Wie sieht ein normaler Montagmorgen in der Zukunft aus? Schreiben Sie eine kurze Geschichte.
Altmodische Wecken sind weg. Von dem Nebenzimmer kannst du einen störenden Ton hören. Der Laut wird lauter, nerviger und kriecht ein Gefühl jetzt in dich, dass du diesem Laut irgendwie aufhören musst. Eine Minute später findest du dich, dass du dein Handy 40 mal schaukelst, um den Laut zu stoppen. Endlich kommt die Ruhe aber du bist auch aufgestanden. Nicht mehr zurück ins Bett, doch cool oder? Schnell gehst du in die Dusche und wird sie die beste Wassertemperatur für dich aufsuchen. Unter die Dusche gibt ein Gerät, das du nur mit Haar Shampoo und Spülung abfüllen musst und nach du deine Haare gewaschen lassen hast, wird dieses Gerät deine Kopfhaut mit denen massieren. Dann bleiben sie nach der Dusche, und eine Maschine oben dich wird deine Haare abtrocknen. Du musst nicht mehr einen Handföhn annehmen oder Handtuch benutzen. Einfach setzen, vielleicht im Soziale-Netzwerke durchsuchen und alles wird automatisch tun für dich. Dann kannst du deine Kleidung einfach in ein fortschrittliches Bügeleisen stellen, und es wird automatisch mit Luft bügeln lassen. Kaffee bringt deinen freundlichen Roboter, dann trägst du deine Virtual Reality Brillen und genießt im Strand, in einer Fantasiewelt oder wo du willst durch. Auf Wiedersehen, reale böse Welt.

Un país para vivir un año
Hoy estoy respondiendo a la pregunta siguiente: "Tiene que vivir en el extranjero un año. ¿Qué país eliges y por qué?"
Yo elegiría un país que ya conozco, porque si no lo conozco y que finalmente no quiero mi nuevo país, será dificíl vivir un año entero allí.
Podría elegir Italia. Me gusta Italia, es un país que tiene todo para atraerme: une gastronomía riquísima, una naturaleza maravillosa, una historía apasionante, una cantidad enormísima de obras culturales, monumentos para visitar. Además, la mayoría de mis encuentras con Italianos y viajes a Italia fueron positivas.
El único problema es que no hablo italiano, y no puedo imaginarme vivir en un país cuya lengua no hablo. Por supueso, entiendo el italiano, porque es muy similar al francés, y de verdad puedo construir algunas frases simples, pero tener una gramática correcta y expresar pensamientos de manera sutil... ¡Ese es algo diferente! Aún así, es una pequeñita desventaja por un país que ofrece tantas aventajas.
Mi segunda opción sería naturalmente España, un país muy diverso con muchas bellezas. También he aprecido mis viajes a este país, y pienso que hablo español bastante bien para superar los impedimentos de la vida quotidiana. Quisiera vivir en el País Vasco o en Andalucía, donde el Occidente y el Oriente se encuentran. Un problema que podría surger en Andalucía: el calor. La región es ("¿está?") aún más cálida que el sur de Italia. ¡Dios mio, tendría que beber toda la agua del Guadalquivir (nosotros elefantes bebemos mucho) para soportar el verano andaluce!
En cambio, ¡hay un país con temperaturas suaves, muchas riquezas artísticas y culturales, rica comida, una lengua que hablo y que conozco! Se trata de Austria, un país con una cultura única, que aprecio mucho y que tuve el placer de visitar varias veces.
Seguro, elefantes no son muy comunes en Tirol, pero todavía no he hecho mi elección...

Mis libros
Me compré 3 libros miércoles, y hoy voy a hablar de ellos.
El primer libro es en español, se titula «¿Qué me quieres amor?». Fue escrito en 1995 por Manuel Rivas. Este libro es una colección de relatos, y lo elegí porque su edición está dedicada a los estudiantes de español. Tenemos vocabulario al lado de las palabras complicadas, quizzes, juegos de lengua y informaciónes sobre el autor. Pero pienso que lo que más me gusta sobre todo es el jurnal de lectura que tenemos al final del libro: podemos escribir sobre nuestros personajes favoritos, historias preferidas o cosas que queremos recordar del libro. Me gusto mucho eso porque nos hace interactuar con lo que es escrito, en lugar de tener un papel pasivo.
El segundo libro fue escrito por Gabi Martínez, y se titula «Las Defensas». Tengo la versión en francés. Retrata la historia del doctor Escudero, un neurólogo viviendo en Barcelona que está internado en un hospital psiquiátrico. Es una historia real que también trata del sistema sanitario y la realidad social en España.
Por fin, el ultimo libro que me compré es «Severance», de Ling Ma. Esta novela post-apocalíptica fue escrita en 2018, y trata de una pandemia misteriosa (oooops) que destruye a los Estados Unidos. No entraré en detalles pero me gusta muchísimo el estilo narrativo. Es muy fluido, con diálogos que no tienen puntuación, lo que hace que parezca que estamos en un sueño. El rítmo del libro también es un punto fuerte, porque el protagonista, una mujer de unos 20 años de origen chino, siempre es atascada entre dos cosas; el pasado y el presente, los Estados Unidos y Chine... Voy por la mitad del libro, y hasta ahora realmente lo recomiendo.

