Rhapsody on a Piece of Rachmaninoff (part A)
With the beginning of the new academic year, we once again return to the same routine: the same concerns, the same company, and the same unfounded hope that something would change right this year. We play our roles once more. But do we play them identically, or are there perhaps any variations? Does our life change significantly, or is it in stasis?
We will look at a piece of music written exactly 90 years ago that can help us settle this issue. Its author was a man who won great acclaim in Russia and abroad. An aspiring composer in his early twenties, he suffered a severe four-year depression after the disastrous premiere of his First Symphony. With the help of Moscow's best physician, he overcame it, shattering it to pieces with the triumphant Second Piano Concerto. A very prolific period of composing ensued: another magnificent piano concerto, two sonorous sonatas, a well-received majestic Second Symphony, abstract preludes, dozens of heartfelt romances, church music, ... All this terminated with the Russian Revolution. An exile from 1917, the composer would never return to Russia.

What Annoys Me Right Now
On LangCorrect, I don't know why but there are sometimes multiple notices for a single correction made by a member.
It happens from time to time, but today, I got three notices for a single correction.
If the corrections were rather complicated ones, they may make sense. The correction maker would change his or her corrections three times.
But today's correction was rather simple, and it doesn't seem to be edited by that member multiple times.
I wonder what was going on.
When I made corrections for an entry, and I explained a lot in detail for one error, I accidentally touched the correction button (again), resulting that the detailed comments are all gone.
On the second correction, the explanation became much shorter.
It might be beneficial to the writer because my comment became concise and to the point.

È iniziato un nuovo mese! Fa già freddissimo, come piace a me. Da domani inizio il lavoro alle 12 e finisco il turno alle 20 e mezzo.
Fra poco esco a fare la spesa. C'è un ipermercato in cui vado spesso. Ci ho speso una certa somma lo scorso mese, quindi ho ricevuto un voucher che posso utilizzare a settembre per ridurre il prezzo della fattura.
Ci vado di fretta per ritornare a casa e godermi il resto della giornata. Spero che settembre sia bellissimo, voglio studiare e imparare di più.

Yesterday's Hike
I went on a hike yesterday with several friends.
It was our first hike this autumn. The weather was still hot, so we chose a cool trail including a deep cave.
We had planned to reach the cave opening around two hours before the hottest time, but we underestimated the effect of weather on the human body.
One of our friends got sunstroke on the way to the mountain. Luckily, the symptoms were quite mild. We left him in a grocery store where the owner could care for him.
We finally reached the cave one hour before the hottest time and spent three hours exploring it.
It's really extraordinary. I have traveled to many huge caves in China, but all of them have good infrastructure. This cave doesn't have electricity or a phone signal. As a visitor, we need to have a certificated guide with us and bring professional equipment such as headlights and hard hats.
The most interesting part was descending through a rope to deeper depths of tens of meters. I had never done this before, but I observed others while waiting in line, so it was quite smooth when I did it.
It's always fun to experience something new.
When we returned, we picked up our friend who had been unwell. He fully recovered and told us it was so nice to take a nap on the mountainside.
It was a nice day for all of us.

my Story
These days I fell in love. Till one year ago. But I can’t call it love cause I didn’t know him and i just saw him one time. So it is better that I say that I have crush on some one that from now in here we know him as Mr Max (that absolutely it is not his real name.I tried to focus on reaching him like a woodpecker that drill holes in trees to be able forage for insects. I try different trees. I went to a internship course that his university represent it. Or even Join in a voluntary scientific association relate to his work and his university, in addition i register to a competition that also offered in his university and he involved but because it is online context, I didn’t saw him. So this poor author get dispirited. At first and only time that I saw him a enormous lighting happened in my heart that I can’t forget it. But after all this not reachable situation I am frightened. I convene my friends as crush founder committee and I talk to them but useless (there are some funny disaster about my life that I explain it in another time). And in the end I should use two more word mercantile and denotes but I don’t know how integrate it with this text.

