La nature
Les études ont montré que c’est bon pour la santé de passer du temps à l’extérieur, dans la nature. D’habitude, nous passons trop de temps à l’intérieur, chez nous, au bureau ou dans une voiture. Certains entre nous vivent dans des grandes villes qui sont surpeuplées et souvent c’est difficile d’aller à la campagne. Cela dit, je constate qu’on trouve les parcs et les espèces verts dans des villes. Profitez-en pour vous promener ou vous asseoir sur l’herbe.
J’aime marcher dans ma banlieue, me promener autour du lac ou justement m’asseoir sur un banc public. Je le trouve bénéfique et je suis à l’aise. C’est apaisant et j’ai l’opportunité et le temps de réfléchir. Quelque fois, je résous tous les problèmes du monde : le changement climatique, la criminalité et plus encore.
C’est automne ici et j’ai réservé cette semaine pour faire du jardinage. Malheureusement, même si, je n’ai pas une main verte, j’aime bricoler dans le jardin. Je vais couper les fleurs fanées et mon mari va tailler les buissons. Le lundi, il a déjà tondu la pelouse. Quant à moi, j’ai un petit potager et je vais arracher les plantes mortes et semer les graines d’hiver pour avoir des légumes comme le chou-fleur et les carottes, au printemps prochain. C’est reposant d’arroser les plantes et regarder les jeunes pousses grandir.

Les restaurants rapides
De nos jours, le débat sur les restaurants rapides divise l'opinion publique. Selon certaines personnes, ce type de restaurant offre une grande variété des plats savoureux dont l'hygiène alimentaire est bien garantie. Par contre, d'autres trouvent que manger le fast food pourrait entraîner des conséquences néfastes sur notre santé.
À ce sujet, il est indéniable que le fast food nous offre plus d'inconvénients que d'avantages.
Tout d'abord, les restaurants rapides ajoutent régulièrement des additifs, tels que le sucre et le gras, à leurs plats pour les rendre plus appétissants et donc stimuler les saveurs des consommateurs. Cependant, selon certaines études, ce sont ces substances qui contribuent le plus à l'obésité et à plusieurs maladies cardio-vasculaires.
Par ailleurs, des plats servis dans ces restaurants comprennent principalement des protéines et manquent très souvent des légumes. De ce fait, suivre cette alimentation à long terme causerait un déséquilibre alimentaire, notamment le manque des vitamines et de la fibre.
Pour conclure, bien qu'on puisse parfois profiter du fast food, il est primordial de le manger avec modération pour rester en bonne santé.

Finalmente sta arrivando il weekend
Non ho molto tempo da scrivere oggi, ma provo a scrivere quando e quanto posso. Non ho guardato alcuno stream o alcun programma in italiano, ma mi piacerebbe guardare uno che tratta di diverse cose che mi interessano. Vorrei guardare qualsiasi programma in italiano alla TV, potrò capire di più così, ma questo è qualcosa che farò nel futuro.
Adesso sto ascoltando la musica dagli anni ottanta, mi fa piacere ascoltarne e prepararmi per il weekend in modo piacevole e allegro. Fra poco mi allenerò sulla Switch per un bel po', come faccio i venerdì.
Nel pomeriggio mia mamma viene a trovarci e poi andremo a fare la spesa in un supermercato che è qua vicino. Ho bisogno di molte cose: sciampo, saponi, caciocavallo, formaggio, forse spaghetti.
Dopo che avrò finito di scrivere qui, ritornerò a lavorare. Poco fa mi sono distratta un attimo e ho rotto un bicchiere - nessun problema, abbiamo un millione di bicchieri, più o meno. Sto scherzando, ne abbiamo migliaia.

