KThe image of a kangaroo is the first thing coming out from my heathat comes to mind.
The image of a kangaroo is the first thing that comes to mind.
Typically we say something "comes to mind", eg. if you can't think of an answer you could say "nothing comes to mind".
I'd phrase this as either:
"The image of a kangaroo is the first thing that comes to mind" --> you picture a single kangaroo in your mind when you think of Australia
"Kangaroos are the first thing that come to mind" --> you think about kangaroos in general, as in the whole species, when you think of Australia
iIt has a weird pocket named , called a "pouch"?
It has a weird pocket, called a "pouch"?
Don't forget to capitalise the first letter of a sentence
I'd use "called" rather than "named" here. I'd use "named" for the actual proper names of things, like "The continent in the southern hemisphere named Australia" or something like that.

I'd have to say my thoughts on Australia are very positive, since I live here lol! If you like animals, we have loads of other cool animals you could look up - koalas, echidnas, dingos, cockatoos, lorikeets, magpies, wombats, goannas, etc. My favourite is the platypus - it's so weird that the British originally thought it was a hoax! The danger of the wildlife is extremely overblown and exaggerated - it's perfectly safe here. I'd be much much more scared of the wolves and bears of the northern hemisphere. Also, since you are learning English, you might enjoy looking up some Aussie slang words, like "g'day".
