How can iI go to sleep early and wake up early.?
Sometimes, I think additional work (I mean work at external time ing out of hours) makes me go home late, and I need more time to do my owner things ,. But going to sleep later make me exciting.
"Working out of hours" just means working when you're not paid to be there; therefore, outside of the hours you are meant to be
I think you mean "own things" here in which case would normally include hobbies
I don't know what you mean with the last sentence
I just slide thecroll on my phone again and again.
I really want to go to sleep early so that I can wake up early; ,just forto go running or to breathinge freash air.
