Mon idéal partenaire
D'abord, j'étais jamais en couple donc mes avis sur cette sujet pourrait bien changé. Je crois que beaucoup de gens ont déjà réfléchi à quoi leur partenaire idéal resemblerait s'ils étaient en couple. Chaque personne à ses propres preferences et goûts à cause de ça le idéal partenaire est différent pour nous tout. Pour moi c'est ainsi, j'aimerais quelqu'un à mes côtes qui prendre soin de son corps et sa mental en gros une personne qui traîte son corps comme un temple. De plus quelqu'un qui a confiance à soi même et est imperturbable, j'apprécie vraiment les personnes avec un fort caractére qui suivent leur principaux quoi qu'il en soit. C'est assez de caracteristique pour une partenaire à mon avis.

un'escursione mozzafiata
[it] Ciao a tutti. Ieri ho passato una bella giornata. Ho incontrato una amica in città per andare a portare a spasso il suo cane. Come il giorno era bellissimo e che c'era sole abbiamo deciso di salire al castello che sovrasta la città. Sono solamente 273 metri di dislivello positivo ma come non abbiamo una buona condizione fisica ultimamente, siamo arrivate in cima in un poco meno di un'ora. Non è cosi male e non mi ha sembrato troppo difficile. Di più la vista sulle montagne era davvero mozzafiata! Sono più motivata a fare trekking grazie a questa esperienza :)

Health Check
I had a health checkup once a year.
I had to have a stomach test, so I didn't eat or drink after 9 PM the night before.
I usually drinks something after taking a bath, but since it was past 9 PM when I left the bath, I couldn't drink anything.
It was hard time for me too I can’t being able to eat or drink anything from 9 PM until around the noot the next day when the test was over.

The Romanesque and Its Music: Gregorian Chant I
When we enter a Romanesque temple, its architecture, decoration, and spatial arrangement combine to create an experience that invites reflection and spiritual contemplation.
We step into a sacred space, and the visual experience makes us forget about its sound. The musical harmony resonating in its space was immaterial and essentially intangible. Surely, its chords were Gregorian...
But... what was its music like? Singing in Romanesque churches began in the Middle Ages, specifically in the 9th century. At that time, liturgical singing was in the hands of the monks and was performed in Latin. This singing, known as Gregorian chant, was named in honor of Pope Gregory I, who supposedly compiled and organized the repertoire of liturgical music in the 6th century.
To describe this chant and understand it a bit, we need to delve into the curricula of the time: the Trivium and the Quadrivium.
This medieval educational system focused on the study of seven fundamental subjects, and music and singing were studied in the Quadrivium. The "subject" of music included the study of music theory, notation, composition, and performance.
During this era, music was considered one of the liberal arts, meaning it was a discipline cultivated by free individuals and was essential in intellectual development and the formation of the mind.

(D8) – The Use of social media in schools
My topic today is social media culture, particularly in schools.
A few days ago, the school sent me an email to inform me that, if I wanted my child to participate in the annual concert, I had to allow him to be posted on social media. Otherwise, my son wouldn’t be able to participate in this activity. I must add that my son had been chosen to give a small speech to present at this concert, for which he had been preparing for several weeks then.
Regardless of how this turns out, I believe that schools should know better than to impose this social media exposition. From my point of view, I don’t see any benefits for kids and a lot of risks. Firstly, once a post is made, control over it is lost forever. Secondly, schools should impart education on social media aimed at not only students but also parents.
In conclusion, as a society, we still need to take a step forward to ensure safety and security when using these tools. While they are amazing for communication, their inherent risks shouldn’t be overlooked.

I went to see Spy x Family (25)
I went to see Spy x Family today.
Twilight and Yor are always cool and Anya is always funny.
This time, the most funniest scene was where Anya was holding her poop.
It was hilarious and I couldn't help laughing.
However, there were some people in the cinema, I tried not to laugh out laud.
Some kids were cackling, so my laugh didn't standout.
I'm going to read the comic English version Spy x Family one page today too.
It's just right for me to read one page a day because it's a little bit difficult.

Louis XII, né Louis d’Orléan, succéda le duc d’Orléan à 2 ans. Il prit en tutelle de Louis XI. Ce dernier maria le prince à sa fille, Jeanne la boiteuse, physiquement estropiée, dans l’espoir de l’extinction de la famille d’Orléan. Après son ascension au trône de France, il supplia le pape de reconnaître la nullité de son mariage avec Jeanne pour se remarier à Anne de Bretagne, la veuve de l’ancien roi, Charles VIII. Sa demande fut acceptée et le roi de France épousa la douairière.

