🎮このゲームは楽しいですけど、やめました

最近「トモコレ」というゲームにハマりました。自分で島の住人を作って、彼らの生活を眺めるゲームです。

実況配信を観るのが楽しくて、ついに自分もやり始めました。本気でゲームを遊ぶのは久しぶりですし、任天堂さんのゲームに触れるのも初めてでしたが、すごく気に入りました。デフォルメされた絵柄がかわいいし、操作も簡単です。二次創作の目的で島を作って、キャラの外見を再現したり、服を着替えさせたり、悩みを解決してあげたり、住人たちの関係性を見守ったりするのがとても楽しかったです。

しかし、結局はやめました。ひとつは、実況で見るような複雑な恋愛関係が自分の島ではなかなか起きず、少し物足りないと思ったこと。もうひとつは、会話パターンの繰り返しで、キャラを生き生きとさせるのに限界を感じたことです。

さらに、一日で何時間も費やしてしまい、もしお絵描き機能まで使い始めたら、これ以上時間が溶けてしまうから、意地で終わらせました。

と言いつつ、今でもSNSでトモコレ関連の投稿が流れてくると、つい見てしまいますね。

最近のランダムな起こったこと

昨夜「ベター・コール・ソウル」というテレビショーを「終わりました」(皮肉)。前に色々なシーンの写真をオンラインで見て、最後のエピソードまでまだこのシーンを見なかったから、「どうやってこんなたくさんストーリーやシーンを一つの一時間のエピソードに入れた？まあ、作者はとても上手なのでなんとか上手にできた」と思いました。でも最後のエピソードに、そのシーンはどれもありませんでした。私はとても混乱しました。実は、十三つのエピソードのあるシーズンで「四つ」のエピソードを誤って飛ばしました。何いいいいいい！？

とにかく、今週同僚は帯状疱疹を引いたから、私は彼のシフトをします。難しいです。毎日始業時間はとても早くて閉める時の近くに出かけます。たくさんお金 I guess... ユィピー

今夜スパゲッティボロネーゼを作ってみました。でもコンロの「火事を作る物」は壊れたから、ライターでつかなければなりません。でも指を燃やすと思うから、したくないです。だから難しかった。

『アートギャラリーでの会話』

ギャラリーは静まり返り、かすかに古い亜麻仁油と積もった埃の匂いが漂っていた。
ジュールは壁にもたれかかり、どこか不敵な、それでいて緊張感を帯びた姿勢で、片眉を疑問符のように吊り上げながら、先ほどの詩の最終連をじっと見つめていた。
「でさ、」とジュールは、懐疑をにじませた声でゆっくりと言った。
「本気でこれを信じてるのかい？
俺たちは自分自身を描くことで存在して、やがてひび割れて消えていく――本気でそう思っているのか。」

　ミオクは答えるのをためらった。
彼女はワイングラスの縁をなぞりながら、床板に視線を落とし、まるでどこかに残された一筆を探しているかのようだった。
「わからないわ」と彼女は認めた。声は思索に沈み込むようにかすかに揺れた。
「どこかで、この考え方は少し整いすぎている気がするの。
生きることの混沌を説明するには、あまりにも“きれいにまとまりすぎている”感じがしない？」

　古代の知恵を宿した彫像のように、微動だにせず立っていたカンタラが、ふいに電気のような気配を放った。
その瞳には奇妙な確信が宿っていた。
「私たちを縛る社会という織物の重みを、過小評価してはいけないわ。」
彼女はそうつぶやき、指先を静かに拳へと握りしめた。

　「確かに、その織物は重い。でも――」
彼女はティムへと向き直り、鋭く深いまなざしを向けた。
「自分自身の色を変えようとする、たった一人の意志の持つ、あの純粋で恐ろしいほどの力を、決して見落としてはならないの。」

無印

今日、用意の後で、　無印に行きました。最近、いろんな日本のブランドがシドニーに来ました。ダイソーやユニクロも来ましたけど、この店より、無印はちょっと珍しい。今回商品を見っただけでした。無印商品はきれいいだけど、ちょっと高いと思う。

ちなみに、オーストラリアの無印の商品は日本の無印より限ります。特に、大家具と調度です。私は日本の無印の壁を付けたホックを買いたいと思いますけど、そのものはなりませんでした。だが、座椅子がありますから、ちょっとびっくりした。

A Summary of My Experience in Gardening

I gave a friend some advice on growing new plants last night, and then I thought, why don't I capture a video about it.

If you want to have some plants at home too, this video might be useful.

I'm not an expert in botany, but this trick really works well, especially for the little plants I bought online. Maybe it's a little like kids' shoes. Too big ones might be a burden for the small feet. Another reason for doing this is to let the plants grow independently for a few days before placing them together in a large pot to create a landscape. If you do the landscape too early, those grow-slow little ones might be damaged by the fast ones.

Quand j'avais 11 ans, je suis allée au collège dans Californie et on n'avais pas l'uniforme obligatoire. Mais dans la septième année l'école l'a commencé a exiger parce que il y avait trop violations des vêtements. C'était pas commun parce que mon école était publique et l'uniforme obligatoire d'habitude était pour les écoles privé. Apparement il y a des bandes violent aussi, donc on devait porter les couleurs de l'école (le noir ou le jaune) parce que les couleurs des bandes populaire était le rouge et le bleu. Il y avait plus de drame avec l'uniforme obligatoire parce que certains parents ont écrit l'école et ont dit que leurs adolescents devraient exempter de les nouveau règles.

Les Océans de Floride

Quand j'étais petite, je visitais mes grand-parents en Floride chaque l'été. Mon activité préférée était la natation. Je nageais dans la piscine et à la plage avec ma grande soeur et mon petit frère. Il y a deux côte de l'état de Florida: L'océan de l'Atlantic et L'océan de la gulf. Mes grand-parents habitaient dans le côte du gulf où l'eau était trop clair. Nous pouvions voir nos mains sous l'eau afin que nous pouvions trouver des coquillages. Ma mère était un amie qui habitait dans le côte de l'Atlantic et nous sommes allés visiter chez elle. Nous sommes allées a la plage là, mais l'eau était sombre et c'était difficile de trouver des coquillages dans cet mer.

My favourite TV show: The Office

I don't know if english native people like The Office TV show, but for me is the most funny tv show ever. Basically the story is about a Office that sell Paper, and each episode has our central story. The characters have defined personalities and the protagonist, called Michael Scott (the Manager of the office) is completely insane.

Sometimes when I watch The Office I need to pause, because the secondhand emarasment is immense.

I also watch the TV Show in English, is a good thing to study the language.

Nervosität und Forschung

Heute habe ich meine Forschung über Autismus, Geschlechtsidentität und Freundschaften im Erwachsenenalter an der Cornell-Universität präsentiert.

Ehrlich gesagt war ich wirklich nervös, weil es mein erstes Mal war, dass ich mein Forschungsposter an der Universität und nicht auf Zoom präsentiert habe.

Deshalb habe ich darüber nachgedacht, was an meiner Forschung wichtig ist. Zum Beispiel haben autistische Erwachsene große Herausforderungen, Freundschaften zu entwickeln.

Leider werden autistische Menschen oft als „nicht normal“ wahrgenommen, besonders wegen weniger Augenkontakt oder „ungewöhnlicher“ Körpersprache.

Für mich persönlich ist Augenkontakt oft unangenehm, da ich autistisch bin.
