ムクバンはいいですか、悪いですか
ユーチューブは、音楽、ティーチング、映画から食事まで、多くのビデオを含む、違うエンターテインメントにアクセスするために暇なときに多くの人が選択する場所です。食事に関する娯楽型というと、多分ムク―バンが一番有名でしょう。それでも、ムクバンを見ることは、一部の人にとっては役立つかもしれませんが、摂食行動に壊滅的な影響を与える可能性もあると言われます。この意見に対して、私は賛成です。
ムクバンは新しい概念ではなくて、韓国語に由来して、ライブストリームで食べることを意味します。
ムクバンは、ホストが食事をしている間に視聴者がホストと対話できるオンラインソーシャルコミュニティを作成します。彼らは、一緒に見ている人とチャットしたり、違う食べ物、飲み物を見たり、食欲を満たすことを通じて、いくらかの楽しみを求めます。
一方で、ムクバンは摂食行動に影響を与えると言う人もいます。まず第一に、ムクバンに存在する食事はたいてい高カロリーで不健康です。第二に、ムクバンは注意深い食事習慣を殺します。私たちの脳が音楽、おしゃべり、ショーの視聴などの他の環境入力を積極的に登録しているとき、私たちはより多く食べる傾向があります。したがって、視聴者はムクバンを見ているときに多くのカロリーを食べる傾向があります。定期的に大量の食事をすることで、モッパンをする多くの人が太り、肥満になっています。 疲れている人、深刻な健康問題を抱えている人、病気で亡くなった人などがいます。
このように、モッパンは良い面もあるが、悪い面もあるのではないでしょうか。 今必要なのは、私たちは自分たちの健康や食習慣にもっと気をつけることです。 健康のための食習慣を身に着けて、ムク―バンのビデオを一つの娯楽型だけだとみなすようにしてくださいね

Hello Chris, thank you again for correcting my journals. If I don't remember it wrong, this is the second time you correct them.
I have been practicing writing since July 2020 because I thought people could speak well if they wrote well, although it turned out that I was wrong.
I have written almost 900 essays, about 260,000 words so far. During this journey, many teachers helped me and some of them even helped me so many times.
You are the teacher who I remember deeply and clearly at the first correction, in which I saw many brackets and I suddenly realized where I should go in writing.
In previous essays, to practice writing, I always tried to write more. I tried to use many different prepositions to link words and phrases together to make sentences as longer as I could.
When I first saw your corrections, I suddenly knew that all the contents in the brackets could be deleted without changing the meaning of the original sentences.
In the following writings, I will try to be more concise. In fact, I have tried to do it since the first time you corrected me.

Le retour au Japon-2
Après l'arrivée à l'hôtel, mon mari et moi ont été surpris car nos chambres étaient séparées. Ceci nous a posé de grandes difficultés parce qu'on ne l'avais pas prévu, personne ne nous l'a informé non plus, et on avait l'intention de partager de certaines affaires. En plus, il était interdit de sortir même dans le couloir, donc on a dû communiquer en ligne en restant dans le même hôtel. C'était vraiment pertubant et évervant. On a demandé de changer de chambre pour qu'on pouvait rester dans la même chambre, mais des membres de personnel nous a répondu que toutes les chambres étaient seulement équipées de lits pour une personne.
Pour les applications qu'on a téléchargées à l'aéroport, il y avait trois choses qu'on était censé de faire. D'abord, on devait donner notre position tous les jours quand l'application nous le demandé. Ensuite, un employé du centre de prévention des contaminations nous appelaient une fois par jour, donc on devait décrocher pour montrer qu'on ne s'était pas enfui. Troisièmement, il y avait des appels automatique par Intelligence Artificielle. Quand il nous a appelés, l'écran est dévenu un appareil photo pour seilfie avec un contour de visage et des épaules, et on devait se projeter pour que notre visage et nos épaules s'ajustent à la ligne. Il semble que tout était enrégistré.
On ne savait pas quand ces applications nous appelerait, donc on était toujours vigilant de ne pas rater les notifications, et je stressais énormément.
Le dexième jour, on a reçu une notification qui nous a informés qu'il y avait une personne étant testée positive. Peu après, une personne du service de santé m'a appelé, et elle m'a dit qu d'après un analyse, il était maintenant clair qu'il ne s'agissait pas de la souche Delta, ce qui siginifiait qu'il y avait de la forte chance que c'était le cas omicton.
Au Japon, quand on est arrivés, la règle était de classer toutes les personnes parmis les cas contact même s'il n'y avait qu'une personne infectée de l'omicron (cela a changé à cause du manque d'hôtels qui peuvent isoler les personne de cas contact).

