Préférence
Je n'ai rien entre apprendre des nouvelles choses de s'amiliorer. Au contraire j'ai me déjà d'habituer à le faire mais il y a un probléme. Alors que j'aime de apprendre des nouvelles choses et experiencer des nouveaux cultures; j'aime aussi de me detende, regarde mes séries préférés, joues mes jeux vidéos et cetera. Par exemple j'aime de lire il y a beaucoup de livres très bien mais je plutôt préféré de regarder des séries. Pour clarifier la difference n'est pas très grande mais elle est là.

「淡水魚の王」が絶滅しました
ニュースによると、「淡水魚の王」と呼ばれたナシナガチョウザメが絶滅しました。中国の長江の固有種で、７メートルまでに成長したハシナガチョウザメはとても大きい淡水魚でした。生きた姿は２００３年四川省で最後に確認されましたが、22日に国際自然保護連合（IUCN）がハシナガチョウザメの絶滅を発表しました。専門家によると、絶滅された理由は乱獲と川の環境を変化された建設です。
このニュースを読んで、悲しくなりました。専門家の一番保守的な推定によると、毎年約２０００種が絶滅しています。もちろん、全部の絶滅が防げないけど、ある程度に防げます。絶滅の恐れがある生物が住んでいるところで建設をしないようにしなければなりません。そして全ての生物が健康に生けるように自然保護を懸命にしなければなりません。

Les étudiants souffrent d'un sentiment de mal-être
Selon une enquête menée par l'institut CSA pour la mutuelle étudiante LMDE, les jeunes font face à beaucoup des défis psychiques, plus qu'en 2019. 70% des 3 200 étudiants interrogés se disaient en situation de mal-être, et 68% avaient des symptômes de la dépressin. En 2019, 65% des sondés se disaient en situation de mal-être, donc il y avait une augmentation de 5 points pendant trois années. De plus, 36% des sondés disent avoir des pensés suicidaires, une augmentation de 6 points par rapport à 2019. Il y a plusieurs raisons pour cette phénomène: une perception négative du monde qui entoure les interrogés, un sens général du pessimisme quant à l'avenir, des problèmes financiers, et le changement climatique. Bien sûr il y a aussi la pandémie, qui à ajouté beaucoup d'anxiété à propos de la santé individuelle et publique, et qui a également déchiré des liens sociaux. Cet ensemble de paramètres a créé une sorte de malaise pour la jeunesse.
Moi aussi, je peux voir l'impact négatif de l'état présent du monde sur les gens autour de moi. L'inflation causée par la guerre en l'Ukraine crée beaucoup de stress financier, et beaucoup de gens ne voudraient pas avoir des enfants dans un monde ou le climat devient de plus en plus imprévisible. L'impact de la pandémie était très grand aussi. Je suis professeur, et quand mes étudiants retournaient à l'école après beaucoup de temps dans les classes en ligne, il était évident qu'ils manquaient beaucoup du savoir-être qu'on apprend typiquèment à l'école. Beaucoup des étudiants se sentaient mal à l'aise dans une grande salle de classe avec des autres, et il était clair à moi qu'ils étaient devenus moins résistant par rapport au temps avant que la pandémie a bouleversé le monde. Je crois qu'il faut qu'on reconnaisse les défis de la jeunesse d'aujourd'hui et qu'on fournisse les ressources qui peuvent améliorer leur santé mentale.

Le rock nigérien contestataire
J’adore aller aux concerts, c’est vraiment l’une de mes activités préférées. J’ai des amis à la ville voisine et on y rencontre souvent pour aller voir des musiciens à l’une des salles. Il y a quelques mois, on a vu un artiste qui s’appelle Mdou Moctar à la salle près de l’appartement de mon ami. On ne savait pas exactement à quoi nous attendre, parce que ce n’était pas vraiment un artiste très bien connu, au moins à nous. Mais en fait, c’était un concert totalement fou ! C’est un guitariste du rock touareg, du Niger en Afrique. Il était hyper talentueux comme guitariste et un excellent showman. Le rock touareg c’est le rock vraiment contestataire !
J’ai appris plus sur lui après le show. La plupart de ses paroles sont en Tamasheq, une langue touarègue, mais l’une de ses morceaux, qui s’appelle Afrique Victime, c’est partialement en français. Il a les paroles ci-dessous :

En quelques interviews, Moctar a dit qu’il s’agit de l’exploitation qu’il croit son pays subit par la France. Il critique l’exploitation d’uranium et l’indifférence envers les tueries par terroristes dans la région. J’admets que je ne sais pas trop sur cette partie du monde, mais j’essaie apprendre toute la Francophonie, y compris Niger et l’Afrique francophone.

