仕事中亡くなった記者
「国境なき記者団」という団体によると、今年1月から12月１日までに、57人の記者が仕事中に亡くなりました。そして533人の記者が刑務所などに入れられています。死亡した貴社の中に、11人はメキシコで、8人はウクライナで亡くなりました。逮捕させられた記者の110人は中国で、62人はミャンマーでそうできました。その上、ロシアは貴社の仕事ができないように厳しくチェックなどをしています。
記者たちは本当に勇敢な人だと思います。もちろん、貴社の大部分は割に安全なところで働きますが、戦場のようなところに行く記者がいます。政治状況が不安定なところにいる記者や麻薬について報道する人の状況がとても危ないです。全世界のみんなさんのために自分の安全を放棄する人を尊敬しています。

Les traditions de Noël
J’aime bien apprendre des traditions de Noël qui ont les cultures différentes. Les traditions typiquement américaines, le Père Noël, le sapin de Noël, les cadeaux, la cinquantaine de chansons de Noël qui sont diffusées sans cesse dans tous les magasins pendant des mois, elles sont sympa, mais c’est toujours intéressant de voir la fête à travers des yeux des autres. Par exemple, je viens d’apprendre que, dans la tradition de Noël islandaise, il y a un chat géant et féroce qui rôde le paysage et mange les gens qui n’ont pas reçu des nouveaux vêtements pour le Noël. Dans la tradition de Noël paysanne française, par exemple au Pays-Basque et en Bretagne, on croit que les animaux de la ferme se parlent pendant la nuit de Noël. Les fermiers iraient se coucher tôt pour qu’ils puissent tendre l’oreille et entendre les animaux, qui pourraient dire ce que l’année prochaine réserve à leur maître. En fait, beaucoup de traditions de Noël concernent les animaux aussi bien que la végétation, parce que le solstice et le changement des saisons qui sous-tend toute la fête (au moins, dans ses racines païennes) les toucher tout autant que les hommes.

水…適量
トマト缶（ダイス）…1缶
トマトピューレ…1缶
赤インゲン豆…１缶 （他の豆でもOK!）
塩…適量
★チリパウダー…大さじ２（これが決め手）
★パプリカ…大さじ２
★ガーリックパウダー…大さじ１
★チリペッパー…少々
★こしょう…こさじ１
★オニオンパウダー…小さじ１

好みのチーズ（チェダーシュレッドチーズおすすめ）
玉ねぎのみじん切り
クラッカー
【作り方】
1. 玉ねぎ、にんにく、赤ピーマンはみじん切りにする。
2. 鍋にオリーブ油大さじ１を熱し、１の材料を入れ、中火で炒める。
3. 玉ねぎが透き通たら牛ひき肉を加え、色が変わってぽろぽろになるまで炒める。
4. ★の材料を入れ混ぜ、香りが立つまで（1分ぐらい）炒める。
5. 赤インゲン豆は缶詰めから出して、缶汁をきり、トマトピューレとトマトと一緒に鍋に加える。
6. ひたひたになるくらいの水を入れ、30分ほど弱火で煮立ち、塩で味を調え、とろっとした感じになったら完成。
7. 器に盛りつけ、好みのトッピングをのせる。

一番好きだった科目
学校にいたころ一番好きな科目は数学でした。もっと正確に言うとこれは中学と高校のことで、小学の時は多分もっと好きだったのは科学だと思います。宇宙のこととか、物理学や進化論の基本とかは興味深かったからです。そう続けなかったのは、中学と高校の科学の授業はそんな全体的な知識からもっと専門的の科学や生物学のに代わって面白くなくなりましたから。利用価値は明らかではない知識を暗記するのは好きじゃなかったです。そしていまでもそうです。そのため学校自体はそんなに好きじゃなかったが、それでも楽しめることを楽しめたと思います。例えば、数学。今はそのころ学んだこと、全然なんのためにも使わっていないせいか、だんだん忘れていますが、学んだ頃は分かりやすくて、ほとんどすべてのことは暗記する必要が感じられなかったので、好きでした。

What Languages is That?
My mother likes foreign mystery dramas, and she open watches these on TV.
A while ago, she was watching new drama with Japanese subtitles.
The drama was titled “Agatha Christie’s Detective Jarsen” so I thought it made in England, but the languages was not English.
“What languages is that?”
I talked to my parents.
I felt it was close to French, but it was a little different.
There is less pitch difference than in French, and I felt it was more gentle.
I don’t know French very much, but I knew a few words like that “Bonjour” “Qu’est-ce que c’est?” “Oui, monsieur.” ”Un deux trois” etc.
The drama didn’t have such words.
My father guessed it was German languages, but I thought it was mistake, because I didn’t catch any pronunciation of curled tongue.
He also guessed it was nordic language like Finnish or Norwegian.
After watching, I checked about the drama, it was Swedish after all.
It was like a language guessing quiz and it was fun.