ただいま
ヨーロッパから帰りました！実は一週間前の日曜日の夜に大学の街に帰ったんですけど、早速月曜日に授業が始まってちょっと書く気が進まなかった感じですね笑。この一週間、先生とのレッスンは2回受けたんですけど。
ヨーロッパで行った国はオランダ・ベルギー・フランスなんですけど、一番好きだったのはオランダだと思います。オランダ・ベルギーは行ったことがないけど、フランスは10年以上前の旅行で行きました。今回は僕と姉で行きました。オランダといえば自転車が多いイメージだと思いますけど、正にそのとおりです。アムステルダムで自転車を借りました。前の投稿でも書いたんですけど、自転車に付けるカメラを買って付けていました。しかしイマイチだったのは、電池は1～2時間しか持たなくて、手持ち電池も持っていったんですけど、なぜか効かなくて結局一日1～2時間しか使えませんでした。それでもそのカメラで数千枚の写真を撮ることができました笑。
ロッテルダムというアムステルダムから電車で1時間離れた街に日帰りしてきました。アムステルダムで借りていた自転車はさすがに持っていかなかったけど、donkey republic bike shareというアプリで乗り捨ての自転車に乗ることができました。しかし、色々回っていたある瞬間、事故が起きました。僕と姉は市電の線路を走っていました。線路って溝のようになっていますね。それで姉はその溝みたいな線に入っちゃって、自転車の輪がその端に滑って、倒れてしまいました。僕はその後ろを走っていたので、その光景を丸ごと見ました。倒れた時、頭を柱にぶつけて膝をコンクリートの地面に怪我しました。幸い、車とかはなかったし、周りに親切な人がいて救急車を呼んだり助けてくれました。頭は、5分たったら大丈夫のようでした。救急車は10分ぐらいたったら来たけど、結局何もしなくて、病院に行けとだけ言われました。救急車を呼ぶ料金はなかったけど、よほど待たされたし、少し大げさだと感じました。言われた医者のところに行って、縫ってもらいました。それからアムステルダムに電車で帰りました。アムステルダムで6時の夕食の予約はあったけど、7時近くに着きそうだったので間に合わないと思っていたんですけど、受け入れてくれました。
旅行の事情について引き続き書きます。

Pregunta: ¿Qué me apetece hacer este mes?
Dentro del mes nuevo, honestamente hablando, no he planeado mucho adelante. Me doy cuenta de eso; mi tiempo en escuela es muy preocupado, y, de alguna manera, mis objetivos personales son a menudo empujados a estar pendiente de, por lo tanto, priorizar mi vida en escuela. En ese caso, estoy buscando avanzar a algunos análisis literarios, pintando algunos pienzas, practicar el habla y escribir en español, y ultimamente preparado para la vida adelante.
Honestamente, se siente mal no haber pensado, pero al mismo tiempo, tienen esta fuerte confianza eso la vida simplemente se juega a mi favor y todo lo que tengo que hacer es toma cada día como viene. Tener panciencia y vivir en lo momento, comprehensivo eso mañana frecuentemente es nunca es promete, pero eso no debería prevenme de planificación.
De todo modos, en lo momento de escribir esto, espero que este mes traiga crecimiento, alegriá, bendiciones, favor, y en ultimamente, paz en cada aspectos de mi vida.

Buenas a todos~!
Sé que ha pasado mucho tiempo sin escribir aquí (¡un mes entero!) pero sigo aprendiendo español :) Solo es que este mes ha sido uno de los más difíciles de mi vida ㅠㅠ Tuve que salir de mi casa y dejar mi familia por primera vez porque tengo un trabajo nuevo. Es mi primer trabajo a tiempo completo. Ahora vivo en una región del país muy lejos de mi hogar y mi familia - 11 o 12 horas en coche. Y me hacen tanta falta, de verdad. Pero sí! Sigo aprendiendo español. Actualmente estoy leyendo un libro llamado Rebelión en la Granja - un clásico de George Orwell. A veces hay una palabra que no entiendo y necesito pensar un poco más en la palabra o buscar el significado (claro, en español). Sin embargo, en su mayoría, puedo entender y seguir la historia y esto me hace muy contenta. Ahora hay un poco más estabilidad en mi vida que en el principio del mes, y espero que pueda escribir un poco más aquí :)

