No Screens In Bed Time
This one was a common mistake when I was a teenager. With social media it's easy to get trapped into "infinite scrolling" and develop a serie of unhealthy habits.
It's well known that screen time just before bed is perjudicial to the quality of sleep but there is plenty of options of "overstimulation" associated with a screen that oftentimes are difficult to refuse.
In my case, I deal with this prohibiting my phone to be in room.

Peas
When I was a kid, people in my village planted peas, but they didn’t grow them on a large scale since peas were not a staple food for us.
People usually planted them in wheat fields (I don’t know why). In spring, the peas grew rapidly, and their white flowers were very beautiful.
At this time, their pods were developing and could be eaten. Sometimes, we children would sneak into the fields to eat the raw peas, which had a particularly refreshing fragrance.
Peas were only a complementary food for locals. A common street food made from them was pea jelly, which is white.
Street vendors cut it into small rectangular pieces and fry them with eggs, green onions, soy sauce, and ginger to serve to buyers.
Another way to eat peas is in noodles, which people call “pea noodles.” They use two types of peas to make these noodles: green and yellow.
The green peas are picked before they are fully ripe and then stored in refrigerators. The yellow peas are harvested after they are fully ripe, which gives them their yellow color.
When making noodles with green peas, people first fry the peas with green onions and ginger before adding water to the pot. When using yellow peas, which are already fully boiled and tender enough, they can be added directly.
At the end of this entry, I want to emphasize that pea noodles and fried pea jelly are very delicious. I strongly recommend you try them if you ever have a chance to visit my hometown.

私の部活動
「継続は力なり」ということわざは私のコーチが私たちによく言っていました。
夏の午後、夕焼けが照すとともに、陸上競技の選手たちはグラウンドで走っていました。高校一年生の時、「風が強く吹いている」というアニメを見ると、走ることが好きになりました。ですから、陸上競技部に入部することをしました。
陸上競技部にはLSD走やインターバル走やファットレックなどの練習項目があります。昔の時、インターバル走は私が最も嫌いな項目だと言っても言い過ぎではありませんでした。入部したばかりの頃、走力が低く、このような強い体能が必要な練習は、全然終われませんでした。しかし、每一度、「この本までやめる」と思うと、コーチの言葉が頭から出します。このように一本に一本を続きました。最終的に終わった時に、自分の走力が上がったことを感じたのみならず、充実感と達成感が得られました。
時間が経つに従って、二年生の時、県の運動大会で5000mに第三位を受賞されました。「継続は力なり」という粘り強さの精神こそが、私の走力が目覚しく上達するだけでなく、それもこれからの人生の支えになるでしょう。

Le jour avec ma soeur
Aujourd’hui ma soeur et moi sommes allées dans un clinique pour des mammographies. Nous avons essayé réserver le même jour, clinique et heure. Nous avons réussi à réserver le même jour et clinique, mais mon rendez-vous était à 11:40 et celui de ma soeur à 10:40. J’ai décidé aller au clinique à la même heure comme ma soeur, et j’ai espéré que ils me pouvaient voir plus tôt. Ils ont appelé mon nom à 11 heures et mon rendez-vous a fini ã 11 h 15. Nous étions contentes. En suite, ma soeur et moi sommes allées déjeuner et avons visité des magasins. Je regardais des fournitures artistiques et ma soeur regardait des plantes.

hoy veo un videosobre el mito de platon
Es un video del youtuber "adictos a la filosofia" que veo mucho porque su manera de explicar es muy cautivante, ademas la peluche me hace reir...
Entonces, la alegoria de la caverna cuenta la historia de algunos hombres prisonados en una caverna desde sus nacimientos...
Lo que creen no es la verdad porque estan solamente la sombra de cosas de la vida real...
Pero una dia, un prisoniero decidio salir de este caverna (en hecho es una perso fuera de la caverno quien forzo el prisoniero para salir de la caverna..).
Una vez al exterior cuando la persona veo la vida real con los colores y el sol y decido entonces de contar su busqueda a los otros pero no preferian quedar en la ignorancia.
Que debemos recordar de este mito ?
En el aspecto ontologico, debemos saber que somos todos ignorante porque como en el mito, somos enfrentar con illusiones.
Ademas el que descubri la verdad DEBE ensenarlo a los otros...y no solamente gritar la verdad porque quiere decir que no sabe la verdad.
Este alegoria puede tambien ser una biografia de la vida de Scorates, el mastero de platon.

