IT
IT, it's a trendy word, but more than that is a Revolution that happed a around 30 years ago. Before, tecnology was used but not with the porpotions that we see in nows days. Some people have scare about, other think that is a way to put humans beans like God. I think we have to be careful, because tecnology bring us good things, but if we use it badly we can have problems. We need to use the IT for a good of all, to make a world a better, with justice and equality for everyone. And we have a power, because tecnology bring a facility to help in any part of the globe people who live wurts than us. Because in nows days we can see in live, all the happens around the world. we can give our work or our Money to help projects that will do the difference for people that suffer or have less than us. We have a right that don't look for the other side, we need to go in front, see the problems and with the resurces that we have, I say IT, use it for better of all people and planet.

A bejgli
A bejgli magyar néven mákos vagy diós tekercs, tradicionális magyar karácsonyi étel. Egy biztos, hogy a mákos tekercs Közép-Európában Lengyelországtól a Balkánig népszerű, de van orosz, dán, olasz és izraéli változata is. A bejgli származását homály fedi, egyesek örmény eredetről beszélnek, mások szerint története egészen a 14. szászadig nyúlik vissza, Közép-Európa egy történelmi régiójához, Sziléziához, ahol feltehetően először készítették el az édesség ősét. Egy germán-jiddis eredetű szóból eredeztethető a neve, mely azt jelenti, hogy meghajlít. Egykor patkó alakú, kelttésztás kalács volt, majd a tizenkilencedik században begyűrűzött Magyarországra is. A tradíció vélhetően Ausztrián át jutott el Magyarországra.

Les catastrophes climatiques
J’ai juste lu un article dont on parle des catastrophes climatiques : c’est plus fréquentes. Connaissez-vous que les catastrophes climatiques ont forcé environ 220 millions de personnes à fuir au cours de la dernière décennie. C’est un chiffre énorme. Le Haut-Commissariat a publié ce rapport juste avant l’ouverture de la COP29 à Bakou.
Même moi, dans mon petit coin, remarque l’augmentation des désastres naturels : les inondations en Espagne, les incendies au Canada, les tremblements de terre au Japon et j’en passe. Comme quelqu’un m’a dit, Dame Nature devient de plus en plus dangereuse. Et de plus en plus en colère.
De nos jours, on parle des réfugiés du changement climatique. Dans l’époque de mon grand-père, on parlait des réfugiés qui ont été persécuté et qui ont fui leur pays en recherchant un sanctuaire. Maintenant, on parle plus fréquemment des réfugiés du changement climatique. Est ce qu’on peut écharper Dame Nature ? Malheureusement cette situation va empirer. Dans le rapport que je viens de mentionner, apparemment, d’ici 2040 le nombre d’Etats confrontés à des risques climatiques va passer de trois à 65 pays. Encore une fois un chiffre énorme.

Un programme important pour soutenir les handicapés
Dans mon bulletin d’hier, j’ai évoqué les personnes avec un handicap. Pendant la dernière décennie d’années, les défies rencontrés par les personnes portant un handicap a été mis en lumière. Pour que vous sachiez, ces défis étaient à cause d’un manque de soutien et de l’ignorance.
Actuellement, il y a des programmes qui exigent l’inclusion et améliorent l’accessibilité. Les études ont révélée que souvent les handicapés font face à la discrimination et dans ce groupe le chômage est élevé. J’ai une amie qui utilise un fauteuil roulant et j’ai honte d’admettre que souvent elle ne puisse pas entrer dans des vieux bâtiments car les rampes n’existent pas.
Il y a cinq ans que le gouvernement australien a mis en place un programme appelé « National Disability Insurance Scheme ». L’objectif est de mieux soutenir les personnes avec un handicap. Je veux dire que ce programme contribue grandement à l’amélioration de leur qualité de vie.

Un handicap
Une amie française m’a parlé d’un nouveau film français qui vient de sortir en mai. Il est appelé ˋUn Petit Truc en Plus’ et elle me l’a fortement recommandé. Il s’agit d’un groupe de personnes handicapées en vacances. Bien que ce soit un sujet un peu risqué, elle m’a dit que le film est drôle, très touchant et montre le côté humain des personnes handicapées.
J’admets que c’est un sujet sensible et la majorité de gens n’en parle pas. En fait, on a tendance à ignorer les personnes handicapées. J’ai honte d’admettre que dans certains pays, on les cache dans des institutions spécialisées. Alors, j’utilise le terme handicap dans son sens le plus large. Y compris les handicaps moteurs, les handicaps mentaux, les handicaps sensoriels et j’en passe.
Pour autant que je sache, il existe 5,5 millions habitants handicapés en Australie. J’étais stupéfaite puisque cela fait environ 21,4 % de la population. Évidemment, il y a deux catégories. Les personnes avec un handicap visible comme les personnes qui utilise un fauteuil roulant ou une canne blanche. Cependant, je me suis rendu compte qu’il y a également les handicaps invisibles. Par exemple, personnes avec des maladies invalidantes ou les personnes ayant un problème psychologique. Dans ma prochaine entrée j’espère donner un synopsis de certaines initiatives introduites par le gouvernement australien.

Therefore, in order to have an open attitude with different cultures, we may need to look at and understand cultures from the standpoint of people who have different cultural backgrounds. Each culture has its own characteristics and values. So there is no superior culture and no inferior culture, and if we respect each other’s culture and cherish our own culture, we can live in harmony in the era of globalization.