Escribe algo desde la perspectiva de un objeto cotidiano.
Recuerdo la primera vez que nos vimos. Yo tenía apenas unos meses, y tú, tú tenías un sinfín de años. Mis hermanos me apiñaban en la caja, pero uno a uno desparecieron. Cada vez que se abría la caja, sabía que uno fue a ser librado del aislamiento en el que vivíamos. Durante semanas, meses, años esperaba, esperaba a que me libraras de la cárcel en la que me pudría. Y finalmente, al cabo de un día agotador, lo hiciste. Era libre.
No esperaba nada de la libertad. Todo era nuevo. Vi colores, sentí texturas, sabía sabores. Iba contigo a la escuela, conocí amigos, experimentaba la vida por la primera vez. Sí, me disfrutaba la libertad, la vida, pero siempre trabaja duro. Quería seguir libre, no quería volver a la caja.
Poco a poco, me acortaba, desaparecía lentamente. Una vez veía todo, ahora solo veo lo que me rodea. Mi pintura se daño, mi borrador se destruyó. Pero seguí siendo fiel a ti. Siempre te ayudaba. ¿T ahora qué? Me has tirado a la basura como algo inútil. Me tratas como si no te valiera nada. Después de tanto tiempo, de tanto trabajo, esto es la manera en que nos despedimos. Tus acciones te han delatado, pero está bien. Mi vida nueva ya ha empezado, y esta vez, sí sería libre de verdad.

학교
어렸을 때 저는 학교를 다니는 게 너무 좋았다. 새로운 것을 배우는 것을 즐기고 다른 학생들과 이야기를 기뻐했어. 무서운 교수가 있었지만 거의 모든 교수들도 좋았어. 가끔은 할 일이 많아서 조금 긴장했는데 주로 편안하게 공부를 했어.
그렇지만 내 생각에 따라서 학교의 문제가 많아요. 예를 들어서 학생들이 대부분 어떻게 어느 과목을 이용하는지 몰라. 솔직히 자는 대학에 수학 같은 과목을 필요했는데 다른 사람이 학교 졸업 다음에 안 써. 그리고 그런 과목들을 학교 때문에 그냥 너무 싫어하잖아. 학교의 수업이 지루하거나 아니면 스트레스가 많거든. 그래서 학교에서 다른 공부의 방법이 생기는 게 좋겠다.

Some Ideas Like Gym, Walk or Drawing
For now, I have no idea what I will do this weekend. Is enought possible that Saturday morning I go to gym to sweat a little. At the afternoon, I like walking by the city, or by the beaches. Is very nice to stroll by Barcelona on saturday until evening. This week I received a note from Urban Sketcher Barcelona to make a meeting next sunday morning and to go to draw by the city. So, is very possible that I will meet with them.