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 1, Der Feuer-Traum
Steffi is ein Mädchen und Christian ist ihr Freund seit mehr als ein Jahr, aber sie wohnen nicht zusammen.
Sie essen Abend mit Freunden und Christian fängt an, zu erzählen, dass Steffis Träume wahr werden können.
Steffi ist zwar nicht zufrieden darüber, zu sprechen, aber die Freunde sehen sehr interessant dafür aus. Deshalb fragen die Freunde Steffi, ob sie die Zukunft vorhersehen kann. Steffi antwortet, dass nur kleine Dinge wahr werden. Zum Beispiel, ein Löffel hat einmal auf dem Boden gefallen.
Dann fängt Christian an, zu erzählen, dass einige Träume wahr geworden sind. An dieser Zeit sagt Steffi, dass sie diese Veranstaltungen in einem Tagebuch aufgezeichnet hat, seit sie 10 Jahre alt war.
Am Ende des Abendessens gehen die Fruende weg und Christian auch, weil er den nächsten Tag früh zu einem Baustelle für ein neues Bürogebäude gehen muss. Er ist Eletriker.
So endet Kapitel 1 der Geschichte "Der Feuer-Traum".

Moderna recruited some volunteers to test their new vaccine, I didn't know much of the details, but I knew all the volunteers should risk a lot in the test. They were heroes in my eyes. To my surprise, all the phases of the test were announced successfully to the public. Every time of success made the company's stock soar a lot, from $50 to 70, even reach at approximately 450. Every staff in this company has been a billionaire already.
I couldn't explain it, but just had an intuition that they maybe have had hidden something. There was a conspiracy theory spread on the internet, saying mRND would raise a higher possibility to make people get cancer, heart disease, and other professional medical terms that were beyond my understanding.
Even more, upon the conspiracy theory, The vaccine would destroy our natural immune system and make human beings face more danger than that from coronavirus. Nearly all main social medias like Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube banned all accounts that urge stop vaccinating. Twitter reactivated some of such suspended accounts until Elon Must bought it.
Most of the top administrators from Moderna sold most of their stock at about $300.

Email to home insurance
Dear customer service department,
I am writing to request information about my home insurance.
Last night there was a big storm in my zone and the water formed a big damp on the living room ceiling.
After several hours of heavy rain the water started to leak and now I'm afraid that the ceiling or even the roof could collapse.
The water dropped over the sofa as well, causing a stain of considerable size.
I would like to know how I should proceed to get everything repaired, and if it will have any cost to me?
I am really concern about the ceiling problem, because it could be going worse in no time. So, I urge you to support me on this (is it better to use assist instead?).

L’écart des salaires des hommes et des femmes
L’écart des salaires des hommes et des femmes en Australie est un problème et le gouvernement et les entreprises devraient y faire face. Depuis les derniers 12 mois, rien n’avait changé et l’écart est plus grand que jamais. Un reportage montre qu’il y a une différence d’environ 22,8 pour-cent entre celle des hommes et celle des femmes. Les chiffres montrent que l’écart est presque 26 000$ pour le même travail : c’est énorme !
Voici certaines raisons pour cette différence : beaucoup de femmes travaillent à temps partiel, sont sous-employées et travaillent dans des industries moins payées. À part ça, il est bien connu que la majorité de femmes fait du travail non rémunéré comme s’occupe des enfants ou fait le travail domestique.
La plupart des femmes travail dans des industries moins payées. Apparemment 80 pour-cent travaillent dans l’industrie d’aider les autres comme des infirmières ou des soignantes. En plus, dans l’industrie de l’éducation, au moins, deux tiers sont des femmes. À l’inverse dans des industries bien payées telles que l’administration, l’extraction minière et la construction, plus de trois quarts sont des hommes.
En Australie, le problème continue de s’approfondir. C’est inégal : il y a moins de femmes qui sont des PDG, sont membres du conseil ou qui occupent des postes de directions ( senior positions). Il est important que ce soit corrigé sans délai.

