When I'm feeling down, I watch comedy show on TV or PC. Laughing is very important to be positive and makes surrounding people happy too.

Feeling instead of "feelin"
When I'm feeling down, I watch comedy show on TV or PC.
Although "PC" is correct, we usually say "computer" or "laptop". Just like the phrase "on TV" is used, its more natural to add "on my PC"
