Chinese market
Black rock tend to on sale their commercial real estate these days. The price even go down to 70 percent discount compared to the buy in price of 2008.
This means they don’t believe that Chinese market will take a turn to the better.
Another news is that Country Garden, a famous Chinese real estate company, is selling several commercial buildings in Guangzhou.
All those news are showing that not only overseas investors but also indigenous capital have no confidence in their future in China.
On the other hand, Chinese people ridicule Black Rock with no malice, they say that Black Rock is a “winner” after he suffered great losses in Chinese stock markets. Because this company sold out all their stocks when the stock index was 3100-point, which now broke 2800-point. Chinese investors are just feel bitter and astringent about themselves. There are some people lost their shirt on stock markets.

日記27：水泳（続き）
今日の日記はまた水泳について書きたいのですが、いいタイトルが思いつきませんでした。
昨夜、新しいゴーグルを使って泳いでみました。水中を見るのに本当に役立ったので、嬉しかったです。
自由形を泳ぐ前に、フリップターンの練習をしました。フリップターンは、水泳に絶対に必要なことではありませんが、途中で立ち止まらずに泳ぎ続けるための技術です。
昔、水泳インストラクターから教わったことがありますが、当時も今回も下手でした。
何度も水中で体を反転させ、その勢いで足を壁に突っ込んで反対方向に向ける一連の動作を練習しました。しかし、混乱することがあり、別の時には、なぜか水が耳に入りました。
そのせいで、平泳ぎをすることにしました。ゴーグルのおかげでもっと簡単にできるようになりました。

Shipwrecked on Mogmog
The island of Mogmog is one of the most remote place on Earth, and for the next sixth months it will be home to the Barrie family from Australia. Last month, the Barries (1) went sailing across the Pacific when they were caught in a storm. While hurricane-force widns (2) were blowing across their boat, they decided to head for the safety of Mogmog. Unfortunately, their boat was damaged when it (3) was approaching the beach. It hit some metal that American soldiers (4) had led there sitxy years ago. Fortunately, the islanders help them bring the boat ashore, althought one man injured his hand when they (5) were taking it out of the water.
Althought the family was delighted tobe safe, they soon realized their hoat needed serious repairs. After Mr. Barrie (6) had spoken to experst back home, he discovered that they needed sixth montsh to complete them. Fortunately, the islanders have made their guests very welcome. The Barrier's daughters were especially pleased to meet the local children after they (7) had spent months at sea. Now they spend time playing on the beach, but it's not all fun in the sun. Before the accident, they (8) had been studying online with a teacher in Australia, and once they arrived on Mogmog, their lessons started again!

Glico es un lagarto humanoide que le gusta pasear en la ciudad de Gatineau en Canada. Ahora, Glico està en el autobus. Glico està un estudiante a l'universidad de Miami. Acaba de terminar su curso de matemáticas al universidad. Ahora, Glico està muy cansado y por qué tiene mal del transporte se siente mal y tiene mal a la cabeza. Oops ! Glico vomitó.

Yukata (27)
I'm going to write about yukata today.
Yesterday, I wrote about it, but I think my story didn't really make sense.
I think everyone might have been confused, so I'll try again.
Yukata is one of kimonos that is made out of thin cotton fabric and usually, you wear it during summer.
In Japan, we have a custom where people go to a summer festival in kimonos.
People prefer to go to a festival in yukatas at night because day time is too hot.
I'll go back to the topic of the town Sawara.
There's an interesting summer festival in there.
It could be a good memory for you if you go to there in a yukata.
Actually, I don't feel like I was able to write my journal today, as well, but I'll stop this topic anyway because it might not be really amusing.

And then, U.S.explovers came to America and they learned about tattoos.
Tattoos became more common among soldiers.
They serving in the Civil War and they got tattoos.
In 1960 to 1970, tattoos were accepted by more people.
And in 1980 ,tattoos had become a popular.
Sometimes it’s a part of a costume.
And it’s a kind of modern art.

Neu Wörter in meinen Wortschatz
Ich habe mehrere neu Wörter gelernt. Oder soll ich sagen, dass ich das hoffe, weil ich fühle, dass mein Gedächtnis jetzt nicht zu gut läuft. Aber ich weiß nicht, warum das so ist. Obwohl ich den Grund des meines langsames und stressiges Deutschlernen wissen möchte, mehr zu lernen ist alles, das ich machen soll.
Es ist fast Mittelnacht, dann gehe ich schlafen. Morgen schreibe ich mehr, und hoffentlich benutze ich neu Wörter auch.

