When I worked out this morning, I sweated a lot, and it felt like a summer morning.
I shared this with one of my friends, who has the same morning practice routine as mine. She told me the heat woke her because she still used a thick quilt.
Spring is ending and summer is approaching.
Each season is lovely, but it's the time when I need to wear my hat and sunglasses every time I go out.
It's a bit frustrating that my hat always messes up my hair.

I live near Mt. Fuji, and here here it is still spring. The cherry blossoms have just finished blooming. It is not yet hot. My wife and I welcome welcome you to visit us anytime. We have a guest room and lots of natural trails around here: it is at the edge of a mountain and rice fields and wild rivers are nearby.

Everything you wrote was technically correct. These suggestions are to sound more natural and idiomatic.

I would include the word "real" in the last clause: "it felt like a real summer morning." I think it is optional but it feels more natural to me to add it.

"woke her" (without "up") works on it's own, but we usually say "woke her up".
Changed the tense from "still used" to "was still using".
