最近良い本を読みましたか
私は今年たくさん本を読みました。村上春樹の小説の四冊を読みました。村上の本は良いと思いますが、私は読んだ本の中に、彼はいつも同じような主人公について書きました。主人公達は全て東京に住んでいる陰気な男の人です。村上は違うな主人公につて書いたでしょうか。今私はドラキュラを読んでいます。ドラキュラは１８９７年に書いた吸血鬼につての小説です。二年前この本を読み始めました。私は日本にいて、電車を乗る時読み物を欲しかったから、スマホにドラキュラのPDFをドウンロードしました。スマホでこの本を大半読み、アメリカに帰たと、読みのをやめました。最近始めからドラキュラを読むのをやり直しました。

30 years ago, when I finished my student life.
I start working.
At that time 55 is a long future, now is just one year later.
At that time, I would think a 55 years old man will be very old.
In fact, I am old. (fat and a lot of white hair)
But now I feel so strong even stronger than when I was 25.
Actually, not just a “feeling” I am training hard nowadays.
I exercise each day!

Although many years have passed, I can still remember those days in early autumn when I was a teenager. Every morning when you get up and go out on the fields, you feel a little cold if you are not wearing enough clothes, so every time I think of autumn, the first impression that comes to my mind is cold. At that time, my village planted a lot of sweet potatoes each year and I grew up eating sweet potatoes. The harvest season of sweet potatoes was in autumn, in the middle of October. La primera guerra mundial
En el año 1914, una guerra comenzó que iba a durar cuatro años, matar a millones de personas y involucrar casi todo el mundo de una manera u otra. La llamaron "la guerra para acabar todas las guerras" pero en realidad hizo lo contrario. No obstante, un poco más de un siglo más tarde ya nos la estamos olvidando. Y, para ser justo, uno podría discutir que los eventos del siglo XX que lo siguieron han tenido un impacto mucho más grande en nuestras vidas. No obstante, también creo que hemos elegido a olvidarlo. La primera guerra era mucha más complicada que la segunda, y incluso un siglo después no hay héroes y villanos claros. Es fácil culpar a Austria y Alemania, pero también Rusia y Serbia tienen la culpa. Se dice que "los vencedores escriben los libros de historia" y desafortunadamente esto es verdad. アルバカーキ
昨日のプロンプトの並びに、今回のプロンプトは"30 Day Language Challenge"というリストから来ました。スピーキングの練習したい人のために作られましたけど、プロンプトがいいと思って、書く練習に使いたいと思っています。今日のプロンプトは"どこに住んでいて、どんな感じがありますか？"。
僕はニューメキシコ州のアルバカーキで住んでいます。両親がここに引っ越して、数年後で僕が生まれました。暑くて、雨のほとんど降らない州ですけど、夏の中はどちらでもの緑になるモンスーン時期です。冬は多くの場所より寒いと思います。
大きな島ですけど、普通はあまり忙しくないです。だから、子供のころでアルバカーキが嫌いで、"すぐに出て他のどっちでも引っ越してなきゃ"という志を持っていました。でも、最近はここがちょっと好きになりました。例えば、食事は他の地区よりうまいとおもいます。

Fausses informations
Dans la condition actuelle, particulière avec le coronavirus, une large quantité de fausse informations circulent sur Internet. Au Japon, par example, M.Makoto Nonomura, célébrité bien connu parmis les Japonais, en a fait l'objet : il a été hospitalisé à cause de ses graves symptômes de pneumonie, et en mêne temps, il y avait une rumeur qu'il s'était déjà fait vacinner avec le schéma complèt, alors qu'il s'est avéré plus tard qu'il avait prévu de prendre son première dose just après, c'est-à-dire que il ne s'était pas fait vacciner quand il était entré dans l'hôpital.
Quand j'ai lu cette information, j'ai remarqué que personne n'a mis un lien avec elle. Donc, je suis passé à la page Google pour rechercher la source de ce morceau, et après avoir tapé quelques mots et vu le résultat qui n'a montré aucune page de journal, je me suis finallement rendu compte qu'il n'y avait pas de source du renseignement, et il pouvait être une intox.
Je ne travaille pas et n'ai pas d'enfant non plus en ce moment, donc j'ai pal mal de temps dans la main, permettant de rechercher plus profondement des nouvelles. À mon avis, ça c'est important. Quand on est submergé par nombreuses informations, on a tendance à les digérer sans bien réfléchir, car poser des questions sur une information est une lourde tâche pour le cerveau : pour lui, il est plus facile de le croire que le critiquer de points de vue variés. Mais on doit être conscient de cette faille que l'Humain possède par nature, et essayer de le procéder plus prudemment. Comme ça, on est moins sujet à propager des fausses informations inconsciemment.

