What do you do to psyche yourslf up?

When I want to do to psyche myself up I often drink an espresso that is written frequently in this website. I made an espresso myself at home, but still taste and flavor are probably inferior than cafe's one. I like to lift my spirits quietly no loudly. What would you do?

Feedback

Great job!!
To hype myself up, I like listening to upbeat music and dance to the beat. I tell myself things like “I can totally do this! This is easy!”
When I help psych my friends up, I tend to get loud. I don’t mean to, but I end up shouting words of encouragement. It always works though!