Heute gehe ich einkaufen mit meiner Mutter. Ich brauche neue Kleidung für den Sommer. Der Mitarbeiter hilft uns.
Der Mitarbeiter: Hallo! Wie kann ich Ihnen helfen?
Ich: Ich mag diese Shorts. Haben Sie meine Größe?
Der Mitarbeiter: Ich werde sehen. Welche Größe haben Sie?
Ich: Meine Größe ist M.
Der Mitarbeiter: Ja, habe ich sie.
Ich: Danke! Ich werde sie anprobieren. Mama, ist das nicht zu groß?
Die Mutter: Nein, es ist perfekt! Aber magst du die Farbe?
Ich: Nicht wirklich. Ich werde Fragen welchen Farben sie haben. Entschuldigung, welche Farben haben Sie?
Der Mitarbeiter: Was ist deine Lieblingsfarbe?
Ich: Grün! Aber ich mag blau auch.
Der Mitarbeiter: Entschludigung, wir haben sie nicht in grün. Aber wir haben sie in blau und M!
Ich: Das ist perfekt!
Die Mutter: Toll! Wie viel kosten sie?
Der Mitarbeiter: Sie kosten 20 Euro. Wie wollen Sie bezahlen?
Die Mutter: Ich zahle bar.

Hot weather
Today is finally Friday.
All this week, it was so hot. In some cities in my country, we had 40 grades Celsius but in the news said that next week we will be better, with cooler weather. I hope it will be because I don't like the heat. I can't think correctly and I can't concentrate on my studies. Anyways, everyday I study, I exercise and I do everything I need to do.
I feel like a zombie.

Book - A Shot in the Dark - 86
Summary no. 86
Sergeant Brunswick was recovering in hospital from a gunshot wound to his leg. It wasn’t the first time that he had been shot in the leg and he sensed it wouldn’t be the last. What bothered him was the staying in hospital; the food was dreadful and the nursery staff were cold. Lying in bed, Brunswick found he *couldn’t settle to anything positive*. A deep sense of guilt was nagging at him, eating away at his confidence. Brunswick believed that if he had been more thorough when he encountered Professor Mesmer, yesterday’s ghastly events might have been prevented. He run through his encounter with Professor Mesmer. The Sergeant had asked some tricky questions, and Mesmer, clearly out of his depth, gave away too much. When it dawned on the Professor what he had done, he tried to put things right. Mesmer hypnotised Brunswick to try and make him forget whatever he had learned during the interview. The notion that he had been deceived and hypnotised was painful for Brunswick to acknowledge.
*By that I meant that he was worried enough that he couldn’t think about positive stuff.

The Silent Sea (Spoiler)
I'm going to do a big spoiler, so if you are thinking to watch this series, better stop reading now. This entertaining and intersting TV drama, that takes place in a Korean base in the moon's surface has ,however, some noticiable errors.
The first, is about the moon gravity, 1/6 part of Earth, but the astronauts shouldn't know it (irony:on) and move in the same manner than in Earth.
The second problem is even worse. An human can walking and live on the exterior of base without her astronaut suit and breathing nothing, because by I know, on the moon, in the practice, almost there is not atmosphere.

I am writing a scientific article...
Chlorophyll-a concentration is one of the most important marine ecosystem parameters available from satellite imagery. It is widely used to calculate ocean primary production or the radiation balance of the ocean. However, the algorithms for obtaining chlorophyll-a concentrations from satellite data do not always take into account the regional features of the studied ecosystems, for example, rivers bringing suspended sediments and increasing water productivity. The influence of river runoff or melting of ice can change the seawater composition, affecting the inherent hydrooptical characteristics and the distribution of chlorophyll-a in the surface water layer. All this leads to the incorrect performance of the satellite algorithms. One way to solve this problem is to create regional algorithms based on the local datasets, inherently taking into account the characteristic features of the studied region. The presented work discusses various types of algorithms that allow obtaining the chlorophyll-a concentration of in the Kara Sea, based on satellite and in situ remote sensing reflectance.

