Yesterday, when looking for something interesting to watch on YouTube, I came across a video about the women risking it all on the streets of Russia. Since the war in Ukraine began, I have seen many videos related to this war and the many things Ukrainians have gone through. It’s very sad to see how much harm a single person can do.
I have heard on TV and the internet what Ukrainians who have arrived in my country, the ones who are staying in Poland and even some of the ones still living in Ukraine say about what have been happening in their country. Undoubtedly, the people who are suffering the most are the Ukrainians. However, millions of Russians have also had to flee their country because otherwise, they would be arrested and imposed a sentence of up to 15 years in prison for spreading “fake news”. Right now, you can learn about everything that is happening in Ukraine but learning about what is happening in Russia is a bit trickier. Therefore, what I have done is to try to speak with as many Russians as possible. It isn’t an easy task. How do you ask someone who you don’t know or whose life could be in danger about what he or she thinks about the war in Ukraine? That has been what I have been trying to do. I have spoken with Russians who were as happy as a sandboy and when I tried to raise the issue of Ukraine, they didn’t seem very happy to speak about it. I also met a Russian lady who told me how much she was suffering watching their country invading its neighbours. She also told me that every day it was a struggle for her to remain human. That Russia was becoming such a terrible country and Russians were becoming such, sorry but this part is completely literal, stupid people who liked to hear and repeat lies and live in filth, poverty and that they had fanatical faith. The so-called West isn’t paradise but it’s much closer to be it than Russia.
I began my post writing about a video I came across yesterday. However, at the end I have written about everything but the video. So I’m going to leave its link so that you can judge by yourself whether or not this video is worth seeing. For those who want to learn about what’s happening in Russia, this video will be an eye-opener

Lieber Alper,
Was denkst du? Ist dieser Plan das Richtige für dich? Einverstanden?

My teacups part 4
This time I bought two glass teacups. The cheap one was 300 ml and with a stainless steel filter inside the opening of the cup, the other expensive one was a type of tea-water separation cup.
Inside the lower half of the teacup, there was an isolation valve and people could open or close the valve through revolving the bottom lid to separate or connect the water and the tea leaves.
After I received the expensive glass cup, I suddenly felt if I used it I would feel pain.
Considering that I already had a few teacups, I gave the tea-water separation teacup to my former leader, who helped me a lot when I was young. Of course, he retired years ago.
In the meantime, I thought I should have found a filter for my first insulation teacup on the internet and I regretted very much for not thinking of this idea before I bought the second insulation cup with a filter.
Before long, I found a very nice stainless steel filter on an e-commercial platform and bought it. When I received it, I immediately put it into the opening of my first insulation cup and it fitted the cup so well.
With the accumulation of the experience of using the insulation cups, I also found out how to use an insulation cup to make tea.
The tip was that after you poured the boiling water into your cup, please don't cover your cup lid, except that the water would become cold.
Presently, I won't need to buy more teacups because I already have four cups. Two glass cups and two insulation cups. Three of them are in my office while one of them is in my home.

My teacups part 3
It's not hard to find a "zojirush" teacup with a filter screen. This time I still chose a black one, but this one was not 360 ml, but 340 ml.
Its filter screen is not made of stainless steel, but plastic components.
Before I made tea, I would wash the tea first. Because of the filter screen, washing tea inside the cup was very easy.
After I washed the tea, I preferred taking the filter screen away. Somehow, I didn't like drinking tea with the filter screen on. I think maybe I have a kind of obsession.
After I used this cup for a few days, I learned information which said that the insulated cups were not suitable for making tea and even harmful sometimes.
People think that glass cup is the best cup for making tea, so I want to buy glass teacup again.
To be continued.

My teacups. Part 2
Soon after, I bought this kind of teacup on a commercial platform.
After using it a few times, I lost fresh feelings about it and stopped using it. The main reason, I think, maybe that its lid was too clumsy and I was not used to it.
A few months later, I thought I should form the habit of drinking tea, because I felt I was not a young man anymore and I should learn to take good care of myself, so I decided to buy another teacup.
Because it was winter back then, I felt I should buy an insulation cup so that the tea water wouldn't be cold very quickly.
I checked insulated cups on the internet to find out which brand had better quality and finally, I made a decision to buy a Japanese brand "zojirush".
It was a 360 ml volume cup and really had a good quality of keeping warm. But it didn't have a filter screen, so often times, the tea leaves would enter my mouth when I drank tea.
I felt I should buy another teacup with a filter screen, thus it not only can prevent tea leaves from entering my mouth, but also be very useful for me to wash tea leaves before I make tea.
I still wanted to buy the "zojirush" brand because its keeping- warm function was very effective.
To be continued. I sincerely thank you for your trust and support.

