sleep early

I have slept latter for almost a year. So, I bought a clock to make me wake up without taking my phone to my bedroom. But , I can't stop playing my phone before going sleep . It's 00:18, and still set before my computer, write it. Sometime, it really **(I don't know which word to use ,but i mean it make me upset ,LOL)me.
How can i go to sleep early and wakeup early. Sometime, I think addtion work (I mean work at external time ) make me go home late, and I need more time to do my owner things , But sleep later make me exciting. I just slide the my phone again and again. I really want to sleep early so that I can wake up early ,just for running or breathing freash air.

I don't know what you're trying to say here?

Sometimes, it really **(I don't know which word to use ,but i mean it make me upset ,LOL)upsets me.

"upset" is a verb within itself so you can upset someone or something can upset you :)

How can iI go to sleep early and wake up early.?

Sometimes, I think additional work (I mean work at external time ing out of hours) makes me go home late, and I need more time to do my owner things ,. But going to sleep later make me exciting.

"Working out of hours" just means working when you're not paid to be there; therefore, outside of the hours you are meant to be

I think you mean "own things" here in which case would normally include hobbies

I don't know what you mean with the last sentence

I just slide thecroll on my phone again and again.

I really want to go to sleep early so that I can wake up early; ,just forto go running or to breathinge freash air.

thank for correcting

I have slept lattere for almost a year.

"later" (spelt with one t) is a comparative but you're not comparing anything here so you can't use that.
"latter" (spelt with two "t"s) is used when picking amongst a list of options (usually two options),
"late" is just a plain adjective and is what you should use here.

So, I bought a clock to make me wake up without taking my phone to my bedroom. But , I can't stop playing with my phone before going to sleep .

Spaces after full stops are essential.

It's 00:18, and still set beforeitting at my computer, writeI'm writing about it.

Sometimes, it really **(I don't know which word to use ,but i mean it make me upset ,LOL)frustrates me.

Some option

"frustates" - causes you to feel anger or frustration
"annoys" - causes you to feel irritation
"pisses me off" - basically the same as the above two, but more casual (also considered a bit of a swear word, depending on context)

How can iI go to sleep early and wake up early.?

Sometimes, I think addtion work (I mean work at external overtime ) makes me go home late, and I need more time to do my owner things , But sleeping later make me excitinged.

"exciting" is about how other people react to you or your actions
"excited" is about how you feel yourself

I just slide thwipe my phone again and again.

I really want to sleep early so that I can wake up early , just for running or breathing freash air.

I think I'm naturally a night owl and I find I can't do sustained early mornings, but what sometimes happens for the odd morning here and there is to pick a time where I get into bed and switch from higher intensity activities to less intensive activities, like reading a physical book.

I find my brain is clearer at night and it's easier to focus on difficult tasks. Of course, this might be because my daytime hours are occupied by socializing and work, and at night I can freely ponder and do what I like. Also, there's one thing about English writing that I'm not used to: English requires a space after every comma and period, but Chinese does not. (The above was translated using an AI tool, it's not that my English has improved, hahaha)