Ayer, me despiertó a las once y cuarenta y cinco en la mañana. Durmió hasta tarde porque tengo ir a mi trabajo a las tres en la tarde. Cuando me levanté, me duché la cara muy bien porque me quedé maquillaje sobre mi cara. Yo salió a ir mi trabajo a las dos con botanas para más tarde. En el trabajo yo hacé tarea cuando tener tiempo libre. Fui a mi casa a las siete y comer. Después, mi hermana y yo vieron una k-drama. Cuando ella se acostó, yo limpié mi habitación muy bien. Entonces, me acosté a las dos de la mañana.

Prendre le mauvais métro
Il y a deux semaines. Moi et mes classe étaient dans un voyage de classe à la capitale en Suède, Stockholm. La deuxième soir là, moi et mes copains ont décidé de aller à Gröna Lund, un parc d'attractions. Après nous avons mangé de la pizza avec nos classe nous avons pris un bus vers le parc. Mais en train de la route, nous nous arrêtions par la police. Le bus était resté dans quelques minutes avant nous avons roulé encore. Nous avons passé tout la soirée dans la parc et quand il avait dix heures le parc a fermé et nous avons eu besoin de sortir. Nous avons décidé de prendre le métro à l'hôtel parce que nous n'avons pas pu voir de taxis dehors la parc. Donc d'abord nous avons pris un bus vers la station de métro. Alors nous sommes descendus l'escalier et nous sommes allés le métro que nous avons pris la dernière journée. Nous étaient très fatigués et nous voulions dormir lorsque j'ai vu une carte au mur et j'ai réalisé que nous étions dans le mauvais métro. Notre hôtel était dans l'autre sens. Nous avions couru du métro avant il est parti et nous sommes allés le BON métro. Enfin nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel pour dormir après une tellement longue journée.

17 juin 2022 - influencé
Quand j’étais adolescente, j’étais rarement influencé par les autres et je détestais de faire les compromis, par exemple, je n’ouvrais pas le climatiseur même ma sœur qui partageait la chambre avec moi, aimerait bien le faire parce qu’il faisait chaud, mais comme ce n’était pas bon pour la santé et l’environnement, je lui a interdit de le faire. Même à l’école, j’étais assez indépendante et mes amis respectaient mes décisions ou plutôt mon style de vie. Mais ce n’est pas bon pour nouer les amitiés si c’est toujours mes amis qui font les compromis, alors désormais, je prendre plus de considérations à la pensée des autres mais je garde toujours mon point de vue si je crois que c’est correcte. Bon en tout cas, ma sœur s’est bien adaptée à l’été sans climatiseur et maintenant elle ne l’ouvre pas même si on ne partage plus une chambre.

Люди обычно едят три раза в день - завтрак, обед и ужин. Там много выборов еда. В наше время, наша диета непохоже как наши предки. Они охотились для еду, и иногда не едят для дни. Еда была для выжить. Хотя их диета была не очень питательная, их пищеварительные системы взяли перерыв. Когда люди едят три раза в день, это не происходит.
Сейчас, люди выучат о преимуществе и недостатке прерывистого поста. Еда должна быть сбалансированная - углеводы, жиры, белок, молочные продукты, фрукты и овощи. После исследования, я сейчас ем один раз в день, и потом не ем для двадцать три часы.

Стереотипы о Франции (2/2)
Сейчас, я продолжаю с текстом о стереотипах связанных с Францией и французами.
Третий стереотип о Франции: "Франция = Париж". Ну, это не действительный стереотип, скорее репутация, которую многие культурные продукты и средства информаций распространяют, но сейчас, я предлагаю, что эта репутация запечлелась в коллективное бессознательное. В любом случае, она совершенно неправильна. Париж, такий как Нью-Йорк или Москва — "глобальное город", значит, что эти городы создают микрокосмы, миниатурные верции нашего мира, в масштабе одного города. Париже определённо отличается от парижскего пригорода, и ещё более от остальной Франции. Если вы хотите видеть настояшую Францию, или как живут французи в общем, какую культуру они делят, не путешествуйте в Париж.
Четвертый стереотип о французах: они всегда ворчают и забастовать. Отчасти, это верно. Я признаю, что мы пессимистический народ. Мы всегда видём стакан наполовину пустым, итак, мы концентрируемся на том, что не в порядке; поэтому, мы ворчаем и забастуем. Иногда, это раздражающая склонность, но в конце концов, я достаточно рад, что люди бороятся за права, которые предки выиграли ценной крови, иногда смерти. Я предпочитаю некоторые неоправданные забастовки недействию людей, которые допускалы бы что угодно.

Personnage prinicipale
Chaque histoire a besoin d'une bonne personnage prinicipale. En general c'est le caractère plus important. Je ne suis pas sûr qui decide bonne une personnage prinicipale. J'ai déjà lit quelques livre mais pas assez pour savoir qui fait exactement ce type de caractère mieux ou pire. Tous que je sais c'est que en majorité du temps la personnage principale n'est pas mon favourite. De plus à mon avis une qualité d'un personnage prinicipale doit être l'indispensabilité pour l'histoire.

