THIS, THAT, THESE, THOSE, and the miscellaneous

1. (on-line chat) We have a new friend in our group, Mark, and he likes to be nicknamed Mack. Ok, so THIS is how you should address Mark. Moving on to ...
(Can I use 'THAT is how', here?)
2. You can buy her 2 different perfumes or a subscription to use a site with audiobooks or films (recent pleasers, blockbusters) for free.
But THESE are only a few examples, and I'm pretty sure you know what your mums would like to get on their Day. (Mother's Day).
So you'll certainly come up with some imaginative ideas.
(Can I use THOSE in the above-mentioned fragment?)
3. Look at THESE photographs. THESE smiles look staged and the backgrounds are fake. There's too much Photoshop in them. They even edited the colours. In the pics put up on the next wall the photographers shot people in real scenes (shoppers, passers-by, tourists).
So THOSE were 2 types of photographs we we've had a chance to compare -posed and real ones. And THAT experience was both educative and entertaining.
(Can I use THIS instead of that in the passage above?)

Corrections

1. (on-line chat) We have a new friend in our group, Mark, and he likes to be nicknamcalled Mack.

You could also say his nickname is Mack

(Can I use 'THAT is how', here? )

Where? This is confusing

There's too much Photoshop in them.y have been too photoshopped.

Photoshop is a verb but you can not add photoshop to something. You can say they used photoshop or it was photoshopeed.

(Can I use THOSE in the above-mentioned fragment? )