Monkeypox
The world is still suffering the aftermath caused by Covid-19. Now that everything seems to go in the right way, there is a new menace in the horizon: Monkeypox. WHO stated that Monkeypox poses a moderate risk for global health since an outbreak spread all over the world.
I firmly believe humanity must stop Monkepox from advacing and taking many more lives. In recent years we have seen how Covid-19 took the life of a huge part of humanity. Will we let it happen again? Had the world known earlier about Covid-19, we could have done something about it. The time to stop Monkeypox is now.

日課を作ること
注意欠陥・多動性障害のせいで、日課などを作ることがとても難しいよ。残念ながら、数ヶ月前に猫の一匹は糖尿病だと診察された。もちろん、「綾」という猫が健康的に生きてほしいから、俺はもっと頑張ろうとしている。その結果、日課を作ってみているんだ。
毎日、午前１０時頃と午後１０時頃に、インスリンを打ってあげる。綾が毎回抗して噛むんだけど、１３歳なんです。高年齢の猫が変化が嫌いなものだね！
正午頃に、仕事に行く。途中で昼ご飯を買う。普通に栄養ドリンクやプロテイン・バーなので、改めようとすればいいよね。
オフィス・アワーの後、日本語とスペイン語を練習する。「鰐蟹」と「文プロ」と「ＪＩＯ」と「アンキ」というアプリを使ってから、無論、ここに何か書こうとする。
スペイン語のために、デュオリンゴを使うのに、日本語には使いたくない。実は、ちょっとヨーロッパ中心主義だと思うんだ。ロマンス諸語とゲルマン語派から遠ければ遠いほどその言語を習うためにデュオリンゴが役に立たない。文法や構造や文脈の定義が違いすぎるんだね。
それから、ついに暇だよ！
当たり前に、改めることができる物がいくつか見える。他の腕の落ちてる趣味を加えたい。絵を書いたり、プログラミングしたり、ギターやピアノを弾いたり。せめて、前よりも生産的と積極的な気分にしてる！

Beschreibung meines Wohnorts
Ich wohne im Umkreis von Warschau. In meiner Gegend ist eher ruhig, obwohl manchmal es lärm gibt, wenn meine Nachbarn Rasen mähen oder wenn ihre Hunde bellen. Ich wohne immer noch mit meinen Familien. Ich habe ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße. Aber das stört mir nicht, dann kann man von da drüben viele Einfamilienhäuser, Reihenhäuser und bäumen sehen. Das ist ein schönes Aussicht.
Ich habe einen Bruder und eine Katze, die heißt Fisty. Er ist süß und geliebt, obwohl manchmal er kratzt.
In meinem Zimmer die Wände sind orange und grau gestrichen. Ich habe ein Computer, das auf meinem Schreibtisch steht, ein Bett und eine Nachttisch in der Nähe. Ich habe noch einen mülleimer, der an dem bett steht.

La decisión de Diana
Diana era persona a que le costaba mucho tomar decisiones, ya fueran pequeñas o grandes. La idea de comprometerse a un camino le incomodaba. Le gustaba imaginarse todas las posibilidades de la vida y perderse en los detalles de cada una: en qué tipo de casa viviría si fuera una estrella de Hollywood, o qué tan terrorífica y aventurosa sería la vida un pescador en el atlántico norte.
Pero ese día tuvo que escoger. Sus hermanos, la una familia que le quedaba en Virginia Occidental después del incidente en la mina, se iban a Nueva York a buscar mejores trabajos. Sin ellos se tendría que ganar la vida sola, y a los diez y seis años no tenia la formación ni experiencia para encontrar un buen trabajo. Los de la mina no solían contratar a mujeres, mucho menos a jóvenes como ella.

