Sweet Mornings in Italy
During my stay in Europe, I experienced many different food cultures.
One thing that surprised me was the hotel breakfast in Italy. In Japan, breakfast usually has salty dishes, but in Italy there were many sweets. I saw tiramisu, fruit tarts, doughnuts, chocolates and amaretti on the morning buffet.
I remembered an interview with the Japanese soccer legend Shunsuke Nakamura. When he first played for Reggina, he said he couldn’t understand how people could eat so many sweet things in the morning.
When I first travelled in Italy, I also felt it was impossible to eat sweets early in the day. But after a few years, I got used to it. Even after coming back home many years ago, I can enjoy desserts first thing in the morning by following the traditional Italian style of having a sweet breakfast, and I even think a little sugar helps my brain wake up and start working quickly.

What is fluent English?
Fluent speaking is speaking without long pauses.
Maybe you have this experience.
You meet a foreigner who wants to speak with you in English.
You want to say ideas that are in your head, but you aren't able to do it.
You can't find the right words.
Then, when you end the conversation and play it back in your head, you see that you actually know the right words.
But by then the conversation is already finished.
Why do you experience such situations?
Because you have little training.
Your speaking isn't automatic.
Today, I will talk about how to speak English with confidence.
I don't live in an English-speaking country.
How to create an English environment?
My way is speaking practice.
Don't fear mistakes, focus on fluency, record yourself and listen back.
Speaking is like practicing. The more you do it, the better you become.
With daily practice, you'll speak more confidently.
Speak every single day, speak even if you make mistakes, speak even if you have no one to talk to.
You can talk to yourself, you can stand in front of a mirror and talk: "Today is a good day".
You can also talk to the volleyball "Wilson".
When you speak over and over again, your mouth gets used to English, and your tongue and lips move more easily.
You speak faster and better.
Speaking is like practice, the more you do it, the stronger you get.
So don't wait for someone to speak to you.

Les Cowboys Fringants
Il y a plusieurs artistes québécois que j'aime, cependant, mon groupe préféré est Les Cowboys Fringants. Je trouve leur musique unique et leurs paroles profondes. Elle me fait penser au genre du « bluegrass », mais mélangé avec du « folk ». Leurs paroles traitent souvent les thèmes qui m’intéressent : l’environnement, la surconsommation et la nature éphémère de nos vies. Ils sont extrêmement populaires au Québec, puisque la musique traditionnelle d'ici est semblable à leur musique. Ils étaient le premier groupe québécois que j'ai écouté quand j'ai déménagé ici. Malheureusement, leur chanteur principal vient de mourir il y a quelques années, et c'est à cause de sa mort que j'ai découvert leur musique. Parmi leurs palmarès de chansons, je trouve « l'Amérique pleure » et « Les Étoiles Filantes » se démarquent le plus.
Voici quelques autres artistes québécois notables : Marie-Mai, qui me fait penser à Avril Lavigne, Jean Leloup, et Cœur de pirate. Après Les Cowboys Fringants, je pense que Jean Leloup se distingue le plus. J'avoue ne pas aimer toutes ses chansons, mais il est véritablement unique. Je ne connais aucun artiste anglophone semblable à lui. Mais, j'imagine qu'il en existe un caché quelque part.

в этом обществе люди часто чувствуют себя неуверенными из за того что, оправдывают нереальные ожидания.
начиная, посмотрела много видео в интернете о нереальных целях тела и заметила, как люди ответили на негативные посты.
мне стало грустно видеть столько негатива и сразу подумала о влияет на людей. казалось посты дали советы Фальшивые, например рекомендовали людям попробовать напитки, но интернет культура всегда фальшивая.
почему? мне кажется интернет-культура вредная, но считаю что, люди должны понимать как отвечать за видео. например советую людям фильтровать и смотреть позитивный контент.
так как, люди начинают говорить о проблемах полагаю что, в будущем будет лучше особенно для детей.
в итоге как вы думаете это нормально?