Arbeit
Ich verbringe die meiste Zeit an meinem Arbeitstisch. Deshalb ist mir seine Gestaltung wichtig, weil sie meine Leistung am Tag stark beeinflusst. Um ich mich für lange Zeit zu konzentrieren, räume ich die Dinge auf meinem Tisch weg, die mich ablenken können, und spiele an meinem Computer Musik, die bei meiner Aufmerksamkeit helfen können. Jede Aufgabe lässt sich schwer anzufangen, aber nach dem ersten Schritt ist es einfacher weiterzumachen. Normalerweise kann ich mich oft andauernd für drei bis vier Stunden mit etwas beschäftigen, ohne mich erschöpft zu fühlen.

ＡＩについての心配
人工知能（英語ではＡＩと言います）はどんどん腕が上がるに連れて、学会のうちで避けられないトピックとなっているぞ。どうやって盛り込むかを巡って、教育者の意見がいろいろあると見える。カンニングが容易くなるので、教師は対策を実施するよりほかないんだ。私の先生同士の中で、試験監督のソフトウェアを使う先生が多くいるのに、僕自身は何を思うかというと、そんなソフトが非道徳的だと感じている。生徒が自らのパソコンを制限するソフトを使わせたくない。そうは言っても、カンニングできない宿題をたいへん作りづらい。日本からの入学試験の問題を使い始めたんだけど、とても難しいね。バランスがまだ見つからない。それでも、数学の宿題には、ＡＩが複雑あるいは抽象的な問題で滅多に正解に見つけられない。証明などがあまり上手くない。

Какая историческая эпоха вам особенно интересна и почему?
Я люблю историю, хотя я совсем не историк (мне всё ещё многое узнать!). Эпоха, которая меня интересует, зависит от культур и стран. Например, что касается Франции и западный мир в общем, я очень интересуюсь Средневековьем. Из-за републиканских "историков", которые расспространили много мифов, у нас очень плохое представление об этом времени ("черная легенда Средневековья"). Сегодня, Средневековье всё ещё связанно с жестокостью и мракобесием. В реалньости, эпоха — очень интересна на интеллектуальном, артистичном и социальном отношениях. Изобрелось много новшеств и множественные современные концепты и системы происходят из Средневековья (как Великая хартия вольностей, которая вдухновлила современную великобританскую конституцию и common law). К тому же, на многих планах, условия жизни были намного лучше в 11-ом или 12-ом веке, чем в 16/17-их или в Античности. После распада Римской империи и с новой религией появилось новое (феодальное) сообщество, которое в много определило идентитеты европейских стран, так, очень важно понять это время.
Что касается русскоговорящих стран, я интересуюсь советским периодом, потому что мы (в Западе) его плохо знают. У (левых) интеллектуалов было очень идеализированное представление СССР, и наоборот, по мнению сторонников США и капитализма,Союз был страшная страна диктаторов и бедности. Для некоторых, СССР был рай, для других — ад! Поэтому, мне интересно знать историческую правду о политической системе, образовании или просто повседневней жизни людей. Я уже прочитал статьи о советской истории, но к сожелению, у меня всё ещё нет книг. Если у вас рекомендации... заранее спасибо!
Что Ирана касается, античное (доисламиское) время особенно привлекает мое внимание, так как мне очень интересна старая иранская культура: зороастризм, создание персидской империи, обычаи и традиции... Несмотря на всех авторов, которые написали о древней Персии, у нас очень стереотипический взгляд ей, потому что греки, из которых происходит большая часть источников, были очень причудливые веры о других народов. В то время, средства массовой информации конечно в прямом эфире не существовали. У людей были лишь поверхностные знания о далеких странах. Часто, мифи смешивались с фактами! Рассказы исказились от путешественника до путешественника... Неьлзя недооценировать влияние сарафанного радио в передаче информаций и в создании народных мнений основанных на таких информациях!

Le tître de mon film préféré
Mon film préféré est ''The Shawshank Redemption''. C'est drôle parce que le tître du film est traduit différemment dans autres langues. En Espagnol, le tître est ''Cadena Perpetua'', qui serait , et en Français c'est ''Les Évadés''. Bien que les deux tîtres son corrects, ils ne sont pas si... remarquables.
Tout de même, c'est un film spectaculaire. J'aime le regarder et précisément aujourd'hui j'ai acheté le livre sur lequel le film est situé. Je vous le recommends !

