Let's keep this progress going!
Today my wife and I will go to shopping and after that to, for a short walking in the park.
We describe this action as "going for a walk."
The park is near the mall.
There isare many trees, and a lake with many ducks.
There ARE many trees (because trees is plural).
Many people walking and running in the park.
You are describing a generality here, so you phrase it like this (walk and run). WalkING and runNING are used to describe an actions currently being performed, for example, if you were currently observing people walking or running.
Other people drink coffee or juice on the grass, or eat sandwiches.
There is many littleare usually many young childrens with themir parents.
Again, since you are describing generalities, I would add the word "usually" here. The word "children" is already plural, there is no S to add. We would usually use "young" or "small" children instead of "little."
They laughing and playing with each others.
No S needed for each other.
Today is a sunny day, is warming and not windy.