Dreams
I had different dreams this days.
Sometimes I dreamt that I was flying over mountains, sometimes I dreamt about someone else’s death. Those dreams are so vivid that I thought they were real happened until I wake up.
I even dreamt some pictures that would never happen in real life. For example, I dreamt evils came into someone’s brain and caused them ill, only the magic bow and arrow can save them.
Why we have dreams? Why I have dreams so often?
Traditional Chinese medicine science think that there are several types of reasons. The first type is irascible, which means people have bad livers. The second type is brain. Those who have particular job needing them use particular parts of brain would easily have dreams. (It’s all my bad description that made it sound like deceptive tricks)
They suggest that we should keep a healthy lifestyle. Don’t stay up late. That may help you have a good night with less dream.

Montagsstimmung
Liebe Freunde,
eine weitere Woche steht vor der Tür. Wir müssen rausgehen, unser Bestes machen, uns anstrengen, etwas erreichen, streben und gedeihen. Manchmal wird es etwas zu stressig. Manchmal möchte man in Ruhe gelassen werden. Man möchte das Sein genießen, nicht das Tun. Ist es Faulheit? Aber wir alle haben unsere Ziele. Wie ein russisches Sprichwort sagt, kann man nicht einmal einen Fisch ohne Anstrengung aus dem Teich ziehen ("Без труда не вытащишь и рыбку из пруда"). Also wappne ich mich mit Anstrengung, Absicht und guter Laune (lieber Kaffee, bitte hilf mir hier raus) und gehe zum "Teich". Montag, los geht's, ich bin bereit.

La garde de l’enfant
Il y a une pénurie des garde de l’enfant. Mon nièce a eu un bébé, ça fait maintenant cinq mois. Dans sept mois, elle aimerait reprendre son travail. En Australie, les femmes n’ont droit qu’à 100 jours de congé de maternité. Ce n’est pas beaucoup. J’ai entend dire qu’aux pays scandinaves, les femmes ont droit à 12 mois de congé de maternité. Si ce ne faisait pas si froid aux pays scandinaves, mon nièce devrait y s’installer.
Il y a une garde d’enfant près de chez elle. Avant la naissance du bébé, ma nièce a inscrit le bébé sur sa liste d’attente. J’étais stupéfaite puisque ils ne connaissaient pas même le sexe du bébé. À l’époque elle n’était enceinte que de deux mois.
La semaine dernière, elle est allé à l’établissement et a rempli les formulaires avec tous les détails personnels du bébé tels que le nom, le sexe et la date de naissance. Elle a aussi faire une visite de l’établissement. Je l’a vue après cette visite et elle était vraiment impressionnée par les installations du centre. L’équipement était neuf et le personnel très aimable. Et la meilleure nouvelle, c’est qu’ils ont garanti une place pour son fils.

Un jour gris
J’ai lu sur internet que la couleur grise représente l’indifférence, l’ennui et la vieillesse. D’après un sondage, seulement 1 % de répondants ont choisi le gris comme leur couleur préférée. Je suis tout à fait d’accord avec eux. Je déteste cette couleur puisque à mon avis c’est une couleur sans une vie. On le porte aux funérailles.
Aujourd’hui, c’est un jour gris. Il a pluie toute la nuit et il continue même maintenant. En plus, il y a un vent fort et c’est très désagréable à l’extérieur. Heureusement, je suis dedans et je n’ai aucune intention d’aller d’hors. En ce moment, je suis assise à la fenêtre buvant un chocolat chaud. Sur une petite assiette, j’ai un hot cross bun. C’est un hot cross bun brioché aux raisins sec. Je l’ai fait griller et je l’ai beurré. Très délicieux !
Alors, continuons mon histoire du jour, lorsque je regarde par la fenêtre, j’aperçois les passants avec des parapluies. Souvent, à cause du vent fort, ces parapluies se retournent. J’ai de la peine pour ces pauvres passants. Ils sont tous mouillés. J’ai hâte que le soleil réapparaisse.

Mi libro favorito
Mi libro favorito es "The Great Gatsby" de el autor F. Scott Fitzgerald. El primer tiempo que yo leí este libro fue en mi clase de íngles en la escuela secondaria. No fue muchos estudiantes en ese clase, y nosotros podriamos decir mucho sobre cada capítulo. Me gusta el libro porque la historia es muy triste, y el mensaje es muy cierto. El dinero no compra la felicidad.

Une comédie musicale
Aujourd’hui, j’ai vu une comédie musicale incroyable. C’était fantastique et les mots me manquent . Il s’agissait de la vie de Tina Turner. Est ce que vous la connaissez ? Elle est née aux États-Unis en 1939 et elle est décédée l’année dernière en Suisse. Dans le monde de pop musique, on la considère la reine de « Rock n Roll ». Ses chansons les plus connues que je connais sont les suivantes : «The Best», «What’s love got to do with it » et « We don’t need another hero ». Apparemment, elle a écrit environ 38 chansons.
Le spectacle était magnifique. La chorégraphie était pleine d’énergie et la principale actrice qui a joué le rôle de Tina Turner était incroyable : je cherche les mot à la décrire. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui, même si, j’ai connu ses chansons, je ne savais rien de sa vie. C’était une vie dure. Malgré tout, elle était une combattante, une survivante.
Quand elle était petite, sa mère et son père l’a abandonnée, Tina a grandi chez sa grand mère. Lorsqu’elle avait 17 ans, elle a chanté avec Ike Turner et plus tard elle l’a épousé. Tina a eu deux enfants mais après 18 ans ensemble, elle l’a quitté puisqu’il l’a battait et ne lui donnait aucun respect. Tina était fauchée mais malgré tous les défis, elle s’est réinventée et elle est devenue une superstar.

