Swimming
I went swimming at five p.m, because I thought there would be less people at that time. Unfortunately, I was wrong. There were so many children. What the worst was that they were playing in the pool rather than swimming, so I had to swim very carefully to avoid crashing with them. There was a young couple always stand in middle of the pool but never swim. The boy played under the water sometimes, or tried to catch the walking girl. I had to changed my way from time to time.
Thanks to swimming a lot, I could swim easily in the complicated situation and enioy myself.
I saw a little boy who was a little overweight and looked like a Sumo wrestlers, squatting under deep water, then jumped up, over and over again. It was so adorable. A little girl, who looked about 5 years old, swam very freely, just like a fish. I thought she swam better than most of the people who swimming in the pool.
I made a mistake that I shouldn't eat food contained sugar, it made me feel a little disgusted and thirsty when I was swimming. However, I have swam for 70 minutes. I am so happy today.

My Favirote Composers
What it comes to music, I really like the original soundtracks, so called OST.
OSTs help me concentrate on the movie and I can remind the scenes when I listen to the music again.
One of my favorite composers is Ennio Morricone.
He is one of the greatest composer and his music decorated a lot of movies such as Cinema Paradiso, Once upon a time in America, Mission and so on.
Next, I like John Williams as well.
He is also known for music of Jurassic park, ET and Indiana Jones.
Comparing to other composers' music, his ones are more high spirit.
Lastly, I have been interested in Hans Jimmer.
I firstly listened to his music from Lion King.
And I have met his music from The Rock, Batman and so on.
I wrote songs for the upcoming movie, Dune.
I expect the movie because of his songs.

Das Humangenomprojekt
Das Humangenomprojekt ist endlich vollständig. Obwohl zunächst angekündigt, dass es in 2003 komplett war, mussten in Wirklichkeit noch etwa 8 % der DNA sequenziert werden, und erst jetzt, im Jahr 2021, wurde dies erreicht. Ich denke, es ist eine faszinierende Sache. Genetik hat mich in der Schule schon immer interessiert, ich habe es geliebt, zu lernen, wie Augenfarben entstanden sind oder wie andere Mutationen passieren. Es gab auch immer viele Diskussionen über das Humangenomprojekt. Eine kleine Kontroverse ist, dass sie nicht die sogenannte "nicht kodifizierende" Sequenz der DNA sequenzieren, obwohl die Idee der Junk-DNA in den letzten Jahren weit von der Wahrheit entfernt ist und gezeigt wurde, dass diese Segmente tatsächlich eine Rolle in unserer Entwicklung spielen. Es ist jedoch faszinierend, wie viel von uns auf Daten und Informationen reduziert wurde. Ein Vortrag, den ich einmal von einer Frau namens Dina Zielinski gesehen habe, sprach sogar davon, wie wir Daten, wie einen Film oder einen Artikel, in einer DNA-Sequenz speichern können. Diese Idee stammt übrigens ursprünglich von Feynman. Die Zukunft scheint für die DNA-Technologie rosig zu sein. Es ist lustig, sich vorzustellen, dass sich Menschen um drei Millionen DNA-Basen voneinander unterscheiden, was viel erscheint, aber wirklich nicht ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass es insgesamt über drei Milliarden Basen gibt. Es gibt einen großen Unterschied in der Größenordnung zwischen dem, was uns gleich macht und was uns unterscheidet. Unsere DNA ist immerhin 99,9% ähnlich. Natürlich würde aber niemand sagen, dass ihr ganzes Wesen auf ihre physischen Eigenschaften reduziert ist. Es gibt unsere Erfahrungen, unsere Werte, unsere Überzeugungen, die auch ein großer Teil von uns sind. Und dafür gibt es kein Gen.

