Qu’est-ce que la méthode Kaizen?
Le mot kaizen est un mot japonais qui est composé de “kai”, qui signifie changement, et “zen” qui signifie “bon”. Si vous le traduisez en français ça devient amélioration continue. C’est un concept qui est vraiment important dans l’apprentissage. L’idée c’est que si vous améliorez un peu chaque jour, au cours du temps ces améliorations vont produire des grands changements.
C’est un concept qui est assez facile à comprendre mais c’est difficile d’appliquer parce que ça prendre beaucoup de patience. Je suis golfeur et je vais utiliser mon swing pour l’expliquer. L’année passe j’ai décidé que je veux le changer. Ce n’étais pas pire, mais ce n’étais pas aussi constant que je voudrais. J’étais capable de frapper des bons coups mais aussi des mauvais. Alors, j’ai engagé un instructeur et nous avons décidé de rebâtir mon swing. C’était vraiment difficile. J’ai décidé d’arrêter de jouer au golf pour un peu de temps et nous avons commencé au début. Pour les premières quelques leçons nous avons même pas tenir un bâton. Il m’a démontrée comment il veut que je bouge mon corps et j’ai pratiqué devant un mirror.
Cet été je suis capable de répéter les mouvements avec un bâton de golf. C’est loin d’être parfait mes c’est beaucoup mieux qu’avant. J’ai encore beaucoup de travail à faire mais je peux voir le progrès que j’ai fait.
Le plus difficile n’étais pas les changements elle-même, c’était la patience. J’ai arrêté de jouer au golf et c’était difficile de regarder mes amis jouer pendant que je pratique. Je suis super compétitif et je voudrais être sur le terrain avec eux.

Die Arbeit während der Ferien
Heutzutage empfinden viele Leute ihre Arbeit als anstrengend, deshalb machen sie ihren Urlaub an verschiedenen Orten, entweder Inland oder Ausland.
Ich denke, dass manche Mitarbeiter während ihres Urlaubs oder ihrer Ferien arbeiten, um mehr zu verdienen.
Persönlich arbeite ich nur an Werktagen nehme ich keine Arbeit an, nicht nur während der Reise oder Ferien, sondern auch am Wochenende, weil ich finde, dass es mein Recht ist, mich von der Arbeit zu erholen und zu entspannen.

Kochunterricht Präsentieren
Guten Tag meine Damen und Herrn. Heute möchte ich gern über das wichtige Thema " Kochunterricht " sprechen, das immer aktuell ist und mehrere interesante Aspekte bietet. Zuerst möchte ich meine personliche Erfahrung zeigen. Darüber hinaus möchte ich auch die Situation in meinem Heimatland erklären. Danach nenne ich die Vor- Nachteile. Außerdem äußere ich meine Meinung dazu. Abschließend können Sie Fragen stellen.
Zunächst komme ich zu meinen personlichen Erfahrung. Als ich Kind war, hatte ich kein Kachunterricht in meiner Schule , aber meine Mutter hat mir beigebracht, wie man Reiz und Nudeln kochen kann. Das hat mir viel Spaß gemacht. Was ich auch anfassen möchte, ist die Situation in meinem Heimatland. Dort gibt es kein Kochunterricht in den Schulen und lernen Kinder das Kochen erst, wenn sie groß sind.
Jetzt möchte ich die Vor - Nachteile erwähnen. Einerseits können sich die Schüler auf das Leben vorbereiten. Zusätzlich lernen sie etwas Neues. Zum Beispiel, die Arten von Obst und Gemüse.
Andererseits ist das Kuchen für Kinder gefährlich, wenn die Werkzeug von ihnen nicht richtig benutzt werden. Auf jeden Fall tendiere ich eher zur Ansicht , dass Kochenunterricht für Kinder notwendig ist, aber die Kinder müssen unter der Aufsicht der Lehrer bleiben, um sich nicht zu verletzen.
Damit bin ich am Ende meiner Präsentation und möchte mich bei Ihnen für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit bedanken. Ich würde gern Ihre Fragen beantworten .

我小的时候，我在一个非常小的城镇长大了。 在城镇里，所有人都互相认识了。

Je veux écrire tous les jours
Hier, j’ai écrit un journal ici. J’ai reçu des retours de très valeur. Pour moi, c’est une exercice très bien, parce que j’ai la chance de m’exprimer et de chercher des mots que je veux utiliser.
Alors, je pense que si j’écris un peu de français tous les jours, je peux apprendre des phrasés utiles.
Pour le moment, j’étudie un manual français et écris les journals ici.
Je vais passer un mois au Montréal, quand je vais avoir la cours français et des événements culturels que l’université de montréal organise.
J’espère que je peux comprendre et parler plus français après ça.