Faire du baby-sitting
Mon neveu a un petit bébé de 3 mois et il m’a demandé, si je pourrais le garder un soir. Sa femme et il ont été invités à un mariage. J’étais un peu inquiète car pendant le baby-sitting, je serais responsable du bébé. Je n’ai pas trop d’expérience avec des petits bébés. Que dois-je faire s’il se réveille ou pire s’il commence à pleurer ?
Mon neveu a essayer d’organiser des services de garde d’enfants mais malheureusement il n’a pas réussi. Apparemment, l’établissement n’avait pas aucune nounou pour ce soir-là. J’admets qu’on ne peut pas laisser un petit bébé avec n’importe qui. Le mariage était celui de sa sœur et c’était une occasion importante. Pour cette raison, j’ai accepté de le faire : évidemment avec un peu d’anxiété
Ce soir-là, je suis allée chez mon neveu. Avant de partir, ils ont nourri le bébé, changé sa couche et et l’a mis dans son berceau. Le bébé était endormi. Tout était tranquille et heureusement il a dormi jusqu’à ce qu’ils sont revenus.

巴以开战的可能性
10月7日清晨，超过1千名武装战士零星越巴以国境，袭击边境哨站，突破隔离边境的防卫墙， 无预警地闯入以色列南边境的22座城镇社区，攻进犹太聚落，除了大量杀伤本地军警与民众外，亦炸毁以军坦克及无人机等军事装备。兵力以以色列长期的极端分子宿敌哈马斯为首，即便已经控制了加沙走廊十几年，这也还是哈马斯第一次用大规模武装兵力越了巴以的边境并进攻本地公民。对此，以色列总理納坦雅胡除了立即颁布全国紧急状态，更动员全国后备军人，并准备集结国家所有武装力量来迅速攻入加沙，发动由2005年以军从加沙撤兵以来最大规模的地面攻势。
根据目击者证词，哈马斯当天凌晨5点左右越境，经由海陆空三路，发动同步袭击，前后攻击数个位于巴以边境的城市，包括尼林姆（Nirim）与斯德洛特鎮（Sderot）。那天不仅是犹太教庆典『妥拉节，更是1973年上次大规模以阿战争（也称为第四次以阿战争和赎罪日战争）爆发的50年纪念日。除了向大开杀戒，侥幸者的目击影片也证明极端分子不仅当街射杀平民，更在公路上设下埋伏，并使用武装车辆无差别向往来车辆开火扫射。以军派遣大批增援部队来防守阵地并收回短期被侵占的土地，结果在以边境城镇社区与高速公路上爆发了激烈巷战，双方枪战了约三天，以军才将哈马斯驱赶边境之外。即便如此，在激战的过程中，除了绑架以色列士兵外，更俘虏多名以色列军人与平名，包含外国人士，抓上廂型車，抓回加沙作为人质，直至今日还未释放.
直到突击攻入的那一刻，以色列情报机构竟没料到危险近在眼前，前一天却向上级确认军情风向『没有异常』。实际恰恰相反，近年这段期间，哈马斯不仅储备超过5千火箭 ，还取得了飞行散。先不谈以方掌握的绝对资源优势，更荒唐的是，哈马斯在世界戒备最为森严的边境下能准备如此大规模地面军事行动，在高度监控下集结士兵，行动计划的一句信息都没有泄露。沿着以色列与埃及交界的加沙走廊，除了修筑起布满电网与监控设备外，以色列早亦建造防御高墙，并于边境部署重兵监控。在此封锁程度极其严厉的边境周边，假若真的是风吹草动都在以色列情报人员的监控里，除非重兵防守与情报监控形同虚设以外 ，难以想象怎么可能会发生眼下大型破击战。
冲突刚刚重新爆发，世界各国外交部门以及国际专家表明截然不同的立场，众说纷纭。美英都严厉谴责哈马斯眼下的恐怖行为，伊朗与叙利亚等亲巴国家响应哈马斯的军事行动，而中国等第三方亚洲国家国家则呼吁双方冷静谈判。阿拉伯海湾国家的领导也试图奇墙，既对哈马斯的战斗成果大为振奋，也不愿公开赞同以色列军警的有力回击与强力镇压。 另外，波兰、法国级乌克兰等国又对以色列表达同情，又派出军机从当场撤桥，实际上就是奇墙的另一种形式。