Un resfriado?
Hace una semana mi novio regresó a casa desde trabajo y no sintió muy bien. Le dolía la garganta y la nariz tenía atascada con un catarro. Generalmente ambos sabíamos que en los días siguientes la enfermedad se desarrollaría y se agravaría. Le preparé una taza de té con limón a él y le pedí que se acostó a la cama más temprano porque en aquel momento tuvo que descansar mucho. Al fin y al cabo, el sueño es el mejor médico. Mañana él sintió peor porque al dolor de garganta y al catarro se unieron el dolor de cabeza, la tos y la fiebre. La fiebre no estaba demasiado alta, pero lo mires como lo mires <-- I mean, no matter how you slice it>, fue una fiebre y no puedes ignorarla. Porque acercaba el fin de semana y los médicos no trabajaban en este tiempo, decidimos que hacía que llamar y pedir una consulta médica a mi novio. Como lo pensamos, lo hicimos. Desgraciadamente, la consulta era posible apenas el lunes. No pudimos hacer nada con este hecho, no pudimos acelerar el tiempo ni pedir una consulta que se produjo el viernes. ¡Qué mala suerte! Esperaba que esta enfermedad era solo un resfriado y no se convertiría en la inflamación de pulmones.

Cosa volevi diventare “da grande” quando eri bambino?
Quando ero piccola non pensavo mai al mio lavoro futoro. I miei amici volevano diventare un insegnante, un poliziotto o un veterinario. Io invece non avevo idea e, ad essere onesti, non mi importava. Ho gia capito presto che fare il veterinario non è solo accarezzare gli animali. Mi piaceva usare il computer, poi anche l'internet (sì, prima vivevo senza internet) e la sola cosa che sapevo "Vorrei fare qualcosa con il computer"... e andata bene. Ho fatto la programmatrice, sono stata consulente informatica, dopo la mia seconda laurea ho fatto la responsabile del progetto e oggi ho il mio proprio negozio online. In tutti questi anni mia nonna non ha mai capito esattamente cosa facendo ma fino ad oggi racconta con grande orgoglio "Mia nipote lavora qualcosa con il computer" :D

I had been wanting to learn 3D modelling for a long time, but I didn't start it. Finally, I started to learn it several days ago. I found a 7-day free course on Youtube and I have finished part of it.
I have to say 3D modelling is interesting than I thought, although it was a little boring at first because all you could do was memorizing the hotkeys and trying to get used to the basic operations.

Flow - El secreto de la felicidad
Estos días estoy leyendo el libro "Flow - el secreto de la felicidad".
Se trata de que en nuestra sociedad muchas personas están en la busqueda de cosas que les dan placer como sexo, dinero y poder.
Pero realmente la mayoria de las personas equivocan a esas cosas con simbolos de alegría o felicidad.
El autor argumenta que solamente en el estado de "flow" puedes sentirte totalmente feliz. Ese estado de flow puedes conseguir en varias maneras. Se trata de un estado cuando estás totalmente enfocado en una cosa hasta que olvidas de todos tus problemas, de tu ser en general. Ya no piensas sobre tu mismo o sobre el mundo sino el foco está en la cosa que estas haciendo.
Puedes conseguir el estado de flow cuando el reto del ejercicio y también tus capacidades y conocimientos son alineados. Por ejemplo, si juegas un juego de tenis, hay tres opciones. La primera es que juegas contra alguien que es mucho mejor que tú, entonces el reto es demasiado complicado. La segunda es cuando tu eres mucho mejor que tu oponente, entonces no tienes que usar todas tus capacidades y el juego te aburre. La tercera opción es la de flow, tu oponente tiene más o menos las mismas capacidades y el resultado del juego no es previsible. Así tienes que enfocarte perfectamente en dar lo mejor que puedas.
Eso es solo el principio basico del libro, pero hay muchisimas cosas que el autor explica muy bien. Todavia no lo he terminado, pero creo que voy a aprender mucho más hehe.

Korou No Chi
"Korou No Chi" is a movie about Yakuza. The title means the blood of a lone wolf in English. I guess the wolf is the main character, Ogami. He is a detective who seems corrupt and being deeply involved with Yakuza. His buddy is a young and elite detective, so he can't understand why Ogami behaves like that at first. However, the conflict between the two Yakuza groups is getting severe, and he realizes what's going on. This movie is very violent and criminal, but it's also intriguing.