Leon - der Profi
Gestern habe ich erst den Film ,,Leon - der Profi'' gesehen. Der ist einer der besten Filme aller Zeiten laut IMBd. Der Film hat mir sehr gefallen, er ist spannend aber traurig.
Er geht um einen Auftragskiller, Leon, der ungeplant ein Mädchen rettet. Dieses Mädchen wohnt unglücklich mit ihrem Gangstervater und ihrer Stiefmutter und -geschwister. Einen Tag ging sie einkaufen, aber wenn sie zurück ist, trifft ihre Wohnung voller gestorbene Menschen und andere Auftragskiller. Sie flieht zu Leon mit dem Ziel, der Tod ihres kleinen Bruders zu rächen. Fünf Sterne aus fünf.

What are the most important criteria when it comes to buying
Finding ideal clothing is a challenging task for many people. But to me, Buying clothes is quite easy. when I buy any clothes, I will consider 3 aspects: affordable price, comfortable material, and good color. And to me, the brand name is not important. because as I see the clothes Which have Fashion brand is usually expensive. now I'm a student so I can't afford this price. about comfortable material, the reason I consider it is I really like a comfortable feeling, so Casual clothes are my first priority.

Oggi discuterò le tendenze di marketing degli alimenti che contengono carne artificiale. Prima di approfondire, devo chiarire che ho un pregiudizio contro tali prodotti, poiché considero moralmente illecita la loro vendita, nel senso che contengono delle sostanze chimiche, le quali sono solitamente dannose per il corpo umano, specialmente dopo un periodo prolungato di consumo. Pertanto, secondo me non è etico promuoverli sui ripiani dei supermercati.
Questi prodotti sono relativamente nuovi, quindi le marche tentano (o stentano; bisogna avere dei dati) di farli sembrare qualcosa di squisito, anche se è possibile che non lo siano. Questa strategia è, a mio avviso, efficace, visto che la maggior parte di questi prodotti sono venduti in paesi con un potere d’acquisizione abbastanza alto. Questa caratteristica evoca il desiderio umano di provare, o almeno assaggiare, qualcosa di unico.
La crescita degli alimenti organici è una tendenza positiva, almeno per quanto riguarda l'ambiente. Se questi prodotti fossero venduti in grosse quantità, non occorrerebbe più la costruzione di fattorie per crescere il bestiame. Perciò è comune che i logotipi delle marche contengano il colore verde, per simbolizzare che sono fautori del benessere della Terra Madre.
Insomma, penso che entrambe le strategie siano logiche, ma le marche devono concepire qualcosa di rivoluzionario se vogliono campeggiare sul resto della concorrenza.

Как дела у тебя? Иногда я думаю о будущем, но всё мне выглядывает чёрное и плохое. Я надеюсь, что ты уже нашёл своё место на мире и что ты сейчас счастлив.
Сейчас я совсем не счастлив, а ты хорошо знаешь почему. В этих последних годах я много вещей сделал, но моя жизнь была очень нестабильной, а я очень боюсь нестабильности. Кроме того моя проблема всегда та же самая: депрессия.

Mi proyecto de costura
Aprendí a coser cuando tenía unos diez años, pero hacían muchos años que no practicaba. Empecé a coser de nuevo hace tres años para hacer regalos para mis amigos y familiares. He hecho dos edredones, uno para el matrimonio de una amiga y uno para el nacimiento de mi sobrina, y también he cosido muchos regalos más pequeños.
Actualmente trabajo en un edredón nuevo para mi sobrino que nació hace dos meses. El edredón contiene una escena de globos aerostáticos, para combinar con su habitación decorada con animales montando en globos aerostáticos. Hay muchos desafíos con hacer formas redondas en la técnica del acolchado, pero lentamente estoy pillando el truco. Yo sé que mi sobrino ahora no entiende casi nada de sus alrededores, pero espero que a él le guste el edredón cuando crece un poco.

A Friday Night
It is Friday finally. I am very happy to have a weekend without working. It is 10 p.m. now, and I am very tired and drowsy.
One of my student told me that he want to change a teacher in charge of class, because I was so strict with them. He compared me with other teachers and pointed that when they made mistakes in dictation, I punished them too hard. I told him that I was so glad he had such a great idea like that and I hoped he would take actions right now. I also would do him a favor to get connection with the head master. He said that I wanted to strike. I told him that I wasn't. All I wanted was inproved improper to be a teacher. He told me that he wouldn't do that because of my hardwork, only if I wouldn't treat them badly.
How I wanted to make a program to him and asked him do it immediately. I wanted to be free from the job, which really was a hard work with a low salary.
I wanted to spend more studying German and English. I wanted freedom.

Ein besserer Koch
Ich versuche gerade mehr Techniken zu lernen, um es besser zu kochen. Vor einigen Jahren habe ich angefangen "The Devil in the Kitchen" von Marco Pierre White zu lesen. Ich bewundere ihn als Koch sehr. Das Buch ist auch sehr gut darin, Dinge so zu erzählen, wie sie sind, was ich großartig finde, aber es ist wirklich autobiografischer als ein Kochbuch. Ich habe nachgedacht, "Kitchen Confidential" von Bourdain zu lesen, den ich auch bewundere, aber ich weiß nicht wie viel über Technik wirklich dort gibt. Also suche ich jetzt nach einem Buch über die französische Cuisine, das ich sicher bin alle die Grundlagen abdeckt.