I decide to practice English writing skills here every day and hope that a few months ago I can earn some rewards.
Today, I want to recommend a comic I have read recently called Purple Hyacinth. The story is about a policewoman, who can detect others' lies, want to trace the truth behind her parent's and a best friend's deaths. The authors describe the story like a movie, with nice music they made playing on each of the chapters. I love the dialogue and the art in this comic. It is a slow burn, but the beauty of the story lies in a way that attracts me to read it once and once again. I am so impressed with this story and expect to read the new chapter next week.

What should you avoid when dealing with an insecure person?
You should keep being honest and careful. You may hurt an insecure person unconsciously because they usually are sensitive. I am an insensitive man, and I tend to say something funny with a little bit offensive to make people laugh. Most people are enjoying this when I do that. They understand I am flirting with them and making the atmosphere good, but It doesn’t work to insecure people. I hurt someone before I didn’t realize some people are not allowed you act abstracted and a little bit excess. They have more feellings and sensory ability naturally, that is they are born wih. I can not just care myself and talk something which they may feel bad to them. Then I start recongnize which one would be acceptable for my joking. I will be very gentle if I meet someone who is insecure.
You should care about these guys and mind actions yourself because they did not make any mistakes. They are they born with.

在头上顶着书的陌生女士对我们说：“这是我们国家政策的必然结果。”
在踮脚的朋友疑问：“这和政策有什么关系？”
女士解释道：“政客难道不是说自己会创造很多工作吗？”
左手在头上的我回复：“是的，由于自动化工具的普遍使用，政客想要安慰人们，减轻他们的担忧，保障他们的工作。”
女士说：“对了，他们采取了‘零失业率政策’，结果就是人们都有工作，但是很少人有有价值的工作。你的工作是什么？”
我稍微有点得罪地辩护自己：“嗯，我和家人都是左手放在头上者。这个行业很兴旺，因为大多数人是左撇子，所以我们行业远远超过右手放在头上的行业。”

Cold Showers
I started taking cold showers, and it feels like it will change my life (soon).
In the past three months I started creating good habits. I've been exercising, running, and reading. And for the past week, I've been taking cold showers.
Why am I doing it? I read some text about it, and it seemed that it gives you a lot of benefits. Some of these benefits are: reducing muscle soreness (after working out); increasing circulation; boost weight loss. Though, the benefit that caught my attention was that it may improve your productivity.
Taking cold showers it's an enormous challenge, mainly during cold Seasons (Winter or Autumn). Where I live, it's Autumn right now, so it was the perfect to start doing it. If I can do it in some of the coldest days of the year, I can do it any day. Similarly to running, if you can do it, every thing else gets easier.
I can't run everyday, because I would end up injuring myself. In the days that I don't run, I feel unmotivated. So, cold showers is the perfect addition to my routine. In the days that I do run, it's an additional challenge. In the days that I don't, it's the big challenge of the day.
The book Atomic Habits talks about routines and rituals; a routine is something that you do regularly; a ritual is what you do before a habit. For example, I always warm up before running (it's my ritual). If I warm up, I know for sure that I'll run as soon as I finish doing it. Running and/or taking cold showers work as my ritual. If I can complete it, I know that I'll be capable of doing everything that I need to do in the day. Taking cold showers makes me feel unstoppable.

Une autre poussée de croissance
Aujourd’hui quand j’ai parlé avec ma fille j’ai remarqué qu’elle avait quelques bleues sur ses jambes. Je l’ai demandé qu’est-ce que c’est passé et sa réponse m’a fait rire. Elle m’a dit qu’elle traversait une poussée de croissance et qu’elle était un peu maladroite. Elle m’a expliqué que quand elle avait joué au soccer elle avait la misère à botter la balle et elle manqué de la coordination. Le résultat c’était qu’elle avait quelques collisions avec les autres joueurs et joueuses. Elle n’était pas embarrassé, mais, par contre elle trouvait ça drôle.
Je me souviens que quand j’avais 13 ou 14 ans j’ai vécu le même expérience. Pendant l’été j’ai grandi beaucoup et quand je me suis retourné à l’école je me sentais comme un petit giraffe. J’avais la misère à contrôlé mon corps. A l’époque j’étais très impliqué dans le basket-ball et mon tir était tout mêlé. J’avais aucune idée où la balle va aller. Cependant, je n’étais pas aussi mature que ma fille. J’étais vraiment embarrassé et mal à l’aise. Heureusement, après quelques mois j’ai retrouvé mon coordination et tout c’est retourné à normal.
Les poussées de croissances fait partie de la vie. Est-ce que vous avez vécu un experience similaire et si oui, comment est-ce que vous avez réagir?
