Summer

I have been planning my last summer for very long and because of COVID situation I stayed at home. But this year I'm going to the Netherlands. It will be a perfect holiday because my best friend is going with me.

Well , I have to go now, but I'll text you how my summer was when I come back. I hope you will have a good summer.

Corrections

Summer

I have been planninged my last summer for verya long andtime, but because of the COVID situation I stayed at home.

Saying "I have been planning" implies that you are still planning last summer's vacation! The correct tense would be 'planned', because the action is completed. It sounds more natural to use 'but' instead of 'and' between the two ideas as well. Let me know if you have any questions!

But tThis year I'm going to the Netherlands.

I removed the 'but' because it sounded awkward with my last correction - this is up to you.

It will be a perfect holiday because my best friend is going with me.

Well , I have to go now, but I'll text you how my summer was when I come back.

I hope you will have a good summer.

It sounds more natural to say it this way, but your original sentence makes sense too!

I am interested in tense here: I have been planning....
Do you say I was planning, it is Past Simple in the next sentence

I think you say "I have been planning" because you are still currently planning.
If you said "I was planning" it would mean you planned the summer but stopped planning it.

I am sorry I am not good at explaining, I just know what sounds right and what does not.

I understand that.
I was planning the last year and I didn't go.
Is it better then I was planning or I have been planning.
I did not go is the consequence

I think I did not understand. Did you want to say: "I was planning my summer for a long time but because of COVID I had to stay home."
You planned to go on the trip last summer, but had to stay home because of COVID?

Yes, that is how it was. I wanted to say that. Sorry for confusing you