My teacups
Two years ago, my oldest brother returned to the city I lived in to see my mom and I saw the teacup he was using, which I thought was very nice.
The teacup was not like an ordinary one. The lid of it actually connected another smaller cup above it and inside the lid, there is a filter screen. The smaller cup was used to hold tea leaves.
When people make tea, they pour boiling water into the teacup first, then cover the lid. Afterwards, stand the cup upside down.
Therefore, the boiling water goes down into the smaller cup below and the tea leaves are soaked in boiling water, so the tea is made.
A few minutes later, the tea will be done. After that, flip back the teacup and the tea water flows into the main teacup again, so the tea leaves and the tea water are separated.
After I saw this kind of tea cup, I wanted to buy one late.
To be continued. Sincerely thank you for your trust and support.

I usually try to run at least 1 hour every other day, but last week my feet were recovering from an injury, so I just walked 1 hour every day instead (it sucked).
I started running about 2 and a half months ago. I still remember how much I hated running at the beginning. It was so hard, I wanted to stop after the first step, and I never felt like doing it. To be honest, nothing ever changed. I still hate running (during the period I'm running), it still hard, it's demanding and I never feel like doing it.
The good part about running is that I face a huge challenge right at the beginning of my day, so everything else that I have to do throughout the day feels way easier. I feel more focused, proactive and diligent. Looking at my progression makes me feel great; I could barely run 2 min non-stop. Now I can run between 9 to 10 km non-stop consistently. It motivates me to stay on the grind in other areas of my life, like learning German.
My German is terrible. I can only understand A1 and A2 texts; If a native starts to speak just a bit too fast, I can't understand a single word; My writing sucks; It feels like I'll never be capable of pronouncing /ʁ/ and /ç/. Still, I think that if I keep practicing, my German will get way better as time goes by. Running did not only change my body, but it changed my mindset too. That's why I can't wait to run again tomorrow.

Juan: No te preocupes.
¡Mira! ¡Una gasolinera!
Juan: ¿Dónde? No puedo ver nada.
Maria: Exacto.
Gracias. Ahora puedo ver a dónde vamos.
Tenemos bastante gasolina y... (de repente su auto quedó en pane).
María: ¿Me estabas diciendo?

Hallo, Leute. Man muss seiner wärmstenen Kleidungen anziehen.

What is the meaning of life? I have been asking myself for many years, but so far I haven't gotten the right answer.
Coming to this world is not our choice, it's only random. However, it is still a good thing.
I think the meaning of life is not to be an official or to be a rich man. It is not and it shouldn't.
But since we humans came to this world, the first thing we should do was to live well and love our parents, children, as well as our friends and relatives.
At least, we should have a positive attitude towards our lives. Always think good and do good, no matter how ordinary we will be.
Maybe we are weak and incapable, but there will always be a thing that we can do to support ourselves.
God is just. He treats everyone fairly. He always gives each one a road. Don't be afraid that we may not be excellent enough. As long as we are healthy, everything will go well.
I am an ordinary person and I have been trying my best to live. Although I haven't achieved great success, I have tried my best.
I still don't know what the meaning of life is. I only know that we should live healthily, happily, positively and diligently.

Mi chiamo Jan (significa Giovanni) e ho 29 anni. Ho cominciato a lavorare all'università l'anno scorso, dopo aver conseguito il dottorato.

Summary no. 84
On his way back to the police station, Inspector Steine reflected on the implications of Twitten’s current situation. Steine hadn’t taken to the lad yet, and probably never would. Their working relationship had been strained since the beginning, and the Crystal’s murder case had complicated matters further. Twitten had been hypnotised by one of the suspects, who was a phrenologist for profession, into believing that Mrs Groynes was a criminal mastermind. Surely, Steine reasoned, Twitten’s condition would hinder any future investigation. Steine could already picture Twitten accusing Mrs Groynes for any reported crime in the future.
At one point Steine realised that someone had been following him. It was the young reporter Ben Oliver. The lad caught up with Steine and tried to engage him in conversation. Oliver was keen to voice his criticism over Steine and the way he led the latest murder investigation—Oliver adamantly believed that Steine had built his career through lucky events. In particular, Oliver cast doubt on the authenticity of the written confession that had been sent to the police. Oliver was astounded that Steine had accepted the letter’s contents as a self-evident truth. Oliver went as far as to voice his concern that the whole investigation may have been completely ill-considered because Steine wanted to wrap it up as soon as possible. Of course Steine was outraged by these wild accusations, and snapped back sharply at the boy.

This is my first pubblication here and on any other website. I have a little of vocabulary in english. I can to understand when I read simple texts or when I listen videos or movies but I can't expresse myself very well. I don't have practice because I live in Spain and here we speak spanish.
I would like, someday, travel to the UK and live there for a few month, practice the language and know the culture, although for me, the british accent is more difficult that american accent. Perhaps this is because american accent is more usual, for example in movies or music.
Anyway, I'm grateful for any correction