Resumen de El hobbit: Capítulo 9
Capítulo 9: Barriles de contrabando
En el noveno capítulo, Bilbo y los enanos están buscando la senda para escapar del bosque cuando estaban rodeados por antorchas. Son los elfos. Bilbo todavía lleva puesto su anillo y los elfos no pueden sentirlo. Guían a los enanos a través de una gran caverna hasta el salón del rey elfo y Bilbo los sigue. Los llevan ante el rey elfo y él los interroga. Como Thorin, todos se niegan a revelar sus intenciones y arrojados a la mazmorra. Bilbo, aún invisible, pasa mucho tiempo explorando el palacio y buscando a todos los enanos. Finalmente, visita a todos los enanos en sus celdas y les dice que está ideando un plan para sacarlos.
Bilbo descubre que un arroyo corre debajo del palacio que luego se une al Río del Bosque que desemboca en el Lago Largo. Los elfos lo usan para comerciar con los hombres que viven al este, cerca del Lago Largo. Los hombres traen mercancías al palacio y los elfos arrojan los barriles vacíos en el arroyo que luego flotan de vuelta a los hombres río abajo. Un día, cuando los guardias están borrachos y durmiendo, Bilbo roba una de sus llaves y libera a los enanos. Todos se escabullen sigilosamente hasta donde están los barriles vacíos. My daily rotine
Hi everyone, Im Thomy.
Today im want to talk about mi daily routine that i made for practice and improve my english.
I have only 1 month to improve mi english, so i made a table with differents activities that i have to develop during the day. First i woke up early and i start doing meditation, thats for start my day in totally calm. Then i practice my listening english with a website that the name is "Lyricstraining", i really recommended for people who wants to improve their english like me, the grace of this, is to complete the sentence wile you listen the song. The next step is to go to do exercise at the gym for 2 hours, but when i walk to the Gym, i listen short podcast in english. Then, when i arrive to my house, i eat something, i bathe, and start my new task, that is reading an article in english, take notes and then write what i learn or what i understood in this website. Finally in the night, before i go to sleep, i see a chapter of Stranger Things, this series i saw it like 3-4 years ago, but at this time, im repeating it but in english. I think that this would be a good idea, because im contextualizated of the plot.
I really need to improve my english, beacause in one month im going to start working in a company who use a lot the english lenguage, so i dont want to be out of date. I hope not to fail any day.

Je fais une article de research pour le cours d'histoire des États-Unis, qui doit être entre huit à dix pages. Ma article est sur l'URSS, et les raisons pourqoui elle est tombée. La date limite du brouillon est sur mardi, mais je n'ai pas la commencé ! Maintenant, il y a une pause d'école pour quatre jours, et l'école a dit que les profs ne peux pas donner des devoirs pendant la pause, mais beaucoup des profs me donnent encore des devoirs. Evec du chance je peux finir au moins cinq pages avant l'école commencera encore. J'ai déja finit touts les researchs, et ce devrait facile de finir l'article vite.

If we do not understand about different cultures, several problems are inevitable. Because each country has many different factors such as natural condition, history, etc., there are several different cultures. People who lives in diverse culture environment, if they only observe and evaluate other cultures with their own perspective, they will find it difficult to recognize and accept the differences. Moreover, prejudice will make the international communication becomes difficult. In the era of globalization, people from different cultures living together will cause various conflicts and affect the community’s life negatively.

Das Thema „Was macht einen guten Arbeitgeber aus Sicht der Jugend aus?“ betrifft uns alle - vor allem in der jetzigen Zeit der Globalisierung. Es ist enorm wichtig, sich wohl in der Arbeit zu fühlen.
Konkret wurde untersucht, wann sich die Jugend in der Arbeit wohlfindet.
Es hat sich gezeigt, dass 41 % der Umfrageteilnehmer der Zusammenhalt im Team hätten.
Eine kleinere Gruppe- nämlich 39 %- gab an, dass die finanzielle Unterstützung sehr wichtig ist.
Besonders interessant finde ich, dass mehr als ein Drittel der Teilnehmer wünscht sich die Wertschätzung durch den Vorgesetzten und Kollegen.
Überrascht hat mich, dass nur 19 % der Befragten flexible Arbeitszeit wünschen.
Es überraschend mich nicht, dass die Zusammenhaltung im Team in der Grafik an erster Stelle genannt wird. Es ist ein wichtiger Faktor, der im Job für Zufriedenheit sorgt. Außerdem hat es im Zeitalter der Globalisierung starke Auswirkungen auf Arbeitsbeziehungen.
Zudem wünscht sich die jungen Arbeitnehmer die Wertschätzung für Ihre Leistung, die auch eine relevante Erwartungshaltung ist.
Der Grund dafür ist, dass nur ein geringer Anteil der Befragten sich flexible Arbeitszeit wünscht, lässt sich meines Erachtens nach leicht finden. Viele jungen Leute sind frei von Kindern. Darum haben sie genügend Zeit, um eigenes Leben so gestalten, wie sie es wollen.
Für mich persönlich ist der Zusammenarbeit im Team sehr wichtig. Die Möglichkeit zur Flexibilität ist mir auch sehr relevant.
In meinem Land wünscht sich die Jugend viel mehr Unterstützung von Kollegen. Außerdem wollen sich ein gutes Arbeitsklima und die Anerkennung von Vorgesetzten.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass in der Arbeit alle respektvoll behandelt werden sollte. Ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Arbeitskollegen wirkt positive auf alle Lebenbereiche.