Is it normal to feel indifferent in a relationship?
It is not good but it is normal. I have seen a lot of friends tell me that they would never fall in love with someone after they break up. They start becoming indifferent because they think it can help to protect them away from love hurting. Some of them became a playboy or girl, and some of them became single beliefs.
In my opinion, I understand why they change, but I don’t agree with them. There are three reasons:
1. Being hurt by love is not the reason you can hurt others in a relationship. Being indifferent is usually a pattern of hurting others. Your partner may feel he/she loves you so much.
2. Becoming indifferent indicates that you are not strong, because you cannot stand bad emotions.
3. You can choose those people who make you feel passionate, you can leave those people who make you feel indifferent. Why are you staying in a relationship which makes you feel not happy?
I hope you can find the one who you really want to flirt with and treat that one who is still in your relationship kindly, he/she is innocent. Good luck!

My Favorite Social Media
I love Reddit so much.
Now-a-days, world is going to sh*t. We're living through a pandemic, a war, a economic recession, a mental heath crisis, and environmental collapse. That said, the trending posts on Instagram are fake and edited versions of life. It makes no sense.
Social media changed our lives for the worse. We have the most powerful tool in our hands, but we keep chasing unrealistic goals. This needs to stop.
I quit using most social media apps a long time ago. But, one of the few social media that I use to this day is Reddit. As far as I know, Reddit and Quora are the only established social medias that focus on content rather than individuals. Quora is a forum platform where you can ask almost anything; Reddit is a social network of communities where you are pseudo-anonymous.
Reddit is organized into subreddits (topics) where you can make posts. People will read, comment, and upvote/downvote your post or comments. Upvoted posts are more relevant than downvoted posts, so chances are you'll see what the people in the community thought was interesting. The only information you can gather about the poster is their post and comment history.
This type of structure changes the focus from who is posting to what they are posting. And that's why I love Reddit.

Le travail du story artist
Maintenant, je travail comme une story artiste (ou artiste de l'histoire) à Los Angeles. Un story artiste est un artiste qui dessine les premier images, qui s'appelle 'story boards' pour les séries ou les films d'animations aux États-Unis. Pour moi, je dessine les story boards pour les films!
Avec le réalisateur et le scénariste, l'équipe de l'histoire (story team) travail à créer les personnages attrayants et l'histoire intéressant.
Après j'ai reçu le scénario de scénariste, on a environ une semaine à dessiner le premier version de scène. Alors, on présentera le scène à le réalisateur et tout l'équipe. Suivant, on discutera si il y a les problèmes avec les motivations de personnages ou l'histoire.
Pour ce travail, je dois dessiner très vite et un scène pourrait avoir plus de 100 images. Les scènes action surtout sont vraiment long!
J'adore les histoires et les films, donc j'aime mon travail beaucoup.

¡Hoy vamos a hablar de cinco maneras de perder tu trabajo! Ahora, recuerda que hay un arte de ser despedido; ¡no es cómo te pueden despedir por falta de dinero! Por lo tanto, no te sientas mal si no lo puedes lograr la primera vez. ¡Siempre habrá otra oportunidad! Y sin más retraso:
1. Traer tu mascota al trabajo
En esto tienes que tener mucho cuidado ya que cada vez más empleos permiten las mascotas, así que deberías comprobar que los animales están prohibidos en tu lugar de trabajo. No obstante, esto también es una de las maneras más fáciles de ser despedido. Por alguna razón, a muchos jefes no les gustan las caras dulces de perros ni gatos.
Una cosa más: para aumentar tus casualidades de ser despedido, usa una culebra. A nadie le gustan los serpientes.
2. Llegar tarde todos los días
¿Quieres dormir más? ¡Ahora lo puedes hacer! Llegar tarde todos los días al trabajo es otra manera muy fácil de perderlo. Además, el esfuerzo es mínimo y puedes usar ese tiempo libre para hacer otras actividades.
3. Crear un ejército de robots malvados
Esta toma un poquito más tiempo, pero también trae con ella la habilidad de conquistar el mundo, lo que no sea de todo malo ¿verdad? Ahora, lo primero que vas a necesitar hacer es...

