Today's event

Today was an outpatient day. The number of reserved patients was about 20, which was less than usual. In addition, the number of referral patients was small at two, so it ended at 13:00. In the afternoon, I did running and abs and back training at the gymnasium. I was vaccinated for the second time this week on Monday, and the next day I was tired, and until yesterday I couldn't train because of pain in the vaccination area and axillary pain. After the training, I was experimenting with mice, so I went to the animal center to give an injection to the mice. I got home at 17:00 because I finished my work early.

In the afternoon, I did runningran/went for a run/ran on the treadmill and abs and back training at the gymnasium.

Gym is technically short for gymnasium, but no one ever says it in full, just "gym" is better. "I ran" or "went for a run" suggests you went outside to run.

I was vaccinated for the second time this week on Monday, and the next day I was tired, and until yesterday I couldn't train because of pain in the vaccination area and auxillary pain.

"I was vaccinated for the second time this week on Monday", this is tricky. I think you mean you received your second dose of a vaccine on Monday, but this could also mean that, on Monday, you were vaccinated for the second time within this week. I would probably say "On Monday I received my second vaccination (dose)".

After the training, I wasI am experimenting with mice, so after training I went to the animal center to give them an injection to the mice.

Changed to "I am experimenting with mice" as this shows it's a longer project you're doing generally that isn't related to your training that day.

I got home at 17:00 because I finished my work early.
