Waiting new iPad

I am waiting to receive new iPad which is for my work efficiency.

Most of the time, I use the iPad to write notes and managing my tasks.

However, my old iPad is a WI-FI version and there is no free WI-FI at my office room.

When I need to share some documents on my iPad, I can't share it to my coworkers until I am back home.

The bookmarks on my e-books are used to losting because of no internet.

For these reasons, I buy the newest iPad and I am waiting it now.

I hope the new one also gives me greater efficiency for my works and studies.

Waiting nFor My New iPad

Normally in English you 'wait on' or 'wait for'.
Added 'My' but you can also use 'A' :)

I am waiting to receive a/my new iPad which is for my work efficiency.

iPad needs an article like 'a/my'
'work efficiency' isn't wrong but normally people say 'for my work' only :)

Most of the time, I use the iPad to write notes and managinge my tasks.

However, my old iPad is a WI-FI version and there is no free WI-FI at my office room.

In English we just say 'office' :)

When I need to share some documents on my iPad, I can't share it towith my coworkers until I am back home.

'to' is correct but it's more common to hear 'share with' :)

The bookmarks on my e-books areI'm used to losting because of no internet.

I would change this sentence to 'I'm used to losing the bookmarks on my ebooks because of not having internet' :)

For these reasons, I buyought the newest iPad and I am waiting for it now.

Past tense for 'buy' is 'bought'
'Waiting for' again :)

I hope the new one also gives me greater efficiency for my works and studies.

Your sentence is fine but you can also say 'I hope the new one also makes me more efficient...' :)

Feedback

Good job, can clearly understand what you're saying, just a couple grammar changes and word order changes :)