Шахматы — очень сложная игра, имеющая долгую и богатую историю. Эта игра коренится в чатуранга, которая была изобретена в Индии примерно в 7 веке. У обоих тот же самый набор фигур, однако с временем правила шахматы постепенно стали другими. Хотя современные шахматы происходят от чатуранга, они сильно отличаются друг от друга.
Чатуранга распространилась на Персию, где начался образ шахмат, который похожее на современные шахматы. В то время зарождался обычай произносить "Шах" после любого делающего шах хода. "Шах" — на персидском это слово значит "король." К этому же слово "мат" значит "беспомощный" на персидском, поэтому термин "шахмат" отражает, как король не может двигаться. Сегодня на разных языках эти термины остаются в других формах. Например на английском "check" скорее всего является странной формой слова "шах".
За последние несколько десятилетний подготовка к турнирам шахмат изменилась после развития более передовых компьютеров, играющих в шахматы лучше чем человек. Если мы заглянем на время УССР, вполне очевидно, как сегодняшняя подготовка совсем отличается от прошлой. Произошло много известных матчей между игроками США и УССР, которое люди считали отражением конфликта холодной войны. И эти конечно же случились без помощи компьютеров. В то время существовала такая технология, но она не была очень сильной. Эти матчи полагались только на силу человеческие мозг. Результаты больше полагался на умение человека разобраться и понять позиции.
Сегодня большая часть подготовки кроется в изучении ходов компьютера. До известной степени профессиональные шахматы стали игрой, которая испытывает, кто может лучше понять, как играл бы компьютер в некой ситуации. Но в конечном счете люди — не компьютеры, поэтому даже с помощью этих приборов до сих пор есть большой человеческий аспект игра, хотя меньше чем в прошлом.

La detención de una deportista femenina
Últimamente ha captado titulares en unos periodicos la detención del máximo exponente de la liga profesional femenina del baloncesto estadounidense. Esta mujer fue arrestada en Rusia al intentar salir del país después de que oficiales rusos encontrasen aceite de hachís en su equipaje. Estaba allí participando en un torneo, pero cuando desató la guerra con Ucrania, las comisiones que representaban el equipo para que jugaba la atleta, decidieron retirar el equipo del torneo y les exigieron a las jugadoras que regresasen a sus países de origen. El suceso ha indignado defensores de la igualdad de género porque según ellos pone en relieve las desigualdades que existen ante sus homólogos masculinos. Primero, señalan que si las atletas femeninas hubieran ganado salarios iguales a los hombres, no habrían tenido que participar en otras ligas para ayudar sus ingresos. Segundo, el caso no ha recibido mucha atención mediática nacionalmente. A lo contrario, situaciones que involucran deportistas masculinos suelen acaparar titulares.

Eine unbefriedigendes Studium
Dieser Eintrag behandelt die Frage: „Nach einem paar Jahren bei dem Studium merkst du, dass dein Studiumsthema dir nicht so gefällt, indem du gleich graduieren wirst. Du begeisterst dich für anderen Themen (z.B. Fremdsprachen). Wie gehst du damit um?
Diese Frage ist ja schwierig, aber ich habe so eine ähnliche Situation schon erlebt, also kann ich etwas dazu sagen.
Natürlich lässt die Frage sich nicht so einfach beantworten. Wie viel Kredit hat man schon aufgenommen für den bisherigen Studium? Wie wenig mag man das Studiumsthema? Wie viel sehnt man nach einem anderen Thema? Diese sind alle Fragen, die man berücksichtigen muss, wenn man eine solide und nachhaltige Entscheidung treffen möchte.
Im besten Fall hat man kein Kredit, also kann man das unbefriedigendes Thema einfach aufgeben und etwas Neues aufnehmen. Da sollte man sich aber mit einem zweiten Studium und einer noch längeren Zeit im Armut abfinden.
Natürlich wenn der Kredit erheblich ist, muss man auch darauf achten. Wie schafft man das ab? Es ist möglicherweise notwendig, dass man für einige Jahren in dem ungewünschten Fach einfach arbeiten muss, um den Kredit loszuwerden.
Mein persönlicher Fall entspricht fast die von der Frage gestellte Situation. Ich studierte Informatik, aber habe mich immer eher für Fremdsprachen und die Hilfe der armen Menschen interessiert. Nach dem Studium hatte ich dank meines Vaters kein Kredit und entschied mich für ein zweijährigen Programm im Bereich Auslandshilfe. Nach diesem Programm nutzte ich mein Studium tatsächlich aus und arbeitete einem Jahr als vollzeitiger Programmierer. Da habe ich viel Geld eingesammelt, aber war nicht besonders begeistert von meinem Arbeit (dabei ist es bemerkenswert, dass ich Programmieren okay finde). Ich habe eine halbzeitige Arbeit als Programmierer gefunden, was mich jetzt erlaubt, meine Leidenschaften zu verfolgen und auch ausreichendes Geld zu haben.

