Short Diary

I walked for about two hours in total along with shopping in an apparel store. But I could not find out good clothes. After returning home, I moreover exercised 2 sets of different menus in home. One was well accustomed exercise, but the other was done for the first time in a while. To do something different from regular days is hard, but good to the physical parts where they have been in a sleeping mode.

I am going to sleep, but I wonder if I can sleep. For everyone, take care of yourself with hydration moderately as it has become hot recently. Good night.

I walked for about two hours in total along with, shopping in an apparel store on the way.

Your sentence felt weird - sort of like mixing tenses? If you'd said "Today I did two hours of walking along with shopping in a store", I think that would be okay. But it felt better to say something like this.

"Apparel store" is a bit unusual - I'd probably just say "went to a clothes shop". But it's fine.

But I could not find outany good clothes.

"find out" is used with knowledge, when you learn something, discover information.

After returning home, I moreover exercised 2 sets of different menus in homealso did two different exercise routines.

"moreover" is very bookish, very out of place here. Menus are lists of food you can buy at restaurants - sometimes the word is used metaphorically, but not like this.

One was a routine I'm well accustomed exerciseto, but the other was doneone I did for the first time in a while.

No need for passive voice here.

To doDoing something different from regular days is hard, but good tofor the physical parts where they have been in a sleeping modebody parts that have got lazy.

"To do something different" is grammatical, but it's more natural to use the gerund "doing" here. The other bits are clear but just very unidiomatic - I changed them to more natural prepositions and words.

I am going to sleep, but I wonder if I can sleep.

For everyone, take care of yourself with hydration moderately as it has become hot recently.

I don't understand what "moderately" is doing here? It's strange and the sentence works well without it.

Good night.

Moderately here means not much, not less, just suitable amount and time when it is needed in each time.

Thank you.

Ah, okay. I suppose that makes sense, but it feels weird. I think "hydrate moderately" sounds more like a warning to not hydrate *too* much than it does a recommendation to hydrate the correct amount. Like, if you told me "take care to eat in moderation" - it would feel like you think I eat too much. I guess in this context it sort of reads like "not excessively" rather than "an appropriate amount". So your sentence sort of makes it sound like you think everyone is going to be drinking too much water? Which comes across as strange.

It would work better with a "but". "Make sure to take care of yourself with hydration, but moderately" - ie "but not excessively".

Or "make sure to hydrate appropriately/correctly".

It's weird because most of the time "moderately" does mean exactly that, a medium amount, not a small amount, not a large amount. But in this context the meaning seems slightly different. Anyway, not a big deal :)
