일기
이번 주에 우리 가족의 집에서 지냈다. 화요일에 DTW공항에 버스로 갔다. 수요일에 나하고 엄마와 아빠는 네 제일 좋아하는 음식점에서 먹고 싶어서 아시아 타운에 갔다. 앤아버에서는 많은 아시아 음식점 없어서 아시아 음식이 그리운다. 목요일에 딤섬을 많이 먹었다. 보통 우리 가족은 양식하고 전통 음식을 섞였다. 예를 들면 올해 딤섬과 호박 파이를 만들었다. 금요일에 일렬로 청바지를 쌌다. 여행 가방을 싸면서 청바지 두 개에 구멍이 있다는 것을 발견했다. 토요일에 앤아버에 돌아 왔다. 빨래하고 숙제를 했다. 나는 아파트에서 혼자 있어서 룸메이트들이 그러웠다. 그런데 티비를 독차지할 수 있었어요…

The Daily Life of Susan Sontag
The American writer Susan Sontag is well-known not only for her literary heritage but also for her curiosity toward new people, interesting books and music. One of her close friends recalled that she could read up to five novels and listen up to ten operas a week, switching from reading to listening and backward so as to not become bored. Her interest in life, art, and people compelled her early on to choose her life path. From the moment she got access to a library and became familiar with different writers and their books, she was keen to become a writer. “I realised that people give up on their dreams because they simply quit at some point. So, in this case I simply will not quit,” said Sontag.
It may seem that with such confidence her success as a writer should have been just a matter of time. But in fact, there were a lot of impediments on her path, which substantially slowed her down. To begin with, Sontag’s writing process was far from impressive, given the speed with which she consumed books and poetry. She wrote books at a rather slow pace, editing and polishing every piece of writing until it was perfect. For instance, it took her nine years to write nine essays for her book On Photography. At first she preferred writing by hand and wrote lying in her bed, surrounding herself with her favourite books. But at a certain point she began suffering from severe pain due to writing by hand.
To stay productive, she moved to a desktop, bought a typewriter and a stiff chair. Still, this adjustment didn’t help, and she continued to be plagued with an ache in her neck and fingers. She eventually got used to it and even said: “Writing is a gambe. You should exchange some part of yourself in order to get results.” She also asserted that pain improved her creativity and helped her to concentrate on writing.
After Sontag went to university at 15, her writing was quickly noticed by newspaper owners and editors. It seems that given her eagerness for writing and interest from the editors, she could have achieved her dreams rather quickly. However, at 16 she met her future husband, who was 11 years older than her, and at the time they met, already had a successful career as a teacher at a university. He proposed to her only ten days after their first date and, soon thereafter, Sontag became pregnant. At first she was thrilled with the prospects of their new life, but as it turned out, not for long. Even though at first she enjoyed her life as a newlywed and the high-brow university friends she made through her husband, soon thereafter she confessed to herself that her relationship lacked passion, and filed for divorce.
After a while she moved to the city with her small child and found a job as an editor at a local newspaper, notably refusing time and time again any financial support from her ex-husband. During that period, she never had enough money and often found herself doing many side jobs in order to afford raising her child. Surprisingly, she still managed to carve out some time for her writing. When Sontag was asked later how she did it, she responded that she gave up some unimportant tasks, such as cooking for her son. “I never felt the need to do it. In fact, I’ve never cooked, only heated”, she said.
Another impediment to Sontag's writing was her unwillingness to be alone; she had always been outgoing and preferred spending time at parties and concerts. Sontag was aware that her inclination toward a social life had nothing in common with writer’s work, and was frightened that this peculiarity could harm her writing efficiency. As a result, she harshly condemned herself for this, but, nevertheless, couldn’t resist social gatherings. Her little son, in his stead, often slept either alone at home or in the houses of his mother's friends.
In the second part of her life Sontag become addicted to Dexamyl, an antidepressant similar to amphetamine but without its side effects. In her words, the barbiturate tremendously increased her efficiency in work and let her write for 20 hours without stop. She said that Dexamyl eliminated the need to eat, sleep, and urinate, so she could purely concentrate on her work. Sontag continued to use the drug for 20 years, although in a smaller doses later on. When a journalist once asked her in an interview, if she ever smoked weed, Sontag responded: “To work efficiently I need good speed. Grass, as you probably know, has a completely opposite effect, so I don’t like it.”

