, der Frauen mit seelischen Erkrankungen behandelte, an dessen Pariser Nervenklinik auf. Im Zeitraum von 1885 bis 1902 arbeitete er als Dozent für Neuropathologie an der Universität Wien. 1886 heiratete er mit Martha Bernays und eröffnete eine neurologische Praxis. 1895 veröffentlichte er Studien über die Hysterie zusammen mit Josef Breuer. Im gleichen Jahr vertrat er die Theorie, dass verdrängte Traumata seelische Störungen verursachen.

My day
Yesterday, I was a little bit tirer, so today I woke up late. I woke up at 11: a.m. I ate my breakfast (eggs and milks) and I worked. Right now, in History I work about the Revolution in France in the 1790's. I like it, it is a great subject to work about. I also learned my physical lessons and I did exercices. After, I ate ans I watch the F1 race. It was in Manza, in Italy. I watched it with a friend. And finally, I watched a video with a friend who was with me this afternoon.

My friday's night
This Friday i stay only with my dad because my mum and my brother went to Madrid for his erasmus. My dad came home to work at seven and we went to buy pizza and gelato by his moto. I love go in moto with my dad but also with my friends. We spend all the time watching friends , it's so fun! Now im watching the eight season . Rachel is pregnant the baby its a famale i have know yet.

"Nauczyć się znowu się nudzić"
Wychodzę z założenia że większość ludzi dorosłych pamięta czasy bez internetu oraz natychmiastowego dostępu do każdej formy i rodzaju rozrywki. Postrzegamy to, że nie mieliśmy internetu albo smartfonu jako coś lepszego, że czuł się lepiej nasz mózg , że działaliśmy w życiu bardziej przemyślanie, że byliśmy bardziej skupieni na rzeczywistości. Nie będę poruszać tego całego tematu, bo nie uważam obecność w naszym życiu technologii za jednoznacznie dobre lub jednoznacznie złe.
Jestem człowiekiem ciekawym. Kiedy odkryłem dla siebie podcasty oraz audiobooki mój świat zmienił się na zawsze. Codzienne czynności które wcześniej wydawały się nudne i męczące są przyjemniejsze i nawet ekscytujące jak ma się że sobą coś do słuchania. Czy jest to droga do pracy czy umycie naczyń, jestem wdzięczny że mam coś co leci w tle żeby przebrnąć przez rutynne rzeczy które muszę wykonywać, ale które nie potrzebują dużego zaangażowania mojej uwagi.
Neurolodzy twierdzą że nuda jest dobra dla mózgu. Ze musimy nauczyć się znowu nudzić i nie polegać na całodobowy napływ informacji jako źródło dopaminy. Że musimy dawać mózgu czas przeprocesowywać informacje i bardziej przemyślanie ogarniać rzeczywistość. Może tak jest. Ja z kolei jestem niezmiernie wdzięczny że teraz mam możliwość nudzić się tylko na własne życzenie.
