I have absolutely no experience with it, but I am supvery curious.

Super isn't wrong, but very or rather sound more natural here.

Preferably I would like to try it in the south-west of France, maybe in the Biarritz/Lacanau/Bordeaux area, because I know it is super beautiful there.

I am kind of busy this year, so I am not sure if I will be able to make it happen, but i. If I get the chance, it would be amazing!

It sounds unnatural to use both "currently" and the past tense "I have developed" here. I think you can cut out "currently" or say something like "Currently, I'm developing a little obsession with surfing."

I watched a lot of videos about surf camps, the surfing lifestyle, tips, places, etc.

Portugal is also said to be great for surfers, especially for beginners, and is actually a bit cheaper.