Por dos días, estaba tratando de resolver un problema con el proyecto que mantengo. Se llama code-server y es una aplicación web, un IDE.
Después de más o menos 12 horas de investigación, encontré el problema. Se me olvidó cambiar los permisos de un archivo en el proceso de CI. Ahora todo está en orden.

私のふるさとはタンホア県のトースアンというところです。タインホアは中心地域の最北中部て、熱帯季節風気候に位置しています。周りを海にかこまれています。丘と山がタインホアの面積の 2/3 を占める。ホーチミン市にくらべてタンホアでは平均気温が23 – 24度です。また、タンホアはたいふうが多いちいきです。そのため、大雨にそなえて、さいしんのきしょうじょうほうにきをつけています。有名な観光はホー王朝の城塞のようなれきしがあります。タンホア県といえばnem chuaと呼ばれる食べ物が有名です。ぶたにくやぶたかわをつくられました。Nem chua はおいしい限ります。観光客は、みんなが味(あじ)を楽しむ(たのしむ)ために贈り物としてここに買いに来ます。

La suerte en la vida amorosa
Hoy marca los tres años y medio de pareja con mi novia. La conocí en un sitio de citas y nos vamos a casar el año próximo. Creo que tuve mucha suerte porque había estado en el sitio por menos de un mes cuando entré en contacto con ella. Ni siquiera tuve ninguna mala cita antes de conocerla.
Mientras tanto hay un montón de personas que quieren encontrar el amor y después de haber pasado años buscando, no lo consiguen. Conozco a uno de mis compañeros de trabajo que está en esa situación. Se inscribió en un sitio de citas hace más de un año y sólo una mujer le respondió. No tuvo ninguna cita con nadie ni el en sitio ni afuera. Es verdad que no he visto su perfil y quizás no es bueno pero tampoco era el mío.
Entonces creo que la gran diferencia entre nuestras experiencias es la suerte. Siento que encontré el amor casi sin esfuerzo mientras que otros hacen mucho sin resultados.

Film ansehen
Liebe Sara,
wie geht es dir? Hoffentlich ist alles in Ordnung. Zurzeit bin ich super.
Wie du weißt, bin ich am Wochenende ins Kino gegangen, aber ich war allein, weil du unglücklich nich mit mir kommen konntest.
Eigentlich habe ich sehr interessanten Film gesehen. Der war einen romantischen Film. Was mir besonderes gefallen hat, ist nicht nur die Films geschichte, sondern auch die leichte Englisch Sprache.
Was hältst du davon, mir nächste Woche zu besuchen, um uns zusammen ins Kino zu gehen und einen neuen Film anzusehen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, falls das klappt.

El manillar de la bici
Llevo tiempo practicando ciclismo y hace unos años aprendí a montar una bici sin usar el manillar. Al principio quería aprender a manejar la bici sin manos por diversión. A veces cuando pasaba a un amigo en bici movía los brazos de broma como si estuviera corriendo en pie. Sin embargo, poco a poco dominaba el técnico por la necesidad de llevar mercancía entre diferentes sitios. No tener que controlar la bici con el manillar significaba que mis manos estaban libres para sostener bolsas, paquetes, lo que sea. Así que por costumbre ya no uso el manillar incluso cuando no tengo nada en las manos. Pero, algo insólito me ocurrió hace unos días en camino al trabajo. Era una mañana fría y mantenía las manos en los bolsillos de mi abrigo para protegerlas del frío. Después de hacer una gira, de pronto escuché el bocino de un vehículo, así que me moví al borde de la calle pensando que el conductor me estaba señalando que hiciera a un lado para dejarlo pasar. Finalmente me detuve para ver que era una patrulla y el policía quería regañarme por no usar el manillar. Me avisó que la bici es un vehículo por lo que debía de controlarla con las manos como cualquier otro medio de transporte.