Der Probearbeistag
Gestern hatte ich meine Probearbeitstag in der Bäckerei. Es war eigentlich ein bisschen anstregend. Ich hatte keine Ahnung von der große Auswahl an Brote, die Deutschen haben. Ich konnte nicht alles lernen. Es war sogar schwierig für mich, sie zu erkennen. Und alles war besonders schwierig, weil viele Leute gleichzig mehrfach gekommen sind und viele verschiedene Brotsorten bestellt haben. Währendessen muss man auch kassieren, das Brot wiegen oder schneiden (oder beides wenn benötigt ist) und bisweilen backen. Trotzdem hatte ich spaß. Ich meine, ich habe etwas neues gelernt und konnte auch Menschen kennelernen, mit den mein Deutsch üben konnte. Höffenlich fange ich nächsten Monat an, zu arbeiten.

A swimmer try to go from Calvi to Monaco.
Here is a challenge for a good cause that could have been a disaster. Noam Yaron challenged himself to swim to Calvi until Monaco to make people and politics aware of the necessary preservation of the Mediterranean Sea and the protection of the biodiversity. He failed close to the end, at only two kilometers off the coast at Friday. This one who already tried this crazy challenge last year but had stopped at 100 kilometers, was almost successful but, after 5 days and 4 nights of non-stop swimming (he took some short naps lying down), his body and his head said « that’s enough ».
The fourth night has been complicated for Noam because of tiring, hallucinations, cold and burn, and cause of the impact of the salt on the body. The fifth day, Noam started to subit the consequences of the lack of sleep and was least and least concentrate.
He lose the sense of the reality, didn’t understand anymore that he should swim.

La soddisfazione non significa la felicità (parte 1)
"Non hai un ragazzo? Non hai voglia di sposarti? Non vuoi avere dei tuoi figli?"
Non mi ricordo bene quante volte alcune persone me li hanno chiesti.
Ma non riesco chiaramente a risponderli.
Perché queste generali felici cose non so se siano la mia felicità.
Al momento penso che questi eventi della vita siano soddisfacenti per me e non siano la mia felicità.
Se avessi un ragazzo, probabilmente sarei soddisfatta.
Se mi spossassi, probabilmente sarei soddisfatta.
Se avessi dei miei figli, probabilmente sarei soddisfatta.
Ma se io sarò felice, è un'altra cosa.

Manhã ocupada
Eu acordei cedo hoje de manhã, no início estava ensolarado mas depois começou chovendo então eu tive que correr para pegar as roupas dentro. Eu comprei um café antes trabalho porque preciso o açúcar depois o caos. Todos tinham um manhã mal, minha colegas estava atrasada mesmo que ela correu para o ônibus dela. O ar condicionado estava mutio forte, eu reclamei para meu outro colega. Eu coloquei a jaqueta dele porque eu esqueci meu e senti frio. Espero que sim todos tieve um dia melhour demanhã.

As frist, answer the question of the text, one photographic it i always hated was taken on preschool, where all childrens dressed as angel. Was a beautiful pictures but, how my hair was big I looks like a girl. The people make fun of me when seeing this pictures so I burned it. My mom was sad but is water under the bridge.

Alok replied, "It's okay. We have to leave this place as soon as possible before the jacket comes alive."
So Anna and Alok ran away from that place.
Then they went to Alok's house. Alok said, "Oh my God, so you tell me the truth about your story. But I have a doubt. When I said the glass jar was broken, you looked worried. Is there something special in the jar?"

Cara Laura,
Mi manchi tantissimo e spero che tu stia bene! Da quando mi sono trasferita a Parigi, non ci sentiamo da un bel po'.
Per fortuna restiamo ancora in contatto sui social. Ho pubblicato alcune foto su Facebook, ma immagino che tu non abbia avuto molto tempo per stare sui social ultimamente.
Devo proprio raccontarti tutto quello che ho fatto! Mi sono iscritta a un corso di ballo ed è piuttosto interessante. Ci vado tre volte alla settimana e mi diverto un sacco: è incredibile, era proprio ciò che mi mancava.
Purtroppo, l’ultima volta che ho ballato mi sono rotta la caviglia e adesso devo riposarmi un po'. In fondo, credo che una pausa mi farà bene.
Ti mando un abbraccio da lontano e aspetto che mi scriva indietro.