Sta nevicando, ma non troppo. C'era una vendita al centro commerciale di A--, quindi siamo andati lì per comprare delle cose per i bambini. A un ristorante di sushi abbiamo visto l'insegnante d'asilo di mia figlia. Lei è adesso sposata. Sua madre è la principale e lei sarà probabilmente la principale un giorno.

Reflexiones sobre comunidad e independencia

Esta tarde, fuimos a un evento para conocer a otras mujeres lesbianas y bisexuales en Central Park. Personalmente, fue muy divertido conocer a otras mujeres asiáticas lesbianas y bisexuales en persona porque aprendí más sobre la cultura de Singapur y también sobre algunas leyes. Por ejemplo, está prohibido masticar chicle. En mi opinión, es muy extraño prohibir el chicle. También comimos macarons, galletas chinas con trocitos de chocolate y chips de gambas.
Después, fuimos a un café yemení para trabajar. Por ejemplo, escribí sobre las experiencias de adultos sin hijos. Me sentí enfadada porque algunas personas invalidaron la decisión de otras personas de no tener hijos. Me gustaría escribir sobre el estigma hacia las personas sin hijos porque no quiero tener hijos en el futuro. Prefiero viajar sola a otros países como España, Alemania, Costa Rica y Noruega.

Der schönste Ort der Welt
Ich denke dass meine Antwort hängt davon ab ob es für Leben oder für Reisen ist. Ich finde zum Reisen tropische Insel oder ein Land mit Guten Wetter und sehr schönen Strände ist der schönste Ort der Welt. Ich war mal in Thailand und da fand ich es super schön. Das Wetter war perfekt die Natur war super schön Leute waren super nett. Ich möchte irgendwann es noch mal besuchen.
Aber zum Leben ist der schönste Ort der Welt wo meine Familie und meine Freunde sind. Aber letztens hab ich gemerkt, dass Freunde sich umziehen und dass man manchmal weniger Kontakt mit der Familie hat. Alles kann sich sehr schnell ändern und irgendwie muss man den Ort wo man wohnt trotzdem schön finden so dass man glücklich bleibt.

Sandalias usadas
Hace una semana y media compré un par de sandalias por Amazon. Llegaron ayer. Noté que la caja de las sandalias fue cortado y había abierto. Obviamente alguien las había comprado y las había devuelto. Estaba un poca enfadada. Las probé y no me sentía que el número vaya bien. Eran muy amplias y un poco demasiado grandes como dicen muchas reseñas. Probablemente pensé eso porque el caja fue dañado. De hecho son sandalias de alta calidad y no son baratas. La marca es Teva. Todos tienen que bien. Si no, voy a devolverlas.

Mathematics test
Today, I had a mathematics test that will going to the last one in this year.
I have had three mathematics tests, including today's one so far.
What I was suprised thing when I compared with Japanese mathematics tests was mathematics tests of my shool spend two period for one test.
When I went to Japanese school, I used to have only one period for one test, and it was common.
It might only my shool that use couple of classes for one test, but I felt very weird.
The questions of today's test was not very difficult, but those questions are writen in English, so I struggled to write answers and I felt time flew.

Les zoos, d'accord ou pas d'accord?
A mon avis, les zoos sont endroit où les animaux ne peuvent pas vivre bien, parce que, en la mayorité de les cas, les conditions ne sont pas le meilleures. Parfois ils sont fermés seuls dans un cage et ils ont l'air de être triste. Nous oblions qu'ils sont êtres vivants qui mérite avoir liberté, ce ne sont pas des choses pour amuser les humains. C'est vrai que nous pouvons apprends beaucoup des choses intéressant sous la vie savage dans le zoo, mais, il y a d'autres façon pour l'apprendre comme regarde des films o documentals, lire des livres, aller au musée, etc. Je suis pas d'accord avec les zoos, je ne le trouver pas intéressant. Je pense que si tu aimes la natures et la vie savage tu peux aller à la montagne, dans la forêt, dans le désert et les regarde dans leur environnemen naturel