Book - A Shot in the Dark - P29
Part twenty-nine.
This story was deliberately written in present tenses (analyse it as if it is taking place as you read it).
Back to Constable Twitten. He is awake lying in a hospital bed. He keeps reflecting on today’s events. Not knowing what Crystal recalled at the theatre, he grows increasingly uneasy; he has studied Crystal’s list a couple of times, but without much success. Still, he believes Crystal’s murder is to do with the “Aldersgate Stick-up”*. Twitten is also sure the culprit must be a professional hitman: you would not kill a man in a theatre like that, which means someone must have been keeping a close watch on Crystal, which also means the killing was initially set aside/apart. Tomorrow morning, Twitten will first call Crystal’ secretary, Miss Sibert, to demand Crystal’s notes on the “Aldersgate Stick-up”, if there is any. Deep in thought, Twitten does not hear Mrs. Groynes approaching the room. As she enters, she notices the list, still in his hands, and enquires about it. He tries to explain as simple as possibile all his complex reasonings; in his mind, a station charlady** has limited knowledge of investigative police tactics. He expects her to snap at him for taking evindence from a crime scene, but instead she seems to agree on many things, especially on Inspector Steine. The two of them seem to have taken to each other.
Twitten is dismissed from hospital at midnight. Instead of being driven to his lodgings, which is at the police station, he decides to walk as he needs to clear his mind. Just after setting off, he realises he does not know the address. He stops at the seafront to take in a remarkably moonlight scene. He produces again the list. Only four initial items, yet they seem all Greek to him: ‘own bags?’; ‘Palmeira?’; ‘run-over policeman?’; ‘a sneeze?’. At the theatre, Crystal added this: ‘Dai’. As he yet again studies it, a dodgy-looking boy snatches the list from Twitten’s hands, and races away.
*it’s a bank robbery happened more than ten years ago. Crystal worked there at that time.

́О крысах и культурах
Я недавно научил русские названия нескольких животных, включая "крыса". Это странно, но раньше, мне не нужно было использовать это слово. Интересно, мой русскоговорящий партнёр мне сказал, что метафорические использования русского слова не отличаются от использований французского слова знача "крыса". На обоих языках, ссылаются на хитрого, нечестного человека, который показывает низность, или на предателя.
Можно думать, что данной животное вызывает такие же впечатления в каждом человеке, независимо от културы, и по этому, что, в очень разных культурах сучществуют такие же животные ассоциированны с такими же переносными смыслами, и конечно, крыса не вызывает очень высокие чувства...!
Несмотря на это, есть культурные разници. В азиатских культурах, например, считают змею более позитивным образом. Змея ассоциированна с мудростю и внутренными силами человека, как кундалини. Змея также символ сексуальной энергии. Я не фанат чисто психоаналитических интерпретаций, но мне надо зказать, что "фаллический аспект" змеи - достаточно очевиден.
Этот символизм напоминает о бывших языческих культурах Европы. По христианской религии, воспрятие о змее менилось. Люди ассоциировали её со злом, искушением, лжи. Нельзя забыть, что символизм, как культуры в общем, меняется по времени.

Je doute donc je suis
Le palais de la chanson français est énorme. Si vous vous y perdez, il n'y a aucun espoir de sauvetage. Je me suis récemment trouvé dans la chambre qui s’appelle Anne Sylvestre. Malheureusement, cette chambre ne grandira plus.
Ma route là-bas était courte. Gauvain Sers, que je connais pour « Les oubliés » a enregistré « Y’a pas de retraite pour les artistes » avec elle. Puis j’ai découvert « Les gens qui doutent » qui va mon arrêt, ma place d'observation, pendant quelque temps.
Je vais explorer des lignes comme « Même s'ils passent pour des cons » et d’autres, « Des cons » là doit être les mêmes que dans « Le roi des cons » par Brassens. Il y a une autre phrase là qui n'est pas gentille, mais j'ai besoin de plus d'exemples pour comprendre la gravité.
Hmm, beaucoup de choses à penser.

Simple thoughts (updates on my siberian kitchen)
Right now I've got no pretty or interesting story to share, so I am just writing down some simple thoughts which I am having right now. Yesterday I helped a friend of mine to get some cupboards on the wall. Therefore we had to drill some holes and get in there some rawlplugs. The adherence of the cupboards was pretty simple.
When I have a look at my apartment I have to admit that I should tidy it up pretty soon. There is too much stuff lying around.
After this section of writing, I will do some sports. Therefore I will run along the river which is separating the city I currently live in into two parts. The upper part in which I am living is smaller but Is highly preferred by me. However, there isn't much of a difference as there are enough bridges crossing the river.
Well, I just remembered guys, I have some updates I want to share regarding my kitchen. As you probably remember, currently the kitchen which I, and my flatmates are currently owning/using/sharing (which fits the most?) can be most certainly described as a very old one from the outer parts of Siberia. I have put in much time to find a new one. This was quite a challenge, as my flatmates don't want to spend much money. Regardless I have found a very good looking one and after negotiating to 250€ and having spent the first look on it I agreed to buy it. The best thing is, that we will have to do it after my exam time is over. So I have enough time to concentrate on the important stuff right now.

