What do you see in front of you right now?

I have a cup of water in front of me. Recently I try to get as much hydration as I can for my health. Especially, winter is dry season, so I am being careful.

Recently give the impression you are talking about recent past, since drinking regularly is an ongoing activity, you should use "I have been trying" instead of just "try".
You could also, I've been trying to keep as hydrated as I can for my health.

Especially, winter is a dry season, so I am being careful.

Good job. I should be drinking more also - you are a good example to follow :-)
