Russia

Yesterday I listened to a Russian podcast talking about stereotypes a lot of foreigners seem to believe about Russia.

At first, the host mentioned some Russian stereotypes, like bears, vodka, and the harsh Russian winters.

The host then highlights that not all of Russia experiences harsh winters. While the northen regions like Omsk and Novosibirsk, which sees heavy snow falls. Traviling down Russia tells a different stroy. Cities like Moscow and Saint Petersburg it is typically warm whole year round, and in Sochi snow is practically never heard off.

She concludes, that, if you want to experience the icy winters of Russia, you have to go to the northen regions fo Russia like Omsk and Novosibirsk.

Corrections

The host then highlights that not all of Russia experiences harsh winters.

"The host then highlighted that" - this happened in the past

While the northen regions like Omsk and Novosibirsk, which sees heavy snow falls.

northern regions* (small spelling mistake) also maybe best rephrased as "while the northern regions like Omsk and Novosibirsk see heavy snow falls..." but this is not a full sentence so you need to add the next sentence to it. "While the northern regions like Omsk and Novosibirsk see heavy snow falls, travelling around Russia tells a different story". (please note the spelling correction for travelling and story as well).

Cities like Moscow and Saint Petersburg it is typically warm whole year round, and in Sochi snow is practically never heard off.

"In cities like Moscow and Saint Petersburg, it is typically warm the whole year round, and in Sochi snow is practically never heard of" (some small grammatical corrections and spelling revision for "of").

She concludes, that, if you want to experience the icy winters of Russia, you have to go to the northen regions fo Russia like Omsk and Novosibirsk.

She concluded* (past tense) also best to write "She concluded that if you want to experience the icy winters of Russia...."