Things I do When I Go To a Restaurant
When I go to the restaurant, I usually do like this.
First, I decide a table where I want to sit.
Sometimes a waiter recommends a place.
Then I want to ask a place near a window.
Next, I try to select a meal what I want to eat.
If I go to a restaurant where I go for the first time, I usually order Bibimbap, which is a Korean famous food with mixed with rice, vegetables and red pepper tube.
It is because I can test the taste of a restaurant with ingredients of Bibimbap, specially seasoned vegetables.
After serving the meal, I pick my spoon and start to eat rice and I eat main dishes and side dishes with with chopsticks.
Some restaurants prepare an additional side dish desk where customers can get more side dishes like kimchi, pickled radish, seasoned spinach, and so on.
When I eat out, I usually don’t wait a desert because most of the time, the desert is a coffee which I don’t prefer.
So, these are the things I do when i go to a restaurant.

O cenário da guerra nuclear: O que acontecerá no mundo?
O devaneio de um mundo pacífico, onde pessoas de cada esquina da Terra se reunam, estendam as mãos e cantem canções ainda está por tornar-se real, devido à presença das ogivas nucleares. Os tratados que existem não valem, visto que qualquer um pode fazer o que almejar; os esconder debaixo de uma base militar, fingir que os materiais usados para as construir são somente para a cadeia de produção agrícola, e um pacote mais de razões concebidas cada dia pelos auto proclamados "génios" que governam seus respectivos países.
Não obstante o poder das armas nucleares, seria um lapso de juízo se os líderes os utilizassem, independentemente da seriedade da situação, já que ao fazerem isso, provocariam somente mais represálias por seus inimigos. Não se maneja estas armas superpotentes por capricho, ao serem coisas que podem arrasar o mundo inteiro quatro vezes.
Então, acho que vamos deparar-nos com um mundo onde os políticos continuam a guerrear entre si, mas ninguém vai atrever-se a pressionar o botão vermelho, e ao invés disso, vão procurar, eventualmente, soluções satisfatórias para ambos lados. Não será mais uma questão de firmarem tratados; pelo contrário, os governos vão utilizar o tino para solucionar seus problemas.

Le deuxième anniversaire de mon ascension du mont Blanc
Il y a deux ans aujourd'hui, j'ai gravi le mont Blanc. Plus précisément, c'est aujourd'hui, il y a deux ans, que j'ai atteint son sommet. C'était l'une des meilleures expériences de ma vie. Mais il y aura toujours une ombre qui l'accompagne.
Un peu moins de trois semaines avant de partir pour la France, j'ai souffert une blessure au bas du dos. Je m'étais entraîné dur au long de l'année. À la fin d'une certaine séance, qui était à la fin d'une semaine où je m'étais particulièrement dur entraîné, je suis descendu pour un exercice et j'ai momentanément perdu la force de mon bassin. J'ai ressenti une sensation aiguë et j'ai immédiatement su que quelque chose n'allait pas. Je m'étais trop donné à fond.
Le bas du dos s'est raidi au long du reste de la journée et je devais annuler mes projets du vendredi soir. Je suis resté dans mon lit le reste de la soirée et je me suis endormi. Rétrospectivement, c'était la mauvaise chose à faire. Quand j'ai essayé de me lever le lendemain matin, j'ai ressenti une douleur encore plus aiguë et je ne pouvais pas marcher. J'étais immobile. Et je me suis senti complètement abattu puisque je croyais ne plus pouvoir gravir la montagne.
J'ai retrouvé la mobilité le lundi matin et le jeudi, je pouvais faire une séance de gym légère. Et enfin, quelques semaines plus tard, j'ai réussi à faire les ascensions du Grand Paradis et du mont Blanc.
Mais ce n'était pas la fin de mes malheurs. Quelques semaines plus tard, j'ai tombé d'un mur d'escalade. La chute a été assez normale et j'ai atterri aussi bien que possible. Mais j'ai ressenti la même sensation qu'avant et j'ai vécu à peu près la même expérience. J'ai vu un médecin spécialiste et on m'a fait un scanner. J'avais trois hernies discales dans ma lombaire. J'ai passé les mois suivants en récupération.
Depuis, de temps en temps, j'ai des inflammations mineures ou des petites douleurs, mais je ne suis pas entièrement cassé. J'ai réussi de retrouver ma forme physique et le problème ne me gêne pas. Cependant, vendredi dernier, j'ai vécu un épisode comme les premiers deux. J'ai appris depuis le premier que, quand ça m'arrive, c'est important de continuer à bouger même si c'est difficile. Et ce n'est pas si mal une semaine plus tard. Il faut l'accepter, ne pas me plaindre, rester fort et m'efforcer d'entièrement récupérer. Quoi qu'il en soit, je chérirai toujours la belle expérience des ascensions de ces montagnes.
