The Spring Equinox day 「春分の日」
The Spring Equinox day is one of the national holiday, it's varies each year. The reason for this is, Earth doesn't move perfectly around the sun, in 365 days. Actually it seems that there is a difference of about 6 hours. So it's usually on the 20th of March or the 21st of March.