Ich würde mich gerne heute über einen meiner Lieblingsfilme unterhalten, den ich seit kurzem gesehen habe.
Der Film ist ein Drama und Kriegsfilm, der « Die Bücherdiebin » heißt und wurde im Jahr 2013 in Deutschland produziert.
In dem Film geht es um ein neunjähriges Mädchen Liesel, das ihre Eltern verloren hat.
Sie wird in eine andere Stadt gebracht, um bei Adoptiveltern zu leben.
Liesel kann nicht lesen und schreiben Aber sie lernt nach und nach.
Sie flüchtet sich immer mehr in die Welt der Bücher, um die Schrecken des Krieges nicht zu sehen .
Um sich neuen Lesestoff zu besorgen , beginnt, Bücher aus dem Haus des Bürgermeisters zu stehlen .
Dieses kleine Mädchen erlebt zwar viele Lebensschwierigkeiten und Leiden, aber bleibt offenherzig und hilfreich .
Die Hauptdarstellerin des Films ist Sophie Nélisse, eine hervorragende und sehr talentierte Schauspielerin.
Der Film wurde unter der Leitung des renommierten britischen Regisseurs Brian Percival gedreht.
Meine meinung nach, ist der Film sowohl entspannend und gefühlvoll als auch ein bisschen grausam oder schmerzlich und traurig.
Die Musik des Films hat eine genaue Übereinstimmung mit dem Film und hat eine tiefe Wirkung auf das Publikum.
wegen dieser eigenschaften hat er mir sehr gefallen .
Natürlich empfehle ich diesen Film anzuschauen. Weil es uns lehrt, wie verheerend und sinnlos Krieg sein kann.

Garder son sang froid
C'est très important de garder son sang froid face à l'adversité. Il ne faut pas qu'on permet l'adrenalie d'influencer nos actions, paniquer va justement empire la situation. Il y a rien pire que de rater quelque chose qu'on pourrait arriver à faire. Peu importe à quel point une situation est tourné mal on ne doit pas laisser nos emotions conduisent. Acceptez que cette situation est arrivé et la meilleure chose à faire est d'analyzer comme on peut faire le meilleur de cela.

Pratiquer un sport ensemble
Coucou Jacques,
Comment vas-tu? Je t'écris pour te proposer de pratiquer la natation ensemble. L’entraînement aura lieu à la piscine à proximité de chez moi. L'abonnement ne coûte que 10 euros par mois et ça vaut vraiment le coup car il y aura des entraîneurs qui nous renseigneront sur des techniques de natation. Nous pourrons nous entraîner deux fois par semaine après avoir fini notre étude a l'université. De plus, en ce qui concerne des équipements, les lunettes de plongée, la tube de natation sont tous disponibles au bassin. Je suis sûr que ce type de sport t'aidera à te ressourcer considérablement. Qu'en penses-tu?

恶梦、怀孕和生日
我前两天做了个讨厌的恶梦：我怀孕了！我是个男人，所以从生物学角度来说，这是不可能的。在梦里，我感觉到在短袖衫里，肚子上附近有奇怪东西。我太害怕了，一点也不敢偷看。但我不知怎么知道它是个婴儿，然后有预感马上就会生了！我很惊慌失措，可能不久会昏倒。除了喊妈妈，都不知道该做些什么。我终于醒了，但心突然就停了一下。在我肚子上还有东西！它原来是我的抱枕。我感到太愚蠢了！

Honorifics
I’m not confident about using honorifics properly so I read several books about them. Those books said different things, so I was confused. Then I decided to use more honorifics when in doubt. No one would be disgusted if they were treated with excessive honorifics, but many would get mad when they were treated with lower level of honorifics.
適切に敬語を使えてるか自信がないので、何冊か関連する本を読んだ。それぞれ違ったことが書かれているので、混乱した。それで、わからないときには、敬語を多目に使えばいいと思った。過度の敬語を使われても、誰も気分を害することはないでしょう。でも、敬語の程度が低いと、腹を立てる人が多いことでしょう。

La peur de parler français
J’ai peur de parler français !
Actuellement, je passe les vacances à la ville de Québec. C’est une très belle ville, et j’y ai visitée quelques fois dans ma vie.
Mais j’ai un problème : Quand je veux parler français à quelqu’un, je me sens paralysé par la peur ! Par exemple : aujourd’hui, une petite fille québécoise me regardait. Elle rigolait et était très mignonne. J’aurais dit « coucou mademoiselle ! », mais j’avais trop peur ! C’était que deux mots !
J’ai peur de parler français pour deux raisons. Tout d’abord, quasiment tous les québécois parlent anglais couramment. Je me sens un peu bête quand je leur parle en français… ça sera plus facile si je leur parle en anglais. Deuxièmement, j’ai un mauvaise accent. Je parle parfaitement dans mes pensées, mais quand je parle français dans la vraie vie, j’ai un gros accent américain.
Je sais que la seule façon d’améliorer mes capacités à parler, c’est de parler plus fréquemment. Quand je serai à l’université, je voudrais passer une année à l’étranger (en France, au Québec) pour que je puisse parler français avec plus de confort.
Si quelqu’un a des astuces pour n’avoir pas de peur en parlant, n’hésitez pas à me dire !

