What would you like to be resolved?

I want to heal my body health because I've been infected with corona virus. Though my fever has descended these days, coughing is still very hard for me so far. I can't stop it even with cough candies. I will work at home tomorrow.

Good work, just small errors and look up transition words to make your sentences flow.

Thank you very much for your careful corrections.

I want to heal my bodfix my health because I've been infected with corona virus.

Sounds more natural this way

TAlthough my fever has descendedgone down these days, coughing is still very hard for me so far.

Descended is more formal, gone down sounds more natural

I can't stop it even with cough candies.

I will be working at home tomorrow.

Its better to use the future progressive tense here, the action (work) will be ongoing and happening at a specific time in the future. The structure is subject (I) + to be (will be) + verb -ing (working)

Thank you very much for your careful corrections.
Your explanations really help me understand.

I want to heal my bodrecover my health because I've been infected with corona virus.

I think it would be more natural to say it this way: "I want to recover from being infected with corona virus/COVID."

Though my fever has descended these dayssubsided recently, coughing is still very hard for me so far.. (or "I'm still coughing a lot")

"These days" is usually used for trends or habits. For example, "Every child has their own smart phone these days." I've replaced it with "recently" because I think it sounds more natural, but you could also use "lately" or "over the past few days".

I can't stop it even with cough candilozenges.

I would say "cough lozenges", but other people might say "cough drops".

I will work atfrom home tomorrow.

"At" is not wrong, but I think it's more natural sounding to use "from". "Work from home" is a very common phrase.