Reisen und Studieren
Im Moment höre ich mir viele verschiedene Arten von Musik auf Soundcloud an. Ich habe viele deutsche Künstler gefunden und kann auf dieser Weise mein Deutsch üben. Seit zwei Wochen habe ich jeden Tag auf Deutsch geschrieben und jetzt fühle ich mich viel bewusster wenn ich auf Deutsch schreibe. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich diese Webseite gefunden habe und für alle die Hilfe ich bekommen habe. Es ist Donnerstag und ich habe keine Pläne. Es ist immer gut, Deutsch zu schreiben nach ich einen Kaffee getrunken habe, weil ich viel besser konzentrieren kann und meine Gedanken viel erfolgreicher ausdrücken. In April werde ich Berlin besuchen und ich kann es kaum erwarten, das Brandenburger Tor und auch den Fernsehturm zu besichtigen! Ich möchte auch der Dom und die Mauer sehen. Also, die Mauer ist schon entfernt, aber man kann noch Teilen der Mauer sehen. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wahrscheinlich werde ich viele Smoothies trinken, um Alkohol zu vermeiden. Für mich wäre es ein guter Test, in der Jugendherberge auf Deutsch einzuchecken. Hoffentlich wird es machbar! Ich möchte auch viel deutsches Radio zuhören. Ich werde auch eine Band heißt 'Black Marble' sehen. Sie klingen wie Joy Division und ich bin total gespannt. Ich muss aber herausfinden, wie man die U-Bahnen nutzen soll. Wahrscheinlich müsste ich Karten auf Deutsch kaufen. Das wäre auch ein guter Test. Ich möchte Schwarzfahren vermeiden, obwohl ich habe gehört, dass Schwarzfahrern viel Geld sparen kann! Ich denke, dass es nie eine gute Idee ist.
Ich möchte auch einkaufen gehen, um viele deutsche Bücher zu kaufen. Vielleicht sollte ich auch ein paar Zeitungen kaufen. Ich möchte auch T-Shirts drückt mit deutsche Wörter drauf kaufen, um meine Mitschüler an meiner Universität zu beeindrucken. Aber leider habe ich noch nicht eine Zusage für eine Universität. Ich kann nur warten und hoffen. Wenn ich nicht akzeptiert würde, dann vielleicht könnte ich nächstes Jahr an der Universität Flensburg studieren. Sie haben englischsprachige Kursen. Oder wenn ich sehr ehrgeizig bin, könnte ich versuchen einen deutschsprachigen Kurs zu studieren. Ich hoffe, dass es dir heute gut geht!:)

Last Night
Tonight is the last night of this term. The students are going to take their winter vacation tomorrow. Although they will have the last two exams tomorrow, none of them try to review. Most of them are chatting happily, even though two directors show up in the classroom and warn them to be quiet. Hence, I hate to teach them. Teaching them lessons as talking with air, which really sucks. Tomorrow will be the last day of my teaching them, I'm so delighted.

Pour la première fois que je suis entrée dans ce pièce, j'ai vu directement une peinture de baleine qui se levait de l’eau au fond d’un coucher de soleil et il y a aussi une plein-lune. Ce n’était pas magnifique mais elle a rendu la chambre plus convivale et moins froide. Juste au délà de la peinture, il y a un lit qu'une fille dorme. Ah, j'ai oublié de dire que l'armoire blanc était juste à côté de moi, suivant par une étagère qui remplissait des livres de differentes languages. Le bureau s’est trouvé devant la fenêtre et juste à côte du lit. Qui habite là-dela ? Une fille qui est en train de écrire sur LangCorrect..

Phone English
I started to attend an English speaking class on the phone.
Today is the first class, so I was nervous when I received the phone call for the first time.
After introducing with my new teacher, I tried to talk as much as possible.
We talked about 20 minutes and I am able to listen to our conversations after the class.
Unlikely writing sentences on this site, speaking in English is more difficult.
I can't make clear sentences , and I make a lot of mistakes and errors during speaking.
I have to listen to my recorded voice again and try to make better sentences until the next class.