Ingénieure Logiciel
Je suis une ingénieure logiciel. J'étudie puis environ 2-3 ans maintenant à la UC Berkeley pour mon master. Je travaille en developpment et recherche. J'aime les mathématiques. Quand j'etais petit, je disais aux gens que je voulais être scientifique. Et maintenant, je suis quelque peu scientifique. Je me sens un peu perdue quant à mes objectifs futurs.
Aujourd'hui a été une journée épuisante. Je suis allée à la bureau toute la journée. J'ai travaillé sur un project de groupe pour ce soir. Mon semestre de printemps se termine bientôt.

Le temps
Parfois je trouve le temps est une chose mystérieuse. Pourquoi? Parce qu’on peut le mesure par une horloge, mais avant la création d’un horloge, comment on l’a mesuré? On l’observe par le soleil ou la lune? Cela vaut dire quand la nuit arrive, la lune apparaître, c’est la nuit, quand le soleil apparaît, c’est le début d’un jour. Lorsque l'homme a inventé l'horloge, tout avait une mesure. Scientistes ont dit qu’il y a 4 dimensions dans le domaine physique. On pense généralement qu'il n'y a pas d'espace avec 0 dimension pour les points, 1 dimension pour les lignes, 2 dimensions pour les surfaces et 3 dimensions pour les objets volumétriques.Mais le temps et l'espace peuvent-ils être mélangés ensemble ou non ? Nous parlons de 4 dimensions, nous introduisons le concept de temps, mais je pense personnellement qu'il s'agit d'un concept erroné, car le temps et l'espace sont deux concepts différents qui ne peuvent pas être superposés.
Tout comme l'espace est tridimensionnel, le temps peut également être analysé en trois dimensions, c'est-à-dire en lignes temporelles, en plans temporels et en corps temporels. Le temps et l'espace peuvent être librement combinés dans n'importe quelle dimension, ou ils peuvent exister séparément l'un de l'autre, sous forme de lignes, de plans et de corps sans temps. Ou encore une ligne, un visage et un corps de temps sans espace.

I lose feeling in my legs if I sit on the toilet for more than 5 minutes, and if I sit on the toilet for more than 10 minutes it hurts that I really have to limp. Sometimes even just sleeping I lose feeling in my legs. I looked it up and it came up as pisiform muscle syndrome. I thought about going to the doctor, but before I do that, I'm going to stretch and soften my body to improve it.

I think I have an idea that I can only be kind to those who benefit me in some way. But I have one of my goals in life to reduce the number of animals killed to zero. I thought this was not about profit. But helping them would save me from reliving their painful reality in my thoughts, and seeing them live happy and healthy would eases my heart. The point is, I have my own interests in this as well. Previously, I was walking through a train station and an old lady asked me for money and I gave her $10. At the time, I only gave it to her because she was in trouble, but when I thought about it again, I realized that there was a benefit to me in this as well. If I did not give her the money, she might be in trouble more, and I would feel responsible if something bad happened to her. In order to avoid such a future, I thought that I understood this reflexively and gave her the money. In other words, I gave her the money to escape responsibility. I think there is no one in the world whom we helped even though there was really no benefit to us. That is natural when you think about it. My actions are related me. Even if there is no real benefit such as "money," the relief or satisfaction or things like that within myself is also a benefit to that person.
The nature of a person's behavior changes depending on what kind of benefit is inside them. I don't think there is no such thing as no-benefit support in this world. If there is, please tell me.

I think there are certain behaviors that are acceptable if done by a woman that I think is beautiful, but not if done by a woman that I don't think is beautiful. For example, if a beautiful woman brought something to my house every day, I would be very happy, but if someone who isn't brought something to my house every day, I might feel annoyed. I thought this is lookism, and I thought this is a dangerous thought.
In this world, we provide good service to those who pay us, but not to those who don't. In the same way, I can be more tolerant of people who heal my eyes in return, and I can be more kind than usual to them. But money is the right of any person to have, but beauty is largely a factor that each person is born with. It is discrimination that determines whether a person receives the service or not based on their natural factors, so to speak, luck.
At any rate, I think lookism is a dangerous ideology, but I can't imagine how it can be completely eliminated from my mind. If there is a way to eliminate this idea, please tell me that.
