Last year, I read about the benefits of keeping a gratitude journal somewhere on the internet; keeping a gratitude journal can help you focus on the positive elements of your life, deal with stress well, and manage relationships better.
Ever since then, I tried to practice such journaling several times, but it was kind of hard to come up with the appropriate sentences every time. I was either not creative enough, or I must have forgotten to think positively for some reason. :) So somewhere along the way, I gave up keeping such journals.
But recently, I came across this writer on a vegitarian community who was posting gratitude journals online everyday. Her lines (or sentences?) were beautiful, as if she was writing verses of poems. I wished I was a talented writer as she was, but unfortunately I’m not such a good writer..:) I might be good at writing in a logical and coherent piece, but never in such a poet-like (?) way.
Nevertheless, her journals definitely inspired me to resume my effort to keep the gratitude journals. So I shall write from time to time here about the things I’m grateful for, from today on.
I will start from now, right below here.
<Today’s Gratitude Journal>
1. I’m grateful for the beautiful sunflower plant on my window shield that is growing taller day by day and giving me a pleasure of looking at it.:)
2. I’m grateful for the rosemary plant that gives off fragrant smell in the morning.
3. I’m grateful for the weather that warmed up and has been enabling me to sun on the grass.:)
4. I’m grateful that I can have a cooked fish and fresh veggie juices for lunch.
5. I’m grateful for having a family who are always supportive of whatever I decide to do.

Xinjiang cotton has become a hot topic in China. Here's how it played out: H&M claimed to be boycotting Xinjiang cotton. Then people found there is a connection between H&M and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), an international non-profit membership organization registered in Switzerland in 2009, which works with stakeholders from cotton fields to suppliers, manufacturers and brands to provide a globally accepted definition of good cotton and to propose social and environmental standards that are applicable worldwide.
And many brands have joined this organization. Nike, Uniqlo, GAP, Zara and other brands that have joined the organization have all issued "banned Xinjiang cotton" statements on their official websites.
And then there's what happened today, with a large group of people calling for a boycott of these products. A group of people, led by the Communist Youth League's Weibo account, accused "These companies are trying to make money in China while creating rumors to boycott Xinjiang cotton? What a fool's errand!" And of course there was some hilarious criticism: "These US offical websites blocks us from seeing their websites! It's disgusting!" Of course the opposite is true, apparently it's our wonderful Great Fire Wall that blocks their official websites.
Seriously, I'm sick of it.
As we all know, this is related to the recent sanctions imposed on Xinjiang by European and American countries recently. But what exactly is going on in Xinjiang, do we Chinese know? I don't think most of us know. Chinese websites have blocked all news about Xinjiang concentration camps. Sorry, that's not accurate enough, it should be called blocking all negative news. It's like Biden's New Year's message this year, and the part about Xinjiang was just censored in Chinese Version. In China, everything about Xinjiang is positive. You can see on the Chinese Internet that small, unknown countries are sending people to visit Xinjiang and think Xinjiang is a wonderful place. There are also news articles denouncing the attempts by "foreign forces" to undermine China's unification. Can Chinese news sites report on the Xinjiang concentration camps? No, they can't. Because the first rule of journalism is that Chinese media are party-oriented. So what is going on in Xinjiang? I don't know. All the information comes from foreign media. How ironic to have to understand what is happening in our own country through other country's media.

I really like to drink tea even though most of Korean like to drink coffee.
With drinking tea, I can release my stresses and feel free whenever and wherever.
There are six types of tea such as Black tea, Green tea, White tea, Yellow tea, Oorong tea and Pu'er tea and I like all of them.
When I learned very first time, my teacher recommaned me that comparing different types of tea in order to get insteresting
For example, White and Green tea are to drink in the morning and Black and Oorong tea are fine in the afternoon.
When it is raining, Pu're tea is good and if you want to drink rare one, Yellow tea is the best choise.
Do you know the tastes of Green tea are different depending on Country of origin?
I like three Green teas in one day that made by China, Japan and Korea.
If you have a chance, I recommand to drink a tea like my way

Arashiyama is one of the sightseeing spots in Kyoto. It's famous for cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, bamboos, and temples. In addition, there are many shops at the foot of the mountains, so you can enjoy food or shopping. When I visited there, there are junior and high school students on a school trip, and people wearing kimono. If you ride the Sagano Romantic train, you can see the nature and beauty of the valley relaxingly.

Yesterday, I was talking to my friend about smartphone.
She said in her case the most frequent used features in her smartphone is the torch.
I agree too because I used that a lot too.
But she reminds me there is one feature in smartphone is not that many people use.
That is the calculator function.
In fact, I saw many people still use a “real” calculator at work.
I also using a calculator even my smartphone got the same function.
I wonder will you have the same behavior just like me?
Do tell me if also same as me and can you explain why we didn’t use that features in our smartphone?

Today, I'm really excited to have my 100th post on LangCorrect in only less than a year, and grateful for all those who have been involved in correcting my work. They have provided detailed correction for all of my ninety-nine writings I have posted so far. Even though I still have failed to add "a" or "the" and mistaken on simple grammars like tenses and plural forms, I feel that my vocabulary and writing skills have improved, and I use the dictionary less frequently than before. If you make sentences by yourself without hesitation and have native speakers correct your articles, you can realize your lack of knowledge and your bad habits.
As many users do, I have managed to pick up a wide variety of topics not to make readers feel bored. As a result, I could learn a variety of expression on several fields. I admire some users who have published more than 100 posts for their efforts since it is difficult to find attractive topics. Nonetheless, I'm going to join 30 Day Language Challenge which is supposed to start from April 1st. I was surprised to see the participant list because it seems that Japanese is most popular language in LangCorrect community. I will keep helping Japanese learners and learning English as well.

Deutsche Sprache, schwere Sprache.
Twitch is auch ganz gut.

So my first corrections have just arrived and things are not so bad. I think. So I’m getting daring and trying harder to express myself freely. I will write what I want to say even if I cringe because I know it’s not correct… but have no idea how to make it good. I thank you all for your help, I will try harder to capitalize and pay more attention to my punctuation. Also, in my first post, I wanted to say « I LACK vocabulary and ease » because I do. And I don’t know which word could replace « ease ». Sorry.
I signed up mysel today for a challenge where I have to write 250 words in English every day. I regret it already. It’s late and I thought I was done for the day. I was optimistic. I hope it’s the right word. Now I’m hungry and I wish I could relax. Well, it will probably do me some good to push myself a little more. And it’s not so hard… as long as I have something to say.
Thank you again and good night !

I did not hear it from the PR department but straight from the horse's mouth, way before the press.
"Let's step up the intensity of the training!"
I'm sure that she'll finish the training and grow into the new job.
She chucked in a few quick comments after he finished his presentation.