Is there a role for activism in sports ?
Sport has always been a way to gather people during events. During these events many have fun, but some come to those events in order to convey a message. This begs the following question : Should activism be authorized in sport events?
First and foremost, the people who endorse activism during sport events, argue that their message should be spread. They consider that it is important, otherwise they wouldn’t bother going to sports events. For instance, ecologists do their best to remind people of the critical situation on earth. This is why during the Champions League final in 2019 between Liverpool and Tottenham, a woman invaded the pitch to share a message about ecology through what was written on her clothes. However, those behaviours annoy many people.
If you want to enjoy watching a game or attending competitions, you won’t necessarily appreciate seeing people stopping the game to share a message. But let’s say they don’t interrupt the game and they just have a panel among the other supporters. Who would mind their presence ? As long as the message does not contradict organizers’ policy, no one would mind. But when it contradicts the rules of the organizers, problems arise. For example, during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar the rainbow flag, which represents support for the LGBT community, was forbidden. Here we see the limit of activism in sports. I believe that during sports events, basic values of sportsmanship should be respected. What are they? Fairplay, respect and have fun. If you respect others, you won’t feel the need to convey some message about acceptance. I think activism is only needed when people need to realise something important. It should not bring divisions.
In addition to that, the people who hate activism in sport the most are those who make money out of these events. Indeed, they don’t want politics or social issues to come their way. They don’t even like it when ecologists blame them for worsening the ecological situation. Big sport events in countries like Greece and Brazil are problematic, for the infrastructure won’t be used after the sports event. So, ecologists make things harder for developing countries to host big sports events. And some countries are accused of injustice like Qatar, where people died while building stadiums for the 2022 World Cup. So, those who make money out of these sports events may clutch their pearls when they see activism in sports events. They seek nothing but their money, which is not really righteous.
All in all, I for one think activism only has a small space in sports and players as well as activists are free to express their minds about some important topic, as long as they remain respectful.

ゲームで言語を勉強したことありますか。どのゲームをプレーしたの。
いくつかのゲームを日本語でプレーしたが、一番便利なのはスターデューバレーとルーナのフィッシングガーデンでした。もともとスターデューバレーをプレーしたことがあるから、日本語でしてでも物語は大体わかります。それに、ゲームだから、全部の物は画像でできているから新しい単語が出ても絵から学びます。ルーナのフィッシングガーデンは英語でプレーしたことはないが、文章は短いからそんなに難しくなかったです。ルーナをプレーしたとき真横に辞書があって何かわからなかった単語があってもすぐ調べることが出来ます。二年前プレーしたのにまだ嵐の言葉を覚えています！

Lo que a mucha gente le interesan son los monumentos antiguos que se encuentran esparcidos por el viejo centro de la ciudad.
Ella y su familia siempre buscan un palillo de dientes después de cada comida. Para mí, solo pienso hacerlo cuando realmente me molesta algo que se ha alojado entre mis dientes.
Parece que los niños de esa parte de la familia siempre buscan la travesura dondequiera que vayan.
No tenemos un intervalo fijo para quitar las fundas de las almohadas y lavarlas. Es más como lo hacemos cuando la idea nos pega aleatoriamente.

この日のこと。
今日、学校でイベントがありました。全学年用のため、たくさんの人がいました。ゲームや踊りもあって、数多くのことをやっていました。でも、この日は完全にいいものではなかった。なぜなら、数学の試験があったからです。少々難しかったが、無理とは全然思わなかったので、それで感謝しています。ところが、残念なお知らせがあります。この3ヶ月の間、毎週ジムに通うようになりました。でもそれは、夏の間だけ、無料だったからです。この日は、無料のジムが終わってしまったということです。行かないで！俺のそばから離れないで！寂しいよー。君が、俺の人生にいないと想像するだけで、泣いちゃいそうになるわよ！お金がないんだもん。いいえ、正直に言うと、多忙すぎるなので、毎日通う事はできないと思います。会費を払うのはあんまり効率が高いとは思わないので、無難な選択を選んでいるつもりです。それに、学校のジムが火曜日、木曜日、金曜日に開いているので、一応筋肉を保てると思います。それでは、また明日。これからも、引き続きよろしくお願いします。本当にありがとうございます。