Dia vinte e seis de agosto
Depois, nós deslocamos a central de Madrid.
Mardid há todas coisas que você pode conhecer.
Eu lembrei que nós fomos a "Puerta del Sol" (Porta de Sol).
Aquela é uma praça grande.
Nós tiramos fotos com a estátua ursa.
Então, nós vimos uma árvore de natal grande na central da praça uma vez.
A praça houve muitas pessoas, mas não muito lotado.
A Gran Vía, é perto de praça, há muitos lojas das roupas, mercados e coisas interessante por visitantes.
Eu fui emocionante quando eu pisava na terra da Europa primeira vez.
Eu achei que o vinho foi mais caro do que a água na Europa.
Embora foi no inverno, mas eu bebi bastante sangria e mojito.
Você pode foi ao Mercado de San Miguel a pé e comi comidas espanhas.
Eu comi paella, algumas tapas e sangria por almoço neste dia.

After Watching the Before Trilogy -2
3. The third film, Before Midnight, takes place 9 years after the last film, Before Sunset. Jesse and Celine are in their early 40s, now married and on a summer vacation in a Greek island.
After meeting Celine, Jesse has divorced his ex-wife and now living in France with her. The couple has two twin daughters and from time to time takes care of Jesse's son with his ex-wife. His son lives in Chicago now.
While happy with his life, Jesse feels like he should spend more time with his son, and this triggers argument between him and Celine. Besides the issue, Celine feels like she has to give up her life taking care of her husband and daughters all the time(/ daily). And she thinks that Jesse is insisting her family to move to Chicago, with him, where his son is.
In a hotel booked by their mutual friend, where they are supposed to spend a romantic night, they gets into an argument, which gets Celine to say that she doesn't love Jesse anymore. She runs out of the room.
When Jesse goes outside, Celine is sitting in a cafe alone. Jesse pretends that it is his first time meeting her and tells her she is beautiful. He then pulls out a letter written by him. He says he has travelled from the future and says that it was given to him by future Celine who is 82 and still beautiful.
The letter says that they are still happily married 40 years later and says at the end that one of the best night she's ever spent was on the Greek Island they are now in.
Celine is initially hesitant to reconcile but gives in when Jesse says that he is trying his best to keep(?) his true love, and that they are not living in a fairy tale.
4. Although the trilogy was low-budget movies, the locations and romantic yet realistic dialogue of the characters gave me a lot to think about.
I thought about what love is and if there is really a soulmate. Love seems perfect at first, but couples run into various problems as they spend long time together. As couple gets older, your partner may not look as attractive or perfect. But I liked how Jesse reached out to Celine even when she said she doesn't love him anymore. It was because, deep inside, they had trust for each other, that they are still loving each other and are willing to reconcile(?) to be together.
I hope I will be able to meet someone with whom we can devote to each other.

"Sin lugar para los débiles" parte 3
Cuando terminó la ultima entrada, Llewelyn estaba huyendo otra vez, esta vez cruzando la frontera con México. Esconde su maletín en una orilla del Rio Grande, y cruza la frontera, jugando a ser un turista borracho para burlar la guardia. Se desmaya en un parque y se despierta la próxima mañana, descubierto por una banda mariachi que dan cuenta de sus heridas y lo toman al hospital. Mientras tanto, Anton (también con muchas heridas) ha decidido retirarse y no persiga a Llewelyn a través de la frontera. Necesita medicina para la herida en la pierna, y roba una farmacia mediante una distracción. Después, busca y encuentra a un otro hombre, un cazador de recompensas empleado por el otro cártel, y tiene una conversación con él a punta de pistola. El dialogo de Anton en esta película es muy interesante. Creo que Anton a si mismo no es un personaje complejo (nunca aprendemos su historia o las razones por su comportamiento), más bien es un símbolo de fuerzas naturales y el papel de "destino" en la vida. En esta escena, por ejemplo, el cazado de recompensas ruega a Anton por su vida, pero Anton le dice "Debes admitir tu situación. Habría más dignidad en eso." En esta manera, Anton nos dice que a veces, creemos que tengamos mas poder sobre nuestras situaciones que en realidad.