Breath is a Burden!
It’s right now at 12:43 a.m by me. I have just awakened from a 2-hour sleep: I was going into sleep at about 10:30 before a short section of sitting meditation.
Have you ever experienced that the breath is a burden? And why? If you can understand it, you could escape from your sufferings in life somehow. “Breath is a burden” is a kind of Vipassana Insight, through which you understand where the cause of suffering is, when you come to this understanding, then this understanding pushes you more to practice forward, for you can not go backwards, do you understand why? it’s because of this suffering!
And why we can not breathe? What kind of reasons give rise to such a burden? These questions that I raise here are true, and lie in the breath you are breathing now. To get it, you can easily start paying just a little attention to your breaths right now: turn your mind on the breath, you FEEL it (please close your eyes to feel it fully). You just feel the breath now and be the breath!
Breathe in, you know completely the in-breath,
Breathe out, you know completely the out-breath. Do it gently and naturally!
Can you distinguish the difference between the moment when you FEEL the whole breath and the moment when you do not know the breath (your mind is carried away by thoughts)? If you can, you can understand easily why the Buddha said:”Breath is a burden”.
It’s now again at 1:06 a.m, and from the moment I have written up to now it’s the past already, it’s gone! And then gone if I check out the time again: impermanence! I am now breathing, I am now seeing, and I am now feeling my breath and hearing some sounds in gut. There is nothing that belongs to me, even my body and my mind, you see as I have told you above and you can test my words by your experience, it’s all impermanent. Therefore I would like to quote the Buddha’ saying in a sutta that I do not remember its name:”what am I becoming as just the days and nights fly past by”.
I ask permission to stop here for going to sit meditation.

Bin ich die gleiche Person, die ich auf Social Media bin?
Es scheint wie eine seltsame Frage, aber ich kann es nachvollziehen. Ich glaube, dass wir uns in einer bestimmten Art und Weise auf Social Media präsentieren. Wir haben die Fähigkeit, eine andere Person zu werden, indem wir auswählen, was wir hochladen möchten.
Wenn wir möchten, könnten wir uns präsentieren als spontan, lustig, oder sogar traurig. Vielleicht muss man nur die richtigen Fotos aussuchen, um das zu erledigen. Damit kann man anderen einen ganzen anderen Eindruck geben.
Damit ich die Frage persönlich antworten kann, muss ich meinen Nutzen von Social Media überlegen. Ich benutze mehrere Apps, um mich mit Verwandten oder Freunden zu unterhalten.
Aber ich finde, dass ich keine Gründe habe, Leuten einen anderen Eindruck von mir zu geben. Meine engen Freunde wissen, wer ich wirklich bin, und wie ich mich verhalten. Und ich brauche keine Aufmerksamkeit von Fremden, um mich froh zu machen.
Gleichzeitig, würde ich sagen, dass ich zufrienden mit mir selbst bin. Ich mag, wer ich bin, und auch die Handlungen, die ich wähle zu machen. Deshalb, wenn ich ein Foto auf Social Media hochladen möchte, scheint mein wahres Ich immer durch.