Une recette de cannellonis
Je cherche toujours des recettes simples. Celles qu’on peut préparer dans une poêle comme des casseroles. L’autre jour, je suis tombée sur une recette des cannellonis qui me semblait d’être assez facile. En plus, c’était un plat végétarien. Ces jours-ci, de plus en plus j’aime manger des plats végétariens particulièrement pour le dîner. Chez nous, nous avons réservé trois jours pr semaine pour être végétariens.
Alors, retournons à ma nouvelle recette. Le plat est plein de légumes : les épinards, une demi-citrouille, une courgette et une carotte. Vraiment très nutritif et bonne pour la santé. Aussi à mon avis, on peut utiliser n’importe quels légumes qui sont dans le frigo. La première étape, on gratte la citrouille, la carotte et la courgette. Ensuite, on coupe finement les épinards et puis mélange tous les légumes dans un grand bol. Et puis on fait le cuire légèrement sur la cuisinière.
Séparément, on fouette deux œufs avec 500 grammes de ricotta. J’utilise toujours de la ricotta faible en gras. Mon mari a un taux de cholestérol élevé et doit faire attention. Comme prochaine étape, on mélange une moitié de la ricotta avec les légumes et l’assaisonne avec du sel et du poivre. On tient l’autre moitié de côté. Après ça, on remplit les tubes de cannellonis, verse le melange de ricotta sur le dessus et saupoudre de fromage mozzarella et le fait cuire à four. Selon la recette, il sera prêt dans 40 minutes. Il devrait être brun doré sur le dessus.

Jede Person sollten wie ein Computer benutzen lernen, außerdem ist das sehr wichtig für jede Stelle. Man kann nicht nur neue Informationen lernen, als viele Unterhaltung auch haben. Man kann die Studium recherchieren, Computerspiele spielen, ein Film ansehen usw. Beim Computer hilft, kann man schnelle Aufgaben lösen. Leuten können sich entspannen und befreit sich schnell von Arbeitsstress. Wegen der Sicherheit dem Computers kann man zahlreiche wichtige Dokumente speichern. Um ein Computer zu haben, sollte man Geld haben aber viele Leute können nicht leisten. Statt ein Computer zu kaufen, kann man auf einem Internetcafé gehen. Ohne das Internet zu haben, gibt es nicht soviele Dinge. Computer-Geräte kostet viel Geld und arme Leute können nicht leisten. Lange Stunden im Computer könnte schlecht für die Augen sein. Die Computer-Geräte brauchen auch oft Wartung und es gibt hart. Viele Jugendlichen sind süchtig wegen des Computers.

BENOTUNG
In der heutigen Bildung spielt die Benotung eine wichtige Rolle bei der Beurteilung der Schülerleistung. Durch die Benotung kann der gegenwärtige Wissens- und Leistungsstand der Schüler widergespiegelt werden. Aufgrund der wichtigen Rolle der Benotung möchte ich Ihnen meine Meinung dazu verraten.
Meines Erachtens sollten Schüler zum Lernen motiviert werden und die Benotung ist eine gute Methode, dies zu tun. Andererseits bringt die Benotung negative Konsequenzen für die Schüler. Die Schüler, die schlechte Noten bekommen, können selbstironisch sein, wenn jemand sie mit anderen vergleicht. Das kann zu Depressionen und zu psychologischen Problemen.
Einer der Hauptgründe, weshalb die Benotung so verbreitet ist, ist dass sie eine ziemlich effektive Methode nicht nur für Lehrer, sondern auch für Schüler darstellt. Oftmals benötigen Lehrkräfte Benotung, um zu beurteilen, was sie entsprechend dem Lehrplan unterrichten. Dementsprechend können Lehrpersonen den Lehrstoff an die Bedürfnisse der Schüler anpassen. Zusätzlich hat die Benotung auch eine motivierende Funktion, damit Schüler sich beim Lernen anstrengen können.
Anstelle traditioneller Bewertungsmethoden sollten moderne Bewertungsmethoden eingesetzt werden. Zum Beispiel können Lehrer die Schüler durch Präsentationen oder Lernspiele beurteilen. So eine Bewertungsmethode bereichert nicht nur die fachlichen Inhalte, sondern auch die Fähigkeiten der Schüler. Wenn die Schüler eine Präsentation mit anderen Schülern vorbereiten, können sie Teamfähigkeit erlernen.
Zusammenfassend möchte ich sagen, dass eine regelmäßige Benotung nicht notwendig ist, weil wir viel bessere Bewertungsmethoden anwenden können.

After receiving the warning message, I removed the VPN, reinstalled my Samsung phone again, and never use the phone's data stream to browse any banned website with any proxy leaking applications till now.
Pixel phone is always put at home for safety, the system language is English or Japanese, because I am learning the two languages at the same time, a language environment is necessary. I don't or dare not install any local apps made in China on the Pixel phone. Especially the powerful Wechat, I 100% believe that's a Trojan app.
It's stupid and funny that some people show their Huawei phone, more and more people come to know it is listening to you all the time. Some people said some of the controversial pictures were remotely deleted from Huawei phones. Some police would get free mobile phones from the government, they were all Huawei.