El color naranja
Estoy muy cansada hoy, entonces voy a hablar de mi color preferido.
Me gusta el color naranja. Es la color de los agrumos, el sol por la tarde y los balónes de baloncesto. Cuando fue pequeña me gustaba el rojo y el amarillo, porque representan el color de las fresas y las girasoles (mi flor preferida). Pero el naranja es la mezcla perfecta de los dos. En general me gustan mucho las colores calientes («couleurs chaudes» en francés, no sé como se dice en español...), lo que explica porque mi ropa se parece a ropa de carnaval... ¡Pienso que tengo sólo dos vestidos negros!

風邪と旅行
今週、風邪はひいちゃった。コロナかもしれない。お母さんがCOVID検査を診断した場合、陽性反応がでた。でもCOVIDか否か、症状の現れのタイミングはもう一つの原因があると思う。その原因は、三週前から一週前までの旅行が齎した体の弱みだ。今月1日から5日まで、そして9日から11日まで旅行していた。免疫学によると、人間は緊張している間に免疫系が弱くなる。風邪の症状の原因はウイルスに対する免疫反応なので、免疫系が弱い時、風邪の症状も出ない。しかし、症状は出なくても、ウイルスはまだ生殖している。なので、弛緩すると、免疫系が強くなって風邪の症状はまた出る。
この状態の原因はそのようなことだと思う。私は旅行すると緊張になる。なので11日に家に戻って12日からやっと休憩し始めたことで、風邪をひいちゃったと思う。

Mes jours de repos
Qu’est-ce que tu fais pendant tes journées de repos?
Mes journées de repos sont toujours tres occupés. Je me lève à 8h du matin et je fais mes exercices corporels pour a peu près 30 minutes. Je commence toujours avec un échauffement de 5 à 10 minutes. J’essaie de bouger pour monter mon rythme cardiaque. Parfois, je joue avec un ballon de football ou un ballon de basket-ball. L’importance c’est de bouger et commencer à suer. Après ça j’essaie de faire une combinaison d’exercices incluant les pompes, les squats, les planks et les pull ups. Il y a des journées ou je ne veux pas faire mes entraînements, mais je sens toujours mieux à la fin.
Après mes exercices, j’essaie de manger quelque chose et préparer pour la journée. Quand je suis pret pour la journée je commence à boire mon café et d’étudier un peu de français. Aujourd’hui, j’ai étudié un peu de la grammaire et j’ai lu quelques chapitres d’un livre qui s’appelle “un rien peu tout changer”.
Finalement, je sors pour pratiquer mon élan de golf et jouer dix-huit trous. A la fin de la journée je suis vraiment fatigué et je dors comme un bébé.

L'ambition
À mon avis les ambitions sont importants pour une bonne vie. Chacune a besoin d'une rêve qu'il veut attirer. Il y a ce proverb qui dit "Quelqu'un avec une objetif peut endurer tous". Ce n'est pas grave si on n'a pas éncore trouvé mais cherhché quelque chose, bien sûr il y a quelque choses pour tout le monde. Peu importe comme grande cette rêve est, si tu veux vraiment l'attirer ça marche.

Journal
When I finished middle school studying, I left my hometown and studied at a specialized secondary school which is in the city l live in now.
My hometown is about 70 kilometers away from the city, so I could only go back to my home on summer breaks and winter breaks.
I didn't have much pressure on studies when I was in that specialized school, because students who were accepted by specialized schools meant that they already got the qualification to work for the government after three years of studying.
Therefore, life in that specialized school was very different from when it was in middle school. We were very relaxed and could have a little fun.
Learning to sing new songs almost became a habit of every student. Each of them would have a notebook that was used to write down some new songs.
I remember there was a movie back then called "A Sweet Career" and the movie had the theme music called "Our Lives are Full of Sunshine", which was a little popular.
So I learned to sing it and after a while of practice I could pull it off.
In the summer break, I went back to my village. One night, I slept with other teenagers on the threshing ground. I sang this song for them and they were surprised.
Now, I want to translate the song's lyrics for you.

