This weekend I spend my time at San Fernando, Cadiz, Spain. I use to work at Madrid from Wednesday to Friday. But this weekend, I decided to stay with my family. The four of us are living here at San Fernando since summer of 2021.
This time for me has been a short breath from my busy schedule at Madrid, and I intend to stay with my loved ones until next Wednesday.
I think is the best decision I made lately.
Luckily, I would be able to take a nap now. See you in my next post!

This weekend I spend my time atwent to San Fernando, Cadiz, Spain.
You could also say "I went home to" instead of just “I went to"
I use to work atin Madrid from Wednesday to Friday.
This is the proper form if you have not quit your job.
The four of us arehave been living here atin San Fernando since the summer of 2021.
A note is this implies that you usually spend your time not at work with your family, which would mean the previous sentence was not a one off decision. For that sentence you could say instead, "On the weekends, I stay with my family." Or if it is rare you return home, you could explain why you usually do not.
This time for me has been awith my family is giving me short breathk from my busy schedule at Madrid, and. I intend to stay with my loved ones until next Wednesday.
You could technically keep this as one sentence but I think it sounds better as two.
I thinkThis is the best decision I've made lately.
"I think" is grammatically correct, but "This" is stylistically correct, because we know this is from your perspective.
Luckily, I would be able tocan take a nap now.