Person A: Hallo [...], wie geht es dir?
Person B: Guten Morgen [...], es geht mir gut. Danke, und dir?
Person A: Vielen Dank, mir geht es auch gut. Weißt du, dass unsere Kollegin nächsten Monat die Firma verlässt? Deshalb möchten ich und die anderen sie mit einer Abschiedsparty überraschen und ihr ein Geschenk machen. Was denkst du?
Person B: Ja, das habe ich gehört. Schade, dass sie geht. Eine Abschiedsparty ist eine gute Idee. Aber wann sollten wir die Party machen? Wie wäre es eine Woche vor ihrem letzten Arbeitstag?
Person A: Wir wollen die Party an einem Freitag in der Mittagspause machen. Was hältst du davon?
Person B: Hmm... Freitag ist gut, aber ich denke, wenn wir es in der Mittagspause machen, wird es sehr hektisch und wir werden wenig Zeit haben. Wir sollten die Party nach Feierabend organisieren.
Person A: Guter Vorschlag. Sollen wir die Party in der Kantine machen?
Person B: Nein, ich dachte, wir sollten die Party im Büro im Veranstaltungsraum machen. Was meinst du dazu?
Person A: Das klingt gut, im Büro wird es gemütlicher und praktischer. Was hältst du von einer Süßigkeitenparty?
Person B: Gute Idee. Wir können auch Pizzen und Sodas oder Säfte bestellen. Und was ist mit Musik? Sollen wir eine Playlist zusammenstellen?
Person A: Ja, eine 70er-Jahre-Playlist wäre perfekt. Ich werde das Lied „September“ von Earth, Wind & Fire hinzufügen. Aber wir haben noch ein Problem. Was können wir ihr schenken?
Person B: Wie wäre es mit einem schönen Kleid oder einer Armbanduhr? Viele Frauen mögen solche Geschenke.
Person A: Ich stimme nicht zu. Wir wissen nicht, welche Größe sie trägt, und eine Armbanduhr ist zu teuer. Ihre Hobbys sind Kochen und Bücher lesen. Vielleicht sollten wir ihr einen Blumenstrauß und ein Kochbuch schenken.
Person B: Du hast recht, das ist eine bessere Idee.
Person A: Abgemacht. Lassen wir uns am Freitag nach Feierabend im Veranstaltungsraum zur Abschiedsparty treffen.

Sollte man in der Freizeit freiwillig anderen Menschen helfe
Mein persönliche Erfahrungen:
- Ich habe noch nie Freiwilligenarbeit gemacht.
- Aber wie ich beobachte, gibt es heute viele Menschen, die sich täglich freiwillig engagieren.
- Die meisten von ihnen sind oft berühmte Persönlichkeiten wie Sänger, Fußballspieler oder Schauspieler.
- Zum Beispiel: SchwarzVau, Wasserfee und Nostalkelnd.
In meinem Heimatland:
- In Vietnam findet häufig Freiwilligenarbeit in Schulen oder Universitäten statt, da Studierende oft die idealsten Freiwilligen sind.
- Die Studenten und Studentinnen sind sehr aktiv und enthusiastisch, wenn es darum geht, an Freiwilligenprojekten teilzunehmen.
- Sie spenden Blut, kümmern sich um ältere Menschen und helfen bei Naturkatastrophen.
Vor- und Nachteile:
- Ein Vorteil besteht darin, dass Freiwilligenarbeit dazu beiträgt, die Gemeinschaft zu stärken und ein Gefühl der Solidarität und Unterstützung zu fördern.
- Andererseits ist diese Arbeit in der Regel unbezahlt, was für diejenigen, die schändliche Organisationen übermäßig ausnutzen, ohne finanzielle Unterstützung zu bieten, problematisch sein kann.
Meine persönliche Meinung:
- Meiner Meinung nach bedeutet Selbsthilfe auch, anderen zu helfen.
- Man sollte anderen Menschen helfen, um zur Verbesserung der Welt, in der man lebt, beizutragen.
- Im Leben geht es darum, zu geben und nicht nur für sich selbst zu empfangen.
- Je mehr wir geben, desto mehr nehmen wir.
- Das ist die Freude der Glücklichen, wenn wir anderen Menschen helfen.

Nuestras finanzas
Cada mes, Justin y yo revisamos nuestras finanzas juntos para ver si nuestras metas igualan nuestras acciones. En el último año, en la mayoría de los meses, nuestras metas y acciones igualan. Sin embargo, durante el mes pasado, compramos muchas cosas para nuestro nuevo pasatiempo. Me siento un poco nerviosa porque no sé exactamente cuánto gastamos. Aunque quiero disfrutar de mi vida, tambíen quiero ahorrar dinero para el futuro. Bueno, ya veremos.
