state of emergency again

I live in Osaka, Japan. Recently, the number of people who are infected with coronavirus has been over 1000 in a day on average. The number has been rapidly increasing since the new type of coronavirus is going around in Japan. So the local government is going to announce a state of emergency tonight. That means any shops in Osaka are closed until this restriction is lifted and we have to quarantine from tomorrow. Just a year ago, we had been in the same situation for about 3 months and the situation got better but now got worse again. I think the Japanese government is so slow to deal with anything and too optimistic. I understand they want to hold Tokyo Olympic this year whatever it takes, but they seem like they prioritize holding Olympic over people in Japan. And they don't even give us money to live during this situation. I feel they are not responsible and so disgusting. I feel like depressed because the quarantine life will start again from tomorrow, but it is no use to sigh about this situation. So I have decided to keep a diary here in English and want get my English skill better on this occasion. So please give me a hand!

私は日本の大阪に住んでいます。最近コロナウィルスに感染している人の数が、1日平均1000人を超えています。新型コロナウィルスが日本に蔓延し始めてから、その数は急激に増えています。よって地方自治体は今夜、緊急事態宣言を発令します。それは制限が解除されるまで大阪の店が閉まり、私たちは自粛しなければならないと言うことを意味します。ちょうど1年前、私たちは3カ月間同じ状況でした。そして自体は良くなりましたが、今また悪くなっています。私は日本政府は対処するのが遅すぎるし楽観的すぎると思います。なんとしてでも東京オリンピックを開催したいと言う気持ちはわかりますが彼らは国民よりもオリンピックを優先しているように見えます。そして彼らはこの状況下で私たちに生きるためのお金を与えてくれません。私は彼らが無責任でとてもイライラします。また明日から自粛生活が始まると思うと憂鬱な気分です。しかしこの状況を嘆いても意味がありませんだから私はここで英語で日記を書くことにしました。そして英語を向上したいです。だから力を貸してください！