What a terrible thing! It was very cold yesterday. I still decided to take a bath. I planned to enjoy the happiness brought by the bath. When I enjoyed myself, the hot water has used up. I felt like I'm freezing to death. At that time, there was only one idea in my mind which was to get dressed and leave. It was terrible!

Yukichi (10,000 Yen)
People call 10,000 yen notes Yukichi in a friendly way since Yukichi Fukuzawa is illustrated on them. 1,000 yen notes are called Noguchi as well. Historical persons who are illustrated on bank notes have been changed every 20 years in Japan so that nicknames have also changed along with it. I'm curious if that's the case in foreign countries.
Interestingly, historical figures have chosen from persons who have enough wrinkles or beard. It's because fine lines for drawing hair is effective to prevent from mimicking (counterfeiting?). Rumor say that bald persons cannot be a model for bank notes.
The next person to be illustrated in 10,000 yen notes is Eiichi Shibusawa. He had been involved in establishment of more than 500 companies and non profit organizations including hospitals, public schools, big manufacturing companies, railway companies, major banks, and the Tokyo Stock Exchange. 167 companies has still run their businesses to support Japan's strong economy. I'm looking forward to people calling new 10,000 yen notes Eiichi in a friendly way.

Le Biais Cognitif
Pendant les séances de consultation, ma psycologuqe aimerait bien réagir à ce que je raconte ou et à ce que je ressenti avec des mise en question: "est-ce qu'il a vraiment dit ça?", "êtes-vous certaine de son intention?"
Ce poste n'est pas pour le but de parler de ma psy en mal. Elle est une psy très humaine et une dame que je respecte- Une partie de mes problèmes est mon biais cognitif et mon système d'alarme tres, et selon elle, trop élevé et sensitif.
Je comprends qu'une remise en question dans mon cas est justifiée pour une psy.
Cependant, il se peut qu'elle ait oublié que pas tout le monde a grandi dans un milieu où les avis et l'agency (je n'ai pas trouvé l'équivalent en français) de l'enfant soient respectés. Ceci est en fait une privilège.
Il est probable que j'interprète sa mise en question comme une non-compréhension qui s'est ensuite transformée en déception et méfiance.
Même si je comprends sa logique derrière, l'effort mental exigé pour que je ne m'enfuis pas lorsqu'il est l'heure de rendez-vous est parfois trop lourd. Cette exigience contribue aussi à mon cycle vicieux d'évitement-angoisse-plus-d'évitement.
Cette mise en question est à mon avis contre-productive, mais pour l'instant je ne vois pas comment on peut se faire autrement.

kino
Ich finde es auch schade, dass immer weniger Leute ins Kino gehen. Die Leute müssen viel
arbeiten. Heute, wo die Leute keine Zeit und weniger Geld haben, gehen wir immer weniger ins Kino. Es
gibt die Möglichkeit auch, Films im Fernsehen zu sehen. Das ist billiger, weil man muss nicht mit dem
Auto fahren. Die Menschen mussen zwischen die Kinos und die TV entscheiden. Kinos sind teuerer als
Fernsehen. Und man muss nicht nur √ Parkingplatz zahlen, sondern die Ticket, Popcorn und Cola. Auf dem
andere Seite kann man von dem Hause Films sehen. Die Leute haben viele Möglichkeiten und zahlen nicht
so viele.

何冰娇，1997年3月21日出生于江苏省苏州市，中国国家羽毛球队女子单打运动员。她身高一米六八，持拍手是左手。

何冰娇是我最喜欢之一的女子单打运动员。她在球场上总是保持冷静，打时候，她的杀球非常强，她的步伐完美，而她的切球是精确的。对我来说，她打球时又刺激又好玩。她以前的技巧比现在的没有那么好，现在可以看出来她进步多了。每次何冰娇打时，我都记得她多么努力不懈，那总是给我灵感，让我一直努力。这年何冰娇获得好几种成就，我希望明年她继续成功！