einfach Sätze bilden
1. Hinsichtlich ihrer Anliegen müssen wir noch darüber reden, ob wir ihre wünschen wirklich erfüllen können, da bin ich mir auch nicht sicher.
2. Hinsichtlich ihr Zertifikat und ihre Arbeitserfahrung bin ich der Ansicht, dass Sie übergebildet sind, es passt dieser Stelle nicht.
3. Der Bedarf von Kunden ist so wichtig, dass wir nicht bedenkenlos behandeln sollen.
4. Wenn ich solches motivierte Video anschaue, bin ich sofort begeistert, und möchte womöglich etwas in meinen Leben ändern. Aber allmählich verpuffe ich die Anfangsbegeisterung.
5. Sie hat zwar eine Arbeit gefunden, aber durch solche Arbeit kann sie nichts erlernen. Solche Arbeit kann man sogar die Ansicht in den 30 Jahren sehen, nichts würde verändert. sie kann nur Tag für Tag die gleichen Dinge wiederholen. Welche Fähigkeit sie jetzt hat, würde ganzen Leben lang gleich beleiben. und langsam hat sie in diser Gesellschaft keine Konkurenzfähigkeit mehr.
6. In beruflicher Hinsicht ist diese Arbeit schon seine Grenzen gestoßen, es überfordert ihn.
7. Es fällt mir schwer, ständig mit Künden Kontakt zu knüpfen.
8. In Maßen ihre Figur kann ich darüber spekulieren, dass sie bestimmt nicht nur gesund ernährt sonder auch oft Sport macht.
9. Während der Besprechung vermerke ich der wichtige Stichpunkt in meinem Computer. Um nach der Tagung mich noch erinnern zu können.
10. Die Gebrauchsanweisung hat schon alle Details dargelegt, du musst nur alles aufmerksam durchlesen, dann verstehst du sicher, wie du es bedienen sollst.

Несмотря на то, что изначально американская армия удалась отогнать Талибан из страны, организация уничтожила то, что принадлежало к обычной людям. Например, солдаты вырезали газопроводы, которые были намерены поставлять газ для приготовления и других цел, в акте саботажа против оккупантов.
бесспорно то, что без газа, никто не могло приготовить еду, даже если земля достаточно плодородная, чтобы воспитать множество растений.
В конце концов, Талибан одержал победа против коалиции, когда достигал до президентской дворца после 20 лета. Итак, припологается, что все прогресс в экономической поле страны был зря.

Plus de trois professeurs de cette même discipline m’ont accusée d’être toujours en retard et m’ont stressée l’importance d’être à l’heure. De plus, ils ont l’impression que j’étais seulement en retard pour leurs leçons, ce qui est faux, parce que je suis en retard presque pour tous les cours, sauf si j’ai un cours auparavant ou bien si je ne viens pas chez moi. Donc, ma response est toujours : « mais non, je suis arrivée déjà plus tôt pour votre leçon… » mais ils ne me croient pas. Tant pis !

War Fatigue
In the last few days, I have begun to hear about this term very often. The first one was when reading an article in the British newspaper “The Guardian”. After that, I started being more aware of its use.
“War Fatigue” basically means being tired of war. I cannot imagine anybody who is in favour of wars just because that is the way it is. Of course, if your country is invaded and your people slaughtered, then, everything is different. Ukrainians would be happier living peacefully but for Putin launching a full-scale invasion of their loved homeland. According to the findings of a survey carried out by The European Council on Foreign Relations, in the weeks and months since the invasion of Ukraine, Europeans surprised both Putin and themselves by their unity and decisiveness. After the UK leaving the EU and other countries thinking about taking the same decision, Putin miscalculated the effect the invasion of Ukraine would have on the member states of the EU. Rather than refusing to welcome the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian refugees coming every day since the war started, European countries received them with open arms, especially Poland. Nothing like that had ever happened before. Not only did the EU take in the millions of Ukrainians fleeing their country but it also sent humanitarian aid. The EU went to such great lengths as to send weaponry to try and help Ukrainian fight off its invaders.
At the start of the war, Putin thought it would take him just a few days to capture Kyiv and overthrow the Ukrainian elected president. However, he could not be more mistaken. Now, after almost 120 days since the invasion of Ukraine started, the war has begun to take its toll on Europeans and they are split between those who want the war to end as quick as possible and those who want justice to be done. In other words, economic stability versus holding Putin responsible for the many war crimes committed during the invasion of Ukraine.

據報導，6月14日聯合國秘書長古特雷斯呼籲用技術為殘疾人營造更包容的環境。在當天開幕的 「殘疾人權利公約」，他說通過技術我們的社會就可以促進平等，也可以大破各種屏障。更加，如果我們利用技術，我們可以鼓勵殘疾人參與勞動力市場。新冠疫情特別對殘疾人有很嚴重的影響，所以用技術營造更好的生存環境很重要。
當然保障技術可及性很不容易。全球10億多人需要輔助技術，但有不少人其中無法獲得他們需要的。而且，即是我們可以解決物流問題，還有技術合適不合適的問題。現代技術有限制，還有很多無法解決的問題。如果我們真的想用技術為殘疾人讓世界更舒服，我們先得發達更多樣的技術，也得建立更健全的物流體系。