Comment j'ai rencontré ma meilleure amie
Nicki, c'est pour toi.
Quand j'avais dix ans, j'ai changé mon école. Ce fut une expérience inconfortable, surtout parce que je suis un vrai introverti. Ce jour-là, j'étais terrifiée à l'idée de rencontrer tant de nouvelles personnes dans un environnement complètement nouveau. Ce matin-là, je suis allé à l'école à sept heures. Il y avait cette table où une classe prend le petit déjeuner ensemble, mais je ne savais pas quoi faire parce que je ne connaissais personne là-bas. Puis, il y a eu une voix qui m'a appelé: "Salut, tu es la nouvelle étudiante, n'est-ce pas? Viens manger avec notre classe!", qui a complètement brisé la glace. À partir de ce moment, nous étions les meilleurs amis jusqu'à ce jour. Surprenant, non? Un introverti et un extraverti qui sont les meilleurs amis.

Otavalo
Después una hora y media llegamos en Otavalo. El amigo de Grace me dejó por una parada de autobús. Tuve que tomar uno bus más ir a Apuela. No hablé español. Recordaba qué mis padres me dijeron “¡Ecuador es muy peligroso!”. El bus llegó y me senté en la parte delantera al lado de un anciano. Las indicaciones: después de Apuela y por el puente, busca una parada de autobús azul. Aunque estaba muy cansado no pude dormir. Busqué afuera y sentía como estaba alucinando. Traté de escuchar música: On the Beach por Neil Young.

このホラーゲームを二度としたくない！（でも多分明日にする）
こんにちは、皆さん。
今日の日記の話題は私の昨日したホラーゲームです。
Steamの新しい「Granny 3」と言うゲームです。
実は、私はホラーゲームが苦手なんですが、友達が「この怖いゲームを一緒にしたら全然怖くないよ。」と言いました。
だが、それは大間違いでした。
ゲームを始めた時、たくさんの悲鳴をあげたり、「あぁぁ、こわい！」っていったりしました。
このゲームの骨子について、主人公は恐ろしい夫婦の家の地下に閉じ込められています。
そして、家から逃げる方法を探します。もし、五日間を立ってまだ逃げられなっかたら、ゲームがすぐ終わる。
このゲームはたくさんの驚き要素があるから、すごく怖かったです。
結局、５～６時間を立ってゲームを完了できませんでした。5～6時間！めっちゃ時間を掛かりすぎました！
そして、YouTubeの実況者の動画をみて、どうやって逃げるかをやっと解りました。
皆さんはもし怖いのがすきなら、おすすめです！でも、私と同じ怖いことが苦手なら、「Granny 3」をしない方がいい！

After Watching Before Trilogy
The well-known indie classic, the Before Trilogy, consists of Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, and Before Midnight. Each sequel is released 9 years after the previous one, and aging of the actors adds to the reality of the film.
1. Jesse and Celine first meet in a train that connects European cities. Jesse is an American guy, in his mid 20s, traveling European cities, and Celine is a French girl, attending college and just going back home after visiting her grandmother in Budapest.
The two are just strangers initially, but after they chat for a bit, the two soon feel intrigued with each other and develop a connection. When the train stops in Vienna, Jesse asks Celine if she would like to spend a day with him in the city. Celine agrees.
They roam around the beautiful city, chatting about their candid thoughts on broad range of topics, from life, love, sex, and politics, etc. Jesse confesses that he has come to Europe to meet his girlfriend, but she has broken up with him.
They feel drawn to each other and end up spending a night together. With Jesse having to leave to the US for a flight, they promise to meet in the same spot, 6 months after.
2. (9 years later)
Jesse has written a book about his experience with Celine and it becomes an international best seller. He does a reading in a bookstore in Paris and meets interviewers from the press. While he is being interviewed, his eyes catch Celine, who has read his book and came to see him.
Although Jesse has to leave to the US soon (again), the two starts to chat and catch up about their life.
Jesse had gone to Vienna 6 months after the date they met, but Celine couldn't be their because her grandmother's funeral was on the same day that they were supposed to meet. Jesse laments that their lives would have been so much different if she had been there.
Meanwhile, Jesse has married his college girlfriend and has a son. Celine has become an environmental activist. While they seemingly live a satisfactory life, they confess to each other that they haven't forgotten about their day spent together in Vienna. In fact, Jesse wrote his book in the hope that he might be able to see Celine again. He confesses that his married life isn't happy at all, and loveless.
Jesse takes her home and ends up being at her apartment. Celine, who also composes songs, sings one of her songs, which is about their unforgettable day in Vienna. She says Jess is going to miss his flight, and he says "I know."