La réunion de Science Olympiad et Danser avec mes amies
Aujourd'hui, j'ai conduit la voiture de mon petit ami jusqu'à l'université pour la réunion de l'Olympiade de la science.
Cette réunion était très amusante parce que j'ai mangé une part de pizza et la présentation était bien faite. Après la réunion à 18 h 00, j'ai conduit au lieu où je danse avec un groupe de danse. Ce groupe est très cool et amusant. J'ai appris les claquettes avec mes amies. Je me suis bien amusée avec les claquettes. Peut-être, j'achèterai les chaussures des claquettes en "Black Friday".

Ho appena trovato questo sito durante stavo cercando un alternativo per "Lang-8" (perché non è più operazionale), e quindi per il mio primo post, mi presento!
Mi chiamo Sofie, ho 32 anni e vivo ad Anversa, Belgio (il paese del cioccolato, pattine fritte, gaufre, e birra). Lavoro come un amministratrice per un politecnico qui in città. Mi occupo dei diplomi stranieri e deciso (insieme alle mie colleghe) quali studenti saranno accettati per i percorsi internazionali (come business management, etc.).
Lavoro a tempo part-time e durante il mio tempo libero mi piacciono esercitarmi in Italiano, giocare dei videogame (in Italiano a proposito), leggere e ballare. Mi diletto a tip tap, burlesque, e anche un po' di danza del ventre.
Spero che questo sito sarà un buon alternativo per Lang-8 e per migliorare il mio Italiano primo di andare in Italia. Vado in Italia per fare un proprio corso di lingua e partirò fra 2 mesi.
Grazie in avanzato per dei correzzioni e spero che potrò aiutare delle altre persone con le loro lingue straniere come Inglese o Neerlandese.

L'animal humain
L'humain n'est pas considére l'animal le plus puissant à cause de sa force physique ou sa coriacité, il y en a plein d'animaux qui dépasser l'humain dans cet égard. L'aspect crucialé qui nous laisse "dominer" tous autres races et notre intelligent, attroupement et habilileté de s'adapter à n'importe quelle situation. Dans nos jours il n'y en a plus une seule animal qui peut resister à notre arsenal, lequel qui à évouler et grandir depuis le debut de nos jours. Bien sûr à mains nues nous sommes de simple mammifère, plus de milles personne meurent chaque an à cause d'un attaque sauvage.

L'histoire de la migration en Estonie
L’histoire des mouvements migratoires en Estonie est assez courte et ne commence qu’au XIXème siècle où environ 9000 Russes y sont arrivés à cause de la politique de russification menée par l’empereur Alexandre III.
En 1920, 40 000 personnes, dont la plupart des Estoniens, ont choisi d’adopter la nationalité estonienne et d’emménager en Estonie après le traité de Tartu.
Le prochain grand mouvement migratoire a eu lieu pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Près de 80 000 personnes sont parties pour la Finlande, la Suède ou encore l’Allemagne en tant que réfugiés tandis qu’environ 130 000 militaires et civiles russes sont arrivés en Estonie.
L’occupation soviétique fut également une période de grandes migrations. Environ 30 000 Estoniens ont été amenés en Sibérie lors des déportations de masse de 1941 et 1949. Des centaines de milliers d’ouvriers des autres républiques soviétiques ont emménagé en Estonie pour répondre au besoin de main-d’œuvre.
Depuis la restauration d’indépendance, l’immigration nette de l’Estonie est devenue négative principalement à cause des jeunes qui sont partis faire leurs études ou travailler pour mieux gagner leur vie dans les pays occidentaux. Cependant, liée à la croissance des salaires et l'occidentalisation du pays, cette tendance a diminué récemment. L'immigration nette est même devenue positive ces dernières années après l'arrivée des réfugiés ukrainiens.

I wrote about the town Sawara a few days ago here.
I'd like to write about it again today.
If you would like to explore the town in kimono, you can rent it.
There's a shop that they rent kimonos and they get you dressed in kimonos.
It would be a good experience for tourists from foreign countries.
In Japan, we have a culture that we wear yukata and go to matsuris.
Yukata is made of thin cotton, so it should be cooler than kimonos.

Dzisiaj zrobiła 5-minutowy trening ramienia, i myślałam że nie wystarczyło więc zrobiła też trening mięśni brzucha.
Kiedy dotarłam w biurze, znalazłam ciasto na biurku. Było od mojej koleżanka Helena.
Po pracy, poszliśmy grać w badmintona. Było bardzo gorąco w gimnazjum. Byliśmy wszystkie tacy spoceni.
